I don't normally leave feedback if something wasn't right, but I did in regards to my cheese on 2 jumbo jack cheese burgers that came with no cheese . I was really looking forward to my burger with cheese because I just don't care for a burger without the cheese myself. After leaving feedback, my surprise I got a call from the DM Saturday, cool name by the way who apologized and fixed my issue. I thank you Saturday and Jack in the box employees for all your hard work!

They have fresh bread, grilled chicken sandwiches for healthy eating. Very reasonable prices. The customer service is very courteous and food is cooked to order. Very fresh. Their menu has both breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Restrooms are very clean. Close to hotels and right off of interstate.

I thought this place was closed because all the lights were out except for the menu lights. Glad I decided to try anyways because the other JIB in Corsicana had a line clear to the road almost and wasn't moving quickly. This one always seems to be less busy and the employee working the window last night was really really nice!

Aphrodites is a great worker! Zora is a great worker and manager! Jill is a great worker and shift leader! Everyone at this Jack in the Box has been nice to me and my family. They've all made sure we got what we paid for! Thank you!

I went threw on Sunday feb 26 2023 At about 12:17 pm. I’m not sure who made the tacos but they where bussin. Best I’ve ever had and would put Taco Bell into the ground. They where FAT. The bag was twice as heavy as I expected. 🤤🤤🤤

Great service and fresh food. My order is always a little different and, in some locations (including where I live), a source of aggravation for the order taker. This store didn't have any trouble understanding and properly completing my order. Thanks Jack in Corsicans, TX

The 3 girls just looked at us then turned their backs to us and started talking, so the guy running the drive thru was kind enough to take our order,even though he was busy. The bathrooms smelled like there was a dead body in the drainage system. It was absolutely sickening.

Staff was clearly having a day of being short staffed but those guys sure made the best of it! Positive attitudes no matter what and still delivered great customer service. There were 3 young men that I saw and all were polite and smiling. They apologized for delays but got everyone what they needed and the stress didn’t phase them at all. They kept a great attitude. Very good employees I would have hired any one of them on the spot after seeing that. You don’t find people like this anymore and it was great to see!

Came for 2 caramel creamachino's and 1 jumbo jack plain with cheese. Their ice cream machine was down. Leaving disappointed I'm never in town so this would've been the only time in awhile that I could've gotten a caramel creamachino. Smh. Update 11/05/2022 I went today and got a caramel creamachino after not having one for so so long and they came through with it, it’s so creamy and delicious I love it!

Came in late. Fries were hot but it was the cheesy fries (triple cheese I think) and they just put everything in the middle. Okay, had to try and stir everything in. Not an issue. Second burger meat (jumbo Jack) was old and you could tell. Still tasted decent though

The service was top-notch. Food was hot and served quickly. In and out in no time at all. If you are traveling and wants fast service this is the spot to stop.

This is one thing that I like about Jack in the Box. They serve breakfast all day long. I went there 3 times in the last four days. My order was not on the menu, but they made it for me every time. I had the bacon double cheeseburger and I had them customize it for me. I had them add 2 shell eggs , lettuce, tomato's onions and jalapenos., with mayo, Should have took a picture of it. I think it should be on the menu., any ways, it was GOOD . If you like eggs, you should try it! Years ago I used to manage a small restaurant, and because I made them for myself, I put them on the menu. I called it, CHEESE AND EGG BURGERS. Try One, you might like it. Just an opinion of one who likes to eat.

Typical jack n the crack... food was ok. Like it was pre cooked. Frys are the same at all the locations like the oil isn't changed but once a week. For the most part it's ok

Overall, not bad, about what I would expect. When relaying a complicated order for breakfast items at lunch, they missed one of the swaps (American cheese for swiss), but everything else in the order came out alright. Tasted good, and filled our bellies.

Very good Jack-in-the-box, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was served hot and quickly. We stopped in for an early morning breakfast and we were not disappointed. I would definitely recommend this Jack-in-the-box for a good meal.

