I had a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. I thought the man that waited on me was a good guy. I'm paraplegic and was in a wheelchair and was treated cordially I hope the owner of the franchise sees this and gives the young man a raise. Also the manager and the cook. *edit to add; the manager called me and apologized, refund was issued, then a gift card was sent to me by mail. I greatly appreciate the efforts to resolve the problem, and will give them another chance* Ordered at 6 AM on the mobile app. I’m standing outside the door (have been for close to 10 minutes) waiting on a drink I’d already paid for. The cook is the only one here, and I guess I’m not getting my drink? He said he was getting it for me, and he since disappeared. I asked who I could call for a refund but he said he’d get me the drink, and now I’m not getting a number either? Lol Don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore.

Great food. Love Sonic, which is why we stopped on our way from Dallas to Houston. The 4 stars isn't for the food, it was because the service was extremely slow. Maybe they just had a slow day. I'd still recommend the most pretzel twist, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, jalapeño poppers, loaded tots, chili burrito or one of their burgers.

Emilio is incredibly polite and is incredibly attentive, delivering the best service I've seen in fast food in many years. This location is not very busy, but the speed of service is a little on the slow side. It is however a tolerable exchange for the customer service provided.

This a Sonic that is the same as every other Sonic that I have had a pleasure to visit. Not much different than the others, which is a good thing and consistent. Food was not overly impressive, but it was decent. I would not mind making another visit to this establishment that has created a large footprint in our great American society.

Service was fast and friendly, though whoever took our was a little dry and a bit monotone. Our car-hop was great. He noticed our out of state plates and struck up a conversation about where we were from. It was very endearing. Food was hot and accurate. And while my daughter loved the play area I didnt like the sand as a play surface. Great place for a bite to eat while traveling.

Carhop rubbed my side mirror with her change maker and said it's ok instead of apologizing. Tater tots were old and cold. Burger was Luke warm, not hot. This was close to 2 or 3 p.m.

Have had multiple issues with there fried food tasting rancid (bitter)from not keeping there cooking oil changed when they are supposed too. Wish they would bring back chili cheese fried burritos.

Food and service good. But they have too many order stations that do not work. Such as the one in the play area and numerous ones near it that do not work. Sad used to love this sonic for my grandkids guess i will have to go to the other sonic in town

They are great, usually go for a shake or soft drink. But, one night a young employee handed my shake and the lid wasn't one completly and slipped off made a little mess, but they gave me napkins to clean up with. But, over all, they're great.

Ordered three separate items to find something they did carry. No brownies, waffle cones, or cream pie shakes. The menu says they have all of these items. The people working here seem like they are trying very hard; the lone carhop is running to meet orders. It seems like the restaurant needs a leadership change. The menus are not updated, items are not in stock, and manpower is not properly allocated. This clearly a leadership issue, probably not the employees fault.

Sometimes my order comes out right, other times it doesn't. I rarely go anymore for this reason. They can't even seem to make a cherry limeade correctly. I ask for a burger with cheese and they just throw on a cold piece of cheese on top of a cold patty. It's really unfortunate. But they do get the shakes right!

I frequent this sonic often since it's down the road from my house. I have noticed that over the past few weeks the service has gotten slower and slower each time it's literally taking me over 20 minutes to get my food which happened to have half of it cold and had to be remade and they couldn't make my burger right. I understand the restaurant business as I work in it but if I wanted to wait over 20 minutes for food i would have went somewhere else. I feel that they could improve their service and that when you have maybe 3 cars at your establishment it not take that long to get food.

So so so slow. I work nearby so I’d like to love the service here but unfortunately the service is slow and just today we ordered 3 drinks, 1 of them being just water, and it took over 20 minutes just for the drinks. I pushed the red button again while I was waiting and asked if my drinks were almost done and they said almost. Once the car hopper got there, he didn’t acknowledge how long it took, and brought the peoples food to the left of me who arrived and ordered after me’s food first. Once i left i realized they got my order wrong. Maybe they were under staffed but I know when my food took a while on 7th they brought a little token, for a free limeade or something. Even the simple acknowledgment of the delay goes a long way.

Average. My order was not completely correct. The hamburger patty was dry and burnt. Received 🍟 instead of the onion rings that I ordered (the same thing happens at the Sonic in Waco, so I'm not sure what's up with that). The staff was nice, and the food was out quickly.

I've never had so much salt on my food for breakfast lunch or dinner but I went there today for breakfast just passing through and it was so bad I feel like my cholesterol went up about 100 points that and it took me over 30 minutes to get my food

I love Sonic and they are usually all very clean. The one today was so dirty. The playground was full of trash and all the tables were covered in bird poo. Very disappointed.

Pulled up, pressed the red button., And young lady told me to "Hold on, please!". She never came back on the speaker to take my order, so after 15 minutes - I left and took my business elsewhere. Very disappointed because this had always been my favorite Sonic.

