Well I have never gone inside the restaurant but they have been super helpful in the drive-thru. Burgers were good 5/5.

I was very satisfied with my visit today! I came in around 9 pm and Bertha was the one who helped me out. She was very nice and helpful!

It was something else. I was at drive through and the bag tore and some the food fell to the ground. The server came out and helped me . She then repack my food gave me fresh food and put it in a new bag with plastic bag to secue it. I really appreciated her help. When I worked in that area I always came to this Carl's Jr. They were very helpful to that morning.

They always get our order correct. Sausage and egg biscuits are good for breakfast. Fruit loops donuts are good too. My bf loves the oreo milkshakes from here.

I order thorugh UberEats and I order late at night, past midnight. I kid you not that is when everything is fresh. They close at 11:30pm and reopen at 12 or 12:30am. I have never liked pickles because they are always soggy and especially on burgers but I've had pickles in my super star. They were crunchy and really good. It is the only time I will eat the pickle. They get my orders correct and never missing anything. I have even placed my order and I have called them because I forgot to ask for something extra like ketchup and they are very polite over the phone at midnight.

Only the brave. Let me explain, this CARL'S JR is like the kids say da bomb like they all are. After seeing your relative at St. Francis Hospital for problems with diabetes and high cholesterol and you're like....mmmm, a California burger or whatever. Man you got some the size of grapefruits.

Clean restaurant. Bathroom has a numeric keypad entry for paying customers only. I like Carl's Jr. Best of all the fast food chains because they offer whole wheat buns. They will also do protein style of you ask. Fries are always just right. I wish they had a mirror near the restroom.

Little dirty on the inside food is good, staff is functional except for drive thru, they tend to forget your food/food specifications.

I went there to try their Western Bacon 🍟 promotion. It was a fairly generous serving of fries coated with a seasoning to match the flavor of their Western Bacon Burger without the burger. It wasn't perfect but it was good for what it was imo. The service was good. To my surprise they have wifi! That's definitely a plus if you're low income and no G-phone. They didn't have wifi where I come from. The location is right to by a bus stop, making it convenient for a rainy day, a cooling center, or quick break.

Every time I'm visiting this place! It has a great service, sometimes we just have to be patience because depending at how may orders, it takes more time waiting, other than that, everything is very good 😉

I'll agree with Allie Mccready, but when compared with their counterpart from across the Street, Tom's, Carl's falls short. Upon entering you feel the corporate vibe. The employees all have their roles neatly delineated for them. Their autonomy is gone. The Joie de vivre has been squashed by their corporate overlords. But the food is good so they get 4 gold stars, but not 5.

I can see where the “fast service” rep comes from. The cashier taking my order was flustered and rushing while taking my order. It’s clean and well kept though. Loved my food.

Even though I like their burgers, the burgers tend to be dry at times. They taste like they've been over-microwaved or sitting too long.

I don't know why they always mess up our order when we want to add or remove something from our meal. 8/10 we have to go back to have then change it. They are friendly though! But just still frustrating.

Expect good food. But up to par customer service. Young crew [some] have no skills with acknowledging a person as a paying customer. Older crew are always more well mannered.

I asked for a breakfast burrito. They gave me a breakfast burger. Kinda ruins a burger to misload it like that. Also completely not the breakfast I wanted. I'd gladly trade all their perky cheer for a little accuracy.

Register personal is very unprofessional. Not sure if she was playing but she started belittling her coworker because I mentioned that my drive through order was wrong. She quickly blamed it on her other workers and even asked me should she fire her,cause she kept on f/u customer orders. 😒

It's really annoying how every time I come here I have to go going to reverse or stay parked in the middle of the drive-thru so they can cheat the timer. I always get honked at and it's super annoying because they want to cheat the time

Reality vs Commercial Picture totally different 😂 I got the Chili Burger but it definitely doesn't look like they portray it on TV 😂. I was looking for the Chili and Cheese. The Chili is so tiny that you can barely see it 😂 and cheese disappear too. It taste ok but can add a little more Chili next time.

Worst customer service ever, they don't honor their promotions, I ordered a burger combo so I could get the second burger for a dollar, it was 3.50 when I checked my recipe, I ordered a second combo grilled chicken sandwich I got a small crispy jalapeño burger, the only thing I got right was the large coca cola, bad attitude bad customer service, if you want your dinner to be ruined this is the place, otherwise stay away.

Becareful they steel your money you order medium combo,an they charge you for large ither ones or the whole order double check your receipt.

The price of meals is expensive compared to other fast food places. Received food quickly. Decided to check my items. Soda was not carbonated. Burger was luke warm( cheese not melted). Chicken stars felt like real ninja stars. Children could not chew comfortably. Employee's seen me returning and offered to replace meals and drinks. Opted for a refund, will never return to this Carl's Jr.

Food was not cooked well, ordered the chicken tender with a combo and the middle portion or center of all my tenders were stiff and hard, it was shocking to realize they were so undercooked!! C'mon on now! It's chicken! Ever heard of salmonella food poisoning??? Couldn't finish eating them due to how stiff and undercooked most of the chicken was. A waste of almost 12 bucks, I'm not paying for food poisoning, i would hope the quality of the food at the very least is properly cooked🤦🏽‍♀️smh

Couldn't eat here . I went to used the restroom Woman bathroom locked up So we had to use the men's restroom it was so disgusting park bathrooms are way cleaner. Today I had a very bad experience, first I asked for my burger to be made with a sesame seed bun wich they didn't, second I asked for the thick six dollar burger and they did not do that either. I was patient and went to speak with the person in charge and had a very bad attitude. She was already mad with another customer complain.

