Can't get a simple order right. I stated six times for a coney combo meal but I got a disguishing burger after waiting for 35 minutes. People came in 10 minutes after me and left 10 minutes before. Never going back here and I hope the place gets shut down. Worst food I've ever tasted!

I ordered a blt toaster. Menu says it has mayo etc. Got my order and there was no mayo so it was super dry but that's not the worst of it. There was one pitiful piece of tomato that was the butt end of a tomato and ONLY ONE SLICE OF BACON TORN INTO 3 PIECES IN THE VERY CENTER OF THE SANDWICH. For $10 I expected at least a half decent sandwich but was so disappointed. I should have driven back and gotten my money back

The food was great. The service was AWFUL!! Absolutely awful! Forgot half of our order. Then it took 15-20 mins, after pushing the call button for someone to come over to even ask if we needed something. Then they went and helped 2 other vehicles before going to get the rest of our food. Will not go back to this location.

Went here to get 2 slushes and a drink. Carhop brung the drinks to the car, and didn’t tell me the fountain drinks was down. My drink was a Dr. pepper with vanilla. I tasted the drink and it was watered down with no vanilla in it. So, I called back in and the guy said all there fountain drinks are down with no carbonation. From my understanding is that they were letting people order drinks without telling them the machine was down. Just giving people nasty watered down drinks with no carbonation.

Ordered a peanutbutter shake, thought it tasted strange but couldn't pinpoint flavor, almost had a metal or chemical aftertaste. Didn't taste like peanutbutter. I found this at the bottom of shake, a clump of peanutbutter with some gelatin on it. I don't want to speak poorly on anyone but I'm disgusted. I rarely eat fast food as is and this confirms why. Never again :(

Prince Street location: just wanted a simple lemonade slush with blue raspberry. What I always get. Checked in... several orders passed out... Pushed the red button - "We don't have that order, Are you sure you're at the right one?" I respond... cut off... wait a few more minutes... "Oh, we have a lot of orders. click." Stop a lady passing by... I'll check. Comes back through, "Did you have a mango...?" No. Can I speak to manager. Manager comes out... "Oh, I remember that name. What did you have?" show her my order and speak it. Comes back out, hands it to me, no sorry, no words, nothing - because she knew it was wrong. I knew it was too blue. Just wanted a simple drink. sighhhhh..... Not a big deal... but professionalism, courtesy...

Worse coney ever gotten there and my slush was all wrong. The price of eating out has gotten so high and then to get food that we throw out is un called for. More attention should be paid in preparation for your customers

It gets worse and worse. 😔. Today My Mom and I visited the Sonic on Prince. We only ordered 2 Cheeseburgers, onion rings, and a coke. 30 minutes later we were still waiting for our order. I hit the red button again, they said sorry, we will have it right out….after several more minutes I saw some other orders(later arrivals than us) being delivered. I pushed the button and suddenly our order was being delivered. But, when I took the bag, it was obvious it had been sitting. I asked if it was fresh and the server said, no, it was sitting. I sent it back!!! I have been going to Sonic for over 50 years! It breaks my heart!

The first set was given was extremely under temperature & waited over 15 minutes wanting fresh ! Just to receive some damn chips with sauce .. then told me they was fresh, lol never again!
