If you are a Chipotle 🥑fan (like me!)… don’t think twice when you are up for it to hit this location in Coral Gables! Conveniently located in the crossway between 37 AVE and Miracle Mile, I like this Chipotle spot because they offer fresh ingredients, they are pretty stuck up with all of them (so you don’t miss your favorite topping), and the environment is pretty casual. We tried their newest addition Smoke Brisket 🥩and their Carnitas bowl, both strongly recommended. The Brisket is a little bit spicy 🌶️, but you will be able to handle it. It can get pretty packed, but probably because it is strategically located. You might find it not as clean as other Chipotles, because a lot of customers are very careless about their leftover over-orders, even though the team on site, did its best to keep it neat. But what brings me back to this location, is the wonderful service provided by the team, led by Rosangela, and starred by Esli, Kenny, Derek, Yeilin, and Maria! Thanks for taking care of our order with the most amount of detail to make sure we had all of our favorite items 🙌🏻

Chipotle is a consistent pick, they have their base options and use "better quality" ingredients. Everything is priced fairly.

In the past two months, the two time we ordered our orders have been way off. The sticker says black beans (which we ordered), we received pinto beans. 12/11/2025 3:15 PM ⭐ 1-Star Review Chipotle – 2235 SW 37th Ave, near Miracle Mile Coral Gables This was hands-down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The entire restaurant was filthy—every table was dirty, floors had trash scattered everywhere, and the garbage cans were overflowing. There wasn’t a single clean place to sit. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and hostile. They had almost no protein available, and when I politely asked why they didn’t have the basic selections they’re supposed to, the employee snapped back, “It’ll be ready whenever it’s ready.” No apology, no explanation—just attitude. When it came time to serve my plate, the same employee tossed the food on it like she was angry, gave me barely any chicken, and acted aggressive the entire time. Then I had to stand there for nearly 5 minutes waiting to pay while employees ignored me. I ended up leaving my food and walking out. The environment was so dirty and stressful that I left with a headache. This location needs serious management attention. I’m attaching photos because the situation speaks for itself.

This is the first time I went in over 4 months because this location in specific only gives you rice with minimal protein… not even a half of scoop of protein. This place is easily the worst run chipotle in my life… they have 8+ workers working but yet are they working? The food was cold and all of the condiments remained practically empty. I just bit into my burrito and it consists of rice and only rice which is sad… not a good representation of the chipotle brand at all and if I were the most executives of the company I would seriously look into this location because it is atrocious.Never going back and I don't recommend anyone to go back to that location… pathetic.

I asked for extra everything except guac and protein, literally didn’t get extra. The tables were also super dirty to the point I had to clean one in order to eat my food. The bubblers were empty too. The employees were literally just standing there—no customers in line or order on the screen. So disappointed bcs I usually have a great experience when I get chipotle back home.

This place will make you sick. There is no excuse for this whatsoever, and this Chipotle has been reported. This place needs to be shut down following an investigation. So many food safety protocols being ignored, I’m surprised this place hasn’t come under any scrutiny. Food being stored in the “danger zone” when it comes to temp, which could lead to a host of bacterial infections, some of which could be fatal to individuals who are immunocompromised. I get people just don’t care nowadays, but corporate needs to care enough so that at the very least people don’t die. Gross.

I had to ask the manager to send someone out to please empty the trash cans and tidy up the place. Disgusting and unacceptable.

I had more lettuce stems than actual lettuce as my “salad”, and some of the very few pieces of chicken that they added (did not receive the double portion that I paid for) were RAW. A couple lettuce stems as part of my salad I can probably ignore, but not raw chicken. If there is anything that employees need to cook thoroughly and be more careful about is the proteins.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve even been to. Customer service is non existent the girl in the front has a bad attitude. I told her I had a mobile order and she acted like she was doing me a favor. I had to tell her my name 8 times for her to get it right, mind you my name is Bryan….She doesn’t know English and when I spoke to her in Spanish she still seemed clueless so I don’t think it’s language barrier she’s just useless. The portions were horrible and it looked like they drenched my bowl in water. Her and her crew looked like they belong in a flea market. I would never come back here again, Just Salad is across the street I’ll rather just go there.
