The girl who worked there messed up my order but she was very kind and redid everything.
Excellent Service. Jesus went above abd beyond what was needed. He answered all questions. My son came in with me with a little sore throat so he's having issues chewing. Jesus gave us the best options and my son loved his drink. Highly recommend.
Smoothies and juices are always fresh. The store lead was warm and provided information for high school students achievement. Will be going back again!
Jesus, the manager, is a good man. He told me that he cares a lot about providing good service to Jamba Juice patrons, and he wishes the best for his employees. Uber Eats messed up on a previous order, and he corrected it after I showed him proof of the order. Since he was so helpful, I came back again to order another drink. Thank you, Adriane!

I feel motivated to write this review to say thank you to the Asian, nice and friendly girl that was working 12/17/2023 in the afternoon. I can’t say much about the smoothie but I could appreciate a single person working, taking order, prepping the smoothies and being smiling, nice, patient. This kind of workers are valuable. Thank you girl for make a difference in this world.
Vibrant & spacious locations. Having more seating room would definitely bring in more traffic. The only negative comment is the exorbitant pricing on the products.

Maybe my worst Jamba Juice experience. Came in on a Sunday for an açaí bowl. Was told they had no blueberries. I was surprised but went with it. Asked to add peanut butter since they didn’t have them but no peanut butter either. Shocking. I wasn’t asked if I wanted another type of butter but had to ask. Otherwise the experience was good. The food tasted good. Place is clean.
I used to love coming to Jamba juice however it's not the same anymore. They rarely update their menu and add something new plus the prices have gone up tremendously. And if your looking for a vegan snack, you'll pay easily five dollars for a small and unflavored dish.

This has to be the slowest Jamba Juice I have ever been to. It’s ridiculously slow. I mean what’s going on? Milking the cow? Picking strawberries? So slow I’d rather not come here. Expect to be here at least 30 min when they are not busiy

Well if your chosing Jamba Juice over Juice it up your a fool. The "Berry UpBeet" taste like a defrosted popsicle. I wanted fresh beet juice but was told they dont carry raw beets. Also wanted fresh OJ but the machine was broken (not anyones fault just letting anyone know if your heading there for that its not available). The biggest problem besides the horrible smoothie was the sides I ordered (check out pic). Went here today and the girl at the front was a little rude. I also noticed she greeted two sets of people when they walked in a little after me but completely ignored me when I walked in and didn’t even say hello when she was about to take my order..she just said “what can I get you”. Not sure if race had anything to do with this because I noticed the people she greeted who walked in after me were not African American. Also put way too much ice in my drink. I felt like I paid $9 for ice and juie.
0 stars if I could , placed a DoorDash order to pick it up on my 30 min lunch. Waited over 15 mins bc there was only one employee working. I was down to less then 10 mins on my lunch and went to ask where I was in line, said I had a peanut better moo’d and the guy said they didn’t have the peanut butter to make it. Had 7 mins to get back to work. Absolutely terrible service.
My wife and I went here on Friday to take advantage of their advertised $1 smoothies, 3-6pm. By the time we found a parking spot it was a little after 6:00 and one of the girls that was taking my order told me to take my time, which I did, so now a few minutes had passed by the time the other girl got to me and now it was after 6 and we’d have to pay almost $10 for each smoothie instead of $1. I offered to buy two at full price if we got two for $1 each? No. It wasn’t that she refused to realize we were a few minutes late that bothered me, but the condescending tone she used, as if we were bums or something! What a first (& last) experience trying a new place for refreshments! So we had Starbucks instead. What a promotion!
Arrived at 9:40pm on September 12th 2025 to order some smoothies. Yes, I know it’s close to closing time but that shouldn’t be an excuse for the young lady (KATHY) working there to be extremely rude. She rudely directed me to order at the kiosk, then when I asked her if anything in the apples and greens smoothies came into contact with any pineapple she just said no but made it seem like I asked a stupid question. I explained my wife is severely allergic. Hoping for a little more reassurance and still got a expressionless look with the slightest head shake to say no? I guess. Then a poor little boy comes in almost peeing his pants and asks if there was a restroom available and she said no because it was being cleaned. There was a cone in front of it and no one was in the restroom cleaning it. I would have understood if she would have said it’s for customers only and even then I would have still thought she was messed up cause he was just a poor little boy. That young lady needs to be called out. From the reviews I see I’m not the only one that’s been treated rudely.
