Great food, ordering online is easy, and it's always ready on time. They've got to-go orders down to an art. The bag has everything you need - napkins, soy sauce, plasticware, and an egg roll (no extra purchase) - and the food is in a sturdy container so no spills or leaks happen. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The service is great and the employees I've interacted with are very nice.

This place is delicious. I order online and pick up food for lunch often, and it has always come out good. They have even given me free samples of sushi a couple of times, which led me to try different sushi rolls and a poke bowl. I appreciate the consistent good service.

While traveling for work in our semi, my husband and I craved some Asian food. We looked this place up and to be honest, based on some of the reviews about new ownership I had my reservations but I figured I didn't see anything about bad food so I went for it. Let me tell you, first if all, they surprised me because when I opened the bag I saw a dish that said "sample". Now if you're anything like me you know Asian people don't usually give anything away for free so I was shocked. When I opened the box though, I was blessed. Not just because I received a free sample but because it was a free sample of California Crunch Sushi (heart faints). Not only did they give me a sample of something that is already my favorite thing ever, but it was the best California Crunch Roll I ever tasted. With that said, I don't care who runs the place, just don't fire the cook. Good night.

I love bourbon chicken, so I decided to give this location a try. They did not disappoint. The flavor is pretty much spot on in comparison to what I am used to, so that is most important to me personally. You also get plenty of the bourbon sauce. I am not a huge fan of the cabbage & bourbon flavor paired together, so I did not finish all of the cabbage. I paid right at $13 for what you see in the picture, & It filled me up. I will return for more!

I felt the peanuts were a little too crunchy, but otherwise the Mongolian was excellent. The fried rice wasn't my favorite, but I can get white rice next time. I recommend this restaurant. It was a good experience! And they have unsweetened tea, which is helpful for diabetics like me.

I love bourbon chicken, so I decided to give this location a try. They did not disappoint. The flavor is pretty much spot on in comparison to what I am used to, so that is most important to me personally. You also get plenty of the bourbon sauce. I arrive most days around 11:15 when I go there. Rarely a line. I am able to order right away. I do not eat meat and they have tofu as an option that I use with both their Fried Rice and Pad Thai (spicy!). Pricing is a little high. (10 bucks including drink) Very friendly staff. One of the few places..well the one actually...I can easily walk to from Regus nearby. I tried Subway and the Japanese place also near by but neither had viable options for me. Subway offered a sandwich with their normal toppings less the meat. Horrible. That is like asking for a burger with just the lettuce and tomatoes lol. When I tried to explain, they literally laughed at me. :( Rice Box is a moderately priced option with good tasting food and friendly service.

I'm rating 2 stars instead of 1 because in the past I've had no issues with my food. Today however was different. I had ordered Hunan beef and Egg drop soup around 6:30pm for delivery. The food looked delicious and for the most part was fantastic, with the exception of the pebble that I bit. The pebble about 1/4 Inch in diameter. I'm not sure how a pebble got into my food but there it was. Luckily i didnt bite down hard so I'm not hurt. I'm mostly just disappointed. Rice Pot Express is one of my favorite places to order when I'm at work since they have pretty large portions, but after today I don't think I'll be ordering from them for a while.

Friendly people and good customer service however, the food is starting to go down hill. It's like their serving week old chicken. Its always really rubbery and stringy.

I didn't get what I ordered. I was not happy with the food that was delivered. It was not what I expected. I order the same thing at all Chinese Restaurants but for some reason the name was the same but the actual food was different. Its weird to me but the fried rice was good.

First off none of the food seemed fresh made, all seems old. The fried rice was bland, I suggest getting it with all of the additions. The chicken wonton soup was just two dumplings in a dark brown broth that tasted burnt when I ate it. The photo shows a light brown almost clear soup and it was not that. The broccoli beef also tasted burned and was dry, a lot like beef jerky. Overall I would not recommend and wont be back.

They literally gave us fried batter for the Sweet & Sour Chicken. The Chicken Lo Mein has no flavor. The General Tso's chicken is good although it is more spicy than sweet.

Worst Chinese food I have tasted in a while. Ordered sesame chicken and it had red sauce with no sesame seeds on it. Rice was dry and lo mein was bland. Will not order from them anymore!!

Got a GT Chicken for Lunch, portion, price and taste just ok!! The service is horrible, young lady at the front, can barely hear her voice and feel like I owe her money the way she treat me. Many other place around here, won’t be back for sure !!

Ordered teriyaki chicken and received plain fried chicken?.. Obviously not the same atleast if your serving fried chicken put the teriyaki sauce on it ! ... don't even live here and wanted a good new meal 😒 should've gone to panda express!

Horrible portions, ordered 3 dinners and barely feed the family, lack of meat, horrible fried rice, which we could barely split 5 ways. We are used to having left overs when we order this much food not disappointed bc we are still hungry kids included. We will not be back.

I went to order online and there is a coupon code on their website if you order $30 or more. However when you go check out there is no place under payment type to put the code in. I called the store and the guy first said he could take it over the phone and honor the coupon code. Then he changes his mind and then he give me a price that is higher than the calculated amount of $30 plus tax with the 20% coupon. He then says if you want it at the higher price you can get it otherwise I’ll cancel your order. The old man is an idiot and apparently doesn’t know how to use a calculator to calculate 20% off. I told him I want it at the advertised price on their website and he says no and I’ll cancel your order. This place is false advertisement.

This is the Worst Chinease food. Do not even waste your time....Fried Rice is incomplete not enough ingredients...Sweet and Sour Chicken, Dry and I have a Suspicion that it not Chicken...I Question how they got all those good Reviews....This Place is not good....I even took the bad food back, In an attempt to let them fix the order!.... They came with the same Cat, Rat, Dog or Whatever but it was not Chicken...Sauce can hide a lot but not bad food....

I'm changing my review from 5 start to 1 star. Food quality has gone down so much. Delivery use to take 15 to 20 min now it takes 60 to 70 min.

New Ownership is terrible. I've ordered the lunch special for years, and it always came with a spring roll. The new ownership came in, and changed the lunch special to no longer include a spring roll but only sushi instead (Also increased the price by a dollar). I'm deathly allergic to shellfish, so after the first time receiving the sushi I asked if they could sub the sushi for a spring or literally anything that doesn't have shellfish. The employees would do this for me each week for about a month, until today I call and try and order my lunch special with a spring roll as a substitute for the sushi. The lady tells me she cannot do this as the owner has forbidden this. I ask to talk to the manager and he tells me sorry that is not an option. After explaining that I would literally go to the hospital if i ate it, he said sorry that's not an option and that I should cancel my order. Regardless to say, the old ownership would have NEVER acted like this and treat a more than weekly customer this way. Such a bummer that a staple in the area now treats this customers like subtier clients and truly shows how much they appreciate their customers. Cannot support this establishment anymore, and I recommend finding a local place that will treat you with respect and not rudely as I was treated today.

Everytime I asked her about a menu item she looked up at me as if I was interrupting her. The chicken is absolutely terrible. Pretty much all breading. You can tell it has been re fried a couple times. I threw away the plate because there was no actual chicken in my General TSOs. I’ll never return.
