The staff was friendly and bubbly. The bread was fresh and tasted good. The sandwich tasted weird but that's 100% my fault cause I got a Chipotle chicken (hot sandwich) and tried to make it Mike's way with the cold lettuce, tomato and vinegar. The hot part tasted super good, I would get it again, but I for sure would NOT add the vinegar.

Best sandwich place you could eat at. Meat and cheese is sliced fresh when you order it. You have to try #13 and have it "mikes way." Best sandwich ever. The employees at this location are really nice and make it a clean friendly place to eat. This place makes me feel like I'm eating in Boston or New York with out the air fair.
Excellent Became a fan about a year ago. Hadn't visited this location prior Was in the area and craved a turkey and swiss sandwich. This yummy specimen didnt disappoint. Excellent portions of moist thin sliced turkey, fresh veges and Jersey Mike's pepper type sauce. It was great. Facility is clean and employees were great to talk to. AAA+++ for this location.
The guy who prepared my cheese steak seasoned it well and cooked it perfectly! Thanks for the great customer service and the delicious fast food. Whoops meant to give you 5 stars, here you go!
Excellent service, clean , variety of sandwiches, hot/cold . Fresh slice lunch meat/cheese. Great place lunch and pick up for dinner. I love eating at Jersey Mike's since I've been eating there I have gotten family/friends to eat there as well.
This was my first time here..if you sign up with them on your birthday you will get an email which is a free 7 inch sandwich of your choice and a drink...absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back and I recommend there chicken philly cheese with grilled onions and peppers. Omg worth coming...keep up the great work.
This was our second time here as we came a day early also. Ashley greeted us both times. The second time she knew exactly what we ordered and our name. Ashley was super helpful and gave us some new recommendations. Ashley is the manager and has been for 2 years now. It shows and everyone was helpful and attentive. My husband and I are vacationing in the Huntington Beach area. We were driving up north to LA. Stopped here in the morning and realized it was closed. The employee, Mike, saw us walking back to our car, opened the door and offered to make us a sandwich as well as use the restroom if needed. Customer service and food is top notch. Thanks, Mike!!

Both Ashley and Esteban were excellent, displayed outstanding customer service while managing a very busy rush of customers with detailed sandwich requests. The patience shown and quality of their work was a great example of why this location gets busy. The young lady that made my sandwich name is Natalie. After making my sandwich Natalie informed that they cannot accept my $2 off coupon sent to me via email. She stated they have absolutely no way possible to click any button allowing them to accept the coupon - the only options she mentioned was "Card and Gift Card", but did inquire if I maybe wanted to use my shore points at the time. There has been several occasions where the sandwich artist was able to manually input the numbers from the email code. She did not even attempt to do so. *please be sure to view video footage of the encounter from beginning to end*

1st time there. The store was clean. 3 employees. They greeted me. Wasn't sure what i wanted but decided on the 66 and 26. Waited for not even 5 mins and sandwiches were done. I thought they would ask you what you wanted on your sandwich, but nope. She told me my total and paid with tap. Left for home. Smelled really good. Took my 1st bite...um ok. Took another bite DRY. Ok let me try the other sandwhich. DRY as heck too. Was i supposed to grab packets of mayo or something?!? Omg worst sandwiches. I just wanted something different to try. Will i be back, no.
Ordered through Uber eats. I ordered two sandwiches with two drinks and two chips. Had to eat my sandwich without a drink and chips. It's not like I can drive to ask for the missing items, otherwise I would be paying for delivery. I think they should be especially careful with deliveries because the customers can't do anything about missing items.
The order was placed online. To be ready as soon as possible. I arrived, waited 15 minutes for any one of the employees to attend me or at least ask if I needed help. When I was finally asked, she said it would be ready until 1pm in which the order stated as soon as possible. Now the order was placed at 11:44 am, I arrived at 12:05pm, and was asked if I needed help at 12:20pm. Waited another 10 minutes and I asked again if my order was ready and another employee without not even a smile, said “need two more sandwiches”. Okay I waited and to make a story short I was going to be given three boxes of sandwiches by error, wrong order, my order was no where to be found. It vanished and lunch was over!!😡
I am a doordash and Uber eats driver. I had a pick up at this location and it was two orders for two separate people. When I arrived the food was almost ready. As I make my way to my delivery, I drop off one and proceed to the next. I received a call feom my customer telling me her order was wrong. I apologize and contacted doordash. What happened was the wrong order was in the wrong bag with the wrong receipt. I did make call the store per request of doordash and the manager was very rude snd unprofessional. She said that she had trainers and she could do nothing about not evwn remake the sandwich and hung up on me.. so I then called doordash and the customer and told them what she said. I turned off doordash and went ahead with Uber eats, lucky me I have a delivery with the same location. I asked the manager if she could please make sure the food was in the correct bag (it was sealed) I told her people have food allergies and it wanted to make sure the get the correct item. She then started to yell at me in a full store with customers eating and ordering in line.. I never once disrespected her all I asked was to make sure the food was in the correct bag. Now this manager takes it upon herself to contact doordash and uber eats and file two false claims that I threatened her and was disrespectful. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional on so many levels. If I lose my job I will sue her and the company personally. I had nothing to do with the mistake from this fast food location. I even offered to pay both of my customers out my pocket for the inconvenience. I pride myself on customer service and making sure my customers are well taken care of. This manager needs to understand what she did was wrong. I did let bith companies know of this situation .. I need to the public to understand this also.. I would love for the district manager to contact me. There is also video footage from the store. This happened yesterday around lunch. Thank you
Worst experience at a jersey mikes ever. I stood in line only to have them take two people behind me I had to then tell them that I needed to order. I then see the customer ahead of me ask for his order no mayo and they put mayo and the scraped it off and the customer had to ask for a remake. I then order subs one no tomato with mayo and I didn’t see them make it because they were asking me about the second sandwich. When I came home driest sandwich with tomato and no mayo. Almost like the workers only can make what you don’t want.
I notice the owner only replies to positive reviews. It makes me wonder if that is the reason his LAZY staff feel entitled. If i didn't live 5 minutes away, i wouldn't go as customer service is horrible. You can tell the workers don't wanna be there by how they treat customers. Today, I had a LAZY staffer put 4 thin slices of turkey on my #7 and argued me that it shouldn't be 6 slices as I always get at any Jersey Mike's...and ended up having to get extra meat for another $3. SMDH...think I'll take my business elsewhere.
