This was my first time eating at Luna Grill. It was excellent. I purchased the dip trip which could use more dipping items. I also purchased the bistro filet beef kabob. The beef can be cut with a butter knife and the salad and rice that come with meal is delicious. The staff is nice and the service is exceptional.

WOW!!!! The Chicken is a lime flavored very tender and moist with cilantro. The Gryo is very tender and good. The side salad is fresh and tasty. The drink we got the Hibiscus 🌺 Drink WOW! I’ve visited this restaurant a few times, and each time, the food has been incredibly delicious. The prices are already reasonable, but when you combine them with the Club Luna Rewards, you can get some fantastic deals. The staff always has a wonderful attitude, especially Isiah, who goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Will be back many more times!

We came in 30 minutes before closing. The staff was welcoming and did not rush us while we ate. The food was amazing and Isaiah went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this place.

I always enjoy eating here when I’m in Redlands. I loved their Harvest Bowl with Lemon Chicken (bring it back!) and now I’m enjoying the Santorini Bowl with Schug. I even tried making Schug at home because I love it so much but LG’s is still better. The staff is always so friendly and recognize me after just a few visits. Ariel, in particular, goes out of her way to ensure my experience is excellent. I highly recommend this place! Plus, it’s healthy.

This is the location here in Redlands California. Staff was super friendly really nice location. We enjoyed the food it was so delicious and I will be back! The chef came out to ask us how everything was going. The cashier was super helpful with a great attitude and so was the manager. My food was so fresh and The taste was just magnificent. If you had a bad experience here it was probably something you was going through that was personal either that or your taste buds are just messed up! I read a couple of the other reviews and they didn't make sense to me again you just had a bad day and happen to take it out on the restaurant everything about my mail was a 10 out of 10 and everything about the staff and store was just immaculate! I hope you all have the same experience when you come to this location. Everything was very nice from the outside patio to the restrooms super clean.

The food is Delicious and super healthy. The management specially Mrs. Irma was fast and friendly putting together all the plates for the entire family, if felt like we were in a family barbecue in my back yard. Also I work for 2 delivery platforms (Doordash and Foodja) and every time I pick up orders at this precise location the result is always the same: accurate orders, personal attention, fast and friendly service. I always come this Redlands location because one, the food is so good, also everyone is very kind! The nice young man Michael who took my order, accidentally forgot to put in my pita bread order but the manager Isaiah was nice enough to get me the plate at no extra cost. I noticed the kid's chicken bowl had a significant less amount of rice and when I mentioned that to Adam, he offered a side of rice and my toddler was happy because he loves the rice from Luna Grill. We’ve been to this location several times and have enjoyed the food a lot. The service is friendly, Isaiah made sure our order perfect and checked on us as we finished our meal. There are a good handful of vegetarian options including the veggie kabob, falafel wrap, and Beyond Burger. All of the ingredients seemed fresh and well prepared.

Get a tiny taste of several menu items from their Sampler Platter like the falafel, stuffed grape leaves, couscous medley and hummus. Luna also has a tasty selection of signature plates like the Chicken kabob or Chicken and Ground Sirloin Kabob. The meat was juicy, chicken was tender and the rice definitely fluffy. Each plate includes their house salad, basmati rice, pita bread, cucumber yogurt dip and choice of sliced carrot or roasted tomatoes which is really good. My all time favorite here is their Beyond Burger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and spicy feta. The spicy feta is what compliments this burger. I ordered the spicy feta on the side since it was my first time and now I can't imagine my burger without it. Luna Grill's ambiance is pleasant with friendly customer service. The restaurant includes a handsome patio and showcases what they call "Luna 3.0," a blend of modern and vintage elements meant to invoke a comfortable feel for the family. Overall, the freshness is the real plus, and it's healthier fare than most fast food restaurants. As long as your expectations are reasonable for casual dining, this place won't disappoint. It's also a good place to catch light quick eats that don't make you feel like you just ate a cow.

I had the salmon Mediterranean salad, the salmon was cooked to perfection, the kabob chicken and beef were super juicy, tender, and the flavor was delightful! I also ordered a wrap and is not as tasty, the chicken was a bit dry, and there was a lot of the flap bread. Atmosphere was enjoyable, and the service was ok. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Look...Great Tasting. Healthy. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. For the individual that is looking for heavy and hearty, don't come here. This is for the economically assured, that want a quiet, cute, healthy lunch. I would not recommend this place if you are on a tight budget. Decided to check out this Mediterranean spot for dinner. First impression was that it was clean. It was a counter service style and ordering was fast with many healthy options to choose from. The lady who took our order was welcoming and friendly. I liked how they had a cute little corner for kids to use coloring pages and crayons while they wait for their order. Wait time was around 10 mins and the server was kind. I got their seasonal Mediterranean Harvest bowl. Falafels were cooked well and I loved how the crunchy chickpeas really tied this whole bowl together perfectly. This dish was light and left me feeling satiated. It is perfect for a light dinner or lunch option. My husband tried the Chicken & Gyro Meat plate. He said it was good but not the best authentic taste. It was like something that was frozen and cooked fast with not many deep flavors infused into it. For $20, the plate was sadly not worth the ingredients plated. Final thoughts: - Overpriced with a smaller portion size and subpar in flavor as compared to other Mediterranean spots nearby and many others in SoCal that we have tried.

