I go here a lot, and every time the visit is satisfactory or average. But this particular time I had an amazing experience all thanks to our wonderful server Kinsey. She was extremely patient, considerate, and quick with her service. She even went out of her way to make sure everything was right for our picky and complicated order. I hope she is rewarded for her outstanding work ethic.

The Buffalo Wild Wings at Vista Ridge in Lewisville is my favorite in the DFW area. The wings are the biggest of the B-dubs in the area. Also I've never really had more than a few minutes of wait time to get a table. The happy hour and game day prices are good and the kids menu had plenty of options in the event the kids don't want wings.

She makes a incredible martini and her customer service service is incredible along with the rest of the staff and the cooks are cranking out food left and right… Super hot wings and incredible cold beer… Thank you, Buffalo wild wings !

This place is awesome, the staff is friendly, and quick! While we were there, one of the dishes we order was odd, they quickly replaced it and made the experiance a great one. Also, they are the first to ever add "extra" salt on a margarita! Great service!

We decided to go back to our old stomping grounds Buffalo Wild Wings because we are always let down by the one closer to us in Frisco. They still got it! Everything was great. The food was quick and hot, they have a much better beer selection (Art Car!!) and RJ was very attentive and on his game! Totally worth coming here over any of the other Buffalo Wild Wings in the area.

First off let me say my family is very picky about our wings. Ya'll hit it out of the park my first visit to your location the other night. My son hates wings that are not well done and there were no issues with that. They were crispy perfection. The veggies were nice and crunchy. The fries were hot,fresh, and well seasoned. If you love blue cheese theirs was thick and creamy and full of those salty chunks of goodness. I'll say this about the service, everytime I turned around someone was checking in asking have I had been helped. I even overheard the manager on duty walking around giving praises to the staff as they were cleaning and giving pointers on little missed spots which were very few. My son now wants this to be our regular wing spot. Good job ya'll!

Food was good and clean not greasy like some other places. Chicken sandwich was really yummy and side salad was fresh and crisp. Service was good put didn't come around as much to check up when we need stuff. We've been there on Sundays and there seems to be more families with younger kids in the late afternoons. Games are on at that time so no trivia games because they need 25 TVs to show the same three games.

Great location with good service. My bar tender was patient with me while I sat and had a few drinks and ordered a few different times during my stay. When I spoke about my beer being a little skunky, she changed the tap and the manager stopped by to let me know they handled it and it was almost empty. That speaks volumes when clearing a tap cost money. Wings were hot and crispy, beer was cold.

This Buffalo wild wings had great service great food great seating. the seating was clean our cups were filled when low in our food reaches at a adequate time. Our server Monica was sweet and very attentive and very deserving of her tip. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Google please allow for multiple reviews. I was at this place once again today August 1st 2020. the service has become abysmal. Our server was barely there we were sitting outside this by calling ahead and finding out if there was seats inside the building which we were told there was. she brought out all our other food first before the wings and took so long with the wings that our sides became cold. When we asked for our cups to be refilled, she took both of our cups and replaced it with one. The Highland Village location is better.

I have only placed to go orders at this location, but my food is always fresh and hot. Overall my experience is a 5, but I would take away a half star for Tuesdays BOGO special. We like to get extra crispy for our bone in wings, and this is not allowed at this location any longer. I understand everyone makes their own business decisions especially during COVID-19, however if I am a paying customer and I am willing to wait for them for however long it takes, I feel that I should be allowed. I was told on Tuesdays this is not allowed due to the extra time it takes to make them extra crispy and they are busy. I didn't argue with the rep, because they are following the policy given to them. I called right when they opened and arrived to an almost empty restaurant after I was told this. They could have been understaffed, had tons of online orders, or there is more to it in why they do not do it any longer, but going forward, I hope if the customer is willing to wait an extra 30 minutes or so, please allow them or notate the website, the doors, etc. to avoid confusion. Not doing so may result in them them no longer going to that location to avoid the hassle. Overall, the to-go experience is great, the staff is friendly, and I always get the appropriate items I ordered with plastic ware too.

