The staff was doing a great job keeping up and maintaining their composure as the order screen doubled and then tripled. Pizza was exactly as ordered and made perfect. Usually don't give a carry out pizza place 5 stars but those employees deserved the fifth start for sure!

I placed an order for delivery. I didn’t receive my two dipping sauces and when I called the store, they said they would have to refund the order and then recharge my card. And the chicken I received was cold and had barely any sauce on it. The pizza turned out perfect though, just don’t expect to get any extras you may order.

They seriously charged me 22$ plus tips for a medium 2 topping pizza. A medium pizza. No sauce just one medium pizza. Altogether 26$. I didn’t have much extra after paying 22$ for a medium pizza. I gave up the 3 stars because the driver showed up in 20 minutes instead of the 45 minutes I was told. It ain’t shrimp and fried duck y’all. I can get a decent filet mingon for less than 25$. With sauce probably won’t order here again

Our pizzas were overcooked and my cheese pizza had minimal cheese and was dry. Very disappointed. We had not ordered in a while. Now I know why. Not very consistent

Editing to Add: We tried to order from there again but instead of mediums this time, we ordered XL pizzas and the crust was so thin, it couldn’t hardly hold the cheese pr pepperoni when we pulled the slices out. The whole thing just flopped over. Definitely not my favorite. Original post: Just ordered 2 pizzas and some cheese bread tonight and I asked for green peppers (among other veggies) on our pizza and that’s what my receipt shows I ordered and when it shows up, it had jalapeño peppers on it instead. Kids and I couldn’t eat it. Even when we picked them all off, the pizza was still so spicy. Green peppers and jalapeños are not the same thing. Cheesy bread was good and delivery was fast (hence two stars) but what good is that when you can’t eat your pizza? Disappointed that I just paid for stuff I can’t even eat.

I ordered 3 large pizzas, 2 ranch cups, and a garlic sauce cup for in-store pickup. The female employee that greeted me tonight ( approx 630ish pm on 1/23/2020) when I picked up my order was non-friendly, seemed I was bothering her. She handed me my 3 pizzas and walked away without a word. I needed to ask her about my dipping sauces that i ordered since they were handed to me or in a separate box like I've always gotten them in the past. She finally came back and asked what else i needed and seemed shocked i was accusing her of forgetting something. She pulled the receipt out of my hand only to realize it was just a credit card slip. I pulled up my email showing the order on my phone. Once again she ripped my phone out of my hand and then checked with another employee asking about the sauce cups. He told her that he had put them in the pizza boxes. She turned around and told me i should have checked the boxes before asking for forgotten items. She then pulled the boxes out of my hand and started opening them. They were there thankfully, and i tried explaining to her that they have always been handed to me loose or in a small box uses for wings so I had no reason to think about checking the pizza boxes. She was short tempered with me and had zero customer service skills. She needs to be reminded that while shes allowed to have a bad day, that doesn't need to be passed along to me or any other customer. I have never had such bad service before at this location. Its a shame that bad service ruined a great pizza.

Ordered pepperoni and meat pie and chicken wings and Philly cheese steak without peppers. The pepperoni pie was burnt and the Philly cheese steak had peppers and was burnt. Called to complain and was told to call back in 30 minutes because the manager was out.

I typically order online and then drive to the store and pickup my pizzas. I have frequented this location for years and they have generally been accurate with the orders and pizza's have been ready upon my arrival. The quality of the pizza product is what you would expect. However I would caution you about trying the salads. I have tried them twice and both times they were rancid when I opened them at home. Additionally I would say they are a bit lacking in the area of customer satisfaction.