It was 8 o'clock at night and I knew things were going to be old so I asked for fresh onion rings and my westerns had old bacon that were so all in hard it was not edible. The Onion rings were Disgusting hard & chewy I will never Go there again They do not listen

Every time I go the chicken strips are old, and I asked for a small combo and they always give me Medium just to charge me more horrible customer service

I picked up an order and asked if the items were all there? They said yes ,I checked the order and i had to come back waiting in line to get my order by the time I got to it all my food was cold the manager took no accountability in the lie the cashier just told! . They were rude by getting upset at the fact they hot caught in a lie

I walked into the Carl’s Jr. to wait until the lady taking order was finished with another customer so I could ask for the bathroom code. She notices me without me knowing that and repeats constantly numbers until my attention is directed to her and I tell her what she means and she says that’s for the bathroom. I tell her you saying just numbers is confusing. It would have made more sense if she used proper use of communication and said the bathroom code is so and so. Also she took my order and by default charged me for a large breakfast combo without asking me which size I’d like. Pretty sure it’s policy to ask. I have the large hash browns and let her know and she asked me whether I told her I wanted them. I told her I wasn’t asked or suggested a serving size. Her approach to customers seems very snarky like and it seems she needs to brush up on her listening skills and communication as well. Her pace seems fast but seems like too fast of a pace can set you off course of good customer service. Also the ketchup dispenser is broken. Doesn’t seem a need on their side to want to fix it. Place is clean as one could expect but a couple tables including mines haven’t been wiped down. Perhaps the afternoon or late night shift employees are more better at attentiveness to customers.

The Super Star Burger has shrunk to a laughable size at this location. Oh, but the price has sky rocketed. Don't bother ordering anything large as they don't fill the fries all the way as they should. The soft drinks are filled to the top with ice and very little soda. That's the last time I visit this location. Terrible....

The place is fairly clean, the kitchen area looked a bit messy. Order took a bit of time to be completed. My review is one star because of a certain experience. This was New Year’s Eve the sitting area was empty, my partner and I had finished eating but we were sitting talking. What appears to be the manager comes up and asks us if we were done because one of the other workers needed to clean the area and if we could please leave. She came off as condescending, I had never had anyone kick me out cause they had to clean this is a 24hr Carl’s Jr. I hope you guys can better train your employees to treat customers better.

I've been to this Carls JR two times and have had a terrible experience the first time they got my order mixed up i had to come back from home and exchange it yet they gave me the vibe like it was my fault. Second time i did a drive through order and the guy at the window failed to give me a receipt or my atm card back as i went back to get my card they told me they didn't have it the cameras clearly showed he didn't hand me back anything Terrible customer service and they must have handed my atm to the wrong customer...

Came to dine here at 1:30 am. As we drove thru the drive thru I accidently passed the speaker and rolled up to the window. Employee named Esmeralda M had an attitude after we apologized for missing the speaker. The food was OK but my wife lost her appetite after dealing with this employee.

Had a very bad experience when asking for condiments. I was assured that they were in the bag, which they weren't. The manager was very rude when I jumped back into the drive thru to get the condiments. I would think they would be more professional than to speak down to customers.

This Carl’s Jr is poorly run. They always try to charge you more than what you’re asking for. You have to repeat that you don’t want the combo atleast 2x. They also cheat on drive thru times always asking you too back up and move forward to make it seem like they are faster than they actually are. That is annoying and I’m not backing up when you guys ask.

Very unprofessional employee aileen. Early morning I went In. She was on her cell phone the whole time. Never smiled. Never looked at me. I ordered the super star.And I went back the following day asked to use the restroom. She deliberately gave me wrong code for entry. Then I spoke with her manager keina or something like that and she gave me entry to restroom. But also very unfriendly and rude. I'm not one to care about these type of things. But this is unnecessary behavior. If u don't like what u do find something better. I will go again but will try and avoid these 2 miserable people.

I hate coming to Carl's a lot, mostly because when you ask for condiments, they only give 1, even if you order more than one combo. How is one ranch enough for 2 or 3 combos. Carl's is the worst when it come to that, and it's their biggest issue. And fries, they need to work on it. The fries are always soggy. Never fresh. I try not to get fries here often.

I'm so mad with this Carl's Jr. I ordered thru the drive thru and the lady taking my order told me that the burgers I ordered come with no onions and since I obviously knew that I asked her to please add white onions made it clear to her twice and she said ok, I get to the window to pay and I double check with the young lady that is taking my payment and she went and told the cook to add onions, so another thing that just gets on my nerve is that you ask for ranch and they only add 1 and then I ask the young lady can I have a few more and she only hands me one and i asked her do you guys charge for the ranch bc if that's the case I will but then again only hands me one smh. If I'm paying for my meal and ask to be done a certain way it just doesn't happen, to finish this I get home and just to check my order and the burgers dont have any onions, what a service. I called to complain and I'm doing it here too .😡😡😡😡😡😡