I sat in the dining room during lunch. I understand that the blinds were drawn because of a hot day, but the lights inside were dim and not adequate. The service was slow. I'm not sure if they still do the 15 min lunch thing, but I was late getting back even though only work 3 miles away. I'll try sitting in the bar area next time. The bonesless wings are always good! Thankfully this location doesn't skimp on the sauce. Hot BBQ, Mango Habanero, and Spicy Garlic are my favorite sauces! The service is pretty mediocre but we just get takeout now so we are only dealing with it for a few minutes. BUT a positive of the service here is that our takeout order is ALWAYS correct! The takeout entrance floors are always dirty which is kind of gross but I'm guessing it gets forgotten about since it's on the side. Back to service... I will say that the person who helped us on Thursday (1/18/24) around 9 PM was much more friendly than other people we have encountered there! She had a navy polo if I remember correctly? She gave great customer service! She kept us updated on our pickup order multiple times which was very much appreciated. The managers and other workers at this BWW should take note on how she interacts with customers because our experience with her is what will keep us coming back more often. I wish I would have grabbed her name so I could give a proper shoutout... but to whoever you are, keep up the great work. 🙂

I have visited this location twice recently. Both experiences were acceptable. On my most recent visit, I enjoyed a large onion rings, the lunch 10 boneless wings combo, and 2 blue Hawaiian signature cocktails. Service was adequate, and food came out quickly. When I wanted something from the staff that supports the front, I was able to easily get the attention of the employees. BWW's has good onion rings, especially when combined with the southwestern ranch sauce that's served with the onion rings. The Blue Hawaiians were good, yet I have had better from other bars. The boneless chicken wings were fine.

So far, this is the only location that I’ve been to and so far I will say I like it, especially because they always take my word and make my wings crispy, which it always makes my day. The only thing I don’t like is that they are never paying attention to who comes in and out they should start hiring people that are aware of their surroundings because every time I get there and there’s no one around I have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes until someone can actually notice me, sometimes I even have to sit myself and almost like I have to make my own drink in my own food, plus the very first time that I ever picked up my food. The two ladies who were at the counter they were so lazy and so ignorant about wanting to do the job one more time if you just do it for the money, but you don’t want to socialize and actually give the respect that needs to be given and the energy as well. This is not the right job for you. It’s not about just being at the bar all day chatting with your friends. Do better.

The food is never disappointing. The service on the other hand could use a lot of work. My fiance and I went in and stood at the front for a minute before someone came to sit us which didn't bother us the only thing that did bother us is that NO ONE was in the building or at least that's what it looked like. The same lady who sat is took our drink order and we asked for mozzarella sticks. She left and came out about 5 minutes later and brought the food but had to be reminded of the drinks twice before we got them and when we did get them, a different server brought it to us. Another 10 minutes go by and we look around trying to find either server and can't find anyone but had yet to order food. We sat at the table for almost 20 minutes before one of the servers came up and asked what we wanted to eat. She took our order and maybe 5 minutes later my food came out but my fiance was waiting. I don't eat unless he has food too as to not be rude and he had to wait another 10 minutes to get his food. It took maybe 10 minutes for us to eat what was brought even though my the time he got his food mine was completely cold. Finally after being at the restaurant for a total of 1 hour we finally got a servers attention to get the check and we did the one thing we hate doing and that was not leaving a tip. How are we supposed to tip when in the whole visit we were served by 3 people, the first one only took drink orders. The second one brought drinks and took the food order. And the final brought the food and have us our check. And this place was still dead as a door nail.

The food was good but service was pretty bad. It was open seating and despite not being busy it took a while to be acknowledged. I even offered to sit on the side where everyone was but was assured it was fine. Everything service related was slow and I felt like an inconvenience until it was time to pay. At least the food was good.

