Great experience! Wonderful service and even better food. Definitely recommend 👌
The service was quick & professional. Our wait time for lunch was less than 5 minutes. The food was great! We received a large portion & at a great price. I loved that bean sprouts were included as well. The atmosphere was mellow & quiet enough to have conversations. I enjoyed the service & will be back. Thank you!
I have been wanted to try this place out for so long and the opportunity came on the weekend recently. From start to finish the experience here was amazing. Every single staff members here was very attentive. The manager and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was extremely clean and inside looked straight from Japan. I am extremely impressed with all the great food and the services. I will definitely come back soon!
First time here. It was great had my birthday dinner here, PoPo was our server and it was great. Very responsive, very friendly, made great suggestions when asked his opinion. Oscar was our chief and it was a blast. Had no problem with special request. He was a great cook delicious food. Can’t wait to go back. We did read reviews before coming here, the food was delicious, one comment I thought was odd was the nationality of the staff. No they are not your traditional cooks here but they are very skilled at what they do and it’s a lot of fun. I didn’t know what to expect when arriving but the place wasn’t very busy you can order sushi rolls at the hibachi station, which I though was cool but why do you go to hibachi to eat sushi 😂😂 I go for the show. The place was clean. The front area where the desk is did smell a little funny to me. But the place was nice, clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. We got the opportunity to go and enjoy when there wasn’t a lot of people around.
Our first time in hibachi in years, first time trying Jinbeh and it was amazing! My 1yr old daughter’s first experience and she loved the fire! Oscar was great cooked all our food perfectly and the sushi and sashimi were delicious! Will definitely be back!
The food is always great. Sometimes there's a wait, depending on the time you arrive. All people from your party have to be present in order to be seated. The staff is always friendly. I've been going to this location for like 20 years.
We went to a restaurant with a family of six without a reservation, and they prepared a table for us right away. The waitress came to take our order promptly. Soup and salad were served first. The teppanyaki was amazing—watching the chef cook steak, chicken, salmon, shrimp, and vegetables on the grill right in front of us was such a delight. The food was absolutely delicious. The waitress was attentive, bringing drink refills without us even having to ask. The service was outstanding. I’m very satisfied with both the service and the taste here. I actually prefer this place over Benihana. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend you do. We’ll definitely be going back as a family!
Had been over a year since I’d visited. This was requested for a birthday and they took great care of us. I had made a reservation to ensure we had a table but luckily it wasn’t too busy on a Monday. We were seated quickly and got our food and drink orders taken. The portions were generous and we had plenty for leftovers. Two adults, two kids, 1 drink each, total before tip was around 150. Great way to celebrate a special occasion.
Very tasty, affordable, and entertaining! I have been dining at Jinbeh since early 2000. Honestly, the food quality doesn't quite match up to that of Benihana. Nonetheless, when you dine here, you want to bring your whole family next time. Also, you won't go broke afterwards 🫠 The staff are always friendly and professional. Their Chefs will guarantee 💯 of Hibachi experience. With FIRE🔥 📛!! I had lunch special for two. They served me soup, salad shrimp appetizer, and combination of steak and again shrimp. Well drive there already and enjoy your Hibachi!
Stopped in on a Monday evening. The food is good. The waiters are very attentive and kind. The chef was prompt in making our meals but wasn’t very entertaining. We attributed that to maybe it being a Monday. It didn’t seem like any of the chefs were really having fun. They just cooked and called it a day. Regardless the food is good and you’ll have enough food to take home which is great. Price is reasonable for hibachi. I paid $38 for just myself.
Was our first time here and honestly wish we had found this place sooner. The staff was very polite and on top of everything from the moment we walked through the door. Watching the food be prepared right in front of us was good entertainment, the food was amazing.. oh and definitely try the ginger sauce when you go. (That's the red sauce on the top left) the other sauce was good as well, not sure what it was called but it was good.
Went here for the first time today at lunch. Table for 5 and we spread out around the 8 top to not feel crowded. Lunch specials are awesome and pretty good deal for the price. Normally this is a night time place but I highly recommend lunch now that I've experienced it. Food is top notch and tasted amazing. The dipping sauces are great, hot(ish) mustard for meats and a red sauce for fish/scallops/etc. Our Hibachi chef was great and super friendly. Knife & cooking skills were great and entertaining. His cleanliness was top notch too. Didn't even try the sushi but I bet it's good also. Check out the pics.
A friend and I decided to go to Jinbeh for lunch on a Friday. She wanted sushi and I wanted hibachi. This was my first time going. We were seated right away, and only 1 other person was seated at our grill with us. We took advantage of the lunch special, but were NOT HAPPY to find out that no matter which entree we chose the fried rice would cost us each $5.00 extra! That is ridiculous. We came to a hibachi grill to order normal hibachi/Japanese food. Fried rice should not cost extra, especially $5.00 extra per person!! Anyway, I ordered fried rice with shrimp and ribeye. My friend had sushi, a roll, and fried rice with double shrimp. The food was delicious, but the cost was more than we had intended to pay for lunch. There were some communication issues with the staff because a couple of them couldn't speak English and we couldn't speak Spanish. One time, my drink was taken to be refilled, but never brought back. I couldn't get the servers to understand what I was saying when I was trying to explain to them that my drink was never brought back to the table. Thankfully, the other diner sitting at our grill could speak Spanish. She translated for me. Overall, the food was delicious, fried rice should be included in the price, the restaurant was clean, and even though there were some language issues, the staff weren't overly friendly or welcoming, but they were nice enough.
Don't get me wrong... the food is good and what one might expect of a "Benihana style" hibachi restaurant. The presentation was entertaining, particularly for younger patrons. But, at times I felt the staff were trying to turn the tables a little too quickly, and the grill master was tired, and the noise level high. And while the rice portions are high, so was the price for what one gets. But the food is certainly above average japanese fare. Just, but don't disappointed if your dining experience is not as intimate or relaxing as you had hoped.
The food was really good. Fried rice, sushi, and steak ordered. Loved the sushi. Steak would have been great but the medium ribeye steak that was ordered was bordering on well done instead. Also charging $5 more for plain no meat fried rice instead of steamed with the ribeye just doesn't seem right. Still tasty though. Also when you have a date night maybe try to not sit a couple with a family with 3 small kids under 4 years old including a newborn. Love kids, but why ask on the reservation if it's a special occasion then do that? It made it awkward for them and for us.
First time here with family..it was good we enjoyed our food... will go back again..I had the filet and my wife had the shrimp..over all it was good tasting.. will come back..just a step or two behind benihanas..the price was better..they need a bartender.. the greygoose martini was light..
Good dine-in experience with nice ambiance, but the food is not great, fried rice felt mushy. YumYum sauce was bad outright. For the experience of hibachi and the process of making food, people can try this once. Quality of food : 5 Taste and essence : 5 Presentation : 6 Hospitality & Environment : 7 Price-value : 5 Cleanliness : 7 Red’s Final Rating : 5.8/10
I visited this place long time ago. Seems change a lot since. New owner looks like middle eastern people maybe all family working only. I don’t see any other workers Mexican, Korean ,Chinese or Japanese. No uniform. found oil on chair at first. Hood Ventilation was not bad that my clothes smell like smoke. Saw Grease fell on the grill from hood. Steak I ordered has strong odor so asked to change but they brought replacement but smell the same. I m sorry but this place is not Japanese’s restaurant used to be good.
