Hi guys!!! Let me just say!!!!! BRITTANY WAS AMAZINGGG!!!! SHE WAS SO SWEET TO ME AND MY FRIENDS!! Even though that were about to close, they were so lively and energetic! The music just brought the energy all together with the vibe they were bringing! The food was the best touch to tie up the night! I WILL FOR SURE COME BACK🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I went inside and ordered the ultimate Italian to go came home and ate it and it was absolutely delicious

The young ladies working Father's Day evening have given me outstanding service for my first time eating jimmy johns. Good service is very difficult to come across anymore. They have my business permanently. ♡-tattooed chick that just left

In shop is great. As a former GM, my last 3 or so orders, the bread is under baked. I can only imagine how difficult it is now with everything you have to do, but given that French bread like 2 more minutes 🙃
It's just a problem with this location. I love jimmy John's overall, but this location is overall awful. I had it once before and just thought it was just one bad experience. I gave it another try and it was the same thing again. I'm a college student so my schedule is hectic and just wanted some delicious quick food. I ordered ahead of time online and when I got there still waited about a half an hour before hearing anything about my order. I had to go to the counter to ask about my order and it was still a few tickets down the line, when I had it set for ASAP when I made the order. I guess the employees didn't know the meaning of ASAP. I saw other customers come in and eat their entire meal before they even touched mine. My order wasn't even huge, it was 2 cookies and 1 sandwich. Then when I started eating my sandwich during my drive it had about half the amount of meat I normally get at other locations. Avoid this location it is not worth the cost. Wait until you can go to the North Little Rock or other locations, Conway Jimmy John's is awful and not worth the standards of the Jimmy John's name.
I called Jimmy John’s to ask them what time they close on Saturday and they said they close at 11. So at 10:05 I put in an order and five minutes later a girl called me and told me the toaster was broken. We said no big deal Just don’t toast a sandwich. She called back three minutes later to tell us they were actually close and that her coworker threw away all the bread.. We were informed you guys save the bread for the next day to sell at a discount price. We called on Sunday morning as soon as they opened and what do you know the toaster worked just fine. This happened two weeks ago as well minus the toaster and we let it go, but this time seemed ridiculous and someone was just wanting to get off early.
Don't order online because they apparently don't know how to read. I ordered my Italian with NO ONION and it sure enough had onions on it when I got it home. I ordered it cut in half, that didn't happen. I replaced the mayo with EZ Caesar dressing, it was SMOTHERED almost to the point of it being inedible in Caesar dressing. I normally don't get Jimmy John's because I prefer Jersey Mike's where they have NEVER gotten my order wrong, but I moved to this side of town so Jimmy John's is closer than Jersey Mike's. I will just go out of my way for better sandwiches and service.
Just got served here today and the bread was absolutely atrocious. Like - this bread probably could’ve qualified as fossilized. There wasn’t a piece of it that had any give or softness. It made it totally impossible to eat the sandwich - it was like trying to tear leather with your teeth. Avoid at all costs unless HQ see enough of these reviews and do something about it. I could bake bread in my minivan that beats what they serve. Completely unacceptable.
I don’t know why I don’t learn to check my order before I leave. Asked for the sandwich to be cut in half, with extra oil & vinegar, and lettuce. Got none of those things. This is usually what happens. Oh well, I guess I need to eat somewhere else.
Ordered sandwich combo. Added bacon. Paid $16 for sandwich chips and drink. Who eats a nearly footling sandwich? Why don't you cut the darn thing in half?? NO BACON. I PAID FOR BACON. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THAT BACON. NONE. The sandwich comes with avocado spread. Couldn't really see that either. It was there, just a very very thin amount smeared on the cheese.
Just came from there. I have never eaten at Jimmy John's before, but if this is good to others, I am really, really confused. I ordered something called Beach Club. One piece of paper thin turkey and mostly cheese in a big pile of bread. Make the sandwich 1/2 or 3/4 and give something to it or charge $1 more, but do something!! It's supposed to have some avocato spread to it ..... don't know where that was. Don't bother wasting your money. I just threw it to the birds to eat all the bread because that is exactly what it is, a foot of bread and I ate something else instead. I HIGHLY recommend Jason's Deli in LR if you have never been. Now, that is a sandwich and not a big piece of bread. They actually put something on it, very very thick!! Why do businesses even do this ridiculousness? I used to go to Subway all the time until they started doing the same thing as Jimmy John's. Either go out of business or give people an actual sandwich they can eat .... or better yet, charge $1 more, but make it so people can eat it instead of feeding the birds in Conway. So, so sad!!

The last 3 times I have ordered, the food is 20min out for delivery, but my work is only 3 min from the restaurant. Nothing fast about that. And I make a conscious decision to tip GREAT.
This location is terrible. I asked for extra pickles and got like 5 pickles on the entire sandwich. The service was awful. The employees just are hanging out playing on their phones and unloading a truck during the middle of lunch rush in the lobby. The sandwich was probably one of the worse I have had in my life with the whole cheese just folded and stuffed into the sandwich as if they forgot to put it on initially and then didn’t open the sandwich to put it on. The sandwich wasn’t cut in half. The toppings just were falling out and hanging out of the fold. The only thing that was decent was the potato salad.
Ordered a beef and cheddar and what I got was borderline vegetarian, just a mountain of lettuce and a laughable two slices of meat, you want a good sandwich I'd refer fire house or jersey, not this trash, 10 dollars a sandwich btw
Said multiple places online that this location closes at 11. I tried to go at 9:40, and they said they were closed. Luckily, I hadn’t placed my online order yet.
I recently learned that an employee who was known for being hardworking, friendly, and great with customers was fired. Employees like that are the reason people choose to come back, and it’s frustrating to see good workers treated this way. Decisions like this make customers question how management values the people who actually make the business run. I hope this location starts appreciating the employees who go above and beyond instead of pushing them out. & for that I’m leaving 1 star!
Happy to come back when Austin's hired back. He had a great work ethic and customer focused. You'd don't fire brand ambassadors of his caliber.
About a week ago I came into this establishment and ordered three sandwiches. The lady that took my order rushed me the entire time which was not a good experience considering I’ve never been in a Jimmy Johns before then so I had to look over the menu and there were no customers behind me so I was confused as to why she was being rude. My sandwiches were made and the guy that made the sandwiches just kinda tossed them at me (with no bag) so I kindly asked if I could have a bag so I don’t have to drive home with three sandwiches in my lap. He proceeds to roll his eyes and say something under his breath. I also was not handed a drink cup so I asked for that and got an attitude AGAIN?! I told the worker, if he didn’t like his job why is he working there? Also, the other coworkers were sitting on the countertops where the food is being prepared which I feel is very unsanitary. I then called the next day to speak to the manager and he apologized and said the owner would be in touch with me. I’ve never received a phone call and it was just overall a terrible experience and will not be back. On top of everything else, I get all the way home and frustrated at this point. I open the sandwiches and 2/3 of the sandwiches were not correct. Very disappointed.