The sourdough burger and curly fries or seasoned fries 🍟 is why we returned. The food is consistent at this Tyler location.

Trash food is trash, however this place does have a better selection than most burger places. The best way they can make it better is if their burgers had a little bit more meat to them.

Drove through very late and it looked closed but they were open. Just ordered fries and the season fries were perfect but the normal fries were obviously very old and very cold. Since we were just passing through it was pointless to call and complain.

There are those times when one must give in to the simpler, baser urges, when one hankers for cheap, low-quality food items that you just know are not good for you... Such as 2-for-a dollar taco, curly fries, or even a cheap chicken sandwich. Well, here's your place. Jack in the Box is the proof that there is a god for some people.

Used to eat this all the time, then moved away and don't have any franchise's near me. Not having any close, I thought I was missing out. Turns out I'm not. Food quality has gone down tremendously in the past few years, not at this location but company wide. Burger was terribly thin, hardly any meat. Meat to bread ratio was skewed waaaay too much in the favor of bread. I'm a carnivore, so this doesn't sit well with me. Cleaniness of the restaurant was good, no issues there. Employees were great and got the "food" out quickly and piping hot.

It's been a while since I have been to Jack in the Box, it's not as good as I remember, we got Supreme breakfast crossiants meal, maybe next time I will try burgers,or tacos, those have always been good.

Double smash burger was pretty good for a jack n the box, the fries were tasty. My wife had the salad with very crispy chicken on it. She was pleased. Really, it just needed cleaning.

If you want "fast" food, don't bother. At 10:30 at night, it took a while just to have my order taken at the drive thru. The burger was okay, but the curly fries left much to be desired.

I'm just going to assume it was an argument prior to my arrival..anyhow waited forever on the inside for someone to take our order, gave free drinks and fries for the wait, which was nice. But once we finally received our order the burgers were all wrong..

I ordered the bacon Swiss the coming through late Saturday night right after midnight, and the curly fries were hard, and the burger was very dry, hardly any sauce and no bacon. The lady at the window was nice.

I've ordered from here multiple times as its closer to my house but have been disappointed at the lack of effort on making sure the orders are correct. especially when they arent even that busy. just go to the one in town as these guys need more training on quality control.

Food was ok at best. One vanilla shake had black particles which could have been mold if the machine was not cleaned properly.

For the most part i dont eat fast food except for a cheat night once in a while. I stopped in last Friday night about 10:45 and ordered tacos. They were backed up around the building and it took almost fifteen minutes for them to check out five or six cars! Once you get in line at the Corsicana location (hwy 31) you cant leave if someone is behind you. Turns out they were short on staff and doing the best they could with a crew of 4 on Friday night. Tacos were still good but I'll just skip them next time and roll through McDonalds.

We tried this place twice & both times the food was wrong, bad, and the service wasn't great. No healthy vegetarian options whatsoever. They gave it a big face-lift & fancy lights, but it's just lipstick on a pig. Still gross.

I came here a while ago and we ordered food and paid, not a big deal. But once I got home, we saw that the chicken sandwich that we ordered wasn’t in the bag (they still charged us for it), and they didn’t give us straws either. We tried calling their number as well yet they don’t answer us at all. I believe the one that was attending us was called Adriana.

Dirty inside and they repeated order 4 times (wrong 3 times & we were at the counter, not at drive in thanks to God). Oh, we're on a road trip and stop for food and potty break and no t.p. in either of dirty stalls.I didn't trust the food so I stood n watched them cook. Yay, they used gloves.

I was thinking that all Jack in the box restaurants prep their food the same way, well hell no. These guys made a loaded taco meal, with no cheese and very bland. Spoiled my appetite that day for real.

Coming from FL, I stopped at Jack in the Box (JITB), after seeing what looked like a countless number of JITB stores. While my son was okay with the cheeseburger, even though cheese was so cold that it was not melted, I had chicken nuggets that tasted & looked like frozen grocery food. Curly fries were cold and overall, my experience was just sub-par. Service, however, was good, given the nice personality of the counter associate.

