Wasn’t super happy with my wings. WingStop to about to stop receiving my business. They were really dried out and hard to eat. The alarm wings were fine but the other lemon pepper and the original hot were just like cardboard. Staff was nice and greeted me but that’s the only positive e I have to report.

We ordered again from this WingStop and this happened again. We received our food and we DID NOT GET 2 ORDERS OF VEGGIE STICKS. Also our whole order was stuffed into one bag and the large ranch that we paid for, due to it being crammed into the bag, half had spilled into the bottom of the bag. We also requested WELL DONE on both the chicken and fries....but it was not AGAIN. So we had to clean everything else before we could eat. Do bags actually cost that much...? I would rather get my food CORRECT and in good order, than to have it all stuffed into one bag. Use more bags, get more satisfied customers. MGMT: Please talk to your workers and express to them that dissatisfied customers will leave unfavorable reviews, which in turn will lose you customers. Just saying.

I’ve always loved Wingstop — the wings were absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly with great flavor. However, I’m really disappointed that they switched from fresh-cut fries to frozen fries. The fresh fries used to set them apart and were one of the main reasons I ordered regularly. The frozen fries just don’t compare in taste or quality, and unfortunately, it’s enough to make me think twice about ordering from them again. Please bring back the fresh-cut fries — they made all the difference! -3 stars for frozen fries.

I’ve always had positive experiences at Wingstop Corinth location, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I ordered a 10-piece combo with extra hot sriracha rub seasoning. When we picked up the order, the chicken had a little rub on top and no rub on the bottom. My husband went back inside to politely show the issue and simply asked for extra rub on the side. Instead, a staff member dumped an excessive amount of seasoning directly onto the chicken, making it completely inedible. That response felt careless and unnecessary. This wasn’t about being difficult, just about receiving what was ordered and paid for. Unfortunately, the way it was handled turned a simple fix into a frustrating experience. I hope this was an off night, but it definitely fell short of the service we’ve come to expect.

Be careful when ordering either on DoorDash or take out make sure y’all get your correct order. I ordered my food on DoorDash and the dasher did her job correctly but WingStop didn’t. The bag said my name but they mixed up the order and put someone else’s order in my bag. After I called they told me they would SEND someone to drop off my meal because it was their fault. After a few minute I get another call telling me to come pick up my food since they couldn’t send someone to drop it off. I understand that they can only do so much but I spent $40+ on DoorDash just so they can pick up my order and drop it off and they first called saying they would send someone to drop it off. Alsoooo the wings don’t always have enough sauce on them so I have to spend more money on extra sauce bc it looks like they barely added any. If I wanted them plain I would’ve gotten plain!!! The workers were nice ig but can be incompetent.

The last 3 delivery orders have either been missing items or wrong flavors. Paid for delivery and and would still need to travel to the store to correct the problem. Staff is all kids with no quality control. May not order from this store again

I ordered WELL DONE traditional wings through Uber Eats and whoever is the cook at that restaurant on 2/25/26 should do everyone that enjoys WingStop and quit!!!!!! ASAP!! Under cooked TRASH!!!

So, this is about the 4th time this has happened.. I understand Delivery is through DoorDash.. They bring the wrong order, The Wingstop staff is great, and friendly when I call the store and tell them what happened …. So then I drive up there to pick up my order , and shits still wrong, when I get it home.. the weakest garlic Parmesan wings I have ever seen, and the Cajun dry rub is …. I dunno or wrong…. They promise refunds on the phone and then when you get to the store it’s, oh here’s your order…. I hate to be hateful, but it’s gotten pathetic

Feathered wings... again! I paid an extra $2.50 just to have all flats, then paid a $5 tip ahead of time on a $15 pick-up order, only to be fed freakin' feathers. I'm not talking a couple feathers. No, I'm talking lots of feathers on numerous wings. After I thoroughly plucked the wings, I still ended up with hard feather quills between my teeth after eating one wing. Completely lost my appetite and couldn't finish. This is the second time this has happened now. So shame on me, I guess. There won't be a third time. Goodbye Wingstop.

There used to be a crew team of Hispanic cooks and manager that kept us coming back with their outstanding customer service and fresh wings at this location. From the food to the way we were greeted. We haven’t been here in a while and after today we won’t be coming back . The customer service was horrible. The new crew is not at all like the one they once had. They got my sauces mixed up and instead of fixing it they decided to argue with me about it. They look miserable working here and it made me not want to ever come back. I’m not one to leave negative reviews although this one was necessary.

Ordered boneless meal deal. Cajun, korean spicy, atomic.... All items very ligthly saused. We expect more sause very unsatisified.
