The lemon pepper wings were DELICIOUS... We showed up when they had just opened so had the advantage of no crowd... What I disliked was that their drink machine was completely out of anything that was NOT soda and I didn't want soda!! Everything this early in the day should be well stocked!! Also the music they had blaring was so NOT customer friendly...

The only reason I give it a 4 star is because it's kinda small on the inside. The service?? Great! The wait is about 15 minutes for every time I visited and the staff is friendly. Parking is plentiful. They tend to go light on the lemon and pepper,I don't know why. 3 times I ordered lemon pepper wings they're light. I don't know about you,but I like a strong lemon and plenty of pepper on mine.

We had to walk the tray to the counter and clean off the table ourselves. The staff kept calling out orders for people who weren't even there yet. It took us 30 minutes to get our food, and even then, the staff took back our bag because we were dining in and it took her about another 10 minutes for her to bring back our food on a tray. The food was good, but I did notice our order of regular fries did have more fries than our order of voodoo fries. Also, my order of Spicy Korean Q wings hardly had any sauce on them. I did see it was a busy night, just hope we won't have to wait 40 minutes for our order the next time around.

I don't know why I torture myself by going to the one on Alameda, being close doesn't mean quality. You try to support your area and they let anybody cook any kind of way. If all you do is chicken all day then you should've been an expert by now, it must come down to management. An ordering online isn't the best, we see one thing and get charged extra for it and they tell us they don't see it in the receipt, so what's the purpose of having online services if it's not the same thing. IDK if you let them tell you. They need new management and new online service's maybe it can link up correctly. They already had 3.8 stars before I added my two cents. Hope somebody listening to help them out.

I ordered from them via DoorDash. They took my money and canceled my order without any reason. Called to find out what’s happened and they won’t even answer the phone. Can I have my money back at least? Now I have to challenge it with my bank. Thanks for nothing!

Food is good. Customer service is horrible at night. The place was not even busy when I got my food. They gave me my soda cup. I go to put iced and there was none. I asked for iced. They said we don't have any. Ok cool no big deal. Then I heard the girl said to her coworkers " they told me to fill it up at 11:30pm." So they did have iced but she didn't want to fill up the machine till 1130. 🙄 if the machine is out of iced you fill it up. Nobody wants to eat hot 🔥 wings with hot soda. SMH. Because superior wants to be lazy. BTW 4 crew members at the front doing nothing but chi chatting between each other.

Ordered 35 piece bone in and was over cooked and dried. Next time I go to I’m going to bite a wing and make sure is not over cooked n dried!

They are very slow. Even when you call ahead of time they are still slow. The first time I went I ordered online around 1pm I didn’t get my food until almost 230. They even had to issue refunds because people been there longer than an hour. But I decided to come back again because last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were supposedly training someone. But anyway I go back again and I ordered my food online again at 2:57pm and it was suppose to be done by 315pm. I didn’t receive my food until 348pm. I knew it wasn’t ready because when I got there employees was playing and talking like they were on break or something. I would never go to that location again. Unless they hire more serious workers.

I order 43 dollars and some change worth of food which was two orders, I order 10 piece all flats 2 BBQ the rest mild I get home I have 2 BBQ 1 flat the other was a leg the rest of themiled order was legs with 2 flats go back up there for them to get the order right gave them the receipt and told them my order again this time they gave me all flats, but I had 5bbq and 5 mild wow still can't get it right I said could I get a couple of extra chicken no she said I can give you a ranch didn't need it I already order a large ranch. Sorry just wasn't good enough after they messed my order up twice.

I Wasn’t offered a refund the manager only gave me 30 days to pick up the other 20 wings. The last time I ordered online delivery I was given the wrong order. I called the store and they said my order was still in the store and that it was an error on their part because they handed the delivery driver the wrong order. The manager told me I could go pick up my original order that night but could not refund me the delivery charge ($10) because I was allowed to keep the food I was incorrectly delivered (which I was not planning on eating so it was going in the trash). Do yourself a favor and go to another store. The management here needs to be fired.

Just because we order from an outside app like Uber eats or DoorDash doesn’t mean we don’t deserve good quality meals. I will not be ordering from this store again
