Phenomenal. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Period. Farm to grill beef. Family owned & run. I’m a connoisseur of burgers. This place is a top 3 of all I’ve tried around the country. It was so good I forgot to take a picture before. Had the Jalapeño Popper Burger. A++ all around

Purchased chili dog for kid, mushroom Swiss burger for me two bacon cheeseburgers for others. Food was made fresh! The mushroom Swiss burger was bigger than the 2 bacon cheeseburgers..but the taste of all was good. We sat inside, place is really small, I think they are aiming for people to enjoy the meals outside, or utilize the drive through. corsicana does not have to many quality food establishments...so Tasty town Cafe is a step up for food offerings here! We will be back, next time we go through this town.

If you’re looking for a great place to get a mouthwatering burger, professional service and phenomenal staff then Tastytown Cafe is the place to go! Support a local farmer and his family by stopping in for a bite to eat. I stumbled across this on Google and after reading the reviews, I had to try it for myself. ALL NATURAL GRASS FED BEEF, what more could you ask for!? I had the pleasure of meeting John Paul (Owner) walking in the door. His positive attitude, great service and motivation to grow a small family business into something that will create a legacy can be achieved by people like you and I supporting him. Thank you again for your time and southern hospitality. When I’m down that way again, I know where to go for an excellent burger and good conversation!! God Bless you and your family!!

Not only is this place family owned BUT … they raise their own BEEF! 6 months before the cattle are processed they finish them out on corn only. You can even buy pre-packaged and labeled various cuts of beef from a freezer by the register…fresh from the butcher that’s processed it. The inside is small with only two booth style tables so most locals drive through, DoorDash or come in and pick up their orders. This place calls you by name and makes recommendations. One thing I loved (other than the food & service) is that you can see the whole kitchen so not only is it cleaner than you’d expect but it’s efficient and everything is literally made when you order it. They cut their vegetables every morning before they open … fries are frozen but honestly I don’t mind that at all!!! They hand cut and batter not only their onion rings but the chicken tenders too!!! The place is perfect and if there’s one thing I respect it’s a restaurateur that knows their strong points and doesn’t accept anything less than the best for their clients and customers. This place has that, for sure!!! It seems like they won every single award 🥇 possible in the local newspapers ‘Best Of’ competition for 2024 and they’ve only been at this location for a year!

The burger I got here was, well, tasty 😅. So the restaurant lives up to its name. I got the feeling most people order to go food, as indoor seating is limited. There is some outdoor seating, too, though. I saw several people come to just pick up food. It was nice for a quick bite. If you like burgers, I recommend trying it

We stopped by Tastytown Cafe after seeing a Facebook post with over 10 people saying this is the best burger in Corsicana. It’s a small building with a couple tables inside and a couple tables outside. Everyone else besides us got their food to go. The burger is huge for the price. It’s a really thick, juicy patty cooked medium well. They offered French fries, tator tots or onion rings for a side dish. You can even get “The Boob” which is like a whole giant onion worth of onion rings served with some tasty spicy ranch sauce. This place is definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for a great cheeseburger in Corsicana.

Big taste, quality and service from a small place! TastyTown is a must try. We stopped in on July 5th around 2pm. The staff was courteous and gave their recommendations and they were not wrong. I was set on a burger but opted for the thick grilled bologna and it didn't disappoint. The onion rings, best I've had. You know the ones when you bite through you and you get a clean break, no pulling the whole onion out...cooked perfect. It's a small place that delivers big on taste and service. Highly recommend to stop and give it a try.

Absolutely delicious! Great small town food and atmosphere! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. If you love a great flat iron burger (and actually crispy fries), stop in and give them some business. There’s a reason there’s several blue ribbons on the wall!

Super friendly staff, food was great. I got the onion rings and they were definitely crispy. They were busy when we ate there but still filled our drinks up and we're asking if we needed anything. Super happy with this restaurant.

Stopped by yesterday for the first time. Easy to get to the drive thru window. Ordered side order of tater tots and onion rings. Both were crispy and delicious. Cost was reasonable. Will be going back for more.

Very little indoor seating but a lot of people were getting carry out. I got the Jalapeño burger and it was sooo good! The Forrest Gump and Dumb and Dumber references on the wall totally make you feel in good company with the owner. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he’s a great older gentleman with a passion for making good food. The tots weren’t anything to write home about but they were what I expected. The Burger is why you go because it is exceptional. If I lived in the area I’d be by more often. Keep up the great work!

My Mom & I love many things from Tasty Town but we really love the Mushroom Swiss Burger. We add an order of FF which complements the burger so well. We sometimes split burger & fries (yes there is enough for 2) & sometimes each get a burger & fries (she loves each one & sometimes eats all the fries before i get my share, lol) this just depending on how hungry I am & if i don't want to share, lol. Tasty Town is one of the few places left that we can get a burger & fries that tastes like Grandma just made in kitchen. We can't get food like from Tasty Town from any "chain" restaurants... Love love love Tasty Town food. ...just sayin

I haven't been through Corsicana in a couple months and I am missing TastyTown. I NEED my popper burger and brisket fries. They even sell Meat Church spices and fresh beef so that you can get supplies for the house while you treat yourself! Great service, drool-worthy menu.

I got the ranch popper and man was it good. My husband and I have been craving a good burger and haven't found a place. This was worth the 20 min drive. The fries are the right crispy to soft ratio. My only complaint is I asked for medium and it was well done. But still tasty. The curros are only okay.

I was really looking forward to trying TastyTown with my 5-year-old daughter at the Bowie Elementary Fun Night. The event was listed from 6–8 PM. When we approached the truck at 6:08PM and politely asked if they were open, the owner raised his voice and said he was leaving because he “hadn’t had a single customer since he got here at 5” and was “$300 down on labor.” I tried to show him the flyer showing the correct event time (6–8 PM), but he refused and drove off, leaving families with only food options for the event, mexican tacos, which many children won't eat. Later, he acknowledged on Facebook that he had the times wrong, but deleted the post after I commented and told him he still chose to turn away a big customer base that was just getting in the door instead of genuinely addressing the situation felt extremely unprofessional. I understand that mistakes happen and slow sales can be frustrating around holiday time, but as a business owner, professionalism and attitude toward customers matter, especially when hundreds of families are involved. I truly hope this experience helps them improve communication and customer service moving forward.
