Takes more than 30 minutes for your pickup order to be filled so make sure you order about 45 min ahead. Then if they are out of a bagel they have no way of contacting you, so if you get there 45 min later your food will still not be made. You must wait in line to ask why your food is not ready only to tell you they were out of something. The line is always to the door, so no point in ordering online when you have to wait. Hate this location

I like this place. Convenient location. My only problem is, the wait is long in the morning. They somehow lose your mobile order or idk. I ordered online so i dont have to wait but when i go in to pick up my order, waited 20-30 minutes more. I also walked in and ordered one morning and the ordered a cinnamon roll. Waited 20 minutes. They were working on a big online order that they seemed to try to br catching up.

It was my first time trying it, and I was excited from the pictures and word of mouth. The sandwich I got was the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich, and it looked really good. It says that it comes with the Jalapeño Bacon Gourmet Bagel, but when I went to order, that wasn't an option, and I had to pick another bagel that left a lot to be desired. The sandwich wasn't bad, but there was no explanation as to why I couldn't get the bagel that came with it. I haven't ordered anything from them again, but I recommend it if you like bagels.

I like the bagels but not coffee in coppell Einstein Bros. Bagels. Coffee is much better in MacDonald and other coffee place. My question is their Orange juice made from fresh quizz orange or not? It teast like Tropicana one.

I love Einstein Bagel. I use the Onion and Chive Shmear for my baked potatoes. The plain bagel with the Honey Almond Cream Cheese is the best.

I am sharing my recent experience at this location, which I visit a few times a week as it is on my way to work. While I have had some less than satisfactory experiences in the past, I chose to overlook them. However, today’s incident has left me deeply disappointed, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. This morning I placed an order via the app around 7 am for a 7:30 am pickup. Upon arriving at approximately 7:34, my order was not ready. Although I noticed the store was busy, I decided to wait patiently. I observed walk in customers come in and order and then receiving their orders while mine still had not been made. At around 7:45 I approached what I believe was a manager for an update and provided my name. She located my receipt on the prep table, but explained that it had not been worked on because there was no turkey sausage available, requiring someone to retrieve it. About 7:51 I informed the staff if my order was not ready within the next five minutes, I would need to cancel it. At this point, the manager handed me my order without addressing the delay. At which point, I expressed my concern about being late for work and a worker responded by laughing at me which the manager did not address. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful, especially after waiting more than 20 minutes past my pick up time. I’ve been a regular customer at this establishment for some time now, but this experience has left me feeling very frustrated and I do not know if I will go back.

12:30pm and they are out of most bagels and not making anymore for rest of the day! They close at 2pm. Their bagels got smaller too. I barely go to this location but always disappointing

SNL levels of parody circa 2001 starbucks "tall" vs small Canceled order on the spot. No time for snippy petty arguments. Will be going to different shop for bagels.

I went to pay with touch to pay and tip pops up so fast it automatically gave them $3 tip on $7. Tipping culture has gotten so out of hand and there’s no way to refund it. I’m all for tipping at a sitdown restaurant, but not at a bagel place that almost automatically gives a tip.

How can you possibly be called a Bagel spot but run out of every possible flavor except plain and pretzel? The folks at the front have given up on caring and just shrug when asked any questions. If certain flavors are more in demand, maybe plan to have more of them available. The answer to what flavors do you have since I listed 6 of them and you have none, should not just be a shrug.Terrible experience.

This is my third time coming to this location, and I am unsatisfied, EVERYTIME I COME THEY MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, ALWAYS MISSING SOMTHING OR NOT TOASTING THE RIGHT ORDER, I COME FOR BREAKFAST FOR MYSELF AND MY CO WORKERS SO ITS ALWAYS MULTIPLE THINGS BUT IT NEVER FAILS THEY GET IT WRONG, Th e older lady took my order correctly and they still get it wrong the shorter white heavy set lady i believe she may be a manger with the black t shirt always rushing me this once my order is on the cabinet. this morning, she cancelled my order because they didn't have change after i told the cashier i will run to get change, I came back, and my order was cancelled I ordered a smoked salmon spinach bagel add bacon. Paid for all my items and they still didn't put the bacon on the order. Very careless. i know the short lady has an issue with black ppl by how dismissive she is I'm writing a review because i will not be going back.

waited 15 minutes to get to the counter and the cashier just left and didn’t take our order. another customer then came up and said it’s been 20 minutes and their bagel still hasn’t come out. there wasn’t many customers yet a lot of employees, not sure why the service was so bad. after like 10 minutes of nobody taking our order we just left and went elsewhere.

Does this look like a $10 sandwich to you? $9.88 plus it's missing the strawberry shmear!!!! AND I even tipped them!! I feel ripped off. Wish I wasn't already home. Not worth the drive back! Total disappointment!!! UPDATE: Did as the owner said and contacted who they asked me too and did not even get a response. I stand by my 1 star review. 1 out of 10 DO NOT recommend!!
