The best burger
Very friendly, all the staff who work there. The Whopper small meal is a generous and filling portion. The meat is delicious, and the toppings, like the tomato and onion, are very fresh. Other drinks, like ginger ale and lime, are also good. And the fries have just the right amount of salt. I highly recommend it.
Good service and well-prepared food
I never ate at this burger King. I'm trying to type this with the black-eyed peas song I like playing. Anyway, I ordered the bk big fish combo and the Buffalo chicken nuggets. I'll eat without the bun as no gluten-free bun option on the kiosk. The nuggets are breaded, and so are the onion rings. Hopefully, they'll have gluten-free batter as well. overall good

I visited this friendly restaurant before flying to Miami. I had no trouble finding parking even though it was quite small. The employees were very courteous and friendly. I was served with a smile and good humor, and the food was as good as expected. The restrooms were clean and well maintained.

Ive come to this location a few times and each time I have its been great the staff is very friendly from the minute you walk in and the food has always been fresh. Even when I have ordered through the bk app by the time I walk in the door its ready thats a plus, the staff really needs to be appreciated for there work.

This burger king really stands above the rest. I had a complicated mobile order (add stuff, substitute stuff, no ice, etc.) and they still got everything right. Plus the food was all super hot and fresh, made quickly, and the employees were very friendly. Great experience 👏

Burger King does a good job at maintaining the quality of the food across locations, and this location is not an exception. Service is good and bilingual. The place is clean and has the sophisticated Burger King look. Be aware that the parking lot is not big, and that can be an issue during week day lunch hours.

My order and everything was great but I then ordered a chocolate shake and was given a paper straw I went back to the counter to ask for a real straw and they told me that they only had paper straws my wife and I were unable to drink the shakes because every paper straw we used would get soggy and would make it impossible to drink the shake I think you should have more options both paper and plastic straws it's absurd that there are only paper straws what's really funny is that when you get the order of straws you receive them wrapped in plastic amazing 👏
We had 5 burgers and all of them were burned and almost black color. One of them was completely burned and I returned it. They gave me a new burger but it was also burned even though I said I cannot eat burned burger. They also do not serve napkins anywhere in the restaurant. They even did not put any napkins in the trays even though we dined in the restaurant as 5 people.
Went to this Burger King with a coupon when I made the order I made them aware that I had a coupon during the payment process they took my money and told me to go to the curve once they came out gave me the food I had to ask for the receipt the manager went back inside brought me the receipt once I saw I asked her if she had took into consideration the coupon that I gave her and she said yes, once I took a look and I saw that they did not give me the discount they tried to rip me off and I had to confront her. Then she realized that they had made a mistake and she was able to give me a refund this was very unpleasant. I don't think I will be going back to that Burger King ever again.

I went to this restaurant around lunch time and I was stunt to see nobody in the kitchen wears gloves to prepared people food i even saw a server put his hand in his nose and I saw an employee cleaning the kitchen floor and then grabbing food without any gloves what a nasty place to eat

The manager Daniel Thomas refuse to make my (cold) fries fresh claiming they close in 20 mins in reality they close in 50 mins…. Sad. Horrible Customer Service i asked for my money back . I used to Love This Location
The site says open at 5:30 and the person inside says it's closed. They can't set a schedule they won't be able to keep.
I drove 30 minutes just to find the guy decided to close 35 min before the official closing time which is midnight. He didn’t bother to direct me to the driveway. Finally after waiting for 15 min another guy woke up and decided to serve me at the driveway. Not cool
I went today, Saturday, December 9th, and ordered a chocolate shake online. I paid for it with my card for 3.95. After waiting 10 minutes, an employee called me and told me they didn't have a chocolate shake or any other flavor. I asked him what he wanted, and he said, a large soda. But I want a shake, and I didn't order a soda. In short, this is the USA, and if they don't have a product, they don't have to offer it, period. In short, I had to get a plain, flavorless vanilla ice cream. Burger King should fix the lack of inventory in their stores. And don't offer something they can't sell.
I have ordered two Uber Eats and they do not read the specifications and they do not give the solution and Uber Eats does not respond either. I ordered two hamburgers today because the first one arrived wrong and I come back and order with the same specifications and they send it to me the same as the first one and Uber Eats does not respond and I call your point and nobody answers either.
Google page say dine in is ok, but is not through. No body answer the phone.
Horrible
I live very nearby this Burger King and bring my kids here for breakfast once a week. I have lunch here once every 2 weeks or so. I have had some minor problems with the service but I much prefer Burger King to McDonald's so I put up with it. Today was the last straw. My sandwich was served incorrectly 4 times. The onion rings were crusty and hard. I was given extra food that I didn't want so I gave it a young man with a hungry look on his face. I was so perturbed that I stopped eating and gave them the food back. I didn't ask for a refund and simply left. Mind you I was in the dining room because they messed up the first 2 times in the drive thru. I'm done with this particular Burger King and might consider other options in the future. Better management is needed.
Worst fast food. They messed up two orders really badly and who microwaves lettuce?
I will only say that the person who treated me does not use their mask correctly his mask, and he's broken his gloves to get his nails out, disgusting