Service was super slow. Only person in line and it took two minutes to get someone to take my order. One person looked up at me five times before coming over. All I ordered was a shake and it took another 3-4 minutes to get that ready. All while I watched people standing around not directly helping customers. What should have been a quick couple minutes to get a shake took almost 10 minutes.

The drive thru lady was nice. My order was like this: Let me get a number 15 with a small Oreo shake Cashier: we don’t have curly fries, and just a little bit of regular fries. Me: make it a small size. Cashier: never mind we do have regular fries. But our shake machine is not working. Me: also need a sourdough combo with a large sweet tea Cashier: we don’t have large size drinks Me: make it a medium

We ordered our meal inside. Literally took us 45 min to get our food. After going to the counter and telling them to make it to go, we learned that they had forgotten about our order, and needed the receipt to input it again... Won't be going back. Drive through seemed to be functioning, but everyone that went inside shortly returned due to errors in their order. At least the food tasted decent.

9:30 in the morning the bathroom looked dirty with full trash cans yet the employee claimed she had just cleaned it this morning. No toilet paper in one of the stalls just set on top of the toilet paper holder instead of in the holder. Men's bathroom with a backed up urinal. Main floor in the restaurant look dirty chairs pushed out dirty tables clearly none of the trash cans had been empty when the business was opened in the morning or the night before and were overflowing. Tried to call the manager line to give a review and the voicemail was full and couldn't even leave a message. Told the manager wasn't there right now but she would let him know about the urinal. No one there but for employees when we came in. Definitely just showed signs of lack of caring for cleanliness

The girl was very rude when taking my order in the drive thru then pushed it in my face and shut the window without asking me if I wanted condiments. The tacos had almost no lettuce. Never again.

Just door dashed a order from them. I was missing a fry the shake machine broke and I couldn't get my shake. Then it took them a 1hour to cook are food all we had was two burgers. SMH.

Went to get a chicken teriyaki bowl combo. Didn't get a drink and no egg roll just the bowl but I got charged for a combo. So disappointing.

Seems like everytime we go through the drive thru it takes FOREVER to get to the window let alone get our food. Tacos are over cooked everytime we order them. It should not take us almost 30mins AFTER we order to get to the window & get our food in a drive thru of a fast food restaurant.. Tonight we finally got to the window & the girl apologized saying there was only TWO employees working.. Seems to be VERY understaffed.. Had there not been a vehicle behind us we would have backed out & left.. And yet again.. Our tacos were over cooked.. After multiple experiences like this at this Jack in the Box we won't be going back.

The outside lights were turned off so it made it look like they were closed i pull up to the ordering menu and was not greeted it took a while for someone to answer and when they did the guy was not very pleasant at all so I ordered my food drove up to the window and then they asked me what I had ordered! The guy didn't even put in my order so I had to wait even longer for my food which was incorrect! They told me to drive up into the front parking lot to wait for my food 😒 I was the only person there! Service was terrible food was wrong not going back!

Terrible experience here! Manager was so rude to her employee we got charged 6 times to our card after they said it was declined. When asked to speak to a manager she didn't want to come out! Food was good though.

I ordered chicken strips and got some little dessert. I made 20 calls and no one answered and no one called back. We do not live in Corsicana or I could have taken them back.

Very slow ...you will sit in the drive through for 20 min for a burger and fry.no cars in drive through. Then the food is cold when you get it .I've been to this location several times and its the same every time.

Asked for new tacos because they were burnt and tasted nasty got told they have new grease that burns things. No one offered to fix the problem or offer me a refund.

They open at 6 but are not ready to do business. I went by about 10 after 6 and the dining room was still dark and locked, went to the drive thru to order a shake and was told it would be about 10 min because they just turned the shake machine on.

