I had a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday in this location yesterday. This location was already special to us as this is where my husband and I shared our first lunch with the whole family after getting married - back then we had a large group of people and the server did an awesome job. We hadn’t been to this location in almost 2 years and yesterday we showed up with the family again. We waited about 10 minutes for our table and, surprisingly, we ended up sitting in the same spot we had been seated 2 years ago! The food was amazing, as always, everyone was extremely pleased with their meals. The shrimp fettuccine was a success among my guests. I had the eggplant parmigiana, and while the spaghetti was just ok, the eggplant was amazing. The salads came fresh, and the bread was warm and yummy. The highlight of the experience, however, was our server! She immediately realized we were celebrating a birthday and asked whose birthday it was. She told me a could pick a free dessert and I wasn’t aware of that, so I’m glad she told me. She proceeded to take our orders, double checking to make sure she had heard us right. My nephew didn’t want the side salad, so she kindly suggested soup options for him, who is a kid and really wasn’t sure what he would like. And he ended up liking the soup she suggested. Her very attentive behavior around a large group didn’t go unnoticed. She checked in on us many times, brought us refills before we asked for them and even warned us about plates being hot, so that we were careful when touching them - especially the kids. She was very polite, proactive and kind. Towards the end of the meal, she reminded me again that I could choose a free dessert. I picked the Italian doughnuts so I could share them with the family and they were so delicious!!! 100% worth it. Our waitress brought the dessert and a candle, and asked me if I wanted to sing happy birthday. We sang happy birthday and she took photos of my family, and even switched angles to get the best photo. I mean, we already had good memories of when we came as a family to this location before, but now we are even more excited to come back for another family celebration. The whole family loved the food and we got an outstanding service, really. I believe the server’s name is Rain P (that’s what it says on our check?) so Rain, thank you for making sure I had a fun, wonderful birthday celebration! We will definitely come back.

It's been awhile going to this location last time wasn't so great but this time everything was good our server was the best and the food was good as well no complaints.

The server realized the kitchen had forgotten our appetizer so she talked to her manager and got us 2 desserts! She was the kindest and gave us lots of chocolates, extra breadsticks, and a raspberry sauce with her managers permission! Best experience yet.

Food is yummy, and service is very friendly. Sometimes they can get pretty busy, but the servers are usually really good about taking care of you. I think of it as my Italian food go-to. Probably not very authentic as Italian food goes, but I like knowing that I'll always be satisfied.

It has been a year since we ate here. So, we decided to celebrate Mother's Day. As always, the trio of salad, garlic bread, and pasta fagioli soup never fails to start our dinner. Service was exceptional. We were a party of hungry 7, and our server would have made 8, only because she was constantly there to meet our requests (water please, extra napkin please, more bread please, etc). Oh, and there were the chocolate mints to the finish. Overall, satisfied customers. 4.8 stars (only because I was not a fan of their shrimp scampi- I had better - sorry)

10/11/23: Updating from our last few visits here since our last review 6 years ago. This past month, we came back three times for lunches and dinner. Each time, we had different servers. And each time are totally amazing service. And the food was so delicious that we order more food! We order appetizer, entrées, soup and salad. Today too but only for two. My mom enjoyed herself at lunch today that she kept praising our server for her great service! Kudo to the staff! Below posted 6 years ago: Love coming to this Olive Garden. The servers are very polite and respectful. Checkout is very easy and simple with the app stand on the table. We can also place an order from the app stand on the table too. Love it.

Our server, Eniti, was absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She catered to us so well and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Eniti, for such great service!

Had a great time , Cathy took super care of us. She made sure our food arrived on time, I had 4 bowls of Tuscano and she was right there so fast.

I celebrated my surprise birthday there, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming and graciously accommodated our group of thirteen, and the food was delicious.

Our server AJ was wonderful, kind, and so very thoughtful when we dined with our two toddlers this evening. He made sure they were safely in their high chairs and had special bendy straws. He gave them a little portion of extra cheese when we sat down which was very thoughtful and helped keep them entertained and happy. The food is Olive Garden but what made this location special was definitely the server and his kindness. We’ll be back.

Came with a big family group after church, and it didn't take long to be seated. We had one waitress, Lydia, who was able to handle the group with ease. My fiancé and I went to this location on a Sunday at around 3pm. We were sat in a noisy room, and they moved us upon request with no hassle. The food was great (I had the chicken scampi) and the service was awesome. Our server, Alex, did a great job. We overall had a great experience.

