The people at Jack in the box are great!! Chelsea and Leah were just excellent, took my order and made the food super fast and were so sweet to me!
Food is excellent take home proportions. Atmosphere great for date family ect. Try lasagna or spaghetti, comes with large salad use house dressing, bread, sauce. Price 2 pesos cheaper than Nick's, and better atmosphere.

Hope your ok with getting paid $10 an hr because that’s what that MINOR gets paid !!! But your ok with that right ? Because it’s JUST A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, right ! That kid IS A MINOR ! I go to the Jack in the Box all the time usually late night there always on point with air quality never have disappointed me only once when I forgot to tell him to put cheese on my burger but that was my fault the tacos are always just fried crispy I love this place the manager is awesome, he always is in a good mood and is friendly, helpful and informative and if you have any issues he'll take care of you. Great energy from the jack in the box

All 5 of these stars were earned by Cody. Went in last night and it was super busy. Waited almost 20 minutes on my food and had to be parked up front to wait. Cody came to bring the food out and was very friendly and kind. As he was leaving he stopped right before the door and turned around and ran to the truck and asked me if my fries were Large or medium. I replied "large" and he said "can you please check your bag and make sure it's correct?". So I do and sure enough it's a medium. Without hesitation he kindly asked for the bag and went to get the right size. Quickly returned. Thank you! Sometimes it's about the small things, but they do make a difference.
I just left this restaurant and Chelsea was super sweet, I was a little stressed out with my kids and she was very patient while taking my order I will defenetally go back because the food was fresh and she provided the best experience I have had in a very long time. P.S. I was a cashier at this same location about 10 years ago and she is the type of worker that will run the extra mile to make a customer happy and make them want to go back. Thank you Chelsea.
Sometimes they’ve gotten my order wrong, no problem, they’ve never hesitated to fix it for me. Always very helpful and accommodating, especially Chelsea. She was very sweet to my boyfriend and I. Great staff here anytime I’ve went. Thank you guys, I know food service can be more than a pain to say the least.
I'm so thankful for service like what I got tonight. It's crazy Black Friday and no one is ever nice so when I pulled into Jack in the box drive thru at 9:30 at night I wasn't expecting the amazing service. They are so nice and polite. My order was timely and correct and super fresh. So on this Black Friday I'm thankful for great service like y'alls!!!!👍👍
Had a great experience at this Jack in the Box tonight! The food was really good, and the employees were super polite and helpful! Did not have to wait very long either. Highly recommend!
Our order has never been wrong. On top of that we always order through a third party app which doesn’t give the option to add sauces. Every time I call and ask them to add it, they do and they’re so nice about it!! Most places don’t even get our order right, much less the sauce!
My husband and I went through this drive thru at 3 am and the gentleman working went out of his way to help us use our jack n the box app he had exceptional service I didn’t catch his name but I wish we did he is a kind hearted person. Also the food was fresh and hot we are very satisfied with this location and will stop by again when we are traveling.

This location was nice , and very fast with our order and we did not have a small order let me tell you lol at least 15 tacos alone 😅 we live in amarillo so when we do see a jack in the box we bring some back home . Thank you to this location we enjoyed our food and made it back safely
I hope this review reaches the owner. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location. I still did tonight. However, I am patient, when I know others are NOT! You had one employee this evening at 6:15pm on 12/13. Cody was awesome but very overwhelmed taking orders, managing the grill, and being at the window. You should have more than 1 employee working. This is unsafe and a way to lose customers as they don’t want to wait over half an hour for fast food. This is not the only time I have come and there has only been 1 employee. Please hire more awesome employees!
Wanted to leave a review just to give a shout-out to the nice young man who took our order and served us. Very respectful, great service, said hi to everyone, juggled both the front counter and the drive through. This is a star employee right here. This was 10/27/25 at 7pm.
Our visit was pleasant. The older black gentleman definitely made it so! His customer service is spot on! Can’t say much for the lady that was running drive through. Her customer service could use some uplifting. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman but I really appreciated his help and willingness to make our visit exceptional. Especially for a fast food restaurant. Food was hot and delicious also. So to the lovely gentleman keep on being the way you are, you are doing a fantastic job!
