We always enjoy coming to this In n Out when running errands in the area. Overall delicious food and great customer service. I don't know what happened today 6/12/25 but the station for ketchup was really messy. There was ketchup everywhere and paper cups with small amounts of ketchup upside down on the countertop. The left side of the ketchup dispenser was out, almost empty. When I attempted to fill the little paper cup with ketchup, it shot out a hard glob making the paper cup fly out of my hand. I told the worker at the counter and they took care of it! Thanks In N Out for the delicious food and great customer service!

Great food, service and prices, you can't beat the price, a lot of popular chain restaurants who use to be affordable are not anymore, in and out has been one of the best restaurants you could take your family to, and it won't break your bank.

Came in on the second day they opened and everyone was very friendly. Parking lot has electric chargers and lots of parking. The inside layout was different from what I was used to but there was a lot of space for everyone to sit.

There's no other place that you can feed a family of four for $40 dollars and be satisfied that you got quality food at a great price. If you never tried it, check out the double double animal style or their French fries animal style, so beautiful bomb. They also have the best shake's for the price that no one can beat. You can get a extra large shake, eit her chocolate, vanilla or strawberry for $5.27 cents, any other place serves a small for that much and it's not good. I recommend in and out burger to anyone looking for quality at an affordable price.

The Best Burgers and French fries! So many options on how to order from a secret menu or create your own. The fries are freshly cooked and you can see them cutting the potatoes while waiting. The burgers are freshly made and served hot. Our order was correct and the employee was friendly. Highly recommend a double double with grilled onions animal style.

in-N-out, not so fast fast food but it was 100% worth waiting in the really long line. Definitely seemed like a favorite joint to the locals. First the menu was so simple. Your choices are burgers and fries and a drink. They don't offer combos that I could see. But the burgers came single, double, or triple,. Can get with cheese or without. Comes with lettuce tomatoes and their burger sauce. My first time here, the experience was one of a kind. Definitely walk inside. Because the drive though was like going to Chick-fil-A packed.

Love in N out. My recent visit was less than the normal. My order was not correct after repeating it 3 times. Kinda of a let down compared to their usual great service. Went again and it took 40 minutes to get 3 cheese burgers. This location in Redlands has gotten worse as the days pass.

Bought a gift card for Christmas. The employees were very helpful and the parking was good. The only problem I had was leaving the lot - traffic backs up easily and you have to wait for a chance to leave.

OMG i was passing by the area today and did not know it was new. It was a horrible experience as I waited one hour in the drive thru. They are not organized like all the other restaurants are, where the workers take the orders from your car and people do not have to be holding the line ordering at the first window.

Other locations are great except this one. The drive thru is poorly designed, and not organized which seems to cause delays. Burgers were meh, fries were stale. Maybe it was just an off night for the food, but the drive thru is a headache.

Sat in the drive thru for OVER AN HOUR on a Monday night at 10 pm...in Redlands. They had two lanes open but no one at the lines to take orders ahead of time as most locations do. Then the wait was worsened because the lines merged to one before you even got to the order speaker so everyone in both lanes had to wait for each and every order to be placed. Plus this caused cars to switch lanes ahead of time and the truck two cars behind me ended up ordering and getting their food before us. If they couldn't take more than one order at a time, they should have closed the extra lane so it was obvious how many people are in line ahead of you. Once we were in line, we were stuck and couldn't break out to an exit lane to opt to eat inside. Then once we finally got to the window, I had to remind them I was missing one order of fries and they were very overcooked. And no apology offered for the ridiculous wait. I have gone to In N Out for 5 decades and I've never waited that long at any location. Staff was not unpleasant or rude but just seemed understaffed or not distributed most efficiently.

Go here kind of often, my buddy asked the girl what half of a fly dutchman would be called, she said single cheese. Fast forward to earlier this week and I order "1 flying dutchman, one single cheese patty, and one regular patty." Total of 3 cheese and 4 patties. When i get the receipt the girl at the counter took on cheese off the flying dutchman, so my order was a flying dutchman with one piece of cheese and a plain patty. When i told her it was wrong she said "no, that's right". I didn't feel like arguing with this girl and a line of 10 people waiting so i left. Horrible.

You guys need 2 people working outside the drive-thru if you’re going to have anyone out there. Someone to take orders and someone to pay attention to the order of the cars arriving. People often sneak in ahead of other people who were there first, since there are two lanes. That was almost the case right now. Some jerk tried getting ahead of me just now, and the attendant didn’t realize I was here first. I had my window down in anticipation, because I knew the other car was going to try to pull that crap. I shouted, “I was here before him!” and the attendant fortunately came over to me first. I’m not placing any blame on the attendant. He can only do so much between taking an order and trying to memorize who gets in line when. This problem lies entirely on management.

LONG LINES BAD FOOD. Drive thru took at least 35 minutes on a Monday and food is not up to In-N-Out expectation . Need to up the drive thru pace have experienced this everytime I come to this location.

It was a typical location just a lot dirtier. We were pretty much the only ones there the other night. There wasn't a line and there was plenty of seating, but literally every table was dirty. When we left I walked through puddles to make it so my shoes would stop sticking to the ground.

When they say it’s the worst in n out in the IE, they’re not lying. Orders are always mediocre here. Been three times to try to level the score but each time it gets worse and worse. Green spot location is better. Always ask for meat well done and here it is lol

I been here 3 times since they open up and they take LONGGG all my visits so I had to wait over 20 minutes and like 35 min in drive thru. This in n out definitely needs better management

They do not cook their burgers all the way, luckily I saw it after only taking one bite. Definitely had messed up stomach next day. Service is always friendly and overall clean for how busy it was.

The experience at first was okay as any other new spot. The order went quick but they had forgotten an item. I threw away the receipt after they called it and was kind of confused and thought maybe that item needed more time. Until I asked them if they have the item and they said no, that I didn’t buy it. Then I told them I threw away the recipet and they wanted me to pay for it again and accused me of lying. So then I see my receipt in the trash can and grab it to show them and they felt pretty dumb. As the saying goes the customer is always right!

I was supposed to have a protein style with whole grill onion and spread & onions on my fries with no tomato. On top of getting the wrong orders my food was cold. I enjoy IN-N-OUT but I hate this one in particular. The entire building seems designed for two things. The first is to hide the size of the line. The second to maximize the amount of time you spend in that line. There are two lanes that merge into one before you are even able to order. I only went in because I thought there was no line and by the time I realized the line was bad I was stuck. There are other IN-N-OUT in the area one is about 5 minutes away from this one and all with more efficient drive-thru Lanes. The food and the staff were fantastic as usual for IN-N-OUT. I was expecting a quick IN-N-OUT and was easily in line for over 30 minutes.

Drive thru is the slowest 40 min wait and you haven't ordered yet. They need faster way for the drive thru customers. You get in line and your trap with other cars. Everybody has the same idea. That's my last time dealing with this. Please fix. Fast Pass, lol.

This is the ONLY In-N-Out location that has ever gotten our order wrong and MULTIPLE TIMES no less. Worst location by far and I don't say that lightly having been a fan for 15+ years having dined hundreds of times in Orange County, San Diego and Inland Empire locations. This place just flat out sucks. Period. And all we ordered was a single fry and a PLAIN burger. An order so simple a monkey could do it, seriously. Get it together!