Our apartment complex took a van of 12 people here. They quickly found a table for us.we are all up there in years, except our vivacious driver. Our server's name was RAIN! Yep That's right, and she was RIGHT AS RAIN>>excellent server, personable, a good listener and very helpful. OK. The food we expect to be excellent WAS excellent. I had the baked 5 cheese citizenship(ziti-i hate nonautocorrect) and my wife had, hmmm, what? Oh yeah, some kind of huge chicken salad. Been here many times over the years. Many repeats later I still like the restaurant, the chain and find the location convenient. Parking is easy, food is good, especially when one considers price. Maybe a little too much salt on certain items including the salad but overall tasty. Servers are pleasant, attentive and generally proficient.

I had heard the name Olive Garden many times and went in with some expectations. I ordered the "Tour of italy" as my main course and my group ordered the "Shrimp Scampi". The server asked if I wanted a salad or soup, so I chose the chicken gnocci soup and my group chose the salad. We shared the salad and soup and it was delicious. I liked the soup so much that I had it refilled twice. The pasta was fresh and soft, as if it had just been made. My companions said the pasta was bland, but that must be why there was salt and pepper on the table. I ordered tiramisu for dessert and it was delicious. The server was very busy during the meal, so the dessert ordering and serving process was not perfect, but in the end, I received the drinks and desserts I requested and they explained the situation well, so I have no complaints.

Update 03/07/25: I just went here about a week ago and the five stars still stands! Best location hands down. Never an issue when we go here. Jackie was our waitress and her customer service was impeccable I mean just aaamazing. I would choose her everytime. Also we sent our compliments to the chef because for the first time, husband did not need to add any extra salt. He tried the 3 meat manicotti and it was seasoned to perfection 🥰. He really enjoyed it. We're already excited for our next visit! Original review: Recently my family and I had a great experience for dinner here. I met a few friends for dinner this past Saturday night. We had a great time catching up and visiting. I hadn't been to Olive Garden in quite a while. The food was good. The flavor was great and fresh. We ordered calamari, shrimp scampi, shrimp and chicken carbonara and Stuffed Ziti Fritta. Of course, we had salad and bread sticks. The food was good. The waiter was great, however my party had 6 people. Two arrived, the table was prepared and they were seated. Yes, I know, it's Olive Garden. Expectations were already low before I walked in the door. On my first step in, I was hit with the smell of used bathroom. In fact, the smell stayed with me until my food arrived. The restaurant has this lingering clogged toilet smell that really threw me off. That's why I gave the atmosphere a 1/5. Each part of our meals for four people was pretty good and arrived hot. Salad and soup was sampled by two of us was pretty good as well. All of our entrees were pretty good. We tried new menu items as well. Our server was great as well. Update: Loss of another star...Sept 2018, I brought my family here today for an early dinner. I arranged for online waitslist and was told that it would take 10 minutes to get seated even though I showed them the text that indicated that I was on the waitlist for 20 minutes. As if that wasn't bad enough, the server Vernon H. decided to tip himself an additional $15 against my card after I had already left cash in the payment binder book. I stayed on the phone on two separate occasions for over an hour trying to reach a manager. I took the written proof back to the restaurant and met with Sabrina who made up for the theft of funds from my card. Update: We ate dinner here this afternoon and I ordered an item from the new items list, Braised Beef Bolognese. It was the meat sauce with braised beef and Italian sausage. The restaurant picture shows pasta up to the edges of the serving bowl, but the reality is it was covering just a cup and a half of the bottom of the serving bowl in which it was served. This whole thing was a two or three star meal at best with huge disappointment added to the mix. This was a three to four star meal. We had a very good dinner here. The salad came out cold and full of ingredients that were expected in the salad. The breadsticks came out hot and were tasty. We ordered three different meals one of which was the tour of Italy. We also got the Shrimp Alfredo and Seafood Pasta.

My husband and I had an event in Dallas and stopped here on the way back home. It was Saturday night at like 6 pm, the parking lot was full and I thought, "Oh boy, we're gonna be waiting a while." Nope! We were seated right away. Our waitress was so sweet and on top of it. Had the salad and bread sticks out almost immediately and the food was out less than 10 minutes after we sat down. That was impressive considering how busy they were. The manager came by to make sure everything was ok. The food was pretty good, not groundbreaking, but not bad. I will say though that they have a watermelon sangria Moscato that is AMAZING. I'm not a big drinker and if I do drink, I want it to be sweet and this was a light, fruity, sweet drink (not too sweet though). Nice dinner with the hubs!

