They always get my order right here, and I like to customize a lot of things, which I know can usually be a pain. Sometimes the line is super long and takes a while but that's only because so many people are trying to go there at one time. Great Taco Bell.

I always forget how much I love Taco Bell. I havent been here in years and after recently visiting, I will be back more often. Their staff was kind and the tacos were amazing. Also, if you're looking for a place with good dessert or sweet snacks, then this is it.

Been going to this location for the last decade. In the last few years they have gotten really good at accommodating veggie guests. I always get beans instead of meat and used to have a problem with still getting meat on my food. But this is very rarely an issue anymore and I eat here semi often. If they do mess up they are apologetic and quick to correct the issue. Fast, accurate and friendly service.

They did a great job. Food was good and prepared quickly. I did a mobile order and picked it up in store 3 minutes later. Best part about my experience is that they didn't skimp me on any ingredients in my Doritos Locos Taco!

No wait in line with their new Menu/Ordering kiosk. Ordered, paid & received my food all within just minutes. My order was correct & hot & delicious. In addition, their soda fountain drinks are perfect carbonated soda water to soda syrup ratios. Their sodas taste refreshing.

I've been coming to this Taco Bell since elementary school and when the hot sauce came in little tub like containers. You can't go wrong with this place. Is it authentic, well... no, but it's still delicious and reasonably priced. I haven't had anything I don't like and the service is fast and good.

I absolutely had the best experience last Friday night Sept 4th. My sister and I came to get a late night snack from the drive thru and this professional young man WAS AMAZING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish i remembered his name! He was Caucasian perhaps? Tall? Well.. Everyone looks tall from inside a car 😂😂 I DON'T KNOW WHO HE WAS BUT THAT MAN WAS SO PROFESSIONAL! 👏👏👏 He listed off the ingredients and it made us feel like we were in a nice dine in restaurant!! I had some food allergy questions and he knew his stuff! We got our orders and it was well packed and organized and we just had a great experience here. So thank you to the young man! 🙏💕 I LOVE TACO BELL SO MUCH!

The food is so good here. Idk what it is. I've eaten at other TB's and it's been hit or miss and sometimes gross even, but I swear they put magic in their food here. I could eat a Mexican pizza from here every day of my life. The staff seem pretty friendly, too. Thanks, guys

The staff on July 6th knocked it out of the park. I just had to get on here and leave a raving review. Yes, about Taco Bell! SO and I agreed it was the BEST TB we've ever had sober. Food was incredible. You guys did a phenomenal job. I've never had nachos bel grande that amazing before. Crispy chicken tacos? AMAZING. Can't thank you guys enough.

One of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been too. Went to the drive through for a quick bite passing through. The portions were generous and was extremely tasty. The best Cheesy Gordita Crunch and Beefy 5-later burrito I’ve ever had.

The food's always made fresh when you order. The drive-thru is fast and courteous. I've never got the wrong order, the window workers always check to make sure the order is right. This is one of my favorite Taco Bell's to go to.

Taco Bell is pretty consistently Taco Bell. No big surprises with food. It's always good. Sometimes they have long lines and sometimes they don't. The reason for the 5 stars instead of 4 is at this location they have an employee, Daniel. Daniel speaks clearly at the drive up and he is courteous and helpful. At the window he is congenial, efficient and always puts his positive face forward. I hope someone from TB sees this and recognizes Daniel. He is an asset!

My favorite fast food franchise for now. Chipotle is good competition, but if you're creative, you can create something healthy - just drink lots of water and make sure to balance with fiber. I tend to go vegetarian, though I recommend adding red cabbage and maybe substituting the romaine lettuce with it for that extra crunch. Tomatoes and jalapenos help too- not sure if they have red onions and they could definitely use sweet potatoes as a desert fry. As far as my impression of the place, I'm sad that corporate is so gung -ho about phasing out the dining space. It was a great place to hangout with friends and discuss life. The staff are great! It's a shame that the work model is unsustainable... God bless them.

Bought crunchy tacos for myself (2) and 4 soft taco supreme for my son. They were fresh and hot. They tasted amazing.

Best Taco Bell I go too. Usually go here before or after my VA Appointments. Food seems very fresh and they don't skimp on the meats and veggies in the Tacos and burritos. Always clean and quick.

First of all major appreciation for Noah in the drive thru!!! Honestly it is hard to eat at other taco bells because the service here is so great! Even when there have been mistakes with an order the manager was very responsive and made it right.