Well the taste was good. But the chicken could be more saucy. The inside felt dry. Cauliflower was surprisingly good. The ambience is more of a sports bar type. The food has a long waiting time. You can't order something spontaneous, one might lose appetite before it arrives.

Food was pretty good. Our server Jasmin was pretty rude, forgot a couple things because she was interrupting while we were ordering. Overall mid, service needs improvement.

If you order for carry out, check your order before leaving the store. One of the meals was incorrect. Since their website states that they deliver, we called to request corrected order to be delivered since the mess up was on them. We were told that they don’t deliver and offered a dollar credit. I guess I’ll just have to deal with through my credit card.

Another server brought our food out which is fine. My order was incorrect and we had been without refills for 10 minutes. She did not come back to check on us until we were halfway through our meal. To wrap it up a different server picked up our check and handled us from there. Very disappointing. It would be understandable if she was handling several tables at a time but she only had our table and one other. Not sure what happened.

Visited 1/12/25–Food was decent, but after 10-15 min had to ask for our fried pickles. Pickles were lukewarm and not much flavor. I remember them being better a few years ago. Also, ranch dressing wasn’t the fresh kind I was looking forward to. Please don’t use bottled ranch.

Visiting this establishment is a roll of the dice. Servers are usually very friendly and helpful, though they seem to be understaffed. It can take a long time to get their attention, begin your order, or get refills. That said, they are the one saving grace, and deserve better. Often it is the case where we are seated at tables that haven't been cleaned yet, even by the manager himself. The kitchen is cursed. Quite common to expect either wings or fries coming out stale, dry, and cold. At least three occasions I've ordered a salad without being informed that they are out of ingredients.

We went for drinks and to watch football on Sunday afternoon. We sat at a table in the bar area. Service was good and the beverages were reasonably priced. My positive experience ended with a visit to the ladies room. It was not only messy (in need of tidying up), it was filthy ( in need of a power washer). Not providing your female clients with a clean washroom shows that you do not care or respect them as customers.

Had several bad experiences at this location. Service is not good (waiting 20 min at our table with no service so we left, manager did and said nothing) and I don't know if they are chronically understaffed or what but the kitchen can never keep up with dine-in and take out. Ever. Just came to pick up my online order and stood there for 20 min and asked about my order 3 or 4 times. Then was finally told they never got my order. If that's so, why did I have to ask 3 or 4 times before you realized it?? Then they say they are making it "rush" but they are out of everything lol. This location is the worst. I keep coming back because it's the closest one to me, but I will not come back anymore.

Arrived at 11:30am (30 min after open). Bathroom had not had trash taken out from night before and doesn't appear to have been tended to since day before. Makes me wonder if the bathroom isn't cleaned regularly then how clean is the kitchen? Wings are sauced appropriately but chicken was a bit dry/overcooked. Honey Sriracha wasn't as hot as the spicy garlic sauce. Fries are extra but ended up being best part of the meal. Server asked if we are paying by cash or card, and when we said card, was informed we had to pay with QR code taped to the table and server left. Would rather prefer to pay by card with hand held machine and not by phone.

I came in at 3:30 pm for a pick up order said to be ready at 3:30. There was no hostess. The guys behind the bar just pretending they didn't see me. I went ahead and made my way to the pick up counter still no one in sight. So after 5 mins of just standing there without acknowledgement I called the restaurant and the phone in front of me rang. And a lady finally came over and was able to give me my food. If it wouldn't have been in the back I would've just grabbed it myself. Just forewarning when they ask for a tip on your order don't leave it. Wait to see how you're treated at the restaurant and give cash. Definitely not a good experience.

Slowest service I've ever had anywhere. 1 server for the entire restaurant side, the bar side may have had more. Even with the one, she didn't have too many tables to say it was busy. She stood around while we hadn't seen her for 10-15 minutes. The management here must not care how this place is perceived. The food was good but 4 plates came out of 3 different times and not close together. All around poorly ran restaurant.

