I rarely do reviews, but wanted to share our experience. I cannot rave enough about our server Kendal! Although very busy, she was warm, friendly and gave us A+ service! We like Boomerjacks’s, but having Kendal as our server made this time Better! We will be back and will be asking for Kendal! Service matters!

Great experience at BoomerJack’s! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want from a sports bar—especially the wings. The atmosphere was fun and lively without being overwhelming. BoomerJack’s is always a great time. The atmosphere is fun and lively, especially during games, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Our server, Kendal, did an awesome job—very welcoming, checked in at the right times, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. The food was hot and flavorful, drinks were on point, and service was quick even though it was busy. Definitely a go-to spot for good food, good drinks, and great service. Highly recommend!

From the moment we were seated, Neveah went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. She greeted us warmly, took the time to explain the daily specials, and suggested drink specials with genuine enthusiasm. Our meals arrived quickly and looked — and tasted — fantastic. When one of our orders was slightly off, she handled it with professionalism and a smile, making sure everything was perfect without making us feel uncomfortable. Throughout the evening, Neveah checked in just the right amount—never hovering, but always attentive. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail turned what could have been a standard dinner out into a highlight of our week. And when we mentioned we were visiting from out of town, she even offered local recommendations and made us feel like welcome guests. Thanks to her, our experience was top-notch. Nevaeh checked on us regularly without ever being overbearing, and her positive energy honestly made the meal even better. ask for Naveah, she was amazing!.. greeted is with a smile and no matter how busy it was getting she made sure to check on us. drinks stayed filled and fresh, food took as lil bit but we were constantly updated on is status and weren't really in a hurry.. place was clean and maintained well. but Naveah's sincere smile and quirky wit really made our day. we definitely will be back and will be looking for her again soon... 1st class all the way..

Stopped in for the first time while visiting our daughter. Food was good, service was great and sports on every TV made the atmosphere great. We did the trio appetizer with southwest egg rolls, fried pickles and mozzarella bites, very good. Daughter had the chicken nachos she really liked them, husband had the pepperoni pizza it came out piping hot and I had the fried shrimp, they were excellent, large and plentiful! We will definitely be back the menu was very vast so anyone can find something easily. Located in the parking lot of Vista Ridge Mall, if you've never been, don't sleep on this spot.

I came here during the week on 1/23. The waitress we had was nice, but it truly seemed forced. It felt uncomfortable, but I wasn't alone, which made things better. We tried asking feedback on the food, but the waitress seemed as if were an issue. I ended up ordering a salad & didn't like it. I immediately pushed it to the side & ate off my date's plate. We waited for the waitress to come back. When she finally did & I informed her that I wasn't satisfied with the salad, she apologized & left. My date told me that he would just take it home & eat it. I thought it was unfair since I only took maybe 3 bites. I decided I was going to talk to someone else, but wanted to give the young lady another chance. I looked around to see the waitress sitting in a booth with friends hanging out. We were out of water & had been trying to get her attention for more than 15 minutes. My date finally walked up to the hostess & let them know we needed the waitress. Our waitress walks over & I told her again I wasn't satisfied. She said, "Oh, I thought you were joking! Did you want to order something else?!" I eventually ordered what my date had. We were at least able to enjoy talking with one another despite everything else. I'm not sure I'd ever visit again.

I ordered my food for pickup, not dine-in, and maybe next time I’ll actually walk in instead of ordering to-go. I was a little disappointed with what was advertised as a “bowl” of soup — especially for $6. As shown in the photos, the container wasn’t even filled all the way, so it really didn’t feel like a full serving very tasty soup though. The fried Oreos were also a letdown; they tasted very greasy and actually made my stomach hurt, although I did appreciate that they came with ice cream. On the positive side, the onion rings were really good, especially with the ranch, and the fries were okay. Overall, it was a mixed experience — some items were tasty, but a few things definitely missed the mark.

Establishment was nice. Our server was attentive and fast. The food was not the best. They toss the wet wings in cold sauce and sprinkle the dry rub on instead of tossing it in the dry rub which makes the flavor feel like an afterthought or leftovers they tried to dress up lol Large tvs are a plus when you want to watch a game or fight.

Great atmosphere and wonderful servers. The food was less than desirable. Chicken fried steak barley had gravy so I asked for more. It was bland and tasted like flour. Mashed potatoes we like warm. Chicken and shrimp were ok. Chicken was over seasoned and the shrimp not at all. Service and atmosphere would be what could get me back again.

Our waiter was a bit busy even though we were the second couple in there. We didn’t get refills, the breading of my chicken fried steak was not cooked all the way. His chicken strips were 1/10.🤢🥴 overall the atmosphere was great and had a ton of parking available!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. After showing our valid government-issued license, we were refused services because the ID had a note saying “not for real ID purposes.” Instead of understanding what that means, the staff immediately treated it as a fake ID, which is completely incorrect. A man who identified himself as the manager (tattoos, very rude attitude) handled the situation extremely unprofessionally. He kept saying that our ID “didn’t look the same as in his book” and bluntly called it fake, without any proper explanation. His tone was disrespectful, he wouldn’t listen to us, and he literally walked away while we were still trying to talk. What made this even more frustrating is that we have been coming here daily for the past week and never faced any issue like this. We had never seen this manager before, and his behavior was completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect basic respect and at least a willingness to communicate. Refusing service is one thing, but being rude, dismissive, and unprofessional is another. If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to reconsider who they put in charge and provide better training on valid IDs and customer service. Very disappointed with this experience.

I am very disappointed with the service my family received at your Carrollton location on October 6, 2025. Despite the restaurant being partially empty, the staff's attitude towards us was unwelcoming. When I requested to be seated somewhere else., the young lady handling our request rolled her eyes and displayed visible discomfort. Her behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. What's concerning is that this behavior seemed to stem from our family's presence, which made us feel discriminated against. We have been loyal customers to your Bedford location and were shocked by the difference in service. - *Staff Behavior*: Unfriendly and dismissive attitude from the server - *Request Handling*: Unwillingness to accommodate our reasonable request - *Potential Discrimination*: Behavior suggested a bias against our family. We've had excellent service at your Bedford location and hope to see similar improvements at this location.