IGNORE THIS LOCATION!!! First off no one greeted us at the drive through line we had to say "hello" 3 times before we got someone to help us and when they finally say something we could not hear them!! Also, while placing our order they were getting everything wrong, so we decided to just pull up to the window. When we pulled up they seemed very put out by us. We started going through the order and THEY STILL WERE DOING IT WRONG and when we asked what salad dressing they have they literally said BBQ sauce, sweet and sour sauce and ranch.... so we said salad dressing not dipping sauce, the girl got an attitude with us and said that is what they have (by the way who puts BBQ sauce on a grilled chicken salad??) After that we just left because we felt that they didn't want to work and we were putting them out. So we drove up the street to Whataburger where they didn't have any issues with our order and gave them our money. I really hope the owner takes a look at all these reviews and does something about there poor staff because they're not only losing customer but money. Like someone said in the review before mine it blows my mind that people that work and act that way feel like the deserve $15 an hour.

Drive thru was not a great experience. The lady at the window was friendly, NOT! We couldve gotten our coffee fixed while we waited for our food if we had been given our coffee, that is. The service at the Jack in the Box on 7th in Corsicana Tx sucks....went through the drive thru tonight....started giving my order and was told to hold....held for 6-7 min....said hello? and was told to hold again....they finally came back after 15 min total and copped attitude with me while taking my order....pulled up to the window and waited yet another 15 min too recieve my order which was only 12 tacos and an order of tiny tacos....when they handed me my order they practically shoved it through my window very roughly and closed the window before anything else could be said....I was just speechless....

No stars, but wouldn't let me post without. Got there about 10 minutes before closing time. They already locked the door and told us to go through drive thru. We asked for the manager and again was told to go through the drive thru. The lady also got an attitude with the person that opened the door for us. We went elsewhere.

The employee who waited on me was extremely rude. There's no excuse for poor service like that. I will not be going to this location anymore. I could go into more detail but no need to waste anymore of my time on this particular restaurant.

My friends and I felt sick after eating here. We didnt get our full order at first and the soda machine broke. For 30 plus minutes the soda machine was stuck running and we alerted the staff but they did nothing. The floor started to flood and there wasnt even a wet floor sign. Another customer tried to help by putting a mop bucket underneath.

So I just left Jack in the Box on 31 and beside 45 Here in Corsicana. It's 10:30pm and 4th of July and What Extremely bad experience. We were asking a question and the cashier mocked my husband. Of course I got angry and said something. So at the end I just said "I just want our food" like 6 times seriously no lie. But since they seem so freaking rude and careless about their customers if we get sick after eating the food, I know who to report!!

Went in to the lobby to feed my family after a long drive and the front register person said the Lobby was closed to do someone calling in. There were several families in the dinning room eating and was very unprofessional!! Will never be returning.

I’m currently in line at drive thru and I’ve been waiting going on 40 minutes already… and I call the phone number and no one answers and I’m stuck with cars in front and behind me. RIDICULOUS….

The worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever! Waited at the outdoor service line speaker for 20 minutes. Never could get a response on the delays. We spent 35 minutes in the line overall. We finally gave up and left without ordering In the past I have always received quality service at other Jack in the Box. restaurants. So I hope the corporate office will take a serious look at this and take appropriate action!

Came in too order food. The drive thru line was super long and with it being Christmas Eve I can understand why. But that's not even what I COMPLETELY DISLIKED about the service. Before ordering food I went too the rest room and the women's bathroom smelled really bad and had tolite paper ALL over the bath room stall. I went too the front counter too order food and ended up standing there for 30 mins waiting on someone too take my order even though there were 6 or 7 employees working. After waiting for 30 mins for someone too take my order the cashier finally come too take my order. I ordered my food asked for mayo on the way on one burger and no tomatoes and ended up with ketchup and mayo with tomatoes on that. ordered sausage and cheese busy with no egg and ended up with egg and no cheese I ordered 4 drinks and she only handed me 2 cups too start off with then ordered ONE ultimate cheese burger and two large curly fries and she charged me for two. This is DIFFENTLY NOT the kind of coustmer service that I call good coustmer service. I have worked in fast food and I understand that on nights like tonight that they get busy but NO MATTER WHAT you should ALWAYS have great coustmer service!!!! I DIFFENTLY WONT BE COMING BACK TOO THIS JACK IN THE BOX after my order being messed up and spending almost 50 dollars