I never submit reviews, but I think this should be known. I’ve been coming here for maybe 10 years and recently I always order takeout/to go and lately our orders have been completely incorrect. Order of traditional wings with sauce on the side and instead it’s boneless with no sauce at all. Why would someone even order wings and not want sauce? Come on guys you have to do better.

Me and my son stopped in on Sunday afternoon and I think that this will be the last time we come in, every time we have come the chicken is cooked so hard we can barely eat it. It is way over fried, we have asked the chicken to be lightly fried and it still comes out hard and also comes out room temperature as well, not hot at all. Every time I come I leave feeling like I just got ripped off. this location used to be good, but it has declined over the past few years my family and I have been coming here for over five years, we have given it multiple chances.

We watch Game 6 of the Western conference finals here. It was the wrong time to go. Severally under staff and for some odd reasons they provided cool food to our players.

The fries and the Dr. Pepper are the only things I've liked. That's about it. Ordered a burger, and the meat is overcooked. Brother had boneless wings that came out over cooked and hard exterior that was difficult to stab with a fork. Pretzels are more of a bread with a mound of seeds and salt on top. This experience as a whole is meh. I won't be back.

I ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and those were good so I gave two stars on food, because the main course was awful. I had the new beer cheese chicken sandwich. It was canned chicken. If they swear it wasn't canned chicken I'd like to know how they messed it up to the point of it having the same taste and texture of canned chicken, without draining the juice out of the can even. It was bad. I took half of it home to see if it was just me. No one would eat it. It went in the trash. When I arrived, I was not greeted by anyone, and a sign said sit wherever. So I do. I'm asked to move to the bar as there is only one person working in the restaurant at 5pm... Me and a friend sit in the bar. His food was not good, and he ordered wings, what they are supposed to be known for. He got the wrong sauce but honestly didn't say anything about it cuz he was afraid it'd get screwed up worse some how. We were there for a while as we had a lot to discuss and eventually, about 6:15, another waitress came in to work, but it appears they never opened the other side as it was just the two of them working. Kudos, not hate, towards the waitresses/bar tenders for working in those conditions. They did they best they could. It's not on them. And a decent tip was left. It's upper management that needs to see this and make changes.

Let me start by saying I visit this location often and have never had an issue, until May 12, 2022! Upon walking in my wife and I noticed a few dirty tables in the restaurant and only 2 servers and a manager visible. After requesting a booth near the front of the store, we were told by Hospitality Manager Edward Mussett, “We are not seating that area at the moment due to being short staffed. So we agreed to sit in a different booth that he escorted us to, after sitting a few minutes we noticed the air conditioner blowing directly over our heads and asked Edward if he could sit us elsewhere due to the air. We were told that there was only a table available, not a booth. We sat at the booth as long as we could stand it, so when I saw Edward again I asked him for the third time to move, at this time he and the server got an attitude. So I calmly explained to Eric that my food would be cold as soon as arrived at the table due to the air conditioner and that I would not pay for cold food. At this point he agreed to move us, with an attitude again as if I’m not a paying customer! From my previous experience as a restaurant manager a HOSPITALITY MANAGER should go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of! But instead of addressing my issue he wanted to tell me how he’s short staffed and I should understand since I was a restaurant manager before! Hi I don’t see less than one star to rate this service, we ordered a two plates of traditional wings and waited almost 40 MINUTES, the guys next to us came in after us and order almost 4 plates they got delivered the food before us. This is so ridiculous not sure whom to report and the manager there is so rude after we explained the situation she replied “whenever the food is ready it will serve to us!” May be they went to get the freshly cut chicken lol, my question is why they don’t serve to us because of we were not well dressed up? Now I see why this one got less rating.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but my patience has pretty much run out after my last experience. My husband and I walked in to a waiting area full of people not being helped. After waiting about 10 min with no host/server/manager to seat, we went and sat at a dirty table in the bar. After about 15 min, the bartender called over to ask if we've been helped (mind you, the bar, nor bar area was full, it was a Tuesday night). She sent someone over and the server took our full order right away. We ordered an appetizer followed by wings. About 8 min later, my husbands dinner came out by itself (no appetizer). We both sat there waiting for the rest of the food to follow - 10 min went by. We called our server over and asked if the rest of the food was on its way (not even calling out that we didn't get our appetizer). He said "the food comes out as its ready" and walked away. We were stunned. I told my husband to start eating. He ate his entire meal and the rest of the food was still not out. We told the server to cancel the rest of the order, we were done and basically disgusted. No way I wanted to give Buffalo Wild Wings or this server my money. The attitude was basically a "take it or leave it" mentality. I'm actually embarrassed for Buffalo Wild Wings that they've let their service slip this low.