We came here with a friend, and used the coupons that we had , and the cashier that took our order was very respectful, and our order was handled in a very organized way. Plus, the the sweet lady-the older one recognized us, and was very cheerful and happy to see us, because she probably knew us from somewhere else. That was a very nice experience and we enjoyed it very much, and the food was on point-(delicious)! Thank you very much!
We ordered 4 Jumbo Jacks with curly fries. The food was really good but the service we received was even better. We were asked to pull into a space to wait for our order. The young man who brought the food out was extremely polite. He apologized for our wait, asked if we needed anything else and wished us a good night. It was an overall pleasant experience.
It’s a Jack in Box, idk why ppl expect world class service lmao They’re always nice to me! I tell ‘em I want my food fresh and they make it for me. I work across the parking lot, so eat here frequently.

Arrived mid day. Staff was nice,, resturant was clean. I expected semi fresh food but i was wrong. It was cooked as we sat down. Arrived at our table hot and fresh. Only down side was the gentleman sweeping under my feet..
While I'm not typically a fan of Jack, I decided to try their Double Jack Burger combo (#5). I had their potato wedges with my combo, a tiny $1.60 add-on cost. The burger was pretty good, only a little lopsided with all the pickles tucked in one corner. (Which is odd). The wedges were tastier without the "cheese-like" sauce. If you're hungry and in a hurry this will do the trick. Service was fast and friendly which makes up for the lopsided burger arrangement.
My tacos and fries were fresh and hot. This was the first time my tacos were perfect and not fry hard. This was on Sunday July 28. Keep up the good work Jack in the Box.
Got burger, fries and two tacos. Burgers was decent as were tacos but fries weren't hot an seemed like they'd been out for awhile. Servers were nice though! But food quality was about 3 star.
First time here was good they got everything right on my order. Second time there was an misunderstanding/miscommunication and I got two of the same items. It was the chili cheese fries for like 3 dollars. And it was not filling at all. But for 6 bucks you'd think there'd be more in the boxes. Probably won't get it again unless I'm craving. Everything was cooked good and the customer service was friendly so no other complaints.
What can you say, Jack in the box has always been a go to place to get mini tacos and like always 😋 😉 😜
This location is convenient as it's at the intersection of Loop.288 & Mckinney St. The store is generally not packed with dine-in customers but the drive through is busy at lunch & dinner hours. The food is standard Jack in the Box served fairly quickly and hot. The staff is not ordinarily stressed so usually are amiable and helpful. I do recommend checking your order for accuracy & completeness; condiments are commonly overlooked after being requested/ordered for instance; checking your order is always recommended at any fast food restaurant, however. I would return to this location. Usually a favorable outcome is achieved. The environment is nothing to look forward to. There are ordinarily open tables/booths if you want to eat inside.
I am really liking the chicken side of the menu. Whenever I want something quick and fast I feel less guilty eating the sourdough chicken grilled sandwich minus the sauce. It's pretty flavorful and their sourdough bread is yummy. I do have one recommendation. The staff needs to know their system better before they argue with customers. I was charged and one of the men that worked there yelled across the store to tell me my debit card declined. At first I thought he was kidding because I entered pin and saw the word approved on the pad. I went up to the cashier to talk to him and showed him that it directly came out of my debit card account and he's still insisted that it was declined and that I needed to pay again. At first I didn't want to because I knew it was charged obviously but he assured me the transaction was canceled and that would be released IF there was a charge. Not a big deal for $26 I went ahead and paid again but of course here we are a week later and there are two charges on my account. The money isn't a big deal but the point that the employee would want to argue with me after I showed him the transaction and one other person witnessed approval on the pad was a little out of line. They were never loud just unreasonable. I would be very embarrassed if my staff treated customers/ guests like this. I certainly stayed respectful but it drove me nuts the manager wouldn't bother to come out. Like I said I wasn't going to be rude or argue with the line level employees they work too hard. Just teach the crew your system a little bit more and perhaps follow up when you're wrong. This was an unnecessary incident and the next person may not have been as nice as I am. Everyone in Jack in the box was interested in this situation. The satisfaction everyone had when I used the same card and yet it approved again...... It's all good I will return for my chicken sandwich!!!
