A lot of care and attention went into making a single burger and pizza for me here, and they were just about to close for the day. The drinks were very tasty and just looked cool, just like all the rest of the food. They made sure my order was picture perfect and made me feel right at home and for all those reasons I give this gourmet american burger bar 5 well deserved stars.

We always enjoy this location. Our server, Arianna (sp?), was so delightful this visit. VERY attentive without feeling smothered. Good prices, large portions-we always leave with left overs. This Red Robin is clean and the food is always good. I love the grilled chicken sandwiches, pretzel bites, and caesar salad.

Everything was good , if you order the fried pickles ask for extra napkins, ours where pretty greasy. I had the shrum burger and my wid wife had fish and chips. No pic of thr fried pickles.

Came in just after 1pm. for lunch and my birthday 🍔. No one was at the podium to seat customers. Another lady was there and said she had been there for 5 minutes and no one ever came. I walked to the bar area and asked if there was anyone seating customers. She stayed she was it, bartender, hostess, and server. She told me to sit anywhere. I had my order promptly taken, served, and checked on frequently during my stay. I ordered the avocado smashed burger wrapped in lettuce. It was very good.

I like the Shroom burger and the fish and chips. Recently discovered the pizza. First time, was not impressed. Second time, not bad. Third time, pretty good. Tastes great cold too.

Food was good here Had the cowboy burger very tasty. Prices are reasonable. They also have happy hour prices fir drinks. Staff was helpful and nice here. Very quiet place to relax and enjoy lunch the place is nicely decory. I gave it a four star because the restrooms didn't smell good maybe a sewer issue of the day other than that everything was good here.

We recently visited this restaurant looking forward to a nice meal, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed or simply uninterested. She barely checked in after taking our order, and we wait extended periods of time just to get our bottomless fry refills and drink refills—which never came without asking. Not like a 5 or 10 minute wait more like 20 when we were 1 of 3 people dining. When I asked a couple of simple questions about the menu and timing, she actually snapped at me twice, making us feel like we were bothering her. It was uncomfortable and disappointing, especially when dining out is supposed to be a pleasant experience.What really crossed the line, though, was at the end of the meal. She told my husband and me that if we were going to fill out the survey, we should only mark "highly satisfied" on everything—or not bother doing it at all. That kind of pressure and manipulation is unprofessional and not okay. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience made us feel unheard and disrespected.

Yeah, did not live up to expectations from the pictures. Buns not toasted, cheese not melted, a sprinkle of lettuce, a half slice of tomato. Mushy fries. Not the red robin I used to know. At least the promo was cheaper than a McDonald's meal, but still not worth ordering. I recommend you skip this and just go for a regular menu burger here.

The only Red Robin I've been to that DOES NOT do employee discounts. The manager on duty denied our employee discount even when presented with the employee number and proof. Pure laziness on the managers end. So 1 star for that.

Paid $20 a burger for premade burger patties that taste like they came from the Costco freezer section. Waited at the front desk until we just decided to sit ourselves at the bar...then waited almost 20 minutes to order.

Burger was mediocre. The garlic fries were not cooked all the way, very soggy. Server didn't care. Staff behind the bar, a black man with long dreads, was loud and unprofessional. As I was leaving I got a very sarcastic 'Have a good night' from our waitress. Will definitely not be going back. I have no idea how this place stays open for business.

I went here for lunch at noon and waited for 15 minutes just for the hostess. Then was seated near the bar and the bartender was our waiter, the poor guy was managing 15 tables and the bar by himself again this is at noon. After about 30 minutes without being able to order food, I left hungry and dissatisfied will never go back 😢