This was the BEST Taco Bell I've ever been to. The people were nice and the food looked like it's supposed to, like it does in the ads! Not just thrown in a wrapper. And it tasted good too! It was crazy! I've never experienced that at a fast food place in all my 49 years on this planet! Keep it up! I wish all of the other would follow suit!

They never mess up an order in my experience. Food is always hot and made to order. Drive-thru line can get kind of crazy long but it goes fairly quick.

Honestly this is a better taco bell due to location and appearance, personally I feel taco bell used to be better idk if that's just me.. we got the crunch wraps and I expected a little more. Still will go back though.

Breakfast food is good there. I had the breakfast quesadilla with bacon. Taco Bell's location is convenient. The pricing is good. The customer service was great and outstanding.

Edit: Check your order before you leave! It makes me sad to say this, but the last two times I've been here they've messed up my order. Last time they just forgot to put the nacho cheese in the bag. This time, I ordered something grilled and they didn't, and I substituted a sauce and it wasn't what I ordered. I know the screen at the drive thru was accurate. I understand that customisations make things more complicated, but I've never had problems with it until recently. I went through the drive thru so I can't comment on the inside, but they got my order 100% right and it was ready before I even finished paying. I also customized the shredded chicken burrito to have the regular grilled chicken and grilled the outside of the burrito and so many other Taco Bells get it wrong but they did it just like I asked which is awesome.

I feel like they're fully aware who their menu caters to, but gosh darn it I thank them for being there when the desire to cram six tacos with shells made of Doritos into my gullet hits hard. Not all heroes wear capes.

Although I'm not a huge fan of Taco Bell, my amazing angel sister was so every year on her birthday, I take our family to Taco Bell, fill our bellies to the brim with crunch wrap supremes, bring a birthday cake, and sing Happy birthday to heaven in her honor. My kids LOVE to celebrate Auntie Brenda's birthday every year and I love that the cashiers and employee's​ all are so understanding and have fun with us!

The food is good, I just wish they'd stop putting sour cream ( if I say please no sour cream ) on my food. Not sure what it is but their sour cream, but it gives me an upset stomach EVERY TIME. The service needs some help too.

$5 Cholupa Box is the best deal around and is alot of food! Cholupa taco, regular soft taco, bean burrito, cinnamon twists, AND medium drink!... and for just $5?!?!... Nowhere else even comes close to that!!

Honestly, it's a Taco Bell that does Taco Bell things. The food is good for the price, and they make it fast. It's our regular one if we feel like it, but I had to take off a star because of the frequency they forget an item in the order.

I come here for lunch often. I always use my mobile app to order. Some days the drive thru is quick and others not so much. My food is almost always correct and fresh. The staff is for the most part friendly and efficient.

Able to get my order to go and it was correct. Variety Taco pack with Dorito Tacos was great! Great customer service, clean eating area and clean bathrooms. Cashier was able to do a last minute add-on desert without having my order delayed, and was very nice as well as efficient to all of us customers who came in at the same time with a load of orders.

Was an OK experience, I don't care for taco bell making food filled with liquid cheese products that are not healthy for you. I like the original menu from the beginning 1963, the only item from the original menu are the plain tacos and that's all but every once in awhile they'll make an offering from the second updated menu the enchirito and that was good. Other than that I don't usually eat at Taco Bell.

I honestly love the food from here, even if it's a bit burnt at times (I'm not too picky). Just make sure to check that they give you all of your items, because there have been a few occasions where they have short-changed me. Customer service is fine for fast food.

Solid Taco Bell location. My order was taken quickly despite the long line and was finished quickly. Only downside was that they messed up my order. They mistakenly gave me two cherry sunrise freeze instead of two regular cherry sunrise freeze. Small mistake easily overlooked but was still solid

Atmosphere fairly quite except some customers talking to each other and some on the the phone. Had some chicken quessadia and burrito which is good enough for us for a quick stop of food.

Been awhile since I've been here. Drive thru line was long but went fast. Only reason I give 4 stars and not five. The crunch wrap was super flat and not crunchy at all. But the chicken chalupa was on point. Just a bit pricey. All in all food was good and service was quick. Crunch wrap disappointed.

It’s my local Taco-bell. I’ve been going here since highschool. I will say it’s consistent, and some of the staff are nice. You will get your food quick and fast. Not much you need from fast food.

The lady at the register told me that unless I was ordering 80 dollars in food I wasn't able to order because her restaurant didn't accept bills larger then twenty, illegal I'm sure their not allowed to turn down us currency, my family was very inconvenienced because of t his place, I'm pretty sure if the problem isn't solved I'm not going here anymore.