I stopped at this location at 1am after finding everything around had closed early. I'll admit it wasn't my first choice but the guy taking headset made me glad I stopped. There was only 2 people on shift and they were crazy busy, but the food was still fresh and hot the guy on headset made sure my order was right before handing me my bag and even made sure I checked it before I drove off. The service is the best I've had from a fast food restaurant in a while and I appreciate them taking the time to ensure good food even when busy.
The last I dealt with was nice. The food was fine. But they were out of most drinks. We had to settle for something we really didn't want.
Ordered a Jr. Burger and fries and the patty which is little larger than a slider patty was over cooked and dry / crunchy on the edges. Same goes for the sausage patty on the sandwich. Unsure if grilled or cooked in microwave.

There aren't many fast food places that I hit up that are "FANTASTIC" anymore but Jack in the Box has a couple of very specific items that I keep coming back for. Also, I love that they get creative with the new menu items that come & go. Again, they aren't generally fantastic but still fun to try out as they show up on the menu.
I dont know what the problem is but I have been there for lunch 5 times in the last 10 days ordered a meal with Fries no salt and 4 times got fires with salt even after asking after being given my order at the counter. If you cant get a simple order right I will be going elsewhere with my money...
Stopped in for the Chicken Teriyaki. No rice. And they really didn't care. Went to Panda Express across the freeway. Rest of the menu is standard Jack In The Box fare... loaded with fat and calories, it's the comfort food we crave and quickly regret.
The reason I’m giving two stars instead of just one is because the times I’ve been, the lady that has always been at the drive thru window when I’ve gone, has always been super nice. But every time I’ve gone there is always something wrong. They are ALWAYS out of stuff, whether it be sauces, cups, food, fry containers, etc. they literally are always out of something. And it’s not just on my order. I also hear them tell people ahead of me and behind me in the drive thru that their out of something the customer has ordered. There is also always something broken. And yes, I understand things break in a business establishment. But things should not be breaking that much and be broken that long. If they are, then they need to be replaced. Like the shake machine breaks, or there’s only one register working or they have no ice because the ice machine isn’t working. Which by the way the ice thing is an easy fix. Have the manager or owner or trusted employee go to the gas station that’s so close it’s within walking distance, buy some ice, then fill your ice bins up and put the excess ice in the walk-in freezer so you can fill the bins up again. That’s literally the easiest fix in the long list of things that break. Anyways, the food, when they’re not out of what you want, it is either always cold like it’s been sitting for a long time, or it’s under cooked. Literally the only positive thing I can say about this location is the lady I always see there is always super nice and apologetic. Even though it’s not her fault these things are wrong. I don’t know if I’ll go back though. I’m really starting to not want to go to any Jack in the Box locations because I keep having lousy service at each one. Do better Jack!
I go there all the time, and I order hamburger and ask for onions, and they charged me an extra 15 cents, but then they do not put them on the hamburger. Should I go back and complain on my next visit and I tell him you charged me for the onions but you didn't put them on the hamburger and they charged me again and they still don't put them on there.
the Girl at the drive through was rude af. She had short hair. when we were about to pay, she said my card kept declining and to come inside. I went inside and all of a sudden it worked and the whole time she was giving me attitude. She yelled at another customer that came in the door and said the lobby‘s closed in a very rude manner. if the lobbies are closed, you should lock your doors in there were multiple people inside. Then they messed up our order so we had to come back and get the right order then she got upset. And when I called the store to ask for their corporate number, they gave me the wrong number. and on top of that, it was someone’s personal number. I know multiple people that work at this Jack-in-the-Box. And everyone there was nice, but today was not the day. there was a one lady I don’t know if she’s a manager or not, but she’s super sweet and was helping us the whole time. it when my card kept declining. They laughed every time and when I went inside, all of a sudden it worked it doesn’t make sense.
They are always sooo slow. Not sure how it could be considered “fast” food. Staff your restaurants properly and maybe more people would come!
