The food was great but, I was so happy with how nice everyone was. My wife and I went with out 7 month old son, he was a bit fussy but they offered to give him some mashed potatoes which he loved. And all the waitresses and management checked in on us and were so sweet to our son. The best experience!
I think this is the second time I’ve visited this location and I am very pleased. The staff is top notch. One of the guys that greeted me walking in has the coolest hair that I haven’t seen since 1993. I’m writing this because the staff is great. Everything else is just what I expect when visiting an outback. Sat at the bar and thank you Ashley
The only thing about tonight's visit is that we weren't greeted at the door. We came in and waited for about 5-7 minutes. Not sure why everyone was in back. Would have been nice to also hear a "good afternoon/evening" and "sorry you had to wait, let us give you an appetizer for the delay." Other than that, it was a great meal. We did get there before the dinner rush.
First time coming here and the food was delicious and tasty, I had ordered the Ribeye steak well done with broccoli and fries, my boyfriend ordered the blooming fried chicken ..everything that we ordered was tasty and delicious and as someone that loves her meat well done I appreciate the staff making it well done…me and my boyfriend will be coming here again and definitely adding this place to the list of our favorite restaurants to go for a date night.
July2025: I can recommend this location and this work crew. It has been over ten recent inside visits and over ten to go visits. It has been a while and this location was significantly better for me and my spouse to include the food served and personnel. This is headed in the right direction of a restaurant who's competing in the industry to get new customers and keep the ones they have already. We enjoy this spot on a regular basis again. Feb2019: Confirmed: I do not recommend this location nor Outback after today's last visit. This place has gone downhill fast starting at the top. This loss of another star represents my true recommendation that this is not the location to visit. I am thinking that the Dine Rewards is not worth my time anymore. This location is now off of our rotation of family food visits. Nov2018: Update Visit: came here with my spouse last Sunday to eat an early dinner meal. We were served old broccoli. As a cook, I know that when broccoli starts to turn yellow on top it is old not out of Seasons as the manager came to the table and explained that it was out of season. He is a liar! He thought I was going to listen to his lie and believe his lie really... If the salad was served when it is clearly brown and the manager tries to explain to you it's out of season he would be a liar. June2018: Update visit: It wasn't a fluke, today was a repeat of an earlier occurrence of the frozen taste I previously experienced while eating this particular cut. This warrants the loss of a star after being given the benefit of the doubt. I would not recommend the pork porterhouse if you are familiar with the taste of that type or cut of meat. Mar2017: Updated: Wow, what a difference a few weeks make. My well done Pork Porter House tasted like it was frozen too long and had a stale taste to it. In the past, we always had a pretty good meal here. Today, the meal was okay, the server was great, but the city water was terrible.
This restaurant is a rock solid go to. However the service here was slightly above normal. We popped in last Friday for dinner and were welcomed nicely. We were greeted and placed in a booth quickly. We were informed of the specials which a lot of places forget. We took part in the awesome $7 drink menue which was great. Our blooming onion came out quick as well as our salads. The servers were attentive but not annoying. Great job to the management team and crew.
The atmosphere was nice and pleasant. They staff was courteous and polite. The manager Becky seated us. Shortly after our waiter Arthur came to take our drink orders and to check on us. The experience was wonderful. After ordering our food and drinks. Still continued to be attentive to us. Any concerns or even not liking something because we didn't like the taste. He was very courteous and took care of it right then. He went above and beyond foe us. That's what quality customer service is. It's a rare art these days. But, very much appreciated. The staff member and the manager together were excellent. The food was good. I only had one or to miner items I didn't care for. As said the handled them quickly and courteously. So thank you Arthur and Becky Great job. If you decide you have a taste for Outback and good quality customer service give them a shot. And Ask for Arthur to be your waiter. And just to add, most waiters and waitress make most of their income off tips. The only get a small base pay. So tip generously. I have family and friends in the restaurant industry. My oldest is a chef and my middle is a line cook. Have a great day!
I ordered the salmon with rice and asparagus. The salmon was extremely salty the rice was bland and the asparagus was chewy. I didn't like the food but my friend seemed to like her salad. I got her the chocolate thunder from down under but I don't like brownies. Lol the service was great they didn't charge me for mine. Update I got lunch at outback today it was better than the last time I was there. I got the seared pepper Ai it was great and the seasoned rice was better.
I have always been a big fan of Outback Steakhouse. It appears the economy has weathered the quality of food served, and even the legendary bread and spread don't take the same again. However, it is always a delightful place for a good meal and great service. We had a great time, good food, and very top notch services. Location is on a major road, but there is ample parking and a very spacious seating arrangement.
