We always find the food to be hot and delicious with a wide variety of dishes from which to choose. We especially love Maria's hotcakes on Saturday mornings. Our server this evening was Mason, and the service was excellent. Thank you, also, for having hot coffee that is actually hot. Other restaurant chains do not commonly do that now.

Miss.ANNIE is just absolutely incredible. I specifically make sure to stop by this IHOP because she goes out of her way to help in whatever way possible. She is so calm and doesn’t make me feel like a pain in the butt bc I can be a pretty difficult customer sometimes. She also has a sense of humor and is just a pure sweetheart. You guys have an incredible waitress here! Thanks miss Annie for always taking care of me ☺️ ask for her when you go in, you won’t regret it🤍

10/10 experience after a 0/10 day at six flags. We came to an ihop near our home base after a long day and we couldn’t have left happier. Our server Jenny was extremely helpful and kind. She walked us through the menu and took into consideration our allergies and food restrictions. We enjoyed our meal and left very happy 😊

I’m a big fan of IHOP especially late at night when a nice pancake is what I crave. The food at this is great, but the biggest thing that stuck out to me was my waiter Shelby who was extremely kind and brought a positive energy that can’t be beat. The kindness of the staff here really makes this IHOP stand out in such a positive way. I really recommend this location!

We came in , very clean, the waitress was awesome this the reason why we writing this review. She was sweet and swift, great listener great communicator with a smile and overall very kind and caring for our breakfast experience. Great customer service and the food was delicious she made breakfast very smooth definitely enjoyable her name is "Angela" and hopefully gets promotion because she is doing an amazing job here!!! The guy was a little busy and was all over the place but he was trying to keep up. He was a great guy. The food was pretty good. They didn’t give a lot of gravy with the biscuits though and they were pretty dry. Everything else was good.

BEST IHOP SERVICE! Hands down... my coffee cup never went empty! STEVE took such good care of our table. He was swirling around and getting everyone's requests without missing a beat all by himself! The all you can eat pancakes never stopped coming. The food was perfect and the store is clean as can be and they are following Covid guidelines. We really enjoyed our dinner. The cook was definitely doing a grab job back there. Thank you so very much Steve and crew!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting IHOP for breakfast and I must say it was an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. I'm thrilled to give this restaurant a well-deserved 5-star review! First and foremost the staff at IHOP was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with warm smiles and directed to our table promptly. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Their excellent customer service truly enhanced our dining experience. Now let's talk about the food! IHOP never fails to impress me with their extensive menu options. From classic breakfast dishes to lunch and dinner selections there's something for everyone. I decided to go for their famous pancakes and they were absolutely delicious. Fluffy golden-brown pancakes served with a variety of toppings and syrups made for a mouthwatering treat. The portion size was generous and the quality of the ingredients was evident. In addition to their pancakes IHOP offers a wide range of other breakfast options. My dining companions tried the omelets which were made to perfection. The eggs were light and fluffy filled with flavorful ingredients like cheese vegetables and meats. The accompanying sides of crispy hash browns and buttered toast were the perfect accompaniment. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes. Red and John were amazing. Our server came by to get our order, drop the food off and drop the check off. Thats it. Red, another server ACTUALLY took care of us. John, a bus boy, assisted and they both worked their asses off. Not just doing their jobs, but doing others as well. They killed it man. They ran circles around our server, Shannon M. I was tired of hotel breakfasts and found this IHOP location not that far away, so i walked over... I ended up having one of the best breakfasts I've had in a while. The Sirloin Tips and Eggs plate was exactly what I didn't know i needed. It was terrific... tender and juicy with caramelized onions and mushrooms. The only thing better than the food was the service. Thank y'all for brightening my day.
Great service! Came early this time and the wait was short! They are short staffed at the time of writing this but the servers all have great spirit and energy! We love Shannon and when we came at a super busy time, the other server Vanessa was lady so welcoming and accommodating! She kept apologizing for the wait but there was nothing to apologize for! Shannon and Vanessa were attentive, warm, kind, and filled with energy! The food is excellent! Hats off to the chef! I enjoyed eating here. My server was excellent. He was checking on me if every thing was ok. Except one of the unprofessional female employee was very rough with her manager. May be she doesnt want to work anymore. Just saying. Seems like he is nice, he was cleaning all tables after customers left.
We personally have always had good experiences in this ihop. We were in a rush to make it to the airport, and the food was fresh and the service was prompt. They have plenty of seating for both small and large parties. The menu seems to be reduced from last time a remember going to ihop but to be honest you have plenty of choices. The server was very attentive. For the price it’s actually a good option.
IHOP is my second go to spot for breakfast or brunch. This particular location was in a nice part of my city. One I had not visited before. Everything was mostly good. Though my only complaint was how short staffed it appeared to be. Because the waitress was delayed on checking with me to ask if I needed anything, like they usually do. And when I was ready to leave I had a hard time getting some one to respond. The food was well prepared and hot. I had some pancakes and eggs for brunch. The price was a little higher but that seems to be everywhere these days. The atmosphere was mostly quiet and comfortable. It was a good impression of the restaurant. If I find myself back in that area, I will definitely go eat there again. I still think that IHOP beats most Denny's for Breakfast food.
I am upgrading my previous review to four stars. This IHOP has definitely gotten better since the last time I was here. The vents are clean, the waiters are friendly, the service is fast, and the atmosphere feels lighter and more positive. This evening I had these strawberry banana pancakes, which were delicious. And on the side, I ordered the smoked sausage, which was also very tasty and I look forward to ordering it again. From 4 PM to 10 PM kids eat free as long as the adult orders one meal from the adult menu. They also have an awards program and after you make your first purchase and it’s logged into the rewards program, you get a free stack of pancakes. As long as cleanliness is maintained, service is friendly with a decent wait time, and the food quality stays up to par I believe this IHOP would have no problem getting good business consistently. I look forward to my next visit here at the IHOP.