I ordered today 6/21/23 at 9:44 received a phone call 30 min later stating they didn’t have Chicken Caesar so I opted for the garden salad, bad idea along with the Xtra cheese pizza I ordered…which came an hour later with cold cheese pizza ( not even warm) & a literal rotten lettuce salad not sealed with a cracked bowl that I paid $7.49 for & was charged $5.49 delivery fee & I tipped an additional $6.00 with a total of $39.03! Sooo, I of course called & was told the salad date wasn’t expired was dated for tomorrow, if I could post a pic (Believe I would) the manager was not helpful whatsoever saying “ I CAN’t hear you” when there was NO interference Whatsoever!!! (Just for content, I’m moving out across the country at 4am & have been packing for 2 weeks) so for me to post this should tell you how Beyond BAD & UNPROFESSIONAL this whole ordeal was!!! & shame on the so called manager who wouldn’t give his name! Have some Integrity dude!

We ordered pizza, cheesy bread and garlic parm bites with 2 marinara sauces and a garlic sauce. We ordered at about 11:15 because I had to work late and we didn’t have a lot of options. Whoever took our order was super short and rude. The driver forgot all the sauces, that we paid for and told us he would be back with them. The store is just over a mile from our house. I tipped him well too. We waited for him to come back and he never showed. Called the store and they didn’t answer because they were about to close. TERRIBLE customer service. We will NEVER order from them again! Don’t say you’re going to come back if you have no plans too. How are we supposed to eat cheesy bread and garlic parm bites with no sauce??

Delivery was great. The pizza was horrible. Haven’t had Domino’s in 10 years. Had some at my niece’s, (over off Tuttle) where it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Sadly, not so here. It’s a shame to screw something up with the exact same ingredients. Manager on duty unhelpful. Won’t be back to this location.

Been a long-time customer with them. For whatever reason, they flat-out stopped bringing sauces to us, even though they'd still charge me for them. The first time or two that this happened, I let it go. Mistakes are made, and I understand that. Then it became an increased problem and happened more frequently. For sauces, I wouldn't make such a stink about it, but they're charging me for these things. I called, and I explained the situation, and they promised me a free medium pizza and soda on my next order. When the next order came around, they had no record of that, and charged me for a pizza and the soda, and forgot the soda. I called them back, they said that they would send the soda out immediately. After 45 minutes went by, I called them again to find out the status of the soda, they said that they were very busy and could not send out a driver that night, and that they would send an extra soda on the next order. The LAST order, no sodas arrived, and I had had enough. When I called to find out the location of the sodas, they couldn't care less. I will no longer be spending my money on Domino's Pizza, because I'd just be throwing it away and apparently helping their bottom line. Shame on me for being as forgiving as I am, but don't waste your time on these worthless schlubs. They couldn't care less about their customers.

The Domino’s in Sarasota on Cattleman Rd. Has the rudest most unprofessional bad customer service over the phone I have ever experienced in my life and I’m 41. I order food online at 9:00ish pm and it was done and left the store at 10:03 by the tracker I called at 10:30 just to inquire and I was told that is on it’s way, which I obviously know. I asked for a eta and he told me he didn’t know that the driver had a delivery before mines and that’s all he could tell me. I said can’t you get me a around about he said and I told him that was not acceptable. He sarcastically asked me did I want a job so I could do things faster. Called me dude, bro, and said that everything is going out late because of people like me badgering him about there deliveries. Obviously I’m not the only one getting this type of service. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me, I asked for him manager and he said why. Definitely will be last time I order from that Domino’s. 100% low class and unprofessional. I’m giving 1star because I have no choice. If I could leave 0 stars it’s what I would leave.

Unfortunate. Ordered for take out. Show up and no pizza. I hear the workers discussing that my pizza was than by a delivery driver. I wait a few minutes and no one relays this information to me. I then have come up to the counter to ask how long. 15 more minutes. Throws off my whole timeframe. Ask for money back…paid cash…she hand me a slip of paper. I ask for cash back. She hands it to me and walks away. No sorry…no we will deliver…no nothing. Customer service does not exist here. Unfortunate.

Do not eat here, they do not care about the safety of their guest at all. I walk into this location to pick up a pizza and not a single person was wearing gloves. When I ask the guy why no one is wearing gloves he said “the oven is over 500 degrees and that kills bacteria” I just thinking about what happens when they handle your food as it comes out? How about spreading bacteria on the packaging? Tools to cut the pizza? Kinda makes you wonder if they wash their hands while working and handling clean dishes after washing them. I’m a manager of a company that is real close to them and I know the CDC has release information for ALL restaurants to do to protect their customers and really seems like they threw that right out of the window all because “the company does not require us to wear gloves”. I will never eat at a dominos again.