We were traveling through, and found this place doing a Google search. I had the Mediterranean Bowl. I wasn't expecting the chickpeas to be roasted, but the crunch wasn't bad. I got the schug sauce and it really added to the flavor of the chicken. I also loved the lemony dressing of the salad. Overall, I would recommend this place.

We had to wait a little long before our foods came and were surprised that the server also brought a bowl of fries with chicken on the house to compensate for our wait. My kabab koobedeh was dry and charred. I told a server and it was promptly replaced. Great service.

Our first time there, the restaurant is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. They took care of every single detail, from layout to decor to ambiance and outdoor seating!!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Regarding the food, it is good with a generous portion in general, but the flavor should be more rich. In my opinion, if they are labeled as Greek Mediterranean, they should focus more on Greek items, flavors and twist instead of mixing cuisines ( koobideh was good but Gyro wasn’t) !!! Overall, I loved the experience at Luna’s and if you are in the area, give it a try !!!

It's solid for a fast casual chain, and having some good options for quicker Mediterranean food in the area is nice. I don't think they do anything better than other local Mediterranean joints, but it's usually consistent and tasty. The chicken can sometimes be a little gristly and you don't always get a lot for the price, but it's still consistent enough to know what you are going to get when you go there. The staff is friendly, albeit a little slow at times, but the place is clean and easy to get in and out of.

I like this place. There meals are yummy and satisfying. However I feel the food varies depending on there cook. When I get the combo plate depending who is in the kitchen my meat will be moist juicy and tender and sometime all chicken and beef will just be dry. In addition There prices have gone up. I used to pay for the combination plate 15 bucks same plate now is over 20 dollars. I don’t know if its worth it anymore if you can’t determine if the meat is cook to perfection that day or not.

Service/staff is really nice. However, way too expensive for a 'fast food' spot (as in not formal restaurant). $20 for a chicken kabob plate and fries. Fries were OK - alil cold and soggy. Kabob was OK, lacking seasoning tbh. Very plain. Plain rice. Hummus was OK. Pita bread was waaaay too small of a portion. Not enough for hummus. I just don't think it deserves the high ratings or price. Go to a more authentic spot for better quality if you want to pay $20. As a Mediterranean, I don't think I'll be back.

So the reviews had been good on this place, but the food is mediocre. The rice unflavored, plains white rice. The hummus straight from a can. Honestly, the worst hummus I’ve tasted. The chipotle sauce was actually pretty good and paired nicely with the fries. The chicken kabob platter it was just basic. Nothing extraordinary or exceptional about it. It’s not horrible place if you need a place to eat but definitely not a place if you are looking for quality Mediterranean/ middle eastern food.

Overall, the service was great and the place was clean and pleasant. However, I believe I misunderstood the menu. When I saw the word Burrata, I didn’t notice that it referred to a burrata sauce, not burrata cheese. I was expecting the actual burrata cheese, but that was entirely my mistake. Also, please note that the peaches seem to be canned rather than fresh, which I personally was not expecting. Because of this, I found the salad to be nutritionally unbalanced for my taste — it felt quite high in fat and sugar. I would have preferred chicken instead of falafel, but again, this is purely my personal preference. That said, I paid around $18 for this salad, and in my opinion, the price feels too high for what was offered.

Staff was wonderful. The food was OK in the winter time. The line was out of control, but not in the staff's hands. Small portions for the amount of money you're paying for the flavor was the flavor was all right.

I ordered a chicken bowl and it was not good. The chicken was very dry and the portion was extremely small. They ran out of a lot of proteins in the menu so perhaps that’s why the portion was so small? I travel and usually love Luna Grill but disappointed with this location.

Used to love this place, but for about the last year or so everytime I eat here, no matter what time of day, the food is always dry. I also feel like they're not proactive about the In-store customers as they are about the online ordering customers

I legitimately waited 30 minutes for a pita to be made while half my meal was sitting in a bag waiting. Then I saw employees putting them together and order that was sitting for 25 minutes then put it together with a side that just came out. Horrendous meal prep. And the customer service was abysmal, standing around while yelling PITA then laughing about doesn’t get the job done. Won’t be coming back here for an awhile. Maybe I’ll update then.
