Honestly I like the food, I like to keep the old fashion cooking, nowadays is hard to find a good place to eat a hamburger, and believe me they are good!!!!!😋. Of course I cannot forget about their service. Thank you very much, please do not change.

Been in and out of that restaurant a few times. Quality food for a fast-food restaurant. Glad to see its doing ok in these tough and trying times. Mom and I went to see if they accept EBT cards and they did she was pleased, plus learned a new spot for the EBT situations.

Thie place is the delicious. Burgers taste good no fat. Has good flavor to all their foods. Also has a drive thru. As well as a patio and inside place to sit. Has from burgers, chili cheese fries, unlimited refills, pastrami and many other dishes. Great prices affordable. It has parking at the back. Its clean and its a nice cozy place to relax and enjoy the day.

Their chicken sandwiches are very well seasoned and the oat buns add a very nice contrast. The sauce they put into it always exceeds my expectations just like their service. Their wings are worth a try especially the hot ones since they're usually drenched in sauce but still crispy!

Great breakfast...fluffy pancakes! The cashier at drive thru window was very nice. She smiled and seemed to thank sincerely. The bacon was crispy and the eggs were cooked properly(over medium). Thank you...really appreciate it. 👍

Great food. BREAKFAST SERVED ALL DAY! Only put 4 stars 'cause $15 seemed more expensive than other local places for a french toast combo, a side of bacon and side of hash brown but you get more for your buck when you get the combos instead of sides. I just didn't need all that food for just 2 people so thats why i ended up buying sides.

My son always gets the regular chicken strips meal when it started out at 5.oo and now its 10.00 but it is still good with nice seasoning and the chicken tacos with red salsa are delicious. They make a nice half chocolate half strwberry shake too i like it better than in-n-out

I always go to the drive thru here to get breakfast and the staff is usually friendly. Only one time was the person at the window rude. They could be a little faster in the drive thru but other than that the food is always good.

The is OK ..but when I paid with my visa I noticed they charged me $.55 cents to use card. They never said a word...they need to suck up the cost of processing

I always use to enjoy coming here for pastrami and steak sandwiches but the last two times I was disappointed, the sandwiches were smaller and not as tasty as before. They still make the best onion rings and fried zucchini.

They take forever to bring your plate and when they do, its the wrong one 🤦🏻. We asked for condiments , and the waitress will literally bring just one and forget everything else, we had to ask her for our condiments a total of 5 times. Smh.

The food is good, but the customer service needs work. Always make sure to check your order or you will be mad when you get home and find out your order is wrong. This happens often. One of the managers is rude... I specifically asked for chilli cheese fries with light chili and was given extra chilli. Went back the next day and the manager acts rude and gives me the order wrong again and in small size after I had payed for large order.

The burgers are above average, but overpriced. 3/5 Update (via 10/22/25): Prices got cheaper somewhat... But the burgers didn't changed. They're decent. But nothing special. If you looking for a value meal, this is the place for you. For me... I'm not coming back here.

I find it really overpriced for an average burger. The upcharge for onion rings or cheese is very inflated as well. I'm not a fan of the additional fee for using a debit card or credit card considering the high prices. Tom's Jr has become a last resort for a family dinner when we've become too busy. It used to be a weekly visit and now I've really tried to avoid it. I do recommend the steak sandwich, and the fries are always delicious. I think this sandwich with a drink and fries will easily set you back $12. Insane. I wouldn't mind getting half the fries that usually come with the order if it would save me some money. I usually only eat half of them and toss the rest.

I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, it was good, the price for value was average. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, staff were friendly, service was quick. 3 stars for charging $1 for 1/4 ounce of Pico de gallo. I don't like feeling ripped off for something that usually comes with breakfast

I was just there picking up my order. I noticed the cashier (which by the way was not very friendly at all) handling money and handing out food as well, grabbed some tortilla chips and placed them on a customer's plate and then she called the customer to pick up his food. I guess these people need some training on food handling and hygiene.