As a group of 4 we understand there can be a lot of pressure to get orders correct and accurate but that was not our experience. To start our coffee mugs had pink and purple lipstick on them as they were served. Then there constant back and forth on what was wanted verses what was on the menu, after checking with a manager the order was still placed incorrectly and a manager had to fix the ticket. Once the food partially arrived to the table (2/4 orders) we found a hair in our scrambled eggs, in the hash browns, and our crepes. What happened to wearing hairnets? We were disgusted and disappointed. After talking to the manager they only discounted us $9 with a bill of $75 and we were told that’s “the best we could do” because their system was down or acting weird. After a bit of back and forth we convinced them to remove plates that had hair in them and walk out with a bill of $29. That’s just mostly the food, but the service was hectic. We were the only patrons in the restaurant until we got our food, so we don’t understand why we had so many issues with our order. They need to train their staff on how to better handle situations with patrons no matter who is at fault. Lastly management could’ve been more apologetic and personable. 3/10 will not back for a while or at all.

Where do I start. It took over a hour to get our food. Waitress said there was a glitch with something. I think she forgot to turn our ticket in. She went by every other table and checked on them frequently. I will never come back to this Ihop and would suggest staying away from this restaurant.
I was sat at my table and waited 17 minutes for a server. I only stayed since they had power and everywhere else was without.
I have gone twice to this place. The place is dirty. The service staff is unfriendly and doesn't care. Our table was sticky, so I asked her to clean. The lady behaved as if there was nothing wrong with it since she couldn't refuse she made a half-hearted effort to clean it. When I opened my tissue, which had cutlery in it, I was shocked to see hair in it with a tiny crumb and dirty cutlery, which was certainly not washed. The lady was unapologetic and unfriendly. The food was average compared to other branches. Do not recommend it. I can understand why it was empty.
This particular IHOP was rather agreeable in times past, however it has regrettably declined considerably over recent months. I suspect it suffers from being woefully understaffed, which obliges the remaining folks to juggle far too many responsibilities simultaneously, with the inevitable consequence that none receive proper attention. This deficiency manifests itself quite obviously in both the standard of service and the quality of the food. Whilst the staff are undoubtedly doing their utmost, one simply cannot expect miracles when there is but a single person attempting to manage everything. The cutlery and tables were conspicuously unclean, the washroom requires a thorough scrubbing, and the food falls disappointingly short of expectations, particularly given the prices charged. However, when one is operating single-handedly, what can one reasonably be expected to accomplish?
Food was soggy. Like food is made for people without teeth. Pancakes taste like flour and were soggy. Bacon was floppy. Eggs were very wet. Sausage was gross and flavorless. Will not be returning.
For was okay, over heard another customer who had issues with bad tasting food due to mayo. And the AC doesn't work so wasn't a very pleasant meal having to eat In a hot environment. After asking about it I was told it is broken and all the customers suffering same faith.
The Worst of the Worst 18:47 today, the hostess has her mouth full while asking you how many I’m your group. ( No customers ) You’d think they would clean the windows in a downtime yet that’s not the case, cigarette butts stink up the entrance because their right outside the entrance. I would not recommend anyone to come here for dinner brunch nor breakfast, I decided to go to another location today.