Came on a Sunday and the service was horrible. Wanted to dine in and stood by the waiting table for 5 minutes before a person came to tell us that they only have 2 servers and the wait time is 20 minutes before they can sit us. The person who came to tell us this was literally sitting in one of the booths and was able to see us but provided no information about the waitime till we started ordering from the app for takeout. Man, our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Lewisville was a total letdown. Seriously, it was a disaster. We had to sit at this cramped corner table surrounded by empty boxes and trash. Can you believe that? We asked the manager for a better table with a couch for our big group, and they straight up refused! No explanation, no nothing. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I'm telling you, we won't be going back there, and I suggest you steer clear too. It's just not worth it.

We usually love Buffalo Wild Wings kinda our go to restaurant when no one can pick a place but this experience has seriously turned us off. From the second we walked in we should have just walked out. The host at the door pointed to the bar area that was the only part open for seating and said “Sit where you want” handed me the menus and stated “ their gross and not cleaned but will work” and left me stand there staring at him. Seated ourselves at the bar and since we had our 10 year old told we had to move which is fine but maybe try curiosity when talking to people, rather than curt comments, eye rolls and walking away. The manager was the only one to stop at the table for any orders and took drink orders (lemonade and coke) got those and nothing for 35 mins until we left a 20 dollar bill to cover our tab and than some. Not much to say other than poor service

Our experience was marred by poor service, a lack of hospitality, and disregard for customer satisfaction. We won't be returning and advise others to reconsider dining here

The manager was rude over the phone and he was not helpful trying to get my order delivered. If you are planning to get food delivered from this location, you are better order directly from a delivery app.

Just sat there for 20 minutes waiting to get any service. Left and went next door to BJ’s. Love BWW’s wings. But apparently I guess not today.

Very poor service! Waitress never came to my table once after she took my order to check on me. After she took my order first thing first she didn't remove my menu's from the table. She brought my food and never returned. I observed her going to several tables and never mines. Finally I sat my 2 empty glasses of soda at the end of the table and she finally saw it and said oh you need more. Never removed the empty glasses. I saw a manager and told him about the experience and ask him to remove the empty glasses but he didn't seem to care. I assume he spoke to her then she started coming by. At this point I was done eating. Won't return poor poor service!!!

My friends and I were looking forward to our meal at Buffalo Wild Wings in Lewisville, but the experience didn't quite hit the mark. We were initially told to be seated in a tight spot amidst some clutter, despite seeing other tables open. We asked the management to give us a more spacious table to comfortably enjoy our meal, but our request was unfortunately declined without a clear explanation. This situation, along with the service we received, didn't live up to the welcoming atmosphere we anticipated. We feel there's room for improvement in accommodating guests and in customer service. Due to this experience, we're hesitant to return and would encourage potential diners to consider this when making their plans.

First off there were very little customers in the restaurant. I ordered a strawberry margarita to have before my meal came and they brought my food first and the margarita wasn’t even being prepared or made. Then when bringing my food they didn’t bring the fries with it. I was already done with my wings and then the server states the fries are on the way. Are you serious? Like it’s not that difficult. Then they didn’t even credit off anything or do anything for the inconvenience. I just don’t get it.