Food was good but service was horrible I rolled up to the intercom they guy says hello my I take your order I ordered my food and he says hold on I wait for 5 minutes until I finally get frustrated and say hello the guy says are u ready to order like I was a new customer so I had start my order all over again. Ordered Grande Nachos, that as per the tv commercial, come in a good size box. Ours came in small 6 inch trays, yet we were charged the grande price. Too far to return order. Also, shown with guacamole and ours had none.

Server was kind and helpful. Ordered a crunch wrap supreme and 2 crunchy tacos. The tacos were firm and down right delicious but the crunchwrap was soggy.

I’ve received someone else’s order or a mixup in items. I place pick up orders because I’m on my lunch break. They don’t give me any hot sauce. And the lobby was empty. So I don’t see why there’d be a mistake like that. :(

Been coming here for years. Food is what you'd expect from a fast food place. Clean eating areas and restrooms. I'd give a higher rating but on my last few visits the drive thru was extremely slow.

I just never had a really good experience with this Taco Bell. They seem like the portions are small and not as good quality as other Taco Bells. Service seems a little slow. Definitely can use some improvement and better customer service. All fixable though.

Listen, It was a simple order and they couldn't get the food in the bag!!! I find it interesting that fast food establishments have all gone up on prices yet the quality of service remains sub par. On this particular occasion I had a taste for tacos, chaluoa, combination burrito, veggie pizza and a meatless cheese nachos. Of courts, my order was for a family of three. When ordering, I repeated each item twice and asked the cashier to repeat the order prior to payment.Uupon getting home I realized I was missing the tacos and combination burrito! I called the store and explained the missing items from my order. The assistant manager offered to remake my missing items or provide a refund. I accepted the refund. This is not the first incudent of poor service with this location. If you want or rather demand+$20 per hour wages, be consistent and provide good service. Check the bag for all the contents the same as you ensure you receive payment!

I always give fair reviews, but I'm done with this location. I have given this taco bell location several opportunities to fill my order correctly and they have shorted me every time in at least 3 visits. I always ask for and pay for extra beef and/or extra cheese on my nachos bellgrande and every time the orders have been served with the standard amount, rather than what I paid extra for. Update: The owner of this business at this location just replied and all they had to say was extra beef is 1 scoop. Well then, you owe me THREE SCOOPS. AND THE EXTRA CHEESE... WHAT IS THAT, ONE SQUIRT? SO, YOU OWE ME THREE SQUIRTS. AND SO WHAT? THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS AT THIS LOCATION WERE SUB-PAR. The "extra scoop" of meat I paid for was not added on more than 1 occasion. END OF STORY.

I bought four freezes and they all came a paper box. There was a 4 minute drive home, and when I arrived the box was soaked because the freezes were not as cold as they should be and partially melted. Because of this upon me picking up the box, it collapsed and the freezes spilled everywhere. Absolutely horrible experience, please make your stuff better so that things like this don't happen. For instance, you could have colder drinks, or a plastic holder rather than paper. Thanks for ruining my lunch.

Almost no cheese on the tacos. Enough for color, but not enough to taste. Del taco has way more cheese and meat for you only 30 cents more, as big as two Taco Bell tacos. So disappointed from what Bell was 40 years ago.

I have visited this locastion in Redlands 3 times in the last 2 months. Without fail, every time I order a chulupa it's hard as a rock. Super stale, the person on the phone told me to ask the person taking my order to give me a fresh one. No you scumbags, only give fresh chulupa shells. Do not goto this location, they serve you garbage they should be throwing away. My chulupa shells should not "snap and crumble apart" like a tortilla chip. Disgusting.

On Feb/17/17 night, almost fall down, the cashier was mopping with soap on a rainy day on the entrance door way floor, I told her she should put up more slippery signs and that she should warn customers as they come in and that sweeping with soap was extremely dangerous on a rainy day cause we walk in with water on our shoes but she just gave me an attitude. I had to warn other people as I watch them come in having the same slippery experience. Some kids and teenagers had some fun moving in the slippery floor but anybody could of had a bad fall specially and elderly man with a cane who also walk in and other adults too. As you see this is not about your food but of the lack of safety from the employees working at this location.

This is about the 4th time I went after 10pm and got served some BS. My nacho grande has nothing but dry meat more nacho chips then anything the tray has plenty of empty space . No toppings hardly "oh yeah" it must have been thrown together like the other 3xs when there is only me and another car in line I caught them on a busy.

