Great run restaurant! The manager is always there, and working floating from area to area watching over everything. We could really tell just from watching him that he is on top of his business and it shows. Great job to everyone there!!

I really enjoy there endless soup, salad, and breadsticks every time but got the chance to taste a bottle of their wine which was even better. Good food, excellent service, and comfortable surroundings really makes this place great.

This is the Best Olive Garden I've ever been too! I have been to probably 30 across the nation. The food was on point and came pretty fast. The service was Great and the atmosphere was incredible. It's a huge roomy restaurant. The staff here really works together as a team, this makes for a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!

Only reason giving 4 stars is because of the excessive staff for opening of the brand new restaurant in our town. When the new wears off, we'll see how the service will really be next time and will give the true honest review. For last nite, wife was irritated because of multiple ppl walking up to our table, not knowing who our waiter actually was. After saying something to them Abt it, they finally stop bugging my wife.....so that being said, next time, time will tell if it's the real Olive Garden we've experienced in the past! Food was good like usual and expected to be. 4 stars so far for now!!!

I got the seafood Alfredo with a salad, husband got the tour of Italy, and we got a cheesecake to share. All of it was absolutely delicious! The host and waitress were both very kind. Only issue we had was how long it took to get another beer. The atmosphere was nice, just expected it to be cleaner since it was brand new, there was red sauce splattered on the wall beside us, crushed up crayons on the floor, and the women's restroom was a little dirty with a wobbly toilet seat. Overall good experience and will definitely return!

Prices went up quality went down, and portions shrank. Shouldn't be paying 50+ dollars for a mediocre meal for me and my partner.. Can go to Portofino or the pasta truck across town for the same/less price and get much better food. Disappointing.

Great experience for the first two times going third time ordered out the food was horrible pasta was dry bread sticks not warm at all. They basically gave us the old breadsticks and I guess the last of the chicken that they were about to throw out for the night.... I've worked in the food industry and that is so not okay!!!!

I've had a good experience the few times I visited before, but last night was just not a great experience. Both my friend and I ordered the never ending pasta bowl and had a hard time getting our servers attention to order more pasta and when we did he left the table only haven gotten one of our orders, only got 3 breadsticks the entire time we were there, drink refills were scarce and at one point the server basically threw the mints on the table and disappeared even though we were not remotely done with the meal. I can understand perhaps he was busy, stressed, or even having a bad day, but this was just not a good experience and we were disappointed to say the least.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Decided to give them a try since they had opened and me and my baby love Olive Garden. My food was thrown into my bag so messy there was sauce EVERYWHERE!!!!!! Didn’t get my drink so I had to get out and go in for it and NOT ONE PERSON greeted me when I entered the building. I felt very unwelcome and when I got my drink it tasted watery as if it had been sitting with tons of ice in it that had melted smh. Filled out the survey for someone to contact me and a week later nobody has reached out. Will NEVER go back to that location. NOTE: I had the tour of Italy and you can’t even tell what I had based on how they threw my food in.

I don’t really know how you can manage to mess up a steak 3 times for the same customer in one sitting, but this location managed to. At least some of the meat is also poor quality, as my first steak and my husband’s was extremely grisly and did not look like sirloin cuts. I appreciate that the manager took my steak off the bill, but I’m disappointed that they didn’t attempt to come apologize, and that the waitress felt the need to excessively apologize when none of it was her fault. This was the second time visiting this location and having my steak over or undercooked, and we will not be returning. Please train your chefs better.

On August 24, I came in with my daughter and grandchildren to eat dinner. We were served very well. I have no problem with the server, but the salad that we received had no olives at all in it and also the lettuce was quite wilted and there was absolutely only one tomato in it. I think y’all can do a lot better job than that it doesn’t make me not want to come there it just makes me want to say that if you’re going to be an Olive Garden, you should at least have olives in your salad because that is one of my favorite things that in the bread sticks

Check your ticket before you leave the restaurant! I ordered a “lighter portion” beef/mushroom tortellini dish $12.99 and child’s Alfredo pasta (with no sides) $6.99 and two waters with lemon. I used the computer at the table with the waitresses help to charge my CC. The waitress said “sometimes it will print a receipt and sometimes it will not”. I did not get a printed receipt but didn’t think too much of it. I gave her an above average tip because she was pleasant but she was less than attentive. My bill Was over $40 when I saw the charge on my CC. The math is not adding up. I called and was put on hold and left.

We called this afternoon to order a catering food for our Christmas Eve dinner, Alyvia was extremely rude and inpatient with me and my husband over the phone. In the middle of our order, she put us on hold and someone else picked up the phone, looks like she got tired of answering questions.. We picked up our order (fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, a big size for 4-6 people) we found the small amount of shrimp that was handled to us (picture below). 9 shrimps for 6 people! Unbelievable! It’s a shame that such a good restaurant hire unprofessional people with horrible attitude to deal with customers.
