What's not to love about sitting in the perfect atmosphere eating a corn dog chili dog or delicious burger! Top that off with tater tots and an orange dream sickle slushy!! Think I'm about to have a full belly sonicgasm!! Anybody still have a sonic tray under their couch?
The food was fresh and well prepared. Not too hard and crunchy and the temperature was perfect. The girl also kept calling me "Love" as in, "Is that all Love?" or "Ok thanks Love" which I thought was very sweet and super classic, just like Sonic! Akash it didn't take very long to get my order even though the restaurant was PACKED! Highly recommend them.
My boyfriend & I went to this sonic tonight, I got the chicken dinner and he got a bacon double cheeseburger meal. He thought his burger was great and the tots weren’t bad overall. The one miss was the chicken, it was not good at all. I think maybe they just need a good fryer clean or new grease but we both tried it and spit it out. That’s the only complaint we have, though. Our carhop was amazing as well and very nice.
Sonic has always been my go to because they're quick. The one closest to me, if you order any drink with a fruit name, chunks of the fruit are in the cup, instead of just the flavor, which would be okay if it didn't keep stopping the straw from letting the drink come through.
It's like they don't turn on the cookers until you order. My orders take no less than 12-15 minutes to come out, and this happens basically every time. Slowest Sonic ever. Food is usually correct.
Took over 15 minutes to get my order (two drinks and a kids' meal) even though I had placed ahead on the app. The food did not taste great and one of my drinks was flat, which was interesting since I ordered two of the same type of drink and the other was fine.
Speakers in stall do not work correctly. Had to reorder food twice and repeat myself multiple times.
Prince Street location: just wanted a simple lemonade slush with blue raspberry. What I always get. Checked in... several orders passed out... Pushed the red button - "We don't have that order, Are you sure you're at the right one?" I respond... cut off... wait a few more minutes... "Oh, we have a lot of orders. click." Stop a lady passing by... I'll check. Comes back through, "Did you have a mango...?" No. Can I speak to manager. Manager comes out... "Oh, I remember that name. What did you have?" show her my order and speak it. Comes back out, hands it to me, no sorry, no words, nothing - because she knew it was wrong. I knew it was too blue. Just wanted a simple drink. sighhhhh..... Not a big deal... but professionalism, courtesy...
The food was great. The service was AWFUL!! Absolutely awful! Forgot half of our order. Then it took 15-20 mins, after pushing the call button for someone to come over to even ask if we needed something. Then they went and helped 2 other vehicles before going to get the rest of our food. Will not go back to this location.
Had order remade and came back with lettuce which shouldn’t have and burnt bacon
Went here to get 2 slushes and a drink. Carhop brung the drinks to the car, and didn’t tell me the fountain drinks was down. My drink was a Dr. pepper with vanilla. I tasted the drink and it was watered down with no vanilla in it. So, I called back in and the guy said all there fountain drinks are down with no carbonation. From my understanding is that they were letting people order drinks without telling them the machine was down. Just giving people nasty watered down drinks with no carbonation.
Can't get a simple order right. I stated six times for a coney combo meal but I got a disguishing burger after waiting for 35 minutes. People came in 10 minutes after me and left 10 minutes before. Never going back here and I hope the place gets shut down. Worst food I've ever tasted!
It gets worse and worse. 😔. Today My Mom and I visited the Sonic on Prince. We only ordered 2 Cheeseburgers, onion rings, and a coke. 30 minutes later we were still waiting for our order. I hit the red button again, they said sorry, we will have it right out….after several more minutes I saw some other orders(later arrivals than us) being delivered. I pushed the button and suddenly our order was being delivered. But, when I took the bag, it was obvious it had been sitting. I asked if it was fresh and the server said, no, it was sitting. I sent it back!!! I have been going to Sonic for over 50 years! It breaks my heart!
Bad experience. Asked for extra ketchup mustard, had no ketchup mustard, asked for mariana for my mozz sticks & didn’t give me any at all. Didn’t realize till I left back for work. Meat was also super dry, didn’t end up eating it
I ordered a blt toaster. Menu says it has mayo etc. Got my order and there was no mayo so it was super dry but that's not the worst of it. There was one pitiful piece of tomato that was the butt end of a tomato and ONLY ONE SLICE OF BACON TORN INTO 3 PIECES IN THE VERY CENTER OF THE SANDWICH. For $10 I expected at least a half decent sandwich but was so disappointed. I should have driven back and gotten my money back
The first set was given was extremely under temperature & waited over 15 minutes wanting fresh ! Just to receive some damn chips with sauce .. then told me they was fresh, lol never again!
Has messed up my last 10 orders and refuses to take responsibility for it. I can't get a refund just an offer for a free snack item. Definitely would recommend any restaurant before you choose this one.
Ordered a peanutbutter shake, thought it tasted strange but couldn't pinpoint flavor, almost had a metal or chemical aftertaste. Didn't taste like peanutbutter. I found this at the bottom of shake, a clump of peanutbutter with some gelatin on it. I don't want to speak poorly on anyone but I'm disgusted. I rarely eat fast food as is and this confirms why. Never again :(
Car hops won't bring out delivery orders until there's another regular order ready. Delivery order sits on the counter ready to go and runs late because this Sonic refuses to bring it out to the delivery driver on time. .
I ordered a medium water with blackberry and strawberry. It took 20 minutes and they weren't busy. Avoid the sonic on Prince Street in Conway.
So I placed an order today. It was just a simple order of large fry, for some reason when I went to pick up my order, Because I placed my order online via the website, the girl tried to charge me for the condiments and I was simply trying to order 3 little things of barbecue sauce to dip my fries in, she said, I was gonna have to pay for every condiment I wanted. I was a little confused, because the website doesn't charge you for condiments they're free and I told her this and she said no we are starting to charge for them. And we were literally arguing back-and-forth at a stall until she finally huffed and caved, but she would only give me one and I'm just confused because the website and the app do not charge you for condiments. So I don't know why this girl was trying to charge me for something that sonic doesn't charge for, but this was shady and this is the last time I'm going to this location. You have other locations that are fantastic. But this location frankly, sucks.
Worse coney ever gotten there and my slush was all wrong. The price of eating out has gotten so high and then to get food that we throw out is un called for. More attention should be paid in preparation for your customers
