Had a coupon for 50% off. Surprisingly, the pizza was pretty good for the price. As good or better than Domino's. Will definitely try again.
Today I took a chance on trying the pizza and cheese bread sticks for the first time and was not disappointed. Soon as I walked in I was greeted and my pizza was ready exactly on time. My wife said it's the best pizza she has ever had and she's very picky when it comes to pizza. 5 stars across the board for Marcos pizza! I will definitely be back!
I have had the longest day and this pizza has saved it. OMG they did such a good job with my Philly pizza I’m obsessed. They were fast, super friendly, and so kind. 10/10 would recommend
I regularly get pizza here. The staff is friendly, service is fast (even when busy), and the pizza is amazing. Also a very good value. I am able to feed a family of 6, 3 adults and 3 kids, without breaking the bank.
Got the Philly cheese steak pizza, not bad. Kalie the manager was cool. I had it delivered to my job. Thanks Jeremy for getting me that hot pizza.
Pizza wasn't very warm even though it was was picked up on time. Put it in the microwave and it was good!
I used to love this place. Still tastes great, but avoid their marketing schemes. I got an email offering a special deal, that did not exclude delivery service. So I used it and ordered a pizza online for delivery. Somehow the order changed "to pickup" and sat on the shelf for 45 minutes before I figured out something was wrong. When I tried to change it to delivery and get a fresh pizza they added 40% to the charge and could not/would not honor the original price. So why does their HQ offer specials that the franchise holders can't afford to honor? In other words, the food is good, but expect to pay full price, no matter what. Update: I was in no position to be able to pick up the pizza so I had asked them to cancel the order. They never did. So I ate a $19.90 charge and got no pizza. I tried the link the manager offered below, but rather than respond to my complaint, it just signed me up for more email specials! Lovely. -Update a year later: I am kicking them back up a few stars...I just can't stay away from their pizza!
Pizza and cheese sticks were awesome but cinnamon sticks were swimming in what seemed to be grease.
Food, service, atmosphere were all great!! However, the whole time I sat inside and waited for my pizza to be made I saw ONE person wash their hands and that was only one time. I saw a gentleman run his fingers thru his hair. I saw another gentleman wipe his forehead. I saw at least 2/3 people wipe their hands on their clothes BUT everyone was in the prep space! Please bring back gloves and hair nets!! People came in from delivering without washing their hands.
This was my 3rd time to order online way in advance for an event that my order was not done or ready. Have now showed up 3 times to pick up my pizza and had to wait 20+ minutes after the pick up time that it was supposed to be done. I have understanding for like 5-7 minutes but 20+ 3 times is frustrating. Also these aren’t big orders 2-5 pizzas each time. I like the pizza but the timeliness has been very disappointing.
The last two times I have ordered pizza from Marco’s they have had issues. The first time pizza wasn’t ready and it was almost 40 minutes. Tonight I called in my order but when we got there to pick it up we were told they had no order from me. Finally after some discussion they found my pizza under the name Jim. At one Time Marco’s was our go to place. Now I’m not so sure.
The dough on the cheese sticks and both pizzas was dense as could be. The food was so thin, yet so heavy- like a layer of cement was rolled up inside of the crust. We were super hungry, which is why we ordered pizza…. but most of it ended up in the trash can. Won’t be going back here unfortunately. Super bummed.
We have been ordering from Marco’s for delivery for years now. However, lately it seems to be taking longer & longer for delivery & we have had something wrong with our order almost every time. For example, the wrong size salad (ordered a family size but received a small). But, our last order, it took 1 hr & 40 minutes for our delivery. And, we only got the pizza but no salad. The Door Dash driver said she wasn’t given a salad but she said she’ll go back & pick it up. We even called Marcos and asked them to be sure to have the family size ready for her to pick up. Marcos did say that they would credit us (I guess for the salad). However, they still ended up giving her a small salad to bring to us. This is the first time that we have noticed them using Door dash. I hope that Marcos paid her for going back to pick up the salad that they forgot.
Pizza was bland. No crust toppers on pepperoni magnifico. Pizza wasn't cut thoroughly. Order a Hawaiian pizza, but we got a ham and chicken pizza with no pineapple or bacon. Worst experience yet. Disappointing!! Do not recommend.
This is the worst Marco's on earth. After waiting 2 hours for a delivery, their system showed our order as delivered, however the app stated the order was still being prepared. In a prior incident I waited over an hour for a pickup. When I got to the store there were at least 10 people waiting for their food as well. Just for the record they require their staff to wear gloves either. I'll never order from this place again. Very poor customer service!!!!!
Ordered from there tonight. Got it delivered and he was awesome. The pizza did not have the extra cheese I ordered. Called and supposed talked to Keith the owner. Do better
Husband called in a pizza. They said about 30 minutes, we were just 30 minutes out of town so it was perfect. Got there 30 minutes later and it was full of people waiting for their food. They told my husband it would be another 30 minutes or more. They hadn’t even started it and he watched the workers and it was like they were just throwing the pizzas together. The ones coming out of the oven had bubbles in the crust. The worker said he would take his money now while he waited. Nope! Called PaPA Johns and not kidding their pizza was better than we ever had at Marco’s. We got it in 15 minutes
Came in to pick up a pizza. Girl at the front told me it was in the oven so I sat and waited in store for it to finish. 30 minutes later when it’s still not done I ask the bald guy if it was done. He says they haven’t even started it. They had to start it from scratch and took another half an hour. I don’t even know where to begin. This is normal for this Marcos. The one in Maumelle is amazing, but this one makes you wait ages for food that’s not worth the wait. Need serious change in the workers here. Easily the slowest and worst pizza place in Conway. Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Howies pizza. Please go to these places and don’t waste your time here.
Only gave one star because zero is not an option. So the issue is that I went to pick up pizza and dug all round my purse for my dirty money and they lady took my money and touched on someone else’s dirty debit card and continued rubbing her dirty hands on the pizza crust. She didn’t even pretend to wash her hands before messing with other people’s food. I complained to the store manager who apologized and then took back his apology because according to him the workers are not required and o wash their hands because of the temperature of the oven. Honestly I don’t give a care how hot the oven gets it just seems that washing your hands after touching germy stuff would be the right thing to do. I’m just the type a person that can’t eat food after seeing nasty people handling it. What I don’t know won’t hurt me I guess, but I’d never eat pizza from there again. Thanks to them I make homemade pizza for my family now.
Employees are tying their best. However, the price for their quality comes out of their pockets, and ours. They're frequently understaffed, there's a new rotation of employees every six months (meaning the likelihood of your order being correct is about a 70% chance) not to mention how expensive it is for what you receive. If you value your fellow human, you would steer clear of this place until they get their upper management in check, as clearly not enough care is given to the employees and it's been bleeding into the product for months. Try a local spot or a bigger chain for both better prices and better service.