It would have been five stars but I had to ask our server twice for a water refill. Essence! Essence! Essence! I look for people like her to hire. I didn't offer her a job because she spoke very highly of her company. If she was unhappy I would have scooped her up! The food? The appetizer could have been better. But, the entrées made up for it
Oh my, I hate writing this review because I want Outback Steakhouse to be a place I eat more often. But here it goes... The last 3 times my wife and I ate at Outback Steakhouse were in central Florida a few years ago. Nothing unusual to report then because everything was fine (actually excellent). I am old enough to remember the pleasure of eating at Steak & Ale, which I think was a nice affordable steak restaurant with adult beverages and occasional live music. But this was back in the 1970s and today is a different time. Firstly and not knowing what to expect for an early Friday evening, I called ahead to see if the restaurant was busy and perhaps I might use their "call ahead seating". When I explained why I was calling, the young lady I spoke with paused for a brief moment and asked me hold on while she checked. A couple of minutes later she told me there will be no wait to be seated. My wife and I made the 15 minute drive, parked in the mostly empty parking lot and walked inside. We were seated right away in the 20% filled restaurant. We thought this might be a nice change from Texas Roadhouse, where we often go. What I don't like about Texas Roadhouse is that it is a very noisy restaurant and sometimes I need to shout to speak with my dinner companion who is just 3 feet away from me. Tonight, my wife and I asked for a booth. Although there were many empty booths in the restaurant, we were seated between "Yelling Booth 1" and "Yelling Booth 2". We should have asked for a more quiet place to sit but we did not discover the volume issue for a few minutes. Still we should have moved. I do appreciate restaurants who balance the crowd. We have all seen those. We placed our order and we were served a few minutes later. My wife ordered the shrimp; I, the sirloin (medium rare) with 4 shrimp. We began the meal with an open mind. Adjacent tables are still screaming. We soon began to have our doubts as it seemed the shrimp were essentially medium sized grocery store shrimp with a bullying amount of seasoning. I began to think I made a wise choice by also getting a sirloin. However, it was at best a mediocre steak. But I was not going to send my order back. I reconciled myself by acknowledging the salad, bread and baked potato was quite good. Water to drink and with gratuity, we were self-checked out to the tune of about $72. We had finished up about the same time our yelling neighbors decided they had enough and it was time to leave. So it goes, and with that we concluded our last visit to an Outback Steakhouse.
Ordered delivery… The blooming onion, steak, broccoli & fries were great… steak actually rare as ordered!! Yay! Onto the bad… I ordered cheesecake… what I received was labeled cheesecake, but was 3 little cakes with strawberries. They are tasty, but still, not cheesecake. I only ordered dessert because Outback’s cheesecake is really good. I’m disappointed.
This is my first time getting outback steak house. I got a giftcard for my birthday since I love steak. I was craving some pasta but also some steak. So I got the Kingsland pasta. When I got there as soon as I parked my food was brought out which was pretty awesome. When I got home and started eating it looked like the steak was not medium rare it was pretty tough to chew and since I have braces it was not fun at all it also had a gamey metallic taste. I put the steak to the side and I had some pasta which lacked some salt or something. The shrimp was good pretty well seasoned also the bread was amazing! I just wished the meal was good. This is one of those I wish I hadn’t bought that meal and regret it.
My husband and I love going to Outback but we won’t be going back anytime soon. When we got seated we noticed the table was shaking and was slowly leaning down and we realized that the table was slowly falling off the wall, it was making us anxious to even put our arms on the table. After we got our food my husband asked twice for steak sauce and he never got any. I ordered a blooming onion burger and asked for medium well. And when I started to eat I noticed it was more pink than I wanted and when I got more towards the middle my burger was very pink almost to the point to where it looked pretty raw. I didn’t even finish my meal and just threw it away when I got home. We love outback but this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. 🙁
One of the worst filets I’ve had in a while. I actually think the meat was old. Sinewy and poorly cooked. Go to Texas Roadhouse for a better experience Submitted review to Outback customer service. Hope something happens. What waste of 50 dollar gift card
I had a chance to go to Outback in Lewisville with my adult children for a small celebration. We ordered steaks with some sides. Everyone's steak was overcooked and burned. The baked potato was very dried and a very small amount of sour cream in it. Even we asked for it. There was no silverware on the table when we got there and was provided after we asked for it. Not sure medium rare means burnd. Bread was not enough for five of us and we have to keep asking about it. prices are overcharged with low quality of food The only thing was the waitress was nice. But not very smart to check on the drink or bread. We did not like the food at all and won't Go back to any outback again. It was a waste of money.
