Dunkin'

Cheaper than Starbucks, with a third of the diabetes (sugar). My wife drinks coffee almost everyday, I drink coffee a few times a month, this is our go to spot, and it's right off the freeway so it's a quick trip. The staff is nice, and it's clean.

It's Dunkin' 😁 The best tasting coffee anywhere along with fresh and perfectly cooked donuts 🍩 What is there to say? Well, it's always clean and shiny and the staff know how to smile. It's always a good experience to make a Dunk stop 🛑

Really cool. Staff is really helpful. Plenty of kiosks to order from as well. Seems like it’s ideal for on-line orders, because it’s really easy to get in, grab your stuff and go.

Super friendly staff, they saw me standing there and instead of ignoring me, they approached me twice to ask what i was waiting for. The CocoMocha Latte was delicious and prepared like it's supposed to, no skimping or leaving any ingredients out.

This Dunkin is brand new,I in the store just in time before they close their doors. They have limited variety of donuts I decided to get some donuts and Green tea matcha Latte. This Dunkin is clos4 by Cal State Domingez Hills.

Good Iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. kind of expensive though. My friend treated me but I felt kind of guilty. But I guess thats what best friends are for. I'll return the favor next round . Be cautious , theres a police car usually here early in the morning.That could be a positive for some and a negative for others, just a warning.

They are pretty slow at this Dunkin. Be sure to have plenty of time when you go in. The employees are nice, but slow. Love the blueberry donuts!

Nice setup. Faster to order online and just pick up the order than to wait in the drive thru. This location is better than the Bellflower CA location.

We wanted to order with a human, but they were swamped, so we braved the self order kiosk. That’s when the real adventure began. The kiosk and my coupon code clearly weren’t on speaking terms. After an awkward battle of wills (and buttons), we finally waved the white flag and asked for help. A crew member came to the rescue, quickly assessed the situation, and kindly took our order. The good news the wait time was short for our drinks we were in and out in 15 to 20 minutes, and I left with my food and my dignity mostly intact.

Egg sandwich was good but took a long time to prepare. Donut was wet and squishy gross. Should have gone back and got my money back.

They messed up my order 3 times in one day. The manager fixed my order. After that my food was burnt every time I went (4-5 more times) but my coworkers would not be. I stopped going for a while. Went back a earlier this week and the food was perfect.

For some reason,, the food is never hot.. I ordered the bag of bacon and it was ice cold.. had to park and walk in to correct the order. Another occurrence, I ordered a grilled ham and cheese through my app then went through the drive thru to pick it up. The bread and meat was cold. I went inside to correct the order and I requested that the bread be toasted like its advertised....... once again, The bread looked like they just took it out the plastic loaf bag not toasted at All 😔...Ill just stick to the drinks from now on.

Bad customer service (drive thru). Kind of hostile and rude. I normally ordered frozen coffee at other Dunkins but this coffee was liquid, the taste was bad. Really disappointed!!!!! Prob the manager is not on top of these rude employees. Not coming back to this place

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts. Every single time I go they say they don’t have any donuts, only glazed. Every time I order a food item, they say they don’t have the item. Guess what they want to replace the food item with…donuts…and then they don’t have any donuts to replace them with. This place is absolutely the worst and a waste of time. I would rather drive 15 minutes away for Dunkin than go to this one and get nothing I ordered.

My order was incomplete, there was no people in line but me and another guy. I was waiting there for about 15 min and then when I asked for the missing item they said it wasn't charged. Can't believe there is people that useless, she repeated my order and it was correct when I paid. Not coming back anytime soon.

Been to this Dunkin’ Donuts several times on Saturday mornings before my class at CSU… It’s the slowest service known to man… Really a coffee and a doughnut shouldn’t take 12 minutes. When there are at least 3 seen employees...one wiping tables not obviously dirty.. and wiped every table...staring into nothing...No one at the drive in; 5 people in line and working… Canton Massachusetts will hear about the horrible slow service...get your finger out of your *$$, cause I won’t be back I’ll stop at another dd from now on!

Drive thru order I was told to wait by the rails for my coffee I wasn't given an approximately time for the wait to see if I would want to or choose a different coffee it took over 30 min for a midnight coffee to be brought out to my car.

Dunkin Donuts in Compton is horrible! Do not even waste your time going there. I went there twice at 6:15 am and they have turned me and my husband away saying they were closed when they open at 6. They owner should consider hiring either older or more responsible staff. The times I was able to get service my order was wrong or just tasted bad. I give up! We were first excited when dunkin opened in our neighborhood and we went there out of convenience but we will drive a little further to Coffee Bean for REAL coffee anyway.

Drive thru was closed, what's the point of having a drive thru if it's closed? 2 times I came to this area and the customer service was bad maybe that's the reason my coffee doesn't taste as good as my usual Dunkin spot

I went yesterday and today at around 5:45 and they weren’t making any hot food anymore and they close at 8pm. Like what kind of business 🤦🏽‍♀️

I've been to this specific location's drive thru twice, and both times have been awful. The first time it took me almost 30 minutes to get my food and go. This time there were only two cars ahead of me, so I thought I'd be out quickly. Well, it took them a while to take my order. After I placed it it was another 12 minutes before I got to the window to pay. The car in front of me only got a cold coffee and also waited for a long time. After I came to the window to pay and collect my food I noticed they forgot to include donut holes on my order. I wanted to order them still, but the window was closed and the worker didn't even bother to look out and see if I needed anything else, since I wasn't driving away. I sat there for about 30 seconds looking in and I finally left! I will not be coming back here. Oh, and by the way, my food was room temperature at best, my hash browns were chewy and my coffee wasn't piping hot as it usually is (which was really a good thing, since I was able to drink it as I drove away). I have been to two other DD shops and this one is no doubt the worst!!

I’m writing this review in hopes that it helps improve the customer experience at this location. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ many times and usually don’t have issues, but my most recent visit was disappointing and uncomfortable. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for about five minutes without being acknowledged, so I decided to use the self-order kiosk to place my order. While waiting, I observed one of the staff members preparing my 10 Munchkins. As she finished bagging them, she abruptly slammed the bag down on the counter for no clear reason. Her attitude and overall demeanor came across as unnecessarily negative, and this happened directly in front of a 6-year-old who was with me. I typically don’t speak up, as I understand people can have difficult days, but this time I felt it was important to say that I didn’t appreciate the way the situation was handled. Another staff member overheard and responded professionally, saying, *“I will talk to her,”* which I did appreciate. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A little more care in customer interactions—especially in front of children—can make a big difference in the experience.

This is the worst latte I have ever tried, ever. I don’t know if the oatmilk was spoiled or what, but this is a very SOUR drink. I’ve worked at Starbucks for 3 years, and have been going to Dunkin for longer. I’ve ordered a caramel craze latte w/ oatmilk many times before, but this one was TERRIBLE. The Asian girl there, who worked on Sunday, Feb 15 @ 1:40pm made this drink. This is so SOUR and DISGUSTING!!!! I refuse to let her make my drink again! You guys need to train your workers on switching out EXPIRED milks!!!
