I myself don't do McDonald's, but my grandchildren love it because they can eat and play. I always have a salad with the crispy chicken, always good. The kids they get get nuggets or burgers. Always good. Service is great. The place is always clean. I also noticed here recently they have a person or two walking around the dining room making sure everyone dining in is doing ok with their food and making sure they don't need anything else...that's always good. Playground looked clean also. 😊

Great place to stop, eat and take a break. Fast service, clean facility, kids indoor play area that even has a small dog park outside. Restrooms we both men and women's were clean. There are 2 kiosks to order from and servers at the counter to order from as well. My family stopped in around noon and it was packed, took a few minutes to order and maybe 5 minutes for the food to be delivered to our table. 3 happy meals and 2 burger meals all correct and served with a smile.

My daughter went in to get the food we were on our way out of town so I don't know how the service atmosphere was. But the food and fries and drinks were great!

Look McDonald's normaly sucks but this location honestly impressed us we stopped here on a Saturday around 5ish and the girl taking our order was clear and she didn't have to ask us to repeatedly say our order and when we got our food everything was hot and fresh I'm very happy with this location I wish they were all like this!

It was excellent. When you are on the road for a long journey and you are very tired and have a group of hungry people, you need a good meal. Well, McDonald's was the perfect place to stop. It hit the spot, and it was hot, fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant as well, and they seemed eager to please, which right now is highly unusual. I was so dog-tired and hot and didn't really care much about eating, but I knew I had to do I didn't get sick later. Then I smelled the food, that was all it took, and then it was like, hello McDonald's, I remember you now. It was so very good. So, next time you're on the road stop and give them a try, it really is worth it.

The playground was nicely maintained and the light tables were cool for the kids to play with.

I was super impressed with the drive thru. I initially thought this was going to be a disaster woth so many cats in love but NOPE! They got our order quickly and got it right!!! I always have a million request for my food and they got it right the first time. Food was hot and taste great!!

Typically I would not review a McDonald's but this was by far the cleanest I have ever seen by far. Every single employee had a smile on their face and looked happy to be there. Props to the management team and keep doing what you're doing.

The food was the best I have ever had at a McDonald's before. All of my food was FRESH. Everything was hot. That is the way I want my food at a fast food restaurant. The employee's were very friendly and polite. We went through the drive thru around 9:45 pm on July 11, 2021. This store earned every bit of those 5 stars I gave them. My whole family praised at what a different experience it was from the McDonald's here in Gun Barrel City. Our McDonald's could take some notes on how things should be. This McDonald’s is 5 star all the way, they pretty much always do things right, they’re almost always very nice, and we all know that all McDonald’s are not created equal. Some just do a much better job on the food than others. And this is one of those McDonald’s that always makes the food the right way where it tastes the best. Great job.

A nice, clean and spacious McDonald on our way from Houston to Dallas, I45, exit 231. The best part is their doggie park. Your best friend can stretch too. Love it!

Awesome location with FENCED DOG PARK. Only one block West of I-45, my dogs were thrilled! Clean, spacious, and nice inside, with a large parking lot. This will be a regular stop from now on since I make this trip often. I wish there were more places like this!

I would not normally give a McDonald's 5 stars but in this case this store deserves it. When we visited today they were busy but the staff were quick and very helpful, the food was hot the coffee fresh, the store was clean and a very large playground for the children which all the children seemed to love. I wish all McDonald's were like this

Pulled up drive thru ordered and waited a few minutes longer than normal. Grabbed double QP and left. Got to hotel across the highway. Burger was hot, fresh off grill and not under sun lamp for 10 minutes. Bun was soft and not too much catsup. Great job, a Lil patience from customer may ultimately get you a better burger.

I am not normally a big fan of McDonald’s but this McDonald’s seating area was very nice clean and organized, the employees were well dressed, clean and groomed. The general manager was super nice and offered us desserts if we did the survey on the receipt. Very kind and accommodating to my children and I really appreciated this location. I would definitely recommend.

