So, I gotta tell you about my Burger King visit the other day. I wasn't expecting much, just needed a quick bite, but the service I got was seriously top-notch. I went to the one on 101 N Kaufman St, and right away, I noticed how friendly everyone was. The guy who took my order, was named Miguel, was super patient while I fumbled with the menu, trying to decide between the Whopper and the Impossible Whopper. He even threw in a recommendation for the chicken fries, which were amazing, by the way. But what really stood out was when they messed up my order slightly and gave me extra chicken nuggets. I didn't even complain, It's those little things that make a big difference. So yeah, if you're looking for a Burger King where they actually care about customer service, hit up the one on 101 N Kaufman St and hope Miguel is working. You won't be disappointed.

I went about two days ago about 15 minutes before they got ready to close the doors for dining in. (10:00pm) and the place was so nicely decorated fur the holidays and very clean. A young man was cleaning and doing a great job and the customer service from the Hispanic young lady with the pretty long braid was great. My food was fresh! The drive from Waxahachie was worth it for my BK. Thank you guys!

Clean Burger King with ample seating arrangements - food service was quick and staff is friendly. Ample parking outside and clean restroom.

I recently visited Burger King and was served by Julio. He was incredibly friendly and efficient. Despite the busy atmosphere, Julio managed to take my order quickly and accurately. He even went out of his way to ensure that my meal was prepared to my liking. His customer service skills are top-notch, and he made my dining experience very pleasant and made sure to give enough ketchup.I would definitely recommend visiting this location and hope to be served by Julio again in the future. I am glad to be able to eat at my local Ennis Burger King because a worker by the name of Danny. Danny made sure all of food was fresh and the was brought to me in a timely manner. Danny was also cracking jokes and making sure we were happy because he believes a smile deserves to be on everyones face that walks through the doors. Not only was the service exceptional, he saved my cat from a burning building without even asking. Danny also lent me his Lamborghini for the weekend and gave me a free whopper personally made by him. He didnt ask for anything in return because to him “its all in a days work.”

I’ve gone to plenty of burger kings before, but at this one I’ve never felt more welcomed. Danny The worker that attended me made sure everything was perfect and went the extra mile to give me the greatest experience I’ve had at a Burger King. Danny’s amazing personality and work ethic really outshines any of the fast food experiences I’ve had, truly made me feel as if I was in a restaurant. I will for sure be coming back, and hope Danny attends me any corporation would be lucky to have him, I hope he gets compensated for the quality of work he does. 10/10 would recommend

:^) I haven’t gone to Burger King in a while but today I gave it another shot… under new management and better employees, this Burger King is way better than most places in Ellis County! When Danny took my order, he was very helpful and nice! The food was great and service was fast! Especially the drive thru!
