Met our niece who goes to college here for her birthday. We were passing through the area and she recommended this place. We all enjoyed our various dinners, the staff was polite and service was quick. It was a nice stopover on a road trip and no one had any complaints.

Our family really enjoys Serranos. They have great Fajitas. Our favorite is the Fajitas Mihochan. They have great tasting sodas, and have large glasses so you aren't always asking for a refill. They always have ample seating but not always ample parking. And their parking spots are tight. Their staff is quick and courteous. Overall environment is nice, and clean but the building and bathrooms are aging. They always have sports games on, and the staff are helpful if you want to watch a certain televised event.

Used to be a family favorite when we lived in Conway. First time back in several years, but our experience was not as good as I remember. My cheese enchiladas were melted but no longer hot and the jarmica overly sweet. Everyone else enjoyed their meal. Portions were large and the service friendly and attentive.

We popped by after baseball practice and thought it was great. Fast service, big portions and friendly service, plus soft serve ice cream to cool the palatte. We will be back.

The food was great. I love their cheese dip. Its not runny like some places and their chips are the thinner ones in which I like. It took a while for someone to notice I hadn't been helped but when I was finally seated my wait or was on top of it. He was a nice guy. Price is just the same as most other places. Its a place I would recommend. I didn't give it a 5 star bc it took so long to be seated when they were not busy at all. There was only one table when I walked in and nobody else eating to be seated but me and my friend.

My husband and I ordered Chimichangas. The server brought them out in about 5 minutes, which I thought was very fast. The dough was mushy and tasted uncooked. I had to locate our server who said the cheese sauce made the dough soggy. He then sent another person to our table. The second person asked if I actually ordered a burrito, which was an insult. Then a woman came to the table. I explained the situation. She took away my plate, and brought me a proper Chimichanga. Then someone else took my husband's plate and brought him a proper plate. After all the back and forth, I was no longer hungry. It is likely I won't eat there again.

This usually has been my go-to for indulging on Mexican food for years here in Conway, but recently service has felt a bit stifled, or the salsa is basically marinara sauce. My recent experience had me wait almost half an hour after finishing my plate before I got my bill while the place wasn't particularly busy. Not to mention, the waitress (filled in for my original waiter who disappeared, I assume he clocked out and left) was very pushy on tips and I am mildly uncomfortable with that behavior. Food is otherwise good, it's hard to complain about it too much, but I will say I remember getting more sides with my sides. That's all. Hopefully others have better service. I'm taking a break from Serranos though after that.

i love the food so it’s pretty awful to have had so many bad experiences back to back. i order to go pickup or delivery they somehow mess my order up every single time. when i order togo inside they are always annoyed with me even though my order isn’t complicated. i always tip 20% no matter what, but god does this make me not want to tip since i’m not receiving any good service. Even dining in i feel rushed and like i’m an inconvenience for wanting to eat out.

I've had problems as everyone else has with Maggie she's dined several for no reason other than I stand up about people being over charged food sucks was good but started going down hill that's why their business has not been busy like they was

If you’re black do not go here I waited in line to be seated for over 20 minutes 3 different white people came in after me and was seated and helped before me. They kept ignoring me like I wasn’t standing there waiting in line. After telling them I wanted to dine in they kept making me a Togo order after telling them I wanted to dine in I was alone and just wanted to sit in and eat something for lunch. It’s like they didn’t want me there. Black community do not support them they don’t like us so we don’t need to spend our dollars there. I couldn’t believe it do not eat here!!!

My order was messed up again and I tried calling to resolve it and I was hung up on twice. They pretended not to understand me even though I have talked with them many times in the past. I will not be returning.

Don't make a pick up order apparently those aren't priority. Horrible service long wait times. Door dashers your time is not valued by this location even though your picking up for a paying customer. I will never eat at this place. First impression is a lasting impression

This is my second dine visit and I was highly disappointed with the service we received. Our waiter seated us, but I had to ask for chips, salsa, and utensils. I ordered drinks and spinach queso as an appetizer without the menu. The queso dip came out without plates or utensils. Our waiter was not personable at all. Finally after ordering, our food arrived, our plates were thrown on the table. I was assuming that possibly could have been hot, giving them the benefit of a doubt, however, one of the orders was wrong. I tried to call the waiter to let him know it was wrong, but he kept on walking. So I asked another waiter if he could serve us instead and he agreed. I was really starting to get irritated not understanding why we were being treated in this manner. I watched every other family come in, the same waiter sat them down. He was attentive, calmly taking their orders, immediately chips and salsa with silverware were placed on the table. I was puzzled as to why we didn't receive the same service. The original waiter came back to the table to switch out the order, but it seems as if he had slowed down asking twice if everything was ok, with a totally different attitude. While I received my check, I paid and he patted me on the back. I left a 15 dollar tip for the chef, not the service. I generally don't write bad reviews but the service was horrible. So much for a pleasant evening dinner. I will not be returning... 👎🏾

So we decided to order take out for dinner as you can tell one of our fajita nachos was well burnt and the other one was half cooked what is going on with the restaurants here in Conway Arkansas this really sucks my review I'm giving them a zero and I wish I didn't have to give them any stars it's a hard time in life right now times are tough people just don't care anymore about good service and good quality it really sucks because I thought that this was going to be a good restaurant got my hopes up for nothing another waste of my heart or money 🤔🤔