I called the Webber store to place an order for delivery. The employee told me I will make the order for you but it would be the Cattleman Store who will deliver it. I order 2 pizzas and 1 appetizer. When the order arrived I only got the appetizer and 1 pizza. I called Cattleman and the manager told me she could not do nothing for me because I made my order online. I explained the situation TOLD HER I DID MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE. SHE insisted I actually made the order online and I forgot to add the extra pizza TO THE CART. I told that was NOT correct. She insisted thats what her system is showing. I told her I wanted to pay for the second pizza ( i am not looking for a free pizza) but it wasn't fair to pay the delivery fee twice when my order was taken wrongly and incomplete. They lost a custumer for a delivery fee. Next time order in Marco'S or Joey D around the corner.

If I could give negative stars I would. Parker called my phone and asked me for a tip and was extremely rude about it. Parker also drove to my house and didn't deliver any food.

Went to the location for pickup. Kimberly behind the counter who was 5 feet from the door did not turn around to acknowledge my presence until a 2nd customer walked in and hearing the door slam again, did she turn around. I was there to pay for a online order and told her my name. She went to retrieve the pizza and could not find it... I told her Its probably not done and im JUST paying for it now and can wait noo problem.. Her and the cook however got confused and kept asking me what pizza I got.. Kimberly never listened when I said my name and told the cook the wrong name, which made him flustered and probably made him think i was rushing him.. .. I figured whatever lets just pay for this pizza and come back when its done... However Kimberly still didnt want to let me pay while i was standing there, telling me she will do it when its ready... She said she was "new" but I could tell the vibe from the time I walked in being ignored, that neither she or the cook wanted to work... I even told the staff, hey im in no rush I know you guys are busy and thank you.. However I ended up waiting over 1 hour with no Pizza so I had to go home.. Kimberly and the staff just didnt want to make my pizza tonight...

I've ordered from them around 8 times and they've managed to mess up the food at least 4 of those times. 2 of those times were on one night with the replacement pizzas for the pizza that were messed up. Plus this last time the bits were doughy and they told me that they could remake them but they'd come out the same way. No thank you!! No more, I'm done with this location, I'll order from webber and pick it up myself. I don't think I've ever had an issue with their store in the past.

Ordered carryout and they forgot to give us the salad and an extra dip. Wings were absolutely terrible and not tossed, but just some buffalo sauce sprayed on them from a bottle.

Tipping culture has gotten **out of control.** I ordered a few pizzas online for pickup. Not delivery, pickup. Not curbside walkout, counter pickup. When I walked into the store, the employee plopped the food down on the counter in front of me in three separate piles, then made me wait two minutes while he found a pen to sign a credit card slip - tip line open, of course. I threw in a token couple of bucks to be nice. Mind you, I received no service - no delivery, no help walking out with the pizzas, not even handed the food stacked nicely, I had to organize it myself on the counter to carry it. As I walked out the door, I hear the employee scream at the top of his lungs cursing at me for being a "cheap-*** ****." Just wow.

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered a large pizza by phone to pick up at the store. I put it on my front seat of my car and brought it straight home and opened it and there was a LIVE ROACH UNDER THE PIECE OF PIZZA. I killed it and called the owner of the store, AND HE SAID HE WOULD NOT REPLACE IT BECAUSE HIS STORE HAS NEVER HAD A ROACH IN IT. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!! He also REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! He was very rude. Horrible customer service. I will never give him my business again and I suggest you don’t either. You never know, there could be A live roach in your pizza box. I still can’t believe the owner would rather have a bad review instead of doing the right thing!!

A few days later while the offer was still valid I tried ordering it online, but to no avail. Made a run over to the pizza shop and spoke to the manager. He wasn't sure but he thought that I may have to have a Domino membership to apply for this free pizza. Doesn't sound right to me???????