What a cool design. The restaurant is set up for large groups or large families. Lots of different seating options. They have two TVs to catch up on the local weather & news and national news. The indoor playground is big as well with TV playing cartoons. My grandson loved it. The food order was correct and hot. The employees were friendly and helpful.

This is a newer McDonald's. It is very clean and the employees are very helpful. They were a lot of customers in the place. I will only eat breakfast at McDonald's, I do t particularly like their hamburgers, but I love those French fries, baby. The one thing that struck me odd is that there was a sign that said you only had 30 minutes to eat your food. After that, they considered you loitering. I've never seen that before. It was not a bad experience at all. God bless 🙌

Over 3 years every time I drive to Houston, TX from Oklahoma, this is the only place I stop by to take a break from driving. Since the first visit, flavor, quality of service, freshness ane cleanliness of this specific McDonald's restaurant is amazes me. New addition of the high end technology ordering kiosks and emploees appearance adds more elegance, latest renovations also make it looks high standard place. It is so hard to believe but consistency of the service kept on high level in this specific spot. This specific McDonald's branch and its employees deserves an award for sure... Keep up the good hard work please.

Been here alot. Mostly drive thru. 98% of the time they've been great. Always been fast and professional. The only issue I ever had was trying to order breakfast at 10am and was told they're not service breakfast. Which breakfast doesn't end till 1030am I seen more than 1 mad customer drive away over that. The menu was literally breakfast and you're saying we dont serve breakfast now. The girl had a snooty attitude. There are plenty of people who can take your place so always remember that. Other that her, all the other staff and orders have been great.

I liked the new building, but the parking lot was not complete when I went. The parking is partially parallel?? Not sure how that was suppose to work. The play place was excellent and my son didn't want to leave. Service was friendly and efficient. Will go back for sure.

Arrive at 5:57am and she made us wait three more minutes before open the lobby for breakfast letting us know exactly how important we are. The food is standard Mcdonald's fare as you would expect and they didn't do anything bad or wrong. The restaurant is very clean. I don't really care for the new digital menu boards that most have and it's hard to find items outside of value meals. The restrooms are awesome! It's difficult to rate any Mcdonald's location 5 stars, but this one is not bad at all.

Probably the cleanest McDonald's I've been in anywhere in Texas. It was almost 6pm and getting busy. I first went to the washroom and was happy it was clean... Although they have NO PAPER TOWELS to open the door with... Everytime my family and I visit McD's on the East side of corsicana our order is all messed up. The last time I got frustrated and stated in front of the Manager while the server was taking our order "Our order better be correct this time." If it hadnt been we would have never returned to that particular Micky D's!

Drive thru service was a bit slow. Food was hot and fresh. It was very nice of the young lady to ask me what kind of sauce I wanted for my chicken. It would have been even nicer if they had actually put it in the bag.

So a manager named Victoria straight up lied about being able to pull up a mobile order, when I asked for her name she looked straight at me and walked off. Thank Goodness For Another Manager Named Tiara, she was able to find the order RIGHT AWAY! Idk where she got trained but customer service 101 definitely needs to be addressed. Your not the only manager on shift, if you don’t know ASK, don’t Lie to your customers. I will also say the 3rd manager I noticed Bobbie, I believe, was very nice as well. I absolutely love this McDonald’s, the food here is always hot and fresh. I’ll drive out of my way to this location just because the food is better. BUT the customer service by some of the cashiers could use some work. I understand some people have a bad day, but straight attitude is just uncalled for and results in a bad experience overall.

Very clean, friendly; sun coming in windows is BLINDING in kid’s section and there isn’t a way to block it. Sunset is straight in your face. Usually, they’d have roller shades to pull down in restaurants, but none here. Every single table in this area was in full sun during sunset. Easy fix - please fix it!

Drive thru for 2 egg mcmuffins. I dont understand why staff seems so uninterested in doing their job. Placed an order on the app to pick up through drive thru. In my order of large French fries no salt and 40 chicken nugget order was disappointing. I was asked to pull up and wait for my fries no salt only to receive cold soggy fries that we all know are nasty. To top it off the 40 nuggets were no better. Barely warm, chicken dry with a soggy crust. The sandwiches I ordered were good but overall left with a bad taste for this McDonald's.