I have now been here three times. First time, long wait to get sat then server took a long time to get my order and there was no one even there. 2nd time was for my birthday. Same thing... no host(ess) to greet, plenty of staff but no one at the front. Finally got sat but table was dirty. Server took a bit to get over but redeemed himself with good sauce choices and awesome desert. 3rd time... what is even happening!!?!?!?! No one at the front late night. Every table was pretty much dirty with trash, debris and menus. Decided to try and sit in the bar. Bunch of staff mulling around doing nothing. Busser was finally getting to some tables in the bar next to me but had his air pods in and was slamming the trays around. I literally got up and walked out. You have officially lost my business BWW. I've been in this industry for too long to try and eat at some place where your workers don't care and all I hear about is the slow paced bad service. I love your sauces for the wings even though I know how they are made and batched. It's sad and disappointing.

Had an issue with my order, spoke w Josh who is apparently an assistant manager and he was very arrogant. Called and spoke with John a manager and he was lackadaisical, SMH. VERY SAD these guys don’t understand the value of good customer service. I won’t be back.

Came here on a Monday night. Didn't know it was kids night at the bar. Asked the bartender if it is ok that little kids sit at the bar, and she said kids are not supposed to be at the bar but this little tike had been here before her shift so she couldn't do anything about it. lol. If you like to drink with little tikes this is your spot!

When we got there 2 waitresses and a bartender were at the bar standing and talking at the bar when we arrived. 1 of the waitresses looked up at us but did not bother to greet us as she looked back down and continued talking to the other staff. Typically when entering a restaurant you will either be greeted or told one moment if everyone is busy but this was not done here. Finally after quite a bit of time of us standing there, the other waitresses came up to inform the dining room was closed and only the bar was open. When other customers entered they were greeted in rude way by the waitress or not greeted at all as a few people stood in front and left after no interaction with the staff. We were served by the bartender (I believe his name was James) who was very nice and checked in regularly with us. Despite their not being a lot of people in the restaurant it took a pretty long time for our food to come out. We ordered the fried pickles, mild wings, and buffalo. The pickles and Buffalo wings were horrible. I honestly would never go back especially not to this location.

Horrible service. No one at the front to greet you, they were standing talking to each other. We took a table as suggested by a sign. We wait, wait, and wait, until more people came in, they we greeted, receive menus, and we were still waiting. At that point we raised a hand to be noticed, a waitress said “a minute” but it seemed that they just did want to provide service to us. We are really disappointed since this a place we like to come.

Went here to just have a beer with a friend and didn’t get serve until an hour of just sitting there. Finally someone came and asked for me and my friends ID for the beers and she gave them back all was good, then she came back and said if she can see my ID just for her to comeback and say it didn’t scan so I told her try again cause I know my ID is real and to take my friends ID also to see if their machine is broken so they send the manager over to tell us now they can’t serve both of us cause the machine is not working. Horrible customer service.

Placed order online at 3:42, said it would be ready at 4, arrived a little before 4, didn't receive food till 4:27. It wasn't even that busy inside. And the site has the audacity to ask for a tip. Edit. Sorry, food was cold when I got home, 8 minute drive so definitely was sitting in the kitchen the whole time.

I normally don’t write reviews when I’ve had negative experiences but last night was the last straw for me. I’ve been to this location about 4-5 times within a year and the service has sucked 100% of the time. I would go back to try to give them another chance but last night showed me that there’s no reason for me to continue to spend money in here. I’d actually sign a petition to have them get shut down for their terrible service. Last night, I placed an online order and went to go pick it up. I stood at the counter for approximately SEVEN minutes and no one acknowledged me or assisted me at all. I ended up going behind the counter and getting my order myself and walking out. There’s no reason for that! I’m not sure if management needs to be replaced or if new servers are needed but I’ll never step foot in this establishment again and they’ll never get another penny from me. If anybody ever asks me, I’ll be sure to tell them there are other wing based establishments to support where the food and service are much better. Severely and constantly disappointed with this location.