I used to go a couple of times a week to get their fried mozzarella cheese sticks but since they changed over to the new brand of marinara sauce, which tastes nasty, I now only go about once or twice a month when I can bring them home to be able to use the marinara sauce that we get at the grocery store. Sonic your marinara sauce sucks real bad. Please bring back the Sonic brand of Marinara sauce. Your probably losing $30-40 bucks a month from me and I've already heard several other people complain about it too. Wake up and give your customers what they want!!!!

I've stopped here for a Rt 44 Cherry Limeade several times. First, the guy will correct you if you say "ROOT" 44 instead of "ROWT" 44 - then it takes FOREVER to get it. And they keep a sticky rag handy to wipe down the cup so that it's sticky when you get it.

Ordered through the app. Food was barely warm brought the wrong burger. I ordered the quarter pound double cheeseburger, they brought the Jr. Burger. Did not even have cheese on it. When they replaced it the second Burger was colder than the first. I have never had problems with this Sonic before.

It was awful first young lady couldn't get order correct second delivered out order to another vehicle brought us someone's order sent it back . Then the other vehicle which received our order sent my chicken strip basket back. Instead of putting it in the trash it appeared that it was going to be delivered back to us. They forget about me every time. They also told me they can’t do four separate orders, even if I split them. No drink holder after I asked for one upon receiving three drinks. Didn’t push down the lid buttons so I would know which drink was what. Highly unsatisfied.

Sometging needs to ve done about this place. Ordered my children the kids meal with grill cheese sandwiches. What we got to pieces of toast with a piece of cheese stuck in the middle...cheese wasnt even melted and the toast had to be left over from breakfast. My children wouldnt touch it. It was extremely chewy.

My order was a rt 44 grape slush and a nutter butter shake. When it was delivered the carhop caught the incorrect color slush and promptly corrected my order. Driving home I sipped my BANANA Shake! Seriously?

Order was completely wrong, I tried not to make a big deal because we already waited 20 minutes. I didn’t even eat my burger because it tasted old. The lettuce was blackened/soggy and I was very disappointed. Thankfully I was just passing through but I will not be stopping here again. Nothing is worse than being super hungry on a road trip and still feeling hungry $30 later!

We stopped and ordered 4 drinks. 20 minutes later we asked if they lost our order. Then when they brought it out it was wrong. Don’t stop there if your in a hurry. The young man didn’t even care they got the order wrong and it took so long. Uhhh

One of the worst Sonic locations I've been to in a while. Service was really slow and all of the food tasted like it was fried in burnt oil. If I wasn't traveling and needing to get down the road, I would have brought it back. I sure hope this isn't normal for this location.

With four people in our group, all of our orders were wrong to some extent or other. The one sandwich we sent back to be corrected... After 15 minutes we were still waiting. I had no problem getting a refund for that sandwich but there was no offer for free dessert or any other compensation for our inconvenience (or my wife not getting anything to eat). They didn't even off so much as an insincere apology. I've had poor service at various Sonics through the years but this one was the worst by far.

When we stopped at this location, there were only about four other cars there. It took almost fifteen minutes to get us four drinks and then three of them were wrong. We asked them for lemons to put in the tea that they forgot, and they never gave them to us, so we gave up and left. We were there for nearly half an hour, and it was by far the worst sonic experience I have ever had. Usually sonic is a great drink stop, but this one was horrible.

Only 1 star because I have to leave one to leave a review. Ordered and there was only one car in the parking lot. After telling them the first thing from my order I was asked to hold on, waited 5 minutes and then someone else got on and took my order after I said I was still waiting to finish. 5 cars come through the driveway and two cars in the stalls and still no food to us which we had already been waiting over 20 mins. Trashy service. We left.

I usually enjoy visits to Sonic, but this is not one of those times. First off the build is made with big bay windows so the staff can see customers pulling in this also allows customers to see in; so when you see a bunch a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing and yet it takes 5 minutes for them to answer the button to get your order going it's not a good thing. Second, food was "old & cold", my wife had ordered the popcorn chicken and fries I had ordered a double meat cheese burger and fries as well, along with getting the food given to us cold, she also ordered some sauce is that didn't come out with the order and even after calling and requesting some, she still had to flag down one of the car hops and request her to bring her some. This is unacceptable service, and if I could submit a complaint to the proper people I would but f I r now it'll have to be a bad review.

This is the worst sonic. First we did a mobile order. We come to sonic and ITS NOT READY. We call on the ring thing and someone answers and we say how long it’s been and they said it will be right out. IT TAKES 15 mins. Then we ring again and some girl answers and says sorry we’re training two people and don’t have enough staff to do ice cream. IT TOOK 25 MINS TO GET 3 ICECREAMS. UMBELIEVEABLE. DO BETTER YALL SUCK!