We love the food here. They have some of the best waitresses I've ever known. But don't come on a holiday. There is a paid host, but he seemed like special needs and was non-communicative. Two people had been waiting there over an hour for a pickup order that they had already paid for. Three groups were waiting in the foyer but had not been told anything more than wait. If you're short on food, short on staff, just communicate this to keep customers happy. Don't leave them hanging! Waffle house 1000sqft and 6 cooks. IHop 6000 sqft 2 cooks. Management needs to take care of their customers and staff. You can't put so much stress on the waitresses who do an excellent job and the cooks who make excellent food...
Pancakes will be the only thing I get from here after tonight. Ordered a late night milkshake through DoorDash since I’ve never tried one from here before. Received it perfectly fine, so there’s nothing wrong with the dasher. HOWEVER, as soon as I picked it up from outside, I knew something was wrong. Opened it to find this half melted excuse of a shake and it wasn’t even filled up. I did not spend $7 for this. Immediately went through DoorDash and entered my issue just to receive a $1.92 refund (which is terrible, given I spent $7 for the shake). I called the store and the woman that answered TOLD me that she made it herself and “it was filled up”. I hope she sees this review because what is this??? Does this look filled? You can clearly tell it wasn’t filled up and it was definitely melted. 5 stars for the atmosphere cuz I didn’t even go inside. 3 stars for the woman on the phone cuz she was friendly at least. 1 star for the shake. Again, I will only be ordering pancakes from now on. Heaven forbid, I try something different and this happens 🙄

I had an absolutely terrible experience at IHOP today. Our server was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept coughing throughout our meal and didn’t once wash her hands, which was really off-putting. To make matters worse, she was sitting down watching something on her phone instead of attending to us. Not once did she check in to see if we needed anything else. When we asked questions, her responses were short, one-word answers, and it honestly felt like she could barely be bothered to talk to us at all. Additionally, she never mentioned that they didn’t have crepes until we asked why my order only came with two, even though the menu listed four. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the lack of service, hygiene, and professionalism made for an unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Her name is LAURA. T!
If I could put any stars, I would put it because the service is very bad. I spent 2:00 waiting and the food never arrived.
My visit was a week ago from today. I had placed an order online and had to wait 35 minutes after the assigned pick-up time because the restaurant either forgot half of my order or messed up the order. I spoke with the manager, and she blamed me for choosing a busy time for them. I assumed that if you place the order online you are doing it in advance and giving the restaurant enough time to prepare the order correctly. Given the fact that I still had to wait another 35 mins after pick- up to get the order, which was a total of over an hour. Unfortunately, per the manager I was still at fault and there was nothing they can do. So I placed a complaint through IHOP's website and have yet to hear from them.
Service was very slow, tables left trashed, waitress paid little attention to customer, chaotic environment, waitress Heather was occupied as she was seated next to her daughter that had come in and ordered. We would go 20 minutes without getting checked on as our waitress was obviously very distracted. We wanted to place an order to go and we couldn’t because our waitress was sitting down talking to her family every 5 minutes. We were there for over an hour due to the service when we assumed it would just be a short brunch.
After placing our food orders with our server, we waited nearly 50 minutes without any updates or sign of her presence. Concerned by the delay, we spoke to the manager, and just two minutes later, our food was finally brought out. Unfortunately, much of it was cold upon arrival. Throughout the entire visit, neither Heather nor the manager displayed any sense of hospitality or offered an apology for the inconvenience. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I do not intend to return. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary improvements to ensure better service and guest care in the future.