Usually they give 5 star service but today was horrible the cheese in the tacos was uncooked and the fries are hard as rocks! My order took 30 min to get to me all i ordered was 2 things off the dollar menu. Maybe its the new employees they hire clearly they need more training. Damn I dont even want to come back here.

The food was as u already expect it. Its ok, for being fast food. But I asked to place two separate orders, because one order was going somewhere else and they refused to place two orders, on two separate occasions. I dont understand why they couldn't do two orders, the food was still gonna be made regardless whether its on one receipt or two. She actually told me I had to get back in line if I want a separate order.... what a joke.

Worst customer service & worst food!

I received a Baja blast on the app for my birthday & It was the first time ordering from the app so I needed help I asked a young man & I believe he called over a manager & she was very rude. I asked how to place the free drink on my order & she said to call the maker if the app because she has nothing to do with the app & walked away. Once I figuredit out I told her o placed my order she rudelysaid you just have to wait. She was a heavy set white hirl. I feel ALL employees should know how to use the app for reasons such as mine.

The chip bags are way smaller. The potatoes in my tacos were so petrified that I couldn't even chew them. They were clearly not made within the last day or two as they also had a spoiled taste to them. Had to spit them out and throw my bag of food away. Not sure if it's the owners or workers that just don't give a damn. Absolutely disgusting!!

Came inside store because I knew if I’d went threw the drive threw they would have pass anything threw the window like they always do. But I’m here at 6pm inside order 5 festa potato’s bowls ,5 chicken tacos , but I don’t want the potatoes that’s been sitting in that warmer. One of the employee inside looks at the manger because I said fresh potatoes, squeezed it knowing they weren’t fresh. And tried to say quietly but did…, not making nothing fresh. So sad. That this is what customer service has come too. Highly unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend

Mobile ordered to save time, then had to wait in drive thru line. There's nowhere to pickup your food so it isn't fresh when you get to the front of the line. Doesn't make sense to me that there isn't a place for pickup only.

I tried pulling up at 11:55 just to order a quick thing it’s Taco Bell the spot that’s always been known for being open late and they completely ignored me on the drive-through for three minutes so I couldn’t order and then when I pulled up to the window, some lady who wouldn’t even address me and just kind of hid decided not to at least acknowledge me through the window, horrible service horrible staff don’t go here. They should just get new management.

This location seems to be slow when it comes to new items and promotions that TacoBell sends out via social media! They had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about the fan made exclusive promotion going on now. The app also has no guac available so I couldn’t make the California Crunchwrap by Brock! Management needs to step up their game!

Very bad service — rude and unprofessional! We went through the drive-thru to order 3 Burrito Supremes, but the young girl on the speaker typed in Dorito DLTs instead. We politely told her the order was incorrect and repeated what we actually wanted — 3 Burrito Supremes. She still repeated the wrong item. My husband turned off the truck and clearly told her again what we wanted. She finally corrected the order, then with a huge attitude asked, “Are you happy now?” — I couldn’t believe it. My head was about to spin. We canceled the order and reported it to the manager, and we could hear her laughing in the background. Totally unprofessional. I truly hope the owner sees this and gets the staff proper customer service training. We won’t be coming back.

Dining in has been closed for long time due to "staffing issues" even though other restaurants near by have been able to find workers and be open. It doesn't take much to handle your food over the desk to be eaten indoors than through the drive through window. UPDATE As today 04/04/22 they still close for dinning in, now with the excuse of "remodeling" probably they are saving on toilet paper an drink refills. 12/12/22 UPDATE Dining in, restrooms, refills and everything else still not available, just drive thru "Under construction" as seen on the picture.

I'm not sure if they had refried this or burnt it to the point of changing its chemical structure but these people are "cooking" pure cancer. Revolting. I have always been raised not to waste food so I ate it but not without consequence. It was soaked in grease yet it was still hard and stale. It gave me an instant headache and made me feel awful. The woman taking the order was extremely rude and probably had this done on purpose. I hope this helps someone as I will not be returning to this cancer ridden restaurant.

OMG. How they sent this burnt food to customers? I was very shocked. Don’t they have eyes 👀? No one can’t eat this Burnt Foods. Paid tips, taxes, food amount ! 😡😡😡. It was ordered by Doordash and complain but not enough because my kid was very hungry and it came like this and they said they lost taste. Please don’t do this anymore. Very Very Disappointed.