Rude, overpriced and disgusting. After ordering $15 of ice cream I simply asked our waitress for a water and she acted like she had never heard of it. She had to go ask her manager who said I would have order them as drinks. Really sad that you can’t just give a customer a cup of water. The bathrooms looked like they have never been cleaned. There was pee and toilet paper all in the floor. I haven’t been to sonic in years and now I remember why.

First thing -They messed up our burgers. One was totally wrong the other was ripped and had the bun halfway off, stuck to the cheese. They nicely offered to replace it the next day when I could make it back by. I waited 40 minuets!!! (Not 20, not 30 but 40!!!) I buzzed in 3 times and they had “never put our order in” the first TWO times. Then when my spouse decided to pull up to the drive thru window(we were at the bays) the manager said “just give it to him” and they wouldn’t say a word to him.

Location has been closed for at least a month. It's boarded up and there are no kiosks or signage. It's been reported to Google who still have not taken this store down and say its open.

This place doesn't exist anymore. Anyone reviewing it has misclicked when they meant to review a different location. The signs and kiosks have all been taken down, the windows are boarded up, and the parking lot is blocked off by a construction barrier. There is no restaurant at this location.

Service was great. Food was awful. I ate a few tots but they tasted like they were cooked in old oil for too long. Ate a bite of the #7 bacon cheeseburger and it was horrible. I'm not even sure if it was beef. Barely warm, undercooked, and had a terrible flavor. I had to throw it all away. The grape slush was good though.

I stopped here recently and ordered around lunch time. We waited for a while as I thought maybe the chicken strips would take longer to cook. Finally after 40ish minutes with two hungry kids in tow, I pushed the button again and no one answered. About 5 minutes later a young carhop comes out and says absolutely nothing. Didn’t apologize, didn’t repeat my order, nothing. I told her very nicely that I pushed the button again because I thought maybe there was a mixup because we waited 45 minutes for a small order. She just stared at me with this annoyed glare on her face, and gave zero response. She then turned around and walked away before I could ask her for the sauce since it wasn’t in the bag. So I pushed the button again, and waited about a minute before I decided to run by the drive thru. Where we waited yet again. The manger was working the window and I kindly let her know how long I had been waiting and that the carhop was extremely rude for no reason. She asked me who delivered our food just as the girl was walking up behind her. And I said it was her. I didn’t get a name because she didn’t even say a single word. At this point the girl was glaring at me and rolled her eyes like I was in the wrong. I want to reiterate, I was very patient, kind, and never got an attitude with anyone. I understand food service is very difficult and so is dealing with the general public. However, what happened here was not okay in any capacity. I was actually shocked. So shocked that I am literally writing a review. If it were my daughter treating customers this way at her place of employment, I would fully expect corrective measures to be taken. If I were the owner of this location, I would definitely want feedback in this instance. So here it is.

Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes and did not get an answer after pushing the button then I go through the drive-through and was waiting at that speaker for over five minutes and didn’t get any help. Looks like they’re super understaffed and need more employees.

Quality is terrible, dry burgers. Accuracy is bad… with 1 car only in the lot, they still get the order wrong. Went again on 4/25/25. Burgers made wrong again, this location hasn’t made my burgers right YET!! Every time I ask for no tomato, I get them, sad, can’t follow simple requests. I think they just don’t care…it’s all about mass quantity and poor quality. Meat tastes old and not even warm…won’t go back. Don’t ask me if I want to contact the local franchise. Fixing this isn’t important to me, I said I WON’T BE BACK. Your food isn’t worth the effort. WHATABURGER has kicked your ass for years…and they continue to. Bye.

Carhop at Sonic on 287 in Corsicana was really sweet but night manage r was rude and threw sauces at me when I pressed button to ask for them because they were not in my bag. She was very rude and very disrespectful. Needs an attitude put in check with how you treat polite customers.

I visit this location mostly in the morning and never have any issues but I don’t know what was going on at lunch today. The kid on the headset maybe needs more training or a different task. One of the carhops look like she just rolled out of bed. PJ’s on and all. I was shocked!! Why would she be allowed to work in that attire?! Literally had pajama pants on!!! And flip flops!!! Not well groomed at all!!!! Unbelievable!!! And quite frankly gross! Took a very long time to get my order. And I didn’t get all my order and what I did get wasn’t the greatest 😡 DO BETTER 10/02/2023 My breakfast sandwich had burnt sausage and these tots taste like they were cooked yesterday. SMH $10 for a burnt breakfast sandwich, cold tots and a bag of ice.

I go to Sonic almost daily. This one I’ve been to twice. Both times my wait is basically mins. Food is always cold and tastes like plastic. It’s terrible!! All others sonics I go to are great. This one needs to be closed and the smell of the bathroom needs a hazmat inspection.

So….I stopped by on my way to work and ordered a breakfast burrito meal. The tractor tots were ok but the burrito was disgusting!! So bad that I took a picture before throwing it in the trash.

The ONLY thing good about this place is it's playground. There is absolutely NOTHING ultimate about their burrito. It's actually pretty sad. Definitely not worth the 5 bucks.
