I can't remember the young ladies name but she always refers my daughter and I when we go in for a meal. We visit sporadically so ther no reason to remember us but she does. Food and smoothie always good. I wish there was one in Morrilton.

Great wraps and smoothies! Updating due to the short, dark haired girl who yelled at me last night. I had just watched the Governor say that he had released the mask mandate on Tuesday. So I go to get a Smoothie sans mask. I’m starting to wonder why young ladies half my age think they can talk to older customers this way????? I would have NEVER done that to a customer. I hope the customer service can be addressed as I have been going here regularly for years and this was the first time I had run into this girl. YOU DONT ARGUE AND EMBARRASS CUSTOMERS!!!!

I want to give this a 3.5 rating. I have eaten at other Tropical Smoothie locations and this one isnt the best one. The food presentation wasn't as good as the others. There isn't a fountain for drinks so their drinks consist of pre bottled drinks which turn out to be more expensive. Overall the food was good but the wraps we had were heated too hot making the lettuce very slimy.

First time to order online, we frequent this location often but this was the first time to order online and the last. We ordered 2 chicken pesto flatbreads and a hummus wrap. I ordered a hummus wrap but was given another wrap, not even sure what it was. The chicken pesto flatbread was sloppily made, made it difficult to eat. The estimated pick up timing is inaccurate. We live 6 minutes away and I left the house about 3 to 4 minutes after ordering and the order was there waiting on us on the tray. It would have been helpful if they had taken.their.time.to make our food instead of sloppily throw the order together. $30 worth of food may not be a lot to some people but it is to my family especially during these trying times. My eleven year old said that her meal was 😋delicious.

I'm making this before I even get my food. I may have given a higher rating based on the food. This whole review is because I stood around for 7 or so minutes waiting for someone to take my order only to find out the person behind the counter was taking a personal call. Not even an emergency call, just talking. Not cool.

Placed my order online... walked in the store and was not greeted... I sat myself down and waited for 5 mins. I finally got the lady's attention and asked about my online order... she asked if I knew about the online station that they have and I told her this is my first time trying the place... my smoothie was kinda liquidy but I think it was because of the waiting I did.... all and all I dont think I'll be going back...

Staff could definitely use a refresher course in helping customers. Came in was fairly busy but not off the walls, no other customers in line just ones who you could see had been waiting awhile. Wasn’t greeted by staff and stood at the counter waiting for an acknowledgement of one of the girls behind counter. Again not even a hello be with ya in a minute. Maybe I’m just missing the southern hospitality that tropical smoothie normally has back home. But when my order was taken no exchange of words other than what I wanted. If in all honesty I didn’t enjoy the quality of tropical smoothie and know for a fact the rude staff is not a part of any other ones I’ve been too I would not be a return customer to this location and would be hesitant of other locations around.

i had an absolutely awful experience here the lady who took my order was so rude and just seemed annoyed she had to do her job, she had tattoos on her arm and dark brown hair. let me emphasize i love this place but did not like the service i was given

I don’t like to rate a store on only one visit because anyone can have a bad day. Also, I’ll say I am fan of Tropical Smoothie, however, the one in Conway on Club is one of the slowest I’ve ever visited. Unfortunately, the extreme slowness is all too common for this location. I’ve visited this store multiple times and it’s slow every time. I could understand if the place was busy, but that’s not the case. It’s worth just driving to the other side of town. If you value your time, don’t go!

UPDATED!! I FOLLOWED DIRECTION FROM RESPONSE OF MY REVIEW AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONTACT NOR HAS ANYTHING BEEN DONE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!! I USUALLY DON'T COMPLAIN BUT WHEN I AM TOLD IT WILL BE MADE RIGHT AND MONTHS LATER STILL NOTHING I AM GETTING UPSET!! I am for the third time with a smoothie I can't even drink I get the same smoothie all the time and any time that I come to the Conway location it taste totally different every time and it's absolutely horrible The Taste nothing like it should my fiance also has had the same problem

I placed a $30 delivery order today and not one thing was made correctly. The wraps were missing half of the ingredients and one of the wraps had mold on the actual wrap breading. I asked for no sweetener in the smoothies and they both had the sweetener. I understand things happen but while trying to call the store today, I haven't been able to get through once. The phone rings and clicks off. Impossible. They lost my business and I go multiple times a week.