Guess this place is getting low on funds or good customer service and simple problem solving skills. Got food for 6 people and when i asked for more than 5 packets of ketchup i was told the people behind me wont get any. Glad to know the people in the car behind us are more deserving.

Cant forget the time they put ice in my drink after ordering no ice at the speaker, the owner got mad and told me to buy another drink to have it remade then called the cops on me and told me to leave because I didn't want to leave without my paid for food, when I checked the receipt it said no ice. Horrible owner tell me it's a franchise and they don't have corporate rules.

Not rating the food. We ate there a few months back and it was good. We went in this morning and used the restroom before we were going to order. The rest rooms were nasty and you could tell they were not cleaned before closing the night before. The tiolets were yellow. When we were going to order the floors and dining tables were dirty. Needless to say we left. Very disappointed. :(

This is the one on Adams and 3rd street. The staff was rude and ignored us for 10 minutes before we actually talked to someone. Manager put her bare hands into raw potatoes and then the lettuce. One of my guests food was made wrong and we had to get it remade not once but twice. How hard is it to NOT put pickles on anything. I ordered the bacon cheese fries... Disgusting! The cheese was slimy, the fries seemed microwaved, very dry and just gross. I will never eat at this place again. So sad that people want $15 to make an incorrect order and be nasty. No thank you.

The added a Carmel iced coffee boba. tBoba. ordered a #22 for myself. I asked if I could replace the drink for an extra hashbrown, they said computer wouldn't let em so I was charged 10 bucks for the 22. ok thats fine I can deal. BUT THEN, I get my stuff and no drink was given to me. wheres my.rootbeer. he said the computer didn't charge me.for the root beer and put the iced coffee in its place. BUT I DIDNT ASK FOR THAT.!!! I wanted a root beer now the6 wanted me to pay 3 dollars more for a rootbeer. We ordered 80 bucks worth of food and had to park to wait, the girl brought it out and we asked her to please wait while we checked the order and the girl rolled her eyes at us. We said there was no reason to roll your eyes and she did it again. Won’t be coming back here again, Jack In The Box hire employees who are respectful not complete and disrespectful jerks.

I went there before heading to work spent almost &18, all my tacos were burnt and very greasy. The soda was flat. I called because I was headed to work and couldn’t turn back around, so I called and no one answered. I made it work but my meal was not was expected being I’ve been to Jack in The Box before and my food was fine, the appearance of the tacos looked old and refried. I don’t want to risk a stomach virus from eating old food. So when going to this location check your bag before leaving and if the wrapper is soaked in grease please get a refund or asked for it to be made fresh. I didn’t know I had to ask for it to be fresh to get food that want cause me to be ill. Yea I want my money back so I can go somewhere I get fresh food like Whataburger. Come on now 2 bucks a taco over 8 bucks and all of it was burnt, low key mad. But it’s cool I won’t be returning for nothing but the money I spent today on food you should’ve trashed.

I gave you 1 star just because I had to rate you in order to give my review. Although it seems from the other reviews not much is being done about a lot of the nonsense that goes on here at this location. I stopped here yesterday and stood in line for 10 to 15 minutes. When it was finally time for me to order (OR SO I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO ORDER) I was told they were not taking orders at the moment. I didn't know what was going on. I asked,"So are you telling me to wait, are you closed or what do you mean?" The person said," We are not taking any orders for at least 1/2 an hour." I just drove off in shock. I had never experienced that at a fast food place. My son told me that he and his dad had the same experience about 2 weeks before. Won't bother stopping there again...
