I stop for lunch many days; these photos are from Saturday, May 31st. The Saturday menu was very generous and homemade, as always, but this time a group of friends and I went with our trucks to the restaurant. I think there were 51 of us, if I remember correctly, but to the surprise of those unfamiliar with Casa Junco restaurants, it was a great surprise. The waiter came to our table, started taking our first and second course orders, and in less than 5 minutes we were already eating the first courses, as if there weren't 51 other people. That said, the quality of the food was, as always, excellent. The desserts were a good selection, all homemade by the restaurant. I took the trouble to ask, and a super nice girl told me that Andrea made them. She's the owner, and she's a wonderful girl, so nice, even more so now that I know she's the boss. I'm including photos of the weekend menu—very generous, very well-prepared, and homemade. All that remains is to say thank you very much, Casa Junco, for your daily efforts to make our lives easier.

This restaurant is right on the main road, which is great for getting in and out easily and continuing your journey... The service is very good and the set menu is affordable at €14-€15 and very tasty and varied... highly recommended.

We went to this restaurant on a Monday in July after visiting the Jurassic Museum of Asturias in Colunga. We arrived without a reservation and had no problem getting a table for three. We ate the set menu, which cost €14, and tried the seafood rice broth, which had a very strong flavor and included plenty of "bugs" and pieces of fish. For the main course, we had seasonal tuna, which was also delicious, and we tried the secret. Both dishes were very generous portions with a side of potatoes and vegetables. The desserts, rice pudding and grandma's cake, also seemed homemade and were very good. The restaurant is located within a service area on the road, so it has ample parking. Be careful not to confuse it with the other restaurant, Junco, located not far away, just across the road. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. We would recommend this restaurant if you're looking for unpretentious local homemade food. We'd highlight the rice we ate, as we found it exquisite. We think we could have paid €30 per person or more for it in any more stylish restaurant.

We stopped for lunch; they serve generous sandwiches, even large enough to share. As for the menu, everything was well-cooked and delicious, including the desserts, and all at reasonable prices. The waiters were friendly and efficient. In short, it's a pleasant place with fast and good service. If I'm in the area again, we'll stop.

No está mal para desayunar y el precio es algo más que razonable para ser un área de servicio. Los baños estaban limpios y en general se puede decir que es un sitio bueno para hacer una pausa.

Siempre paro ahi me gusta la atencion a mesa, hasta hoy 1/03/2026. Paramos aqui de paso, tomar algo y seguir camino. Hoy tienen 6 mesas y 3 camareos exclusivos para el servicio de comida, mi pareja y yo nos sentamos en la parte que no tienen mantel y no nos atienden, miran pero como si nada, uno se digna desde ka distancia a preguntar si es para comer y se le contesta educadamente, no es para tomar algo, seguimos sin ser atendidos, se levanta mi pareja y pide en barra y lo trae a la mesa mi pareja a pulso aunque una de ellas esta a barra y mesa. Aunque hoy no hay buena atencion seguiremos parando aqui, ya que nos gusta e lugar. No he visto en ninguna parte del cristal o puerta comunicando que haya SERVICIO A MESA.

Generous portions (the fabada was amazing). The food is good, but don't expect excellence; after all, it's a roadside restaurant. I'm giving it 3 stars because: - We had to wait 10 minutes after finishing the first course to receive the second. - I ordered chicken cachopo, and after a while, they came saying they were out of it. - Beer isn't included in the set menu (wine is). - You can't exchange coffee for dessert. With these changes, the €13 set menu ends up costing €17.

November 16th, mid-afternoon. I wonder if any of the waitresses (I won't say which one) were shown the Sesame Street episode that taught the proper order of service, not just ordering customers around... 15 minutes staring at us at the bar without serving us, even though there were 5 other customers there. She has no ability to observe or pay attention, and she's working at a snail's pace. Anyway, that's the state of the hospitality industry, my friend...

Nos atención una chica de lo más torpe del mundo con moño rubia y la nuca rapada , le pedimos que nos trajera todos los platos juntos porque los queríamos cambiar y nos trajo los primero y uno de ello no era lo que le pedimos, respecto a la comida, la trucha poco hecha y con patatas congeladas las ensalada no está en menú, los pimientos rellenos son también congelado al igual cachopo todo acompañado con patatas de bolsa congelada. Por ciento la mesa que teníamos al lado hecho para atrás plato para calentarlos en el microondas venían frío. Y la coletilla de la camarera cuando le echamos para atrás los platos dijo andaluces tenían que ser. Está muy claro que no volveré
