The workers there are very friendly and the food is good. Even when there's a long line, it goes down quickly because of how fast they get the food out.
They run through long lines at the drivethrough fast. Almost gave it 4 stars for making me pull foward when theres nobody behind me. I don't need everybody seing the rediculous amount of food we buy for 2 people

What can I say, it’s the King.
Been going there for years on the way home. The only problem is you should check the bag to make sure you get everything. My mistake trying to pull out and not block the lane Called them after when i got home. transaction happened on 6/8 at about 530 and the manager said she was sure she put it in and remembered the transaction that i must have got it but I checked my car twice and bags 3 times and I was missing one wopper but had extra fries Maybe the manager should check the tape that she said she had and then give me a Apology. Still giving the place 5 stars because the impossible burger is still a cant miss and staff is usually on point
We went to this Peekskill NY location for years and Laneisha the manager ran that place perfectly. We didn’t realize how perfect until we moved to New Orleans and saw the difference. Laneisha’s Burger King is like fine dining compared to these locations. Keep up the great work!

This location is probably the best Burger King I've ever been to. The employees are super friendly, my cashier Josh was super polite which was such a pleasant surprise compared to other locations. The food was good too :)
I don't normally go to fast food but out for the day with my daughter & she wanted to go through & they were super kind & super fast & didn't mess the order up. Exactly how fast food should be.
(Tuesday Oct 22) shamara took our order like 12 min before closing. And I feel bad ...but we were hungry she was patient and awesome gave us a bit of that have it your way hospitality. If she isn't a manager, She definitely seems like a good leader. P.si couldn't make a new review sorry Arthur at the window (sun may 19th) definitely cool guy. We came late and he was happy and inviting to my picky car full.
Breakfast is delish!! It's our stop if we are late to school or miss the bus. The staff is friendly and food is hot! My kind of spot, thank you for making our rough days better🥰
These folks are so nice. And I get the impression they care about doing the job well. They deserve tips! Good order accuracy. Good food quality. I like the offerings on the value menu.
I always try and go when they first start serving lunch so it's really hot and fresh. Amber helped me and I always try and go she is there she has great customer skills and very friendly.
Depending on who you speak with they are very kind and drive thru is almost always super quick. From my experience order is always correct unlike McDonalds I get different food but for instance I'd order a hamburger and turns out to be a cheeseburger. Breakfast french toast sticks are the best as well as the hash browns are good too.
Love the food, if you go later in the day it is not as good. Sometimes the person helping will be nice but alot of times i get a rude pushy kid who rushes me and doesnt care what i say. My order is always wrong. I ask for zesty sauce and it was not given to me. He turned around and ignored me as i asked several times. I finally had to beep my horn and then he turns around with an attitude. I used to come here at least 3 times a week. But now only once every month. Try to use my app, codes not applied. Frustrating. Everyone else i deal with at least tried their best. This guy does not care and obviously seems to get away with it. Sad.

The manager at this location is absolutely 5 star. She has this location running like a well oiled machine. Her professionalism is that of a 5 star restaurant. This woman should be rewarded by the owner of this location for her commitment and attention to detail. Theres no doubt in my mind that this woman will keep this location running strong for many years to come. Thank you for your service. I appreciate her efforts in what some may consider a job not worth trying for. Our society needs more people like her.
I don't think I've ever had a poor experience here. Sure, it's just fast food, but everything always comes out nice and hot, and the staff is always helpful and nice. It's actually noticeable compared to some other places in the area. The team here should be really proud of themselves, they're doing great.
GREAT customer service. The manager was amazing. I was just there with my kids and both kids had very complicated orders and I had the pleasure of watch this very professional female conduct the time to execute my very complicated order. I just walked out of the establishment and felt compelled to give the management a + review on how she runs a great team!
Friendly staff, ample parking a traffic light makes the exit easy and safe onto a heavily traveled road. The impossible (plant based) is decent 👌.
Burger King is fine for a quick bite..food is better if you ask for it 'off the grill'..then you get it made fresh..tastes MUCH better! Lady manager is super!

Always welcome me. Fries are crispy all the time (but last few weeks, it wasn't). A bit kinder than other burger kings.