Giving it 2 stars thanks to Jesus . s, I stood inside at the counter for about 10 minutes while employees just stared, nobody greeted, or updated me. So I finally asked if we could even place orders inside , and the girls says something and continues making other orders and standing staring at the screen until finally Jose asks if I need help and got me out of there in less than 5 minutes! Customer service is everything!
only reason i gave an extra star is because of Jonathan. very sweet worker, kept his cool and was making sure people at the front were seen even though it wasn’t his job. eventually he made our order because no one he was reminding was listening. waited 25 min, drive through lady didn’t acknowledge us until right before we received our food. she was 25 mins too late.
We stopped by at 12am on Friday after Thanksgiving and food was bad. Fries were cold, hamburger was chewy, spicy chicken sandwich was soggy. The guys were fast but food was horrible. The only good thing we're the tacos. I was going to tip the guys just for being there but as soon they hand me the 4 bags of products the closed the window and hide in the back.
Came back to give him another chance. I stick with my first review. I’m not racist by any means but the Indian culture don’t eat beef. How can you sell food You don’t eat. As a cook as a chef as a manager, you should always try your food to assure that it’s got a great taste and they cannot do that. highly disappointing. They took so long to prepare. I had to drive around and park in the waiting spot. They raised all the prices. It’s just all around reason after reason for me to stay away from Jack-in-the-Box altogether.
I have been to this jack in the box 3 times in the passed week. All three time the management is so bad at this place they don’t have tacos! How does jack in the box not have tacos? Like it is the best thing they sell! Each time they say they are frozen and it will take 30 minutes to thaw out? Worst management of a restaurant I have ever seen. Who ever is running this place should be fired! They have no idea how to run a restaurant! If you are famous for tacos and is their best seller why would you be so dumb not to have them. It is like false advertising if you say you offer a service but every time they are out of that product! The owner of this place should really look at the revenue they are losing due to stupid people who say they know how to manage a restaurant! Worst thing ever to go to a place and be told to wait 30 minutes to thaw! It would be different if it was the first time. It has happen 3 times in one week. So don’t even bother going to this place if you can’t wait at least 30 minutes for a taco! The owner really needs to look in to hiring someone who knows how to run a restaurant!
Food is good if you can get it. Last two times I went I left empty handed. First time I placed my order waited about 20 minutes in the drive through for the only person working to tell me the cook walked out. Second time the sprinkers are on @ 10 pm so you are getting blasted in the drive thru only for their intercom to be malfunctioning. Last time I take my chances with them.
This location is inconsistent at best. They make you pull around to the front.... I'm sure to show their numbers look good for management, then leave you sitting there forever. The reason I gave 2 stars was for the nice young gentleman who brought us the order who was polite and apologized for the wait. Not his fault it's management's. Also, food was cold when we got home, had to throw away all the fries.
my burger looks like it was thrown at a wall before being put in the wrapper. tomato wasnt even IN the burger. im not asking for perfection. I had to wait till i got home to assemble it. 2 stars because it was all there (even if sauced to hell and back) and the service was normal. but, man.
10pm tried to go through drivethrough to get something to eat after a long day and was told we could not order. The staff taking orders said they were only filling uber and door dash. Very disappointing. Will no longer visit this location.
How does the website say my order was received, but when I go to pick up the order, the worker says no one came in to work and Just tells me to call the phone number that never picks up and then some guy shows up and answers and then puts down the phone with out answering me where I can call to get my refund lol for grown ups this too are a joke
They typically get orders wrong. I have been there frequently as it's the only Jack in the Box around, but I regret it almost every time as the food is either under cooked or over cooked, or they just give you something you don't even order.
Drive thru worker never even said a word, just stuck his hand out wanting my card and then gave it back to me. And walked away. So awkward.
My son ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a curly fry and he was given a cheeseburger and a regular fry. Also the store was understaffed and the wait in the Drive-Thru was ridiculous so much that we reversed Park and went inside to order our food

Is there an epidemic of super slow drive thrus with Jack in the Box, for the second time in a row (two separate locations in Denton county) I left without ordering because the line was too slow. Of the four cars in line when I pulled up, only one got past the speaker box in the ten-ish minutes I waited before backing out and going over to Taco Bell. I really wanted a shake and some onion rings though.