Me and my husband decided to order take out for a date night in to watch the stars game. To our utter disappointment when we arrived home, the box that is labeled for 20 wings only contained 10. Called the location and didn’t even get a professional response or any willingness to make it right. My husband went to pickup the 10 wings they missed for our order and that we paid for. No one even apologize and you’d think they would comp or offer some type of offer or throw in a dessert something simple, but nothing. Restaurants are a way for families to connect over meals, and I think this Bdubs location completely takes it for granted for their performance tonight. UPDATE - Redone order was still wrong. Wings on the original order were boneless and we were provided bone in. After calling and speaking to the manager on site, we finally heard our first apology (my husband interacted with 3 other employees when picking up the fixed order and none apologized), she offered to comp our order for the night and remake it another day.

I regret to inform you that our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Lewisville was extremely disappointing. Despite there being several available tables, we were seated at a cramped corner table surrounded by empty cardboard boxes and discarded drink containers. When we politely requested a more comfortable seating arrangement, specifically a table with a couch that could accommodate our group of nine, the manager rudely refused, citing unfounded reasons about space limitations. It's absurd that a restaurant cannot accommodate a group of its stated capacity in an area designed for such gatherings. The refusal to provide a satisfactory explanation or even the manager's name for further inquiry is simply unacceptable. Overall, our experience was marred by poor service, lack of hospitality, and disregard for customer satisfaction. We will not be returning to this establishment and strongly advise others to reconsider dining here.

One of the worst services during lunchtime. Picking up a takeout order takes minimum 10 minutes if you are lucky to have a server or bartender even look your way. Waiters and bartenders are rude and give you an attitude because you pulled them away from their tables. Do better

I have been coming here with my family for a while and am usually okay with the experience. However today was a disaster. Management and staff were very underwhelming and lacked customer service. Drinks were watered down and very slow to come out. Food came out at different times for each person and was cooked poorly. We were here watching a packers game and they decided to change all the tvs with less than two minutes left. When we talked to the manager about switching it back, she was very rude and took a while to get it back up, then immediately Over all, very disappointed BWW experience. Do better…

Came in with my family and where do I start! Hair was in my sons orange wedges and I discovered hair in my ranch after I ate it! Table was dirty when we arrived. Had to ask for it to get cleaned off a few times The waitresses was very polite but honestly an experience that I never experienced in my life at any restaurant. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you throughly check your food.

Probably the worst experience I've had here. Everything costs extra, the service was poor for a pick up (10 mins), should I be waiting that long? Just seemed like nobody wanted to be there, no hi, no thank you. Where did customer service go?

Over 35 minutes for a to-go order at 10:23pm! And the delay is blamed on a catering order 😒 This is ridiculous!!!

One of the worst restaurants in Dallas. The manager talks and laughs with the employees who do not provide any customer service. My family and I waited 20 minutes and no one came to serve us, even the manager did not respect us. I do not recommend it.

Our server admitted she knew nothing about beer and didn't like wings so she couldn't direct us but the menus could. Unbelievable. The biggest thing though is I broke my molar on a boneless wing. No kidding. Parts of my boneless wings were like a rock while the other parts were soft. How does this even happen?

WORST of the WORST!!! If you guys didn't want to serve food what I have ordered so just say no. Received only half of the food at first. I had to remind her I have ordered few sides as well. Anyways as you can see in the pic half of the wings weren't even prepared. Did you guys do this to be resist or y'all thought that was the first time we were going to there? Service was beyond obnoxious... Need to see some actions on this one.

Last time we were here it wasn’t very busy and the service was sooooo slow. Our order was forgotten, one person’s food wasn’t brought out, some finished before others even got their orders. Now it’s Saturday night and some great college football games on and it’s lively. A few 2 seat tables in the bar so they told us to sit anywhere. Waited at least 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged us or looked our way. Love the wings but not putting up with the poor service at this location.

