Attention to detail (fresh flowers on the tables every day), refined and unpretentious cuisine (in addition to the impeccable Tramonti-style pizzas, and tonight the fresh breaded porcini mushrooms), impeccable cleanliness. The staff is kind and attentive without being overbearing; the location is very central... In short: in my opinion, a lovely place to sit down for a pleasant dinner.

Service on a very pleasant heated terrace. The servers are very competent and attentive. The food is very good. The prices are affordable. I recommend it if you're visiting Cuneo.

Excellent pizzeria. The pizzas are practically perfect, both in terms of dough and toppings. The crusts are just the right size (I don't like them too thick). Price as of August 26, 2024, for two pizzas (one tuna and one anchovy and caper) and two beers with cover charge: €34. The central location is also great.

I only bought two pizzas to go, but they were delicious, especially the prosciutto cotto one... Excellent. They really are "express" because the service was lightning fast. The price is also quite fair considering the pizzeria is in the center of Cuneo.

Great evening at this restaurant in the heart of Cuneo. Despite it being a Saturday night, we managed to find a table after waiting about 10 minutes (there were only a few of us and it was early). Excellent pizza with top-quality ingredients. It could have been cooked a little more, but that's always a matter of taste. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent selection. The restaurant may have a slightly retro feel. Recommended.

I had dinner on a Saturday with friends and we had a great time! The staff welcomed us right away as if we were family! The place is clean and well-kept, with a lovely, large outdoor terrace, three air conditioners, and a convenient, wheelchair-accessible entrance! We ate three delicious pizzas, easy to digest, filling, and... 7 minutes later, the pizzas were on the table, and another 10 minutes later, they were gone! Highly recommended Pizza Flash! You won't regret it! I came back after a while, stopped for lunch! What can I say?... everything was as expected!

Pizza molto buona, servizio rapidissimo. Concordo con chi dice che i camerieri sono molto distaccati. Nonostante ciò ci tornerei, anche perché non è così caro come si dice.

The pizza was good, with excellent dough. The veal with tuna sauce was cooked to perfection, but it was a shame the tuna sauce lacked character. The guy who looked after us was very kind.

It's alright. Typical family restaurant with pizzas and several other dishes, like meat and fish dishes, in their menu. Staff is very friendly despite the heat of these days. The restaurant was full when we arrived, and we had to wait a few minutes but they immediately made room for us. Certainly not the best restaurant in town but good value for money. You can eat well for 20 Euros per person.

Very good pizza!

La pasta ,benché l'avessi detto e richiesto è arrivata al "dente" e avevo chiesto ben cotta. Nel deor la porta si apre e chiude continuamente e faceva molto freddo...Altri si lamentavano.. Alla richiesta di andare all'interno mi veniva detto di NO!... PERCHÉ IL CANE DENTRO NO. Cosa cambierà tra dentro e fuori? Bhooo. Serata no...pazienza.

I'm Enrico Ippolito from Cuneo, I had a famous ice cream shop for 13 years, I wrote all this because I've known the owner all my life, today I'm writing but I'll go and tell him to his face, I ordered two take-away pizzas that I was coming to pick them up at 7.30pm as they're 200 metres from home... the pizza arrived home cold (I was so angry I would have gone down to insult the evil pizza chef) flaccid then too much mozzarella for the Sicilian which usually has too little mozzarella and more sauce that wasn't there at all (the French like it a lot) but I'm Neapolitan, ditto the diavola which my wife really didn't like... the problem is that I'm making this harsh criticism because you pay 18 euros for two take-away pizzas, pure madness... so I want it hot, crispy, well cooked and with little mozzarella and a lot more Neapolitan style plus sauce.

Two Stars for a specific reason, mentioned at the end. We’ve always enjoyed the food and the waitstaff are lovely. It’s a reasonably decent neighborhood pizzeria near my home. Today I popped in alone, toward the end of lunch service. When paying I noticed that I’d been charged an extra fee. After inquiring, they said it was due to being a solo diner. [Not a bread fee, but a solo diner fee.] There were two occupied tables, out of a dozen, one of which was mine. As mentioned, I dined toward the end of lunch service and no one came in after me. I don’t get the extra charge. My husband and I dine there often enough for the staff to recognize us. And, I’d never ask to occupy a table solo if there were not ample available seating. So, preferring not to be price gouged, no more dining alone on a slow rainy day and ordering pizza and wine. Pizza restaurants are numerous in our small city and I’ll simply go elsewhere.
