e came here on a busy Saturday afternoon and were serviced by Kassandra. She was so lovely—friendly, attentive, and patient despite how busy it was. She made sure we were taken care of and checked in on us often. Her positive attitude really made our visit enjoyable.
Kassandra was amazingly friendly and supper attentive. Had a great lunch and the food came out quickly, even though there was a bit of a wait to get a table, but understandable because it was Saturday midday.
Came on Jan 23rd for my wonderful boyfriends birthday (it’s his favorite) and our server Rachel B was just amazing, she was fast, organized and very attentive. Highly recommend sitting with her. Will be coming back.
I absolutely loved how the pancakes at this location taste like cake as if they use the tres estrellas pancake mix.(if you know, you know) the customer service is great and so is the food. I was happy that I could substitute the eggs for a side of fruit at no extra cost.
We had a great experience at Denny’s! Our host, Kassandra, was amazing — she was quick, efficient, kind, and very patient. She made us feel welcome right away and took great care of us. This was my first time at this Denny’s and I enjoyed my experience. Our server was Kassandra and she made me like this Denny’s even more. She made sure our food arrived on time. The service I got from a waitress named Kassandra was very pleasant. I really enjoyed the interaction with her. She gave me a really good vibe, enjoyable person. She came to check on us couple of times and tended to our orders. She made the first time experience here very sweet. She treated us like humans, with an amazing attitude on a gloomy day like today.
Kassandra was our server for the day. She brought our food with a big smile and warmth. She immediately tended to our every need in a timely manner. She also understood our small banter and made us laugh through pleasant conversation. She made us feel human, seen and understood. Next time I visit this Denny’s, I hope she’s my server again!

Arrived at 11:30 on a Thursday and was immediately greeted and seated! The service was great and the time was better. Uzi was our server and did not disappoint us! Food was brought out fast and hot!
We came in Monday 13th October, thinking it was going to not be so great because it was busier than normal.. but I was pleasantly surprised! Our server Kassandra, really had the best service I’ve had in any Denny I’ve even been to! She was so attentive and very very nice. Food was good and just as requested but really what blew me away was the service definitely coming back mostly for that! My server Raquel was amazing! She was very friendly with my 2 wild toddlers. On a busy morning, she constantly came to check in on us for refills or other things we may need. She was fast to bring us our drinks. The best for me, is that she would bring us HOT coffee instead of WARM like other places do refills. My last experience at a Denny's was not great (in Bellflower) so it was nice to have a way better experience in Lynwood. Thanks to my server this day, I plan to come back more often and hopefully it's a day that Raquel is there.
This Denny's is not a flagship restaurant. We waited for 20 mins before getting a table for 2 although the restaurant was only half full. It was not very clean (especially the toilets and the seats). The service was friendly and helpful but not always available when needed. The food itself was tasty (pancakes, french toast), boring (burger could have needed a juicy sauce) and not serveable (cobb salad was not fresh). Restaurant management really should work on motivation of staff, cleanliness of facilities and freshness of foods.