Went in today. Waiter acted like getting me a drink was hard work . Meanwhile everyone else that came in afterwards were getting served pretty quick. I then said to him that if making a margarita is too much I’ll take a beer. He walked away and said let me know what beer you want while walking away. I walked out. Don’t need to be somewhere that doesn’t want your money

There wings are lacking in the sauce. They barely toss them with any sauce and they tasted overcooked and the fries tasted bland, cold, and rubbery. It’s as if they have been sitting out all day and then served. It will be my last time getting their wings.

Why do you give a ready by time if it’s never even close. Then it sit behind the counter while I wait for someone to figure it out.

Literally was waiting be greeted to pick up my mobile order for over 5 minutes. Just for them to forget my drinks and just laugh about it not even apologize. Ridiculous.

Disappointed with the food and customer service Ordered wings and a brownie from Bdubs, and the experience was frustrating. The wings came drenched in sauce that was way too salty—almost inedible. I’ve had the same wings before and never had this issue, so I called to check if there was a mistake. The response? “That’s just how it comes, we don’t make it.” Not only was the attitude dismissive, but it also didn’t address the fact that something clearly tasted off. To top it off, the brownie was delivered without the ice cream, which is supposed to come with it. No explanation, no heads-up—just incomplete. All in all, poor quality control and even worse customer service. Won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

Update 11/18/2024: I went with my friends to watch the fight. I've got numerous feedback that they dont really go for the Food or the service. The service was below expectations. The nachos i got were lightly drizzled with sour cream and cheese. For 16 bucks it was very disappointing. The salad was tiny and for around the same price, again, disappointing. Why not come for the wings??? Because look at the old review below. No resolution, so why would I risk my guts again? Old review but still relevant: I ordered the wings to be well done, apparently they don't do that. I've always ordered them that way because if not BWW will give me an upset stomach. The flesh is usually undercooked for my liking which leads to the upset stomach and time spent in the bathroom. *update after calling and speaking about my issue for what seemed over 30 minutes I was promised to receive feedback via email and or phone. I have not and it's definitely been over a week. This is overall just disappointing, even their customer service line has disappointed me and wasted my time.

Sorry to say, but it wasn’t a decent experience at your place. I was here along with friends for dinner. Unfortunately we were offered a seating that was completely mess. Also, we were 9 in total and absolutely no way we could fit there. Requested the concerned staff to allot us a suitable table. In fact, there was a space available. Upon asking if it was reserved, the staff clearly responded saying it wasn’t reserved. Yet, we were not allowed to seat in those tables. Still wondering why didn’t they allowed us to seat in the available empty seats! I would definitely not recommend this place.

Whoever picked up a call for to go order was rude and I've never heard so many "hold on" in my life on a phone. Was charged for 1 sauce each when they come free for an order of chickens. Wings were all mixed up in the box. One of the worst experiences anywhere for picking up a to go order.

Men’s bathroom is disgusting. I’ve been coming here for a few years. Food is good, service is good, but the men’s bathroom has been consistently awful. I brought it up to manager a couple of visits ago when I saw him in the bathroom; he just said it would be fixed in “two weeks”, I knew he was lying and I was right. I’ve seen better kept bathrooms in 3rd world countries (Mexican bus stations and Vietnam). Smell is horrific. Paper towel dispenser is empty, they just put a new roll on the counter while us gets contaminated from the wet sink countertop.

Probably the worst experience ever. I placed a take out order for chicken wings and cauliflower wings on Friday. I went for pick up and was given a wrong order which I didn’t realize until I reached home. Even though not my mistake and in good faith I went to return the order which took a whole 1 hour. Went to the restaurant and waited another 15 minutes and got the order. No apologies or thank you for returning another customers order.Came back home and opened the first box which was a correct order. The second order which was cauliflower wings looked different but with this back and forth pick and drop off of orders I was tired and hungry and it tasted different and to my dismay it was chicken wings. I am a vegan !!I can see why this place has consistently received so many negative reviews!!