I believe her Name is Ana she has alot of piercings and some tattoos works in the morning or afternoon shift I went on 6/3/22@145 I placed a phone order when we arrived to pick up our order she gave us someone else’s food charged us for it and was very rude when we tried to explain it was not our food very unprofessional she was talking with her hands rolling her eyes and had a horrible attitude she also told us she did not know the supervisor name very rude women

As much as I frequent this establishment, they have continually have let me down regardless of whether I spend over $100 or not. They rush you when you order, they thereafter charge you extra for items, changes, or condiments to which they don’t even fulfill. Just an overall lack of awareness.

They should have more salsa options. The drink is never consistent with the burrito combo. I order the same thing when I eat here and the drink they give is a small and sometimes a large, and I order the same thing. Make a regular salsa that’s not hot! It would be nice. Might have to find a better breakfast burrito…

Staff was friendly but was disappointed at the Teriyaki Bowl, the Teriyaki is very small and it doesn't feel like chicken. I asked for avocado and they gave me a very small quantity I was very disappointed. Overall 3 stars because the cashier was very friendly but the food too small for the price and not too good quality.

I would not recommend going to the restroom these teens went in there and had s3x and left the condom there it was so unsanitary and not safe.

First of all food us great...but today my wife and i went to buy a pastrami which we always share because its so big. BUT to our surprise when we got home the pastrami has shrunk in size. After calling and talking to the manager, we find out that the company is requiring workers to weigh the pastrami and only 12oz per sandwich. The price has remained the same but yet we are missing more than half the meat. There is something wrong here. So from now on we will be going to Hercules Burgers on Imperial and Fernwood in Lynwood for our pastramis. Good luck to Toms Jr with their new idea of a pastrami.

Too many homeless people comes in and they smell bad. Hot salsa tastes like ketchup no hot at all. Some tables were not clean and a young lady was swept when we were eating and dust was flying all over the place and food

The staff is very nice sometimes the food don't suck to bad... The bathroom is another story it's all graffiti even the selling the sink everything is gang related.. there was no toilet paper... yuck... Definitely will not be coming back...

One of the DIRTIEST Toms I've ever been to. There was a couple that were crack heads and they went in the restroom and took for ever, when they finally came out they were all wet they were literally taking a shower with the sink water... That's just nasty and the staff does nothing about it.

Worst Customer service By employee Ana Garcia. Went into drive through , gave my order to another car and insisted it was my fault for not being able to “hear” properly. Since when does a customer have to hear their own order ?! I specially said I wanted a Cali burger with chili cheese fries , Employee Ana Garcia still gave me attitude since the moment I drove up to the window and still charged me extra for my right order. I got so irritated by her attitude I had to call for manager to help. This business does not need employees like this. Don’t be Ana Garcia!

Have a friend who lives across the street. He has mentioned how good the food is & how great the service is. I was going to purchase dinner for my son & needed to use the restroom badly. They made me ask every employee just to get told "no" about 3-5 minutes later. No sense of humanity. I expressed that this was an emergency & i would be a consumer as well but NEVER eating here now. This morning, I ordered a breakfast plate with sausage and bacon, as well as chilaquiles. Unfortunately, the chilaquiles were the worst experience I've ever had. The dish was overloaded with sour cream, chopped onions, and green onions. My eggs were mixed in with the sour cream and cheese, making it unappetizing. The rice was tasteless, and the only redeeming part was the beans. Overall, it felt like someone had thrown up and spit it out. I wanted a refund, but I've decided that I will never order from there again.

I ordered fried zucchini, but to my surprise, they were rotten and had a terrible taste. I called the store, and they informed me that this is a common issue they can't prevent. When I raised concerns about their food safety, I was dismissed and told the only solution was a refund. If you care about clean, fresh food that actually tastes good, I would recommend avoiding this place.
