I have always loved this restaurant, and think that it's food has not downgraded at all. It's cozy and fun. I definitely recommend Panera bread to any sandwich, salad, and soup lovers out there.

Has been great overall, but they recently removed the option to change the side on meals in the kiosk UI for no apparent reason. As someone who never wants the chips that come with the sandwich, this is an obnoxious restriction that doesn’t seem to solve any issues. Another minor gripe is that I can’t remove the pickle that comes in cold sandwich wrappers when placing the order, I have to dig it out as its juices soak into the wrapper. Food is great, but whoever designed the menu apparently doesn’t like people changing their food in specific ways.

Show- ⬆️ bout’ 30min. before close_, made orders for p/u & dine- in, but felt rush- as worker or mngr. mention- ‘we’re close_’ around 10pm close_ time, but I thought if u go in before close_, as a customer u’r suppose- to hav courtesy to finish ur meal as we were almost finish- anyway, just another few bites,…food was awesome though,…really wish- to giv 5⭐️

First time here. I took more than 7 times to pay with card in the terminal. The Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl isn’t bad, it just I was expecting something better, the portion is really small for the price.

Went in to have a salad with my husband, the service was great (the manager helped us) and had a pleasant demeanor. Unfortunately the food order was incorrect when I got it, but the manager corrected it. My main concern was the pile up of dirty dishes and the tables had not been wiped off. Four of the five tables we attempted to sit at had food on them, we just picked the one with less food on it. Wouldn’t be back to dine in unfortunately. For $30 for two meals, I’d rather go somewhere it’s at least clean.

My experience here in the past has been good. Last night I ordered 2 chicken noodle soups via curbside. The soup was awful. It had a brown color, it tasted scorched and spoiled. Looks like it had been there all day. I order their chicken noodle soup a lot so I know what it should taste like and how it should look. I called and spoke to a manager who apologized and asked if I could come back so that he could replace the order. It was almost 10 p.m. so I told him I would come back another day. I went there about noon to get my replacement order. I was given two plastic forks to eat my soup. When I opened the cup, the soup looked similar to the one I got last night. As I stirred the soup, I noticed that the old soup from last night was mixed with the new one today. Very disgusting. I couldn’t believe it. There were the dark brown noodles from last night mixed with the new noodles this morning. Unbelievable. I won’t be ordering there again. A waste of time and money.

The sourdough bread is no longer made at the stores. It is terrible!!! I was buying 1 to 2 loaf of it before they started sending it to stores frozen starting end of March. Don't waste your money…

The bread is soft, stale, and cold. When I asked for it to be heated, the employee told me that it has always been like this. I have always come to this location and always ordered the same thing. This is the first time the soup has been served in cold bread, and it cooled down within minutes. Very expensive, terrible service, and poor quality. I also bought an extra bread, and they gave it to me in a bag. It was not the same as shown in the picture, ready to be eaten. If I wanted bread in a bag, I could have bought the same kind at Walmart.

The manager here has the worst wine, no greeting, no talking, stalking, and worst behavior with employee too as we saw. This used to be a great place, the type of management has changed and just became bad now, doors broken, place not clean. Electric Shock Hazard (almost for several days and right now) - the microwave is exposed with circuit board .

Stopped coming a long time ago because of the price of food vs what was given. Decided to give it a try so I could try out a new sandwich. The way it is advertised vs the way it was prepared is incredibly disappointing. This place is not worth the price.

Update: Manager lady working Wednesday evening should be fired. I failed to get her name. Terrible customer service. I called to get a refund for my order which wasn’t even correct. She gave me a huge list of excuses and even literally yelled at me. Hung up on me with no apology. Also no refund unless I drove back to the store, which is insane. Verrrrrrrrry slow drive thru and bad at keeping stock of bread bowls and soups. I will never go to this location again and would advise everyone else to avoid. Every visit ends up being a huge waste of time.

I visited Panera Bread this morning to pick up my sandwich order, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I entered the store and greeted the staff, no one responded. When I mentioned that I was there to pick up my order, the employee spoke to me in a rather irritated tone and told me to go to the pickup area. My order was originally placed for drive-thru pickup, but since no one was at the drive-thru station, I asked if I could pick it up inside instead. The employee again responded rudely, telling me to “go over there.” At the pickup zone, when I gave my name, the staff member handed me the bag by tossing it toward me, which felt very disrespectful. I understand that mornings can be busy and tiring for staff, but customers still deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience left me very disappointed and made me reconsider visiting this location again. I hope management will look into this matter and ensure that better customer service standards are maintained in the future. Thank you.

I stopped by this location to order me eggs white avocado sandwich and they brought me, was a totally garbage I almost threw up. When I took it back they told me they forgot the the egg whites, and the worst part of the situation is there was no remorse for what happened. This location is probably going to close down soon if nothing changes. Am sorry I can add the picture of the sandwich to this review because it is really disgusting. This afternoon I ordered a cappuccino and a sandwich. The cappuccino tasted like plain milk, with no coffee flavor at all. I tried to return it and get a refund, but they told me they couldn’t do that transaction. The manager on duty was rude and sarcastic in the way she spoke to me. I was being polite and trying not to cause any problems, but she still treated me poorly. Instead of offering me a real solution, they just made me another coffee, which took around 6 minutes, and when they finally gave it to me, it felt like they practically threw it at me. On top of that, the coffee made me feel very sick afterward, which left me worried about whether something had been done to it. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. The restaurant also looked dirty and neglected, which only made things worse. Definitely a bad experience, and they need to improve both their customer service and cleanliness.

I came here to get some soup for my sick wife. I have never been to Panera before. I ordered the soup but the employee didn’t even tell me there are multiple sizes of soup and assumed I wanted the small one. Now my wife is disappointed and doesn’t have enough soup.

This location sucks. The employees screw up everything. If I order a turkey sandwhich they ruin it with excessive mayo, if I order a chicken noodle soup it’s nothing but broth and one piece of carrot, bread has a weird chemical taste, coffee is cold, if I order just a cup (sip club) they will forget to give me a cup and I have to beg for one. They suck. I have to go to the Coppell, Irving or Euless locations if I want Panera Bread.

Just DON'T. I have stayed away for about a year due to orders being wrong, missing food, small portions for $$$ and being out of items in the middle of the day. Went this morning to get breakfast. Was charged 13.73 for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a small smoothie. The sandwich, pictured below was a joke. 3 small thin half pieces of bacon, seriously?? The smoothie was like drinking a mouthful of strawberry flavored sour cream. So foul! Never again.

Very bad experience! I ordered for pick-up. First of all: they got my order wrong and gave the the wrong sandwich. I just noticed it on the way home. The sandwich bread was old and hard. I also ordered a pecan braid and it was also old and seemed to be from the day before… As I picked up the order I also wanted to order a smoothie, but no one of the service paid attention. I asked several times if someone is able to help me and can take my order for an additional smoothie - the staff was just discussing who is responsible for taking the order - so I just left with my pre-ordered bag.