Terrible experience in all areas. Giving a 1 was generous. After sitting at the table for almost 5 minutes, we waved down a waiter to help us. We noted that the table beside us was sat after us, had already given their order and received drinks. We moved to a different table because there were ants all over. My husband and i ordered dishes that included avocado. When we finally received our order(after asking our waiter to check on it) neither of us received avocado. (I ordered the bacon AVOCADO eggs benedict. He ordered the bacon AVOCADO ranch burger.) When we asked for, it the waiter told us they didn’t have any avocado. I suggest you tell your waitstaff to let the customer know when they order something with a named ingredient in their meal that you don’t have that particular item. SMH
If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would, I don’t know if this was a bad night or what, but firstly I ordered Uber eats from them and they forgot all the pancakes, so I ended up going to pick my pancakes up and when I got home to eat them they literally put old bananas in my pancakes, I’ve never felt a hard banana before, but they were full of em. I do not recommend eating here unless you want a chance at food poisoning.
Poor service - Dirty tables everywhere , bathroom hot as hell .Also waitress had an attitude . And they took forever to get out orders out . The manager didn’t seem to care that the place was a mess . Our waitress was nasty to the three of us. I didn’t order any food from them, just a drink . The waitress came over , touched my drinking straw after putting her rotten arm pit over my drink and asked if I was finished with it. Just don’t eat there .
Update as of 7/19/2024: As much as I know this location wants to portray that it resolves matter and cares about feedback/customers. It is an illusion to deceive. After emailing the management and a solution was proposed I no longer received a response or the compensation offered. I also never received a followup when using the provided link and asking for contact. Avoid this location if possible and enjoy Cracker Barrel a few miles away. The current 3.7 star rating should tell you all you need to know. This location use to be great and unfortunately as of late has significantly reduced the food size with increased cost. Unfortunately contacting the chain is useless. As management implies that customers do not understand there are differences in menu items. I sent an email to get assistance on the issue and was told the items were different. I ordered an omelette and it was significantly smaller than normal and I was disappointed with it. The item received can be seen in the pictures I upload. Along with the menu in store picture that I was told was a different item. Followed by the app menu showing even larger items. Thus confirming the average size was still larger than what I received and that management wanted to downplay my complaint.
Our server was absolutely amazing, we were very indecisive with what we were ordering and she was very patient and attentive to us. The only bad thing is as I was eating my food I noticed a cockroach in my fries. After talking to the manager and her explaining that the building has roaches it just made me want to break down especially because I have a phobia of roaches. I literally almost ate the full plate of fries when I noticed the roach. It completely ruined my appetite and made me instantly sick
If I could give no stars I would. The number is incorrect on Google Maps, on company website, and Apple Maps. It goes to a location in Frisco. Then, they don’t have a way to transfer you to this location. So I order online to this address and when I order everything I said I didn’t want on my meal they put anyway. No way to call the restaurant and speak about it. The number on the receipt is even wrong. I added photos to show what I requested and what I got. I would not recommend this iHop to anyone.
My go-to order every time I visit IHOP is their chicken sandwich — it’s my favorite. Unfortunately, this time I didn’t take pictures, but honestly it was the first time I’ve ever been served something so bad, low-quality, and far from fresh. The chicken was shredded like it had been picked apart, and the bacon and cheese were so greasy and dirty-looking that I had to remove them completely. I ended up eating just the bread with the chicken. I even removed the vegetables because they looked unappetizing. When we arrived, they handed us a “new” menu that they supposedly use at night. It was extremely limited with very few options. They were at least kind enough to bring me the daytime menu so I could check if my usual order was available. A family member ordered the multigrain turkey sandwich, and that was another disaster: – The multigrain bread seemed old. – The avocado was rotten. – The cherry tomatoes were mushy. – The bacon and cheese were hard and looked like they had been cooked in old oil. – The sandwich originally comes with turkey, but we asked to replace it with ham… and the ham was placed only on one side, thrown together like they didn’t care. If the staff doesn’t like working the night shift, they should switch shifts — but they shouldn’t take it out on the customers by doing poor-quality work. People go out to eat for different reasons, and the least they deserve is a decent meal. To make matters worse, I mentioned all this to the server, and he seemed completely out of it, unbothered, and uninterested. And the atmosphere… even worse. There were people in the restaurant who I couldn’t tell were customers or relatives of the staff. They were doing crafts and even jumping across seats (adults!), acting like they were at home. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, it was a terrible experience from beginning to end. I will never visit this location at night again.