MCD by I-45 and 31 has some issues. Some employees are great! But I feel management needs to be trained. Too many mistakes on orders, even online orders. I go because it's convenient. Have to always check my order.

8/21/23 This was our first time at this McDonald’s and we will probably not return. The food was fresh and hot which is good. However, after paying we go to the next window to receive our order and wait for about a minute. We don’t see any employees so we proceed to the next window and don’t see anyone either. Then, the customer behind us gets their order followed by finally getting ours at the last window. We thank the employee and she gives us rude look followed by an “uh, huh.” That was uncalled for and disrespectful. We won’t return to this location.

We ordered 2 medium chocolate shakes with nothing on them. Repeat no whipped cream. Sat at 1st windows for few minutes being ignored from girl standing there talking to other people.finally got someone else's attention and she was snotty when I asked here if we were at correct window. So we move down to 2nd windows and wait. 3 cars got their orders and left from window 1 before some one showed up in window 2. And it had wipped cream on top. And no straws. We had a late dinner after attending a baby shower nearby. I can't tell you the last time I ate at a McDonalds but omgosh the quality of the burgers have really gone down. I had the double quarter pounder and the meat patty tasted funny. Someone else had the chicken stripe, and my daughters had nuggets and a chicken sandwich. All of us got sick to our stomachs about an hour after we ate.

This is the case every time we come here. For what they charge, it would be nice to actually get a full container. Doesn't have to be overstuffed. Just filled. Also they close for business for 1.5 - 2 hours every single night claiming to be updating their system. How is it that all of the other mcdonalds in the entire world manage to update their systems while remaining open. Their hours say they are open. The drive through sign is on and says open, yet they come over the speaker and tell you they can't serve you because their system is updating. Every single night. Went through last night ordered my child his food and then had to sit at the window for nearly 5 minutes just to try to pay. He was very rude! As I was handing the money to him, in a snappy tone told me they couldn't take cash because they can't make change. Then as I told him nevermind we will go elsewhere, he rolled his said really and slammed the window. Never have I had to deal with such rudeness or been told we can't take cash. Maybe if they would tell the customer at the drive thru speaker it could have saved some time. I will never go back there to deal with disrespectful people.

If you require more than 1 packet of bbq sauce for 6 chicken nuggets you might want to go some where else. We spent $35 for our family of 4 and was told if we wanted another one we had to pay more. I'm not cheap but that's excessive. The new McDonald's didn't make me pay extra when I ordered a 4 piece.

My husband and I went around 11:30 pm and ordered a #2 large with a Dr pepper and a 6 piece chicken nugget. The guy took our order 3 times before he got it right (there was not any modifications except to have it up sized to large). We pull up to the window and was given a medium Dr pepper. We did not drink any of it, as we were going to tell the lady it was wrong. After waiting for almost 13 minutes....yes 13 minutes!!! , the window opened with another employee. We politely explained to her how our order was wrong. She jerked the bag back through the window and very rudely asked "Let me guess, your drink was wrong too?". This Mc Donald's has been terrible about getting our order correct anytime we have been in here. We will not recommend it to anyone. The people working there are just down right rude and act like YOU are an inconvenience.

Yesterday, Sunday July 30th 2023. I placed a breakfast order at around 10:20AM, and as soon as I get to the McDonald’s to pick it up. I was notified via email that my order was canceled. NEVER placing orders or consuming from there ever again.

At the drive thru I was told that the system was updating and needed to wait 30 to 40 minutes so they can take orders again. After I waited the 40 minutes I went back to the drive thru and asked if they were taking orders now but they said it would still be 30 to 40 minutes. Either the staff is lazy and making up excuses or they need to get a better system

Dined inside, the $10 an hour staff was extremely rude and got my order wrong and didn’t want to fix the situation. Stay clear.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst service ever. Every time. Idk why we went back... only because it's so close to our house. Very rude staff. They can't ever get an order right. Overcharged multiple times on a combo meal... they charged for each individual item. We won't be going back. Braums is further, but never a problem there, and the food is much better.