Ate lunch at Olive Garden today. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and two meatballs off of the lunch menu. The lunch serving is well portioned. Before the entrée I had the house salad which served as a great starter before the carbs. The breadsticks added a nice touch to the dishes. For all of that my total bill was only $12. Such a great price for lunch is hard to beat. Looking forward to my next visit at the Olive Garden.

Oliva Garden is a cultural icon for Americana, so I've been dying to go again: heads up, I grew up going there maybe once a year and last went about four years ago. I want to start off with the service. So, our server was great. I feel bad that I can not remember who he was. But he was patient, nice, and kept our dinner going smoothly. Who I assumed to be a manager, an Asian woman, also stopped by at some point to check up on us. Like, I think she's been here for a long time, because I think she was here when I came years ago. It's always nice having some consistent staff as it helps build a sense of community. Athmosphere was okay. I feel like the decor is toned down a bit compared to years ago, but it isn't bad. As for the food, well, a bit of a mixed bag. I feel like the menu had really been reigned in a bit since the pandemic. You can find the classics, but the menu feels, as a whole, bland in the sense that there are no risks or anything unique. That said, what they did have was good. We started off with the meatballs in marinara and breadsticks. Both were delicious, and the breadsticks definitely were fresh and soft. My friend got the salad with his Tour of Italy while I got the chicken & gnocchi with my raviola carbonara with shrimp. Everything was good, as expected. Portions are still huge, for those wondering. We finished with the sicilian cheesecake. Would definitely go again.

I usually love Olive Garden but this was my first time at this location. There were large pieces of onions in the salad and the end of the head of lettuce. It was like they scooped up the pieces that should have been thrown away. The pasta was ok. It was the first time I tried the asiago tortellini alfredo. It was really greasy so I won't order it again.

Have company meetings here and usually have a decent experience but this last time was not so much. Mainly, I wouldn't bother ordering iced coffee even though its on the menu. Waitress seemed very confused about me ordering it. Ordered traditional, just coffee and milk, and took 30 plus min to bring it. It was pretty bad, had to be burnt and had a bunch of vanilla syrup. So I asked for just a water instead and said she could take it. She said sure thing and she would take it off. Cut to the end, coffee was on the check and never got that water.

I love Olive Garden as their food is quite good in both quality and quantity. Micheala was our server, and I always love to hear what they’d recommend. So I requested her to get a creamy soup that’s not beef (religious restriction). Once we got our soup, I am glad my friend mentioned there’s beef in it as I almost had it, that’s totally negligence from server side as I clearly mentioned about “No beef”. Since she wasn’t around much, we requested another server to get us chicken soup. Glad she was able to help. Later, Michaela came by and got our food. Everything else was okay except for the soup as that’s the huge thing for me.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years now. They used to be the best Olive Garden location in the metroplex. Going back after a few years left me super disappointed. 😩 Friendly staff, got us seated into a booth but was left super disappointed with the cleanliness. The entire booth was dusty (pictures included). Food was good but if the exterior was lacking cleanliness I can’t imagine the kitchens cleanliness. Hope to come back to a cleaner Olive Garden next time. 🙏🏼

Sat at the bar. Screaming child with their parents was annoying. The waitress was not very attentive, and appeared annoyed when I requested more soup after I asked for a to go bowl for the soup I was eating. The bread came out very salty, so I requested bread without salt. Never got it until done eating. Finally came and had to ask for a bread bag, after already packed up food. Ordered calamari as an appetizer, soup, and shrimp Alfredo. The sauce was extra thick, I just packed it up without even tasting. Once home added water. I also ordered cocktails and water. Water completely empty before being offered more. Juan was the only person who was nice and accommodating.

Not the restaurant we used to all know and love of the 90's. Just a frozen and heat to order meal. I personally only went here on an invitation from a family member. I post my reviews because other reviews have helped me so much in the past, not to get a response from the location.

The server was nice and the service was fast. But we were there at 9 pm, they close at 11, and got there around 8p and I guess they close one side of the restaurant at 9. They took things off of our table (sugar specifically) and talked about closing tasks and it felt like they were rushing us out of the restaurant. I felt bad because I thought maybe google was wrong until we walked out and the other side of the store was full of people and people waiting to be seated. Closing one side is fine but you should not have sat people there if you were going to rush them out and make them feel like they were in the way.