We visited for breakfast today and clearly mentioned that we did not want bacon in the jalapeño burger and no steak in the sirloin mushroom onion toast. We are non-eaters of these products, so it was really upsetting and hurtful to be served food with bacon and steak despite clearly informing our preference. There was only one staff member handling all the orders and she seemed very busy, so we couldn’t address it at the time. We hope the team pays more attention to specific dietary requests in the future.
Waited more than 30 minutes and nobody not even for courtesy came over the table to say anything. They looked at you like you don’t exist. Will never come back to this place.
I did an Online order. I ordered a spicy poblano omelet. A classic burger just plain meat and bread. The pablono omelet looked so meh that it had barely anything in it. The omelet always comes with avocados and a pablono sauce on the side. When I was going through the bag there was no avacados or sauce. I asked for them. The avocado looks like they didn't care or bother to clean the knife. I was able to see through into the kitchen and the cooks looked like they gave 0 care about their jobs. Mahogany the server was nice though out the whole interaction. It looked as like the cooks were given her attitude. The burger had cheese on it even tho the ticket clearly says no cheese. There was barley any fries with the burgers. It looked like a kid size fry. disappointed with my first experience with this location.
Ihop is great I absolutely love the food. But. On Christmas day there was this lady in a blue curly wig and long lashes. She is African American and her service was terrible. Off the rip she was fussing to her Co workers in front of customers and completely ignored her tables. A big party came in after me and a few others and she went over and helped them with their entire order. She still hasn't come over and spoke with us even after we spoke with someone about it. Cudose to this African American cook with dreads. He worked the morning shift and stayed overtime. Mind you he is the cook and came out to help take tables orders, went back and cooked those orders and served them. She is fishing for tips and he is just here to help people have a great night on Christmas. Do better.
Idk how this place got positive reviews because I’ve never had a positive experience here. 1) I ordered a pickup order where I showed up 5 minutes after the agreed upon ready time. A hour later, after complaining, I got my order. 2) Food was under cooked. I now go to the Flower Mound location. Also, management was rude when I asked about it my order and when I called about a refund. Which I never got. As someone that lives close by, stay away from this place.
Ihopes' Breakfast Experience: A Nightmare Unfolded Our morning at Ihopes' breakfast was nothing short of a horrendous ordeal. From the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant, it was clear that we were in for a disastrous meal. The server, devoid of any interest or enthusiasm, failed to offer any recommendations to guide us through the menu, leaving us bewildered and abandoned in our hunger. To make matters worse, we waited an excruciatingly long 45 minutes before our breakfast finally arrived. By that point, our patience was wearing thin, and we were desperately hoping that the food would at least provide some respite. Alas, our hopes were crushed as we beheld the sad sight of the eggs Benedict—looking as miserable as the experience itself. But it wasn't just the presentation that was woeful; the quality of the food was abysmal. The pancakes were inexplicably cold, so much so that they failed to melt the butter placed on top. The scrambled eggs shared the same fate—they too were chillingly cold. Shocked and disappointed, we approached the server, seeking an explanation for this culinary catastrophe. Her response was devoid of any genuine sympathy; she nonchalantly promised to summon the manager, as if we were merely an inconvenience rather than disgruntled customers. To our dismay, the manager proved to be even worse. She displayed an utter lack of concern or empathy for the debacle unfolding before her. Her attitude could be summed up by a dismissive gesture that seemed to say, "It is what it is, so what do you expect me to do about it?" In an attempt to appease us, she offered a mere 10 percent discount—an insultingly small gesture considering the magnitude of our disappointment. In retrospect, it is clear that Ihopes' breakfast establishment has unequivocally demonstrated their incompetence in providing a proper dining experience. Their claim of being open 24/7 only adds to the farce, as they clearly lack the capability to deliver on such a promise. Our visit to this establishment was a regrettable affair, leaving us to wonder how they manage to stay in business at all.
