We booked the Marietas Islands group tour with them at 10:00 AM. There were four of us, and the tour lasted three hours. The guide and captain were very attentive. The place is beautiful.

A great agency for tours to the Marietas Islands. You reserve via WhatsApp with a deposit, and the rest is paid upon arrival. The tour includes entrance to Lover's Beach, which is actually in the middle of the ocean—it's not just a view from afar. Highly recommended.

Our family of 4 took a tour yesterday. It was a smaller boat but perfectly safe and very enjoyable. Hugo guided us awesomely around the islands and showed us a few hidden spots. Always felt safe and adventurous. 100% would do this over traveling to larger places farther away. Contact via WhatsApp. They speak English well. Transferred deposit via Xoom and then pesos upon arrival. We ended up taking the local bus to the location because Uber was taking way too long to confirm.

The Marietas Islands experience with the most knowledgeable captain and guide we've ever seen. Entering Playa Amor (Love Beach) is dangerous, but with Jenny's help, we made it. This tour isn't recommended if you're inexperienced or prone to seasickness.

Excellent tour! The service was spectacular from the very beginning. We were assisted by Güera Carrillo, who was always attentive to every detail. The prices are very reasonable, as it's part of a local cooperative (it's always important to support local businesses). The tours are comprehensive, with a comfortable boat offering shade, drinks, a guide, and a captain. There were only two couples, so it was almost like a private tour. They answered all our questions about the places we visited. They made my experience in the Marietas Islands a truly memorable one. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended for the Marietas Islands tour! I contacted them even before arriving in Punta de Mita, and Güera Carrillo was in constant communication with me. The service was excellent; the guide and captain were very patient and explained everything as we passed by. The guide took the best photos you could possibly get on a tour. I live in CDMX. Before I visited to Punta de Mita, I had searched for many companies dealing with "Playa Escondida)". I wanted to see it in about 3 hours very concisely, the price to be under $150, and the meeting point to be close to where I was staying. This was the travel agency that met these three conditions. The order of the trip was to go snorkeling after looking around the rocks (?) near Marietta Island, and finally headed to 'playa del amor'. I had read the travel reviews before this tour, and people said it was very cold after swimming, so I brought a lot of clothes and blankets, but it was still very cold after snorkeling and swimming. Be sure to bring thick clothes! And I bought a waterproof bag in advance in order to take pictures with my cell phone, but the guide has already prepared a bag which safely take cell phones of travlers to the beach. So that travelers can swim comfortably without worrying about other things. Don't but a waterproof bag. Unlike other teams, our guide provides an environment where you can take individual photos, so I really like the photos taken at ' playa del amor. And for those who come late because they are tired from swimming, the guide bring them to the beach. He has really great swimming skills. So even if you can't swim well, you don't need to worry too much. I enjoyed this tour very much. I highly recommend Carrillo Tours^^

Very good organisation upfront, Señora Carillo answered all our questions and doubts. The tour guides were nice and funny. Only check the swells before you do the tour because the water was a bit turbulent which is not as good for snorkeling. The boat and the snorkeling equipment was high quality. All in all we had a great morning enjoying the aquarium :-)

A magical experience!!! Excellent tour!! The views are unbeatable! Güera Carrillo was incredibly welcoming, and our guide Hugo was very professional in leading us through the cave, choosing the best time to cross based on the tide, and arriving at the main beach, which is breathtaking, as are the blowhole, the coral reefs, the small beaches, and the other sites in the archipelago! Furthermore, Carrillo Tours is part of the Punta de Mita town tourism cooperative, so by choosing them, you're supporting the local economy and not the large tourist resorts. Without a doubt, the best choice!

Couldn't recommend this company enough. Excellent communication with them via FB messenger. They provided lots of details and were very flexible when we asked to change the date due to the weather. Crew on the boat were amazing. Took us to the hidden beach and helped us take photos, showed us other wildlife and parts of the Marietas Islands, offered us the chance to snorkel or look for whales (we saw loads!). It truly was an amazing day. 100% recommend Carrillo Tours. Muchas gracias!!

Muy amables la guía y el capitán. En todo momento te ayudan y estan al pendiente, pero siento que le dan preferencia a los extranjeros e igual para entrar a la isla, los de la guardia dejan pasar primero a los extranjeros. Me parece muy malinchista.
