Big Man Big Dogz, located in Compton, is a highly-rated restaurant, earning a 4.6/5 based on 12 reviews. We're proud to be a Black-owned and women-owned establishment, offering a welcoming dining experience for everyone. Enjoy our delicious menu through dine-in, takeout, or convenient delivery. We are open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday from 12-8PM, and Sunday from 12-6PM. We are closed on Saturdays. Our restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible, with accessible entrances, parking, restrooms, and seating. We look forward to serving you!

Was craving a hot dog, and saw this place in my neighborhood. I got the junior que dog, LA dog, fries, and a southern lemonade. Both dogs had artisan bread and beef and were about the size of a water bottle. They were delicious!!! The beef was a good beef, cooked well, and the chili was bombbbb 🤤 the LA dog had tasty bacon also cooked well. The lemonade was sweet but not too sweet, the perfect balance. And the fries had good seasoning on em. For a new business, they're quite impressive!! I'm super glad I tried them !!!

Finally got here after following for a few years on IG. Everything is made fresh, so order ahead to avoid a long wait. The pastrami is SO GOOD, some of the best I've had. I didn't even stop to take pictures, that's how good it was. Loved the pastrami egg rolls. Quesadilla & tacos were good as well. Fries didn't blow me away. I'd start with the sampler, so you can try a little bit of everything. I went 2 days in a row. Need to go back, because I want to try the pastrami sandwich and the burrito. Very decently priced. Rather spend $10-$20 per person here that at McDonald's or similar. Go support this family owned business.

Just left and let me tell you The BBQ Big Packback Fries is where it's at!!! Egg rolls are fire too... Will definitely be a return customer.

Big dog runs this business and he seems like the chilest dude ever. I heard people talk about how good this place was and im happy to hear it However, as a vegan its not a "go to place". The hotdog was a hotdog. It was good for a vegan option, i wouldnt really say it goes beyond a vegan option. Maybe if the cheese was a lil melted and more artisinal bread? But for the price hard to complain. Seems like a staple in the community!
I really like this hole in the wall shop in Compton. Environment is "colorful" and no frills. Food: The biggie fries is delicious. The chili doesn't taste like canned chili, and they didn't go cheap on the cheese either. The big falami sandwich is delicious too. Don't eat too much here or you're asking for a heart attack. The only negative is the price (see receipt). Price didn't include any drinks. Worth it? Yes but only to try out ONCE. Repeat? No, too much money.