Went to drive thru and some white male attended us. Got regular fries but got very little amount. Ordered teriyaki bowl and got very small amount of rice with no broccoli. It’s like they did everything in a bad mood.
I'm an Uber Eats deliver. I received two orders. One from Sonic and one at this Jack in the Box. I picked up the first order at Sonic. In that order was a blast. Then I went to the Jack in the Box. From the time I received the two orders, it was probably 15 minutes by the time I reached the Jack in the Box. It took them about 20 minutes to ask to help me. The staff was too busy talking, kicking the back of knees and such. Very unprofessional. I told them the clients name and they had not even started the order. I had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes before my clients order was "finished". They forgot some of the order. I had to remind them. When I delivered the Sonic order, the blast looked very sad. I should have canceled the Jack in the Box order. I have never seen such bad service.
My order wasn't right ,I want jalapeno poppers but got onion rings also ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger but received a sourdough burger. It was too late to return, I didn't notice the mistake until I got home.i did get the correct drink which was a chocolate shake....perhaps I got the wrong order and someone was just as surprised and upset as I was.
Terrible service when I pulled up was not greeted as well. Person stated that I heard you pull up and how was I supposed to know. I actually waited 1 to 2 minutes before I said hello. When I pulled up to the window to get my order I was not asked if I wanted any condiments. On top of that I ordered curly fries and they were on the too crispy side.
This was a horrible visit. They got my order wrong at the pay window some how. Then the cashier at the drive thru act like "I dont want to hear it". When I got the Quarter Pounder it was overcooked, cold cheese was not melted and tasted like it had been cooked in the morning and stored for the rest of the day. This location had been bad in the past but was getting better. I dont know now
Waited there 17 minutes while I watch them give everybody else their food which was behind anyway. Finally got my food and the drive-thru guy was rude as hell to me when I ask for salt and pepper. He was also making rude comments about too many customers being there and why don't they just stay home on the weekend. As he called the numbers out for people, he was loud and rude to them and just threw their food on the counter like it was a burden to have to do his job. The whole time the manager didn't say a word to him about being professional. Never go to this jack in box again.
Not open 24hr. Wife had a 2am craving. 11/19/23 vehicles in the parking lot lights were on chairs were down, but Nobody working. Us and about 12 other vehicles drove through the drive through. Even tried the door.
One of the longest waits I've had for fast food. And they were out of stuff. When a good portion of your breakfast menu is made of croissant sandwiches how can you make a mistake of not having enough on hand that you actually run out.
I went to this store between 10:30-11:30 and waited well over 30 minute in the drive thru line. When I got my order it was missing a few items and when I called the store they just hung up on me. This is the worst store ever and they can never get anything right. I do NOT recommend going to this one. Unless you like spending money and not getting what you ordered.
I usually dont eat at Jack in the box, but when i do they are usually more organized than this location. The drive through was chaotic and super busy, the drink machine wasnt working, and my food was a little well done(by that i mean hard fried!) There was foul language from one of the counter employees. He was so frustrated he had to go outside and vape. The cook could not keep up with the demand and the lobby was a ghost town. I guess maybe i should have driven through or got it to go. Either way, im giving it one star, not the kind of dining experience i hoped for.
The old man working the drive through was very rude! The food was under cooked and they charged for a large and gave a medium I will NEVER stop in at the location ever again!! I wish there were zero stars this is what this location deserve!!
I ordered a stacked grilled cheese burger. It had one slice of cheese on it. When I took it back they just added a few more slices of cheese instead of the cheese sauce that on the picture. They didn't even make a fresh burger. They just heated that one up and put it back in the same paper half wrapped. SMH.