ALL of the people were rude. Most importantly the managers. The service was rushed which is why they didn’t pay attention to detail. I had to go inside the restaurant where I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted. When I asked to have another coffee made, the manager told me to throw away the coffee myself. When she made the other coffee she didn’t hand it to me directly, she just put it on the counter without saying anything and walked away ignoring me asking for straws that they didn’t provide at the drive thru. This is the most horrible place I’ve been to. The people here do NOT represent your company well. 1 person would’ve been okay. Maybe they were having a bad morning, but 3-4 people rushing with the same HORRIBLE attitude makes McDonald’s TRASH.

They always seem to have systems issues at night it never fails. I think the overnight crew just doesn’t want to work. Tonight they wanted to lie and say because of the rain yet it didn’t even rain that hard. I’m sure tomorrow if the same people are working it will be another issue.

Didn't tell me what window to drive to to pick up my order, employee had no clue on how to help with that issue as I missed my order and could not back up in vehicle line. Went in to procure order which was remade. Fries lukewarm, fish sandwich seriously tasted like lake bottom. Never before had a bad fish filled sandwich at a Mc Donald's.

Stopped for unsweetened ice tea in the drive through. I was given sweetened tea. Went inside to resolve this issue and found out there was no unsweetened tea ready. The tea that I was finally given was extremely bitter. I think it was an early pull from the brewing process. One more McDonalds to cross off on the Dallas to Houston run.

We're in Texas. Biscuits and Gravy is a Texas Standard. Can't believe they don't serve it anymore. When You talk to a Customer provide what the Customer is asking for. Not what You want the Customer to ask for. I like Biscuits and Gravy in the morning. Coffee is always good at McDonald's. That's what you got the one star for. And one more... Gravy is a beverage in Texas.

I go to a lot of McDonald's and we usually get great fast service, however at this particular store service was kinda rude,and very slow. We were asked to pull up and wait for the french fries and I thought no problem fresh fries, well we waited 18 minutes, 10 cars went through drive through after us, I hardly believe none of them ordered fries. So about the time we were about to go in and ask for a refund they finally came out with our order and I was in a hurry so I just said thank you and left. The kicker was the fries were old and cold! So was my sausage biscuit literally cold! Will not be using this McDonald's again, this was not our first bad experience at this particular store.

12 AM - 4AM you will pretty much always get the "The system is updating, we can't take any payments" excuse. Otherwise, the food is fine, but the clear lying at those times makes me not want to go there.

So I’m at McDonald’s celebrating my son’s birthday and while I’m waiting to be assisted one of the managers working the fry station and her colleagues are standing taking pictures. Now the cashier Isabella was wonderful the whole time I’ve been here but she was helping a customer in line while I was waiting by the area they drop off food. And afterwards she helped out but the other two were just standing there doing nothing.

McDonald's is McDonald's. I was craving a hot fudge sundae with nuts. They had the sundae but they stopped having nuts because people are allergic. I think the order taker was doing the best they could but some of us aren't allergic.

Called twice to notify them that they have human feces in their play place slide only to be hung up on twice. Noticed the feces on my son when I got him in his car seat. Next call is to corporate and the health inspector.

First McDonald's I've been to in a long time...and now I remember why. The tables were all dirty, even though they said clean. The table labeled as dirty was the cleanest one. Every item ordered was made wrong. We were supposed to be to-go, but checking and getting the food fixed took so long we ate there. When we brought up the wrong items to the counter to be fixed the lady was snippy and eye-rolling the whole time. Not worth the time or money!

Food is fine, the play area is good, but the refill policy (1 refill per customer per visit, with self-service soda machines, making it unenforceable except in extreme cases) is ridiculous.

