I was charged for requesting 2 beer samples when the beer I ordered was not in stocks. When the waitress saw my face she said it was a "mistake" and removed it. Overall lackluster food quality and when I can prepare something better at home why would I pay your marked up prices. Disappointing and its easy to see why these chains are sinking faster than the Titanic.

Not what I expected! Although there were plenty of empty tables it took 30 minutes to be seated. Food was lukewarm like it had been sitting for a while before it was brought to the table. We kept having to look for any staff to refill drinks or check if anything else was needed. Restaurant floor had trash in multiple areas. Don't get me started on how dirty the restroom was!!

This was the most DIRTY bdubs I’ve ever been too. The table we were sat at wasn’t wiped down and I noticed that for the tables surrounding us. The food was HORRID. The fries had no potato what so ever in them. There’s food on the walls and in the cushions. It has a weird smell coming in like dirty moldy. I only gave it some stars for the customer service. The bathrooms were disgusting too just yuck. I won’t be back.

DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT. I’ve given this location a few tries now and it’s the same experience every time. No one is at take out counter and you wait 20-30 mins before someone assists you. It doesn’t matter if you pick up on time, early, or late your food will be cold. Hope new ownership takes over.

Went here to eat over the weekend food was ok and the service was ok as well but some of the ceiling came apart and fell into my son's food. It was very disgusting that it made us lose are appetite and we left right away after. Would not recommend eating at this location.

I'm currently waiting at the store on nov 16 8:50pm. I ordered online at 8:02. I arrived 8:20 where the email said it'll be ready. There was 0 workers when I arrived at takeout. I waited 10 minutes of standing at takeout for an employee to tell me "their still working on it". That was the last time I talked to him. At 8:30. It's been 20 minutes since I last saw him or any employe at that, no updates, no nothing. I already paid so I cant do anything but wait. This is definitely the last time I come to this location. It's a Sunday night. It's not even busy. Finally got my order at 8:54.

The restaurant is open till midnight however on a Monday night at 830pm we were told the dining area was closed and we could only seat at the bar. Since my 16 year old daughter was accompanying me we ended up walking away, if dining area close early they shouldn't advertise they are open till midnight

I’m truly shocked at how burnt our chicken dippers and wedge fries were. I didn’t expect the food to be exactly how the picture was, but wow, my husband and I are in disbelief at how anyone can serve us this, especially after waiting for 40min . If I can give 0 stars I would . I truly wished I would have taken a picture too, but we sent that right back. What makes it worse is that the server tried telling us the recipe changed. We’ve tried this location four times and each time, we are so disappointed. We tried to give it another chance and let’s just say we will never come here again. Their manager needs to focus on food quality check because there is no way they are serving this to people .

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order here for wings & fries. Major complaint was the fries were very old maybe refried not sure but they were pretty brown and very dry and tasted bad. Management said they would provide a full refund. One of the people I spoke to was Patty. I contacted them maybe 5 or 6 times. Each time they gave me another excuse and said the refund would go through. I think it’s been about 3 weeks maybe more and no refund. They pretty much just gave me the runaround. Wrote a complaint to Corporate over a week ago and still nothing. Will not support this business and I don’t recommend eating here and especially don’t order take out.

RUDE MANAGER (Hung up on me basically after explaining the situation, also took me about 3-4 times of telling him the situation before he understood) 66% of items were wrong on the order. Yet they want to blame the delivery company..... lol what a joke. Asked me to contact the delivery company to deal with it.... you guys realize this is your fault? Burger: Wrong Cheese, no sauce on burger Appetizer platter: No sauces what so ever Wings: Actually correct... crazy for an item to be correct

Ordered pickup, got home and wings had no sauce on them were super dry and no meat at all on them. Ordered large fries and looked like a regular size. Will be asking for refund, saddest bww order ever!!