Updated response 6/8/23 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 6/7/23 and received a response today 6/8/23 that I have been refunded what I was charged. I was not going to wait a week for them to review my refund request as it is stated on the their refund request page. It is ridiculous, they want to refund customers at their own time when it is not our problem that their employees are not doing their jobs or their system is not working. They were able to charge my card right away but would have had to wait days if I didn’t involve the BBB. It’s also Unbelievable, if you read the reviews from other customers you can see that it seems that this is an ongoing issue where they are told that they are unable to take orders. Save yourself the headache and don’t order through the app from this Jack in the Box Updated response: 6/6/23 I already submitted a refund request. I have not heard from anyone, 24 hours later. I am fixing to report this to my financial institution. Always something wrong with this location. Either they get the order wrong or their system is down. I placed an online order for pick up on the Jack in the box app and as soon as I got there the worker in charge was very rude, he stated in a rudely way that they were only taking DoorDash and Uber eats orders. I explained to him that I had placed an order online on the Jack in the box app and again he rudely replied stating that he had no order on his screen. I asked to speak to his manager and he rudely replied that he was in charge. This is extremely ridiculous, now I have to wait until Jack in the box contacts me for my refund which was for a big order. Never again am I going to this location. They really need to change the administration. I will also be contacting corporate about this.
It's a mess every time I visit late. There is always a shortage of ingredients. There was no additional onion grill I ordered. There was no cheese. Onion rings were far less than usual. The sprite was mixed different color. When I went to protest, the manager threw away the food without a refund. And he told the headquarters to protest. The food is terrible and the service is even worse. I've been a regular for over 3 years and I'll never visit again.
I would give them a zero if it was possible. We purchased a spicy chicken sandwich and a jumbo jack both sandwiches had black hair in it. After I finished puking I called the store manager...which she had very little to say and didn't even apologize. My fault I should've known better than to go to Jack in the box.. Will never make that mistake again!
Tried to order tonight at 10:45 and was told to hold on because they were closing the store. Waited for 5-7 min and the girl responded with “Hello” and “We are closing the store down the cashier that was supposed to be here at 10:00 isn’t here and I have to go home to my 1 and 5month old.” I asked does that mean we cannot order and she wouldn’t respond. It’s okay to respond, don’t just not answer, pretty rude. My husband said he experienced waiting in line here about a week ago and was waiting in line for around 30 minutes and then was told to just leave. Super frustrating when it’s supposed to be 24 hours. I think this place needs to change its hours or get other workers to come work.
So, you can't take my order because of technical issues but won't pull your customers through the drive through so those of us stuck here can leave. Wasted 30 mins of my life stuck in your drive through and can't leave. Way to go, I'll never eat at any Jack in the Box ever again, which is probably safer anyway since you give people food posioning.
7900 hickory creek jack in the box. Waiting outside of the window to get the food. Workers cursing and f words and looks some of them might have done drugs or something. Very uncomfortable listening to it and distrusting the quality of the food as well. I just picked the food. Missing grilled onion. Missing American cheese. I am getting my money back. Not eating this food Lol. 1 star now. The manager is even worse than the food. No joke
We tried to order a milkshake and they told us they didn’t have any ice cream. After being at the window and having them tell us to pull up for our food, we waited a good 20 minutes. Got back in line to check on our food because the inside was closed and the lady asked us if we wanted a milk shake because it took so long, but don’t tell anyone because she was about to clean the machine so she just says there isn’t any ice cream. I don’t think she realized we had tried ordering some before. Then she finally handed us the bag and we were missing 4 tacos, 2 pieces of cheesecake and my husband’s drink. She said “oh sorry I have them right here!” Then took the tacos out of under the warmer. Just completely lacking in customer service.
Went to grab breakfast food (as i’ve always done in the past) because this place always serves 24 hr breakfast. On this night i asked for the breakfast platter. I received only one soggy piece of bacon, and everything else that came with it was absolutely ice cold. I am absolutely devastated that I have experienced a time like this and the time it did happen was on a holiday
This is the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. I was standing at the counter for a few minutes and no one came to help so I ended up leaving. Decided to try again another day and it again took a few minutes for someone to take my order. They prioritize the drive-thru over dine in which is messed up. It should be first come first serve. Don't come here unless you go through drive-thru. Also, the employee didn't even thank me for ordering. Just gave me my receipt. Great customer service right there.