We went a couple of days ago to celebrate my mom's birthday and we were having a good time. The food was good. The restaurant was clean. The server was good, nothing out of the ordinary. She dropped off our food within a reasonable time. However, she didn't come to check up on us until we were almost done eating. We ended up having to ask a different server for some help and even let them know we have not seen our server in a hot minute. We had been looking for her to ask for some more salad and a slice of cake for my mom. This is where things take a slight turn. Once we asked for the cake, the same server who helped us in the beginning brought it out for us. She told us they no longer sing happy birthday. It was a little disappointing, but nothing you can't live without. I was more than shocked when 3 to 5 minutes later the servers came out with a cake for another family and they started singing happy birthday to them. I don't want to accuse anyone, but it almost felt like she didn't like what I said, so she didn't offer to sing happy birthday. It was supposed to be a memorable moment that turned sour after witnessing the family across from us receive something our server told us they no longer do.

Olive Garden was not what I expected at all. Over priced oily food. The unlimited soup and salad does not worth it at all. I tried the chicken soup, it was watery and obviously old. The salad was chopped Roman lettuce with onion. Quite doll and with no dressing. Croutons were so hard. The food was so tasteless. Extra oil made it so heavy that I grabbed a few bites and I felt so much full. I will definitely won’t go back. My comment is about the food, I want to thank the staff for being the only nice part of my experience with Olive Garden.

My experience did not match the good reviews this place has. It was very hard to find a server willing to serve me. Initially, I requested a table, and was seated by the host at one in the bar area. I waited nearly 15 minutes, but no server came. I went back to the host, who decided to reseat me. After that it was still a while until someone came. Overall, first server contact took place over 20 minutes after I was first seated. This was late on a week night, so the restaurant was half empty. Clearly they weren't that busy. After that the food was on par with Olive Garden's normal quality. No drink prices on the menu, and the waiter doesn't know them. I'm guessing that's not because they are afraid you will like them too much and order too many.

**Review by a Google Top 10% BUSINESS REVIEWER. ** Went on a Saturday around 3. Took 15 minutes before we got asked if we wanted drinks. About an hour later our pasta came out (cold) and I asked if we could have the salad we ordered. Was a rough visit. Never ending pasta ended up being a single bowl. Took 90ish minutes for a single dish lunch. Never saw a manager and wasn't about to Karen. Our server had 3 tables and all went without drinks most of the meal, all 3 tables seemed upset. Alcohol I didn't order was on my check and I did have the server remove it. Pic shows our pasta. Still had to ask again for our salad appetizer. Bread basket empty.

Took my son to Olive Garden for a nice dinner I ordered the zuppa toscana soup. After taking a few bites I noticed some of the kale was black I gave them the benefit thinking it was just one piece but as I continued to look multiple pieces of the kale were molded. When I told the waiter he had the manager come out who essentially gas lit me saying he didn’t see any signs of the food being bad, once he noticed I had pictures of the food I received he completely changed he demeanor. Very disappointed in how I was made to feel about sending the food back.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was fine, but the food was just okay. The lasagna was a bit dry and bland, the chicken parm was tough and dry; the biggest issue was the service. The server was friendly and pleasant however she took way too long to return and check on the table. Even when I placed an empty glass of the edge of the table I still had to ask for a refill. Not likely to return to this location.

05/15/2025 I frequently attend this location for lunch. At least once a week for the past 5 years. So much that my preferred waitress knows my order by heart. A lot of the time, the morning/lunch hostess tries to sit me in somebody else's section after I've requested Cathy's section. We've gotten a sigh, rolled eyes, disgusted looks, and silent treatment when she seats us. For years, we've overlooked this behavior, we get it, sometimes you just have a bad day, it happens. We do not want to make a scene at a restaurant we enjoy by confronting the hostess. also not trying to ruin anybody else's experience. Today was no different, The hostess seated me and my brother in our preferred section with Cathy, then proceeded to complain to somebody (looked to be kitchen staff)that was sitting in the waiting area while directly pointing at me, while she walked back to her area. A few minutes went by, and I noticed her seat a hispanic family and was smiling and talking like she having a great day, all while I was given a disgusted look, no "welcome to OG" and she directly pointed at me while she complained to some guy. This is unacceptable behavior from anyone. Im tired of it, and I will NOT be returning until she is no longer the hostess. Tried to leave a comment on the ziosk, it doesn't allow the amount of characters needed to make the complaint and it timed out. This hostess (Alejandra)is the reason for the 1 start atmosphere. She completely ruins the atmosphere of Olive Garden in Lewisville.