When you're ordering from McDonald's online ordering systems and it's an issue, make sure you are double checking to see if you're actually getting refunded. McDonald's CORSICANA I45 and 31 I 45 and HWY 31 CORSICANA, TX 75110 has lied to me twice and said they don't have an order for me, process my order through as if I picked it up, lie to say nothing shows up, and charge my card. You ask to speak to a mamager they act dumb refuse to give their name (even though I found it out Francis), refuse to give corporate or owners information even though they have it posted. When I call their owners they refuse to answer their phone. I had to file a dispute with my bank TWICE. The only reason I got my money back is because I called corporate. I didnt want to take it to social media, but TWICE at the same location is crazy work. So if you ever in Corsicana, go to the other McDonalds not this one by the Jeep dealership because they're on some shady mess....

Absolutely terrible experience. My one-year-old and I both got sick after eating McChickens from here. We were throwing up and felt horrible, and it was really scary seeing my baby that sick. Food safety should be the bare minimum, and this place completely failed. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend anyone else eating here either.

Ordered 2 simple ice-creams & 1 ice coffee thru doordash. Leave it to McDonald's to only make 1 correct ice-cream, mess 1 up and not make the 3rd one, then they don't answer the phone. I see y they have 3.9 star average. Maybe 1 star could help.

Placed an order on the app yesterday and for some reason, the attendant on the drive thru/first window said to go ahead. Lady at the second window said that I needed to reorder at the drive thru so I left. In my head, it didn’t make sense why I would need to reorder my food when I already paid for it on the app. Other locations/fast food joints never do this. Went in the morning, talked to the manager showed proof of the order, proof of funds being taken out. I get there and said I talked to the manager in the morning about my order that I didn’t get/was told to reorder. She asked when I can come and get it. I told her tonight(11/16/25). She said it was fine and left a note in her notebook. Took 30 minutes just to get my food. I got there at 10:55. Spoke to a lady at the drive thru she said she would need to confirm it and since it was busy. It would take a bit. I said ok. Told the lady at the first window she said she would tell the lady upfront. I spoke to the lady at the second window and said she would need to verify and said to pull up to the third window. After 10-15 minutes of waiting after speaking to her, she brings out the notebook tries to argue that I spoke to the manager in the morning and assumed it was due to breakfast. I told her 2 times my name. At the second window, I told the drive thru attendant my name and the lady at the first window my name. 4 times. 4 times I said my name and the lady with the notebook said a different name. Was it on purpose? I don’t know but it sure made me upset. I don’t know if communication is lacking in there but man it has been back-to-back days with bad service(morning was great). As someone who used to work at fast food, this is common. If we mess up and a customer complains about something we didn’t do right we try to fix it, especially if an order was given/made wrong. We do our best to make it right. In my case, miscommunication from McDonalds. If a name is given and said to talked to a manger, we check and verify with our notebook. Check with the manger that they spoke to that was on the shift. We ring up the order and hand the food out when ready.

I made and order of coffe with breakfast, they didnt ring it up , let it slide, i didn’t get ranch with my order of 10 nuggets and nugget happy meal, i asked for extra ranch and got an attitude from the window girl, then she give me one single ranch. Terrible terrible service

The place is always dirty. Trash on the table that customers just walked out without disposing of trash. Employee cursing out loud. Food tastes fine. Just a horrible atmosphere. Won't take my kids there even though they are one of the few McDonald's left with a playground.

Got the 2 C combo, which is the quarter pound with cheese and got home. They never took the paper off the beef Patty. I have all kinds of pictures. And it of disgusting. If I knew how to post pictures i would. I called there manager's name was m. A she said and she said I'm sorry, and that's it. No, anything I can do for you or anything. I'm sorry, enjoy your paper. And the kicker is they put the cheese over the paper so they had to of saw the paper and knew about it. Neglect

This McDonald’s does a lot of travel traffic. From the outside looks great and updated so we stopped Ewe bad choice I’ve never been so grossed out by a McDonald’s. The play area seats are torn up and didn’t look clean at all. Whole area looked neglected. In the play area two drinks had been spilled and no one seemed to care. Well lit and lots of space in the eating are. Staff were as expected. Bathroom? Disgusting. I’m not a germaphobe but I lined the toilet with two layers of toilet paper and wish I could have stood to pee. I changed my toddler’s diaper in the car because I didn’t even want her in there. Finish out is nice and new but doesn’t look like regular walk through a by staff or cleaning mattered.