This location just keeps getting worse.. customer service absolutely needs some work and they are ALWAYS short staff. Employees don’t answer drive-thru either. I patiently waited before calling out to the speaker and I was ignored. It wasn’t until the second time that I was told to give them ‘a damn minute’. Don’t bother commenting to go to your website for complaints and actually do something about all the 1-star reviews lately. All of us would appreciate it. Thanks
I wish I could leave zero stars. This place was horrible to me. It was very rude costumer service. First they forgot my milkshake then before we left we looked at the receipt and they forgot our medium fries. We order a meal and we order medium fries aside from those fries and the lady kept yelling “who bagged this order” all we wanted was some curly fries. P.s they also forgot my ketchup which we reminded them twice.
I used to go here in my way to work twice a week but it now takes minimum 15mins so slow. My order was wrong 2 days ago saved my receipt went back the next day never got my drink they said they couldn't get the order right trying to remove the item they missed the day before....told me my total was 6 something I looked today 9 something charge! Ised to be good had friendly employees been going downhill avoid this jack n the box. McDonald's taco bell chic fil a and BK across the street
The worst drive-thru experience in my life. To start things off, a lady who was ordering had her phone out doing the ordering for her (not JitB fault) but took 10 min to place an order. The 2nd car ordered normally and then it was my turn. "Does everything look correct on the screen?" "No, it's missing one item." "Got it" I drive up to the window to pay, get a receipt, and am asked to park on the side to wait for my food. "Can I get my card back?" "Oh, sorry" I pull around to the side where I see the 2 cars that were ahead of me waiting. Whatever. It happens.. I wait for a total of 20 minutes. The 2 in front of me received their food and left. There were 2 cars behind me that received their food and left. On her way back in she asked what I was waiting on, so I showed her the receipt. Mind you it was not a large order. 2 combos and 2 individual sandwiches. More time goes by.. I went inside to find out what was going on. She was on her way out with more food and handed it to me. I get in my truck and look at it. It wasn't mine. I get back out to tell her it's wrong. She hands it to the car next to me. I ask for my money back. The car next to me says it's missing things. She takes care of the car that was 4 cars behind me before getting me my refund. She said they were swamped. There were 2 people in front of me, and one took 10 minutes to order. Couldn't catch up with that big of a break in the drive-thru line? When I went inside, there was a couple seated and eating their food. 2 people were standing waiting on the food they had ordered. I have worked in fast food and restaurants. This was hardly what I would consider swamped. Needless to say, I will never return to this location.
i will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this jack in the box it’s a complete JOKE!! customer service is always SO RUDE!! don’t even bother going through the drive thru they always make you pull to the side even if you just ordered one simple item. not to mention i got a mobile order, i had 4 tacos missing and chicken sandwiches with everything on them when i asked for plain.
Horrible experience. The woman couldn’t understand us at the speaker box despite repeating multiple times. Asked for a hot coffee with 6 cream and they gave us an iced vanilla coffee. Asked for secret sauce and got hot sauce. Asked for a diet dr pepper and got a diet coke

Ridiculously horrible experience. 10 minutes after ordering, we were told it would be 20 minutes for the curly fries that we ordered, and would we like regular fries instead? We were in a hurry, so we said sure, even though we had been up charged for the curly fries and no refund was offered. When we finally received our order, the salad had fried instead of grilled chocked (which I had very clearly ordered). The same guy who took my order said “Oh we don’t have grilled chicken.” I told him, wish he’d told me that when I ordered grilled chicken. I would have ordered something different. $22 for fast food and none of our order was correct. The person in front of us had the same experience, and the “manager” would t even give him an extra ranch after his entire order was wrong. The worst part was, none of the staff seemed to care one bit. Sure do wish we’d chosen one of the other fast food venues in this complex. Would love to get my money back…
I placed my order in the mobile app around 20:50. The app stated my food would be ready in 6-7 minutes, so I left and arrived at the location at 21:00. Upon arriving I waited to speak to someone for approx 5 minutes, no big deal, but then when I did speak to them to let them know I had a mobile order nothing happened. They kept serving drive through customers, and I was told at 21:15 they were getting to mine. This order was for one burger, two fries, two shakes, and 4 tacos. The excuse for the burger taking so long was it was a "special order" (no mayo, add lettuce). When the young african american man with glasses got around to getting my fries together, he dropped an entire stack of fry holders on the floor, which was filthy, and proceeded to make my shakes, pick the fry containers up off the ground and fill them with my families' fries, tip over one of the shakes and add more whip topping to attempt to cover it up, then began placing stickers on the bags. A manager came out to take a couple's order because they had been there so long, then after completely finishing with them she asked me what she could help me with. I asked her to please help the guy put the sticker on the bags, because at this point he's been focusing on the task for several minutes. She did, and I told her about the fry holder incident. She was apologetic and asked if I wanted replacements and I told her at that point I just wanted to get out of there immediately, just to throw them away to protect the other customers. After coming home we fed our dogs the freezing cold food and threw away the completely melted shakes. Terrible experience.
