I recently went to Cicis for a quick bite to eat. The pizza was actually better than I remembered. I say that because it’s been a long time since I ate at Cicis. Mariah was nice and courteous. She provide great customer service which will make me want to come back again.

This is the only Cicis I ever go to for the past couple of years. Unlike most other Cicis where the pizza and service is average at best. Their pizza is always on point. Best pizza of any Cicis. Awesome job! Their new General manager Rosa has taken this establishment to an ever higher standard than before. Elba and the rest of her staff are exceptional as well. Super attentive and just as accommodating and professional as you can be. Qualities you hardly find in the food industry now a days as we all know. Check out this location folks. You won't be disappointed. Best pizza and value in the Coppell area.

Came here Thursday 07/31 ~5pm Staff greeted us from the second we stepped in the door. The atmosphere felt nice. Tables were clean, pizzas were neatly organized. Team members were on standby at the serving stations, ready to take any special orders. A member named Mariah was very kind and courteous to us and informed us that the place was taken under new management. Wish I had some photos to add, but the establishment has definitely improved since my last visit in June.

I must mention that, although I arrived an hour before closing time on July 28, 2025, due to the Great Wolf Hotel where I was staying, the food service was very slow. Unfamiliar with the area, I arrived at this Cici's Pizza branch and had one of the best experiences, even better than many chain or franchise restaurants. Here I found the best service, the highest quality food in terms of preparation and cleanliness, and above all, a solid and well-trained team. Congratulations and thank you to all the staff who served me, my family, and me. Keep it up. I understand that not everyone is grateful or that sometimes they don't even bother to recognize and appreciate good effort and excellent service, but this should not prevent me from praising your ability and development of work, the efficiency of your branch, and your growth as an employee. Again, thank you for your service.

Great service, the staff is really friendly and super clean. The place was clean, the staff was always making sure the areas are clean. Thats a good look. Pizza was great, recommend the pepperoni, pepperoni and jalapeños was a 4 out of 5. The cheese sticks are great, they also had dessert pizza, brownies and cinnamon rolls.

We stopped by after our soccer game to get our food to go. Staff were prompt & attentive. We ordered a customized pizza, cinnamon rolls & boneless wings. Ater a bit we were informed that they were out of boneless wings & were offered bone-in. We declined & substituted another pizza instead. The order came out hot & fresh. The manager apologized for the inconvenience & offered a buffet coupon. The facility was clean, tables were clean that we could see. We did not use the restroom, so I am not sure of the cleanliness in that area. Overall great experience. Will be going back.

Buffet is amazing here, good for family and friends. Lots of sitting arrangements. Staff is friendly and understanding. There are few kids activities too. Very fine ambience. Great place to hangout around Coppel. All pizzas are served hot and tasty. Located very near to main road and has lot of parking spots. Worth for each penny. Desserts were also amazing.

Food was ok. Feels like they took away alot of options but facility was nice. Staff was nice.

Food was very average tonight . Quit combining old pizza on the buffet bar. Throw it away, and serve fresh pizza. The manager automatically charged me for a large drink to go! I don’t drink that much, and wanted a regular. Also way too noisy with people on the floor sitting there not eating . Even the kids weren’t as loud as them ! Not enjoyable.

The food was good, but the workers were using their bare hands for everything without gloves. I saw an employee handling the cheese and putting it on the pizza with bare hands, so I stopped eating and left. I hope the management pays attention to this issue because it can spread bacteria and illness, and I also hope the health department reviews the restaurant.

Pre December 2025: Always very clean with fresh and tasty food. The best of the Cicis in the immediate area and one of the top in dfw. 12/27 update. I ate two small plates of salad and thats it. Nothing else was edible. Not the pasta, cinnamon rolls, brownies, or multiple varieties of pizza both my wife and I tried. Maybe Cicis had a recent menu/ingredient change or they have changed things at this location like prep or rotation but $28 for basically two drinks and a little salad isn’t worth it. 12/6 update. Still consistently wonderful employees and great all around. Today was just off somehow. No cucumbers which I thought they always had before, no brownies, none of the 6-7 pizzas I’d have gotten a slice of even though they had a dozen or more out mostly untouched. Yeah I could ask for a pie to be made or brownies but not everything so couldn’t decide *shrug*. First time ever at Cicis getting no pizza or dessert but was still nice. Pasta and pasta sauce was very good and the rest of the salad was too. My dining partner did like the cheese pizza but commented the cinnamon rolls were light on the cinnamon.

The atmosphere AROUND this gets better rating than the actual place. The staff is beyond terrible. I approximately arrived at 8pm 2hrs til closing. With the expectations of a full service buffet. When arrived there were cold pizzas and cold dessert out. I specifically came just for the cinnamon rolls, nothing in addition. However cashier convinced me to get the wings since I would’ve been getting all flats. After wasting my tastebuds on cold cinnamon rolls to only get my wings all drums.! The cashier then informs me they didn’t have all flats. I requested for a refund as I didn’t intend to get the wings to begin with. She went to her manager who then decided to state “he can remake the food”. Now this statement alone draws confusion because either the flats weren’t available to fulfill my order as requested or they would’ve remade the same mistake of drums instead of flats. Nonetheless I told the cashier I’d just like my money back for the wings so I could leave. The manager storms up front quickly counts out $8 and slaps it on the counter stating “there you go”. Let’s also keep in mind I wasn’t yelling making a scene or being disrespectful to anyone, or spoken to the manager but do as you will with this review. I won’t be back.