Probably one of the most overrated Italian places. Service is sub par for the level that is expected, the quality of food is generic, but the part that is frustrating is the taste. There are far better places to eat at that gas much better food.

I struggled for a bit about whether to give 1 or 2 stars simply because almost all of my experiences here have been pretty good, but ultimately when I came back, I was still disgusted and decided that I couldn’t overlook what happened and elected to go with 1 star. To keep a very long story relatively short, my wife and I decided to visit the Olive Garden as we have done many times before. This time however, after asking for a soup to-go (which is always packed in a to-go bowl for the customer) the waiter decided to argue with me relentlessly about him charging me for it, then when I asked him to get the manager he wanted to continue giving me his opinion on the matter. He then dropped off all the other dishes/plates he was taking to the kitchen on my table, crumbled up the receipt, and threw it on the table in front of me. I promise, I could not believe what this guy was doing. It was so far away from any experience I have ever had that it didn’t seem real. After I got fed up with him and told him to just go get the manger he still wouldn’t listen until I pulled out my phone to record him and OF COURSE that got him moving at which point he decided to give me the finger and tell me “f*** you” IN FRONT OF MY WIFE! The absolute worst thing that has ever happened to me at a restaurant in my life and all for a $6 charge! This so-called waiter (Jedidiah R) has absolutely no mannerisms, respect, patience, or any quality even resembling that of an employee of the service industry. The manager came over and handled the situation exactly like he should have from the start. She ended up covering the small order in its total and we were on our way afterwards. Overall, I’m just disgusted and amazed at how incompetent someone can be. This person clearly has no respect for himself or others and, personally speaking, am shocked that he even has a job. I really am. I’ve worked with some very grimy people in the past but none of them would ever do what he did today. My advice to the situation so that this isn’t just one big complaint… someone in management should scrutinize him from his past reviews and watch over him for the future. If this event was really just a “one-off” then they need to figure out what caused him to fly off the hinges and really deal with the underlying issue and not just a “hey, please be polite to customers”. I don’t know what would make someone go crazy like that in a restaurant, but I pray that it isn’t anything too serious.

The girl who served our table was not very attentive, since she wanted a bigger table, we were only 4 of us and a baby and maybe she wanted a bigger tip. I understand that's what they work for, but service is a gift that not everyone has, since she made us feel uncomfortable and we couldn't eat peacefully with her attitude and poor service, but we tried to leave her a tip of more than 20% of what she spent, and that doesn't mean I will stop eating there, I love the food.

I am an uber delivery driver and was picking up tonight a big order just for an unprofessional employee to tell me that the order had been picked up, I canceled the order and as soon as I walk out the door she told me “I’m just kidding”, who does that? She thinks she’s cute, playing around. They need serious workers there

I think out of the 4 times I've been here over the last few years, I've gotten food poisoning twice. Food is good, and can usually not tell what's the culprit of the food poisoning, but has left both my husband and I sick a few hours later and even til the next day. Service is good and ambience of the place is pretty outdated, but if you care about your health, I do not recommend.

I gave five stars before, but changed to one. I had 'call server' light on for 15 minutes before the waiter came. During the time, more than 10 waiters/waitresses walked by, and no one seems to care.

I usually love to come and eat here but I came to celebrate Valentines Day and we ordered manicotti and it was so bad. The “pasta” was no cooked on edges and the stuff in the middle looked like a watered down ricotta. I felt weird after I ate half and stopped. I didn’t mention to manager which I should have..don’t order the manicotti yall yuck.

11/15/25 at 8:49 pm our server was Bella s Me and my boyfriend we decided to go to this Olive Garden to celebrate our relationship and decided to order food here I got the chicken Alfredo and a side of broccoli and my boyfriend got spaghetti and meetbal.. and ordered water and sweet tea..we noticed immediately that everyone else got a coaster while we didn’t get one for both drinks and then when we got our order we noticed the small portions of the food..in other Olive Gardens they serve more on our plates but this wasn’t okay..a smaller portion of food and as me and my boyfriend were eating we noticed the other couple on the side had ordered a chicken Alfredo that had a bigger portion..then as soon as we payed and asked for a takeout bag the sever wanted to help my boyfriend with the bag and putting the food in a container my boyfriend told her no and she gave us a look of discuss and rolled her eyes not only that but we didn’t get chocolate mints….