I ordered at the drive thru and was told to park and they would bring out the food. 30 min later no food came out. I had to go inside to get it. Staff was not apologetic. They forgot and didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Food was no longer hot.
Horrible customer service! If I could I wouldn’t even put a star at all but that’s the only way I can put a review! I got home and only live less than 5 mins away and my food was cold and my large fries were not even full! Went to complain to the manager, which his name was James, and he said he couldn’t refund the money or even replace my fries! They didn’t give me a receipt and I know they can print one out and he didn’t want to, he said I had to bring the original copy! He was being really rude and yelling at us, the customers! Even another customer had been waiting there for more than 20mins to order and left because they didn’t assist him! I don’t recommend going to the Jack in the box at all!
4 of the last 6 times I tried to come by in the early am they were open but would have a cone blocking drive thru, or tell you they are “not taking orders”, or “only taking pick up orders” (and I thought all drove thru orders were pick up!). If you can’t be counted on to serve food then people won’t waste time trying to do business with you.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience at one of your locations. I visited your establishment specifically to order your signature tacos—a staple item on your menu and a long-standing favorite of your customer base. To my surprise and frustration, I was informed that the tacos were not available because they were still frozen and not ready to serve. This is unacceptable. Your restaurants advertise these tacos as a 24/7 item, and yet, I was turned away without the very thing that brought me there. If your team cannot maintain stock or preparation standards for one of your core items, it reflects a failure of basic operational readiness. As a paying customer, I expect better. I’m not writing simply because I missed out on a snack—I’m writing because this speaks to a broader issue of poor planning and quality control. If your kitchen staff cannot keep frozen inventory ready for service, then someone at the management level is failing to meet the most basic expectations. You need to address this with urgency. Either commit to having core items available as advertised or change your messaging. But don’t pretend that “we’re out” or “they’re frozen” is an acceptable excuse. It’s not. I hope this concern is taken seriously. Your customers notice.
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in fast food. Had to repeat the order 6 times into the speaker, then waited for 15 minutes in the lane. Only to have my food half tossed at me. Had to ask for the drink on my order to have the lady sigh at me then slam the window. Only to come back open it and yell "What" at me as I ask for my drink on my order. The window then slams again and I'm given the wrong size drink and not even a chance to say it's the wrong size. I've been at this location many times before and everything was perfect in not sure what has happened recently to change this.
I ordered food from this location for the first time and got an ultimatum breakfast sandwich meal. The first bite I tasted something rancid. Upon inspection the eggs hard dark green areas on both. I have no idea how this would occur but it was disgusting! I eat this from the Lewisville location weekly and never had an issue. I'll never eat at the Corinth location again.
The wait times are completely horrible! It’s a fast food restaurant and the wait is minimum 20 mins to just even order! See the pic below the car was waiting to order for more than 15 mins! Not only that after 20 mins of waiting to even get to the speaker, i get greeted by someone saying: at the moment we are not allowed to take orders, i said why? She said bc there is only 2 people here and im a minor and im not allowed to touch the grill!!!!!! Omg just freaking close then!!!!!! Horrible
I hardly ever have any issues with this store. Tonight was an exception. I sat in the line for 20 minutes between 10:30 and 11pm after a very hard day at work. When I got home, I was so disappointed with my order. 4 tacos and 1 eggroll, with the eggroll being the only thing I ate. The 4 tacos were hopeless. No lettuce on any of them, shells over cooked and cheese on only one. Oh, and look at #2...NOTHING but the shell. Cook needs some lessons!