Temperature of fast food is always a concern for me, I like my food to arrive HOT. My $3.00 promo Whopper was very fresh but meat was not piping hot like you'd expect, if just cooked. Extra onions and lettuce added without charge - liked that. Would return again. Good value.
I like BK it’s quick and convenient. I have one small suggestion. Can We have a list of your dipping sauces what is available. Also sometimes I forget to ask for sauce and realise after I get home. Can we have a sauce display or the server ask if we want sauce.
This was my first time at this particular Burger King. It was a good experience, nice and clean. The service was professional and fast. The food was nice and hot. Great Manager at this location.
Took my young granddaughter for lunch, inside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I could see and hear their team work. Was nice atmosphere to be in. Food was prompt and good. Jr.Whopper no cheese, burger kids meal with apples, onion rings. Place was clean. (Did not use restroom) As we left staff member said good bye.
I love this BK because they always make my orders fresh and don't seem to hate me when I ask. Its never particularly busy so don't expect to be there for a long time. although the cashiers sometimes look like they need a nap, I sat let's extend some grace given the pandemic and the fact that they probably deal with a variety of customers and attitudes. Overall location is always clean which is virtually unheard of in fast food places. My favorite is that they often remind me to use my BK app for rewards/ coupons when I forget which I truly appreciate because it often saves me so much money and helps with not over ordering/wasting food . Can't give it a 5 star because there are little things here and there like giving 1 sauce packet for a 10 nuggets.... like come one you dont have to be so stingy. Also the ice machine be empty sporadically.
Had recently went here this morning to attempt to place an order for some breakfast foods and supposedly my mother has this issue with Burger King's exterior, (like, when it comes to having drive to the drive thru intercom). Apparently, there's this big pothole where the drive thru intercom is and my mother doesn't want to go near that. So, what the staff had only done to "patch" it up was put some wood to cover it, (when I honestly think they should have repaved that spot for the drive thru pathway). Am writing this on my mother's behalf, that she believes this pothole needs to be taken care of properly and not just patched up with wood. The staff there wasn't being of much help either with needing to place the order, because they were telling my mother, that she would need to go back to the ordering intercom...(when I honestly thought they should still take the order through the other window). Moreover, I hope, that the staff there gets around to properly taking care of this pothole near the drive thru, because it is becoming problematic for my family and I whenever we come here...
I had no issues when I visited this Burger King. Food was excellent, the order was correct and it was quick.
As far as BKs go, this one’s pretty darn good. Fast service with a smile no less. Like most of us, I’ve been to countless BKs and MDs, and given generally centrally supplied food, it’s more about the people and the accoutrements. This one does well. Also, clean and tidy, including restrooms.
I used the drivethu and tried the impossible whooper.It was good but wasn't hot.( warm) Also had a vanilla shake and it was WAY to sweet.Next time I will try a different Burger King.
Tonight we have discovered missing food that we paid for. It's a lot of trouble after we get home to find out I have to back to burger King and phone line became busy!

The service is always good, but the food hasn't been as much recently. Recently my daughter's pancakes were overcooked until the point they were dark and hard on the edge. I ordered a breakfast burrito and was missing the tots and sauce in it.
The hamburguer are the best in town, my favorite were for years the one from Wendy's but last years the fish flavor was strong and didn't like them any more. The double, single any one is the best in flavor, better grill flavor, better fresh flavor. Not gave them 5 stars because they have fresh laminate or any thing good for my choice in beverage beside sodas. French fries are ok. Chicken sandwich Not good for me.

They relatively recently renovated the place, giving it a newer, fresher look. The food is decent (even for breakfast), as well as ok service. If you're just looking for a quick bite to grab and go, come here. Otherwise, go to the McDonald's, Wendy's, SmashBurger or Five Guys that is just up the road at the Cortlandt Town Center.
Need to hire more matured workers .one young black girl so very rude always messing up my order. Talking to me disrespectful. Half filling my drinks suckl her teeth if I ask for condiments or tissues 🤧 😢 😪 please do better by my kids like to eat her .but she's to much to deal with fire her please asap she runs away customers, plus she take for ever to take orders at driveway
Foods amazing big Bk fan myself. Sundays don’t bother. Two people working the woman in front of me was waiting 17 min and I waited ten as the only person on line before I finally left most days service is amazing one day out of the week im late for work due to the cashier absolutely horrible I stood there as a woman was becoming annoyed by waiting 17 min. the only one in the store and watched both employees act as if they had nothing to do slowly walking as if people weren’t waiting horrible service on Sundays
The soda machine on the left coke taste too carbonated and on the right that coke taste too sweet. I always get my drinks from drive thru taste better even though they say its all on the same line it taste very different.
Service here is slow. I placed a mobile order and the customers coming in after me were getting their orders first. The food was not that great either. I order a whopper sandwich and it was dry.
Gave me wrong order at window. Had to go around twice to correct. Second time my issue misunderstood instructions first time back through.
First of all DO NOT use the drive thru if you like your car. 2 unavoidable pot holes 1 of which dang near took out my strut. Secondly if i have 2 full bags of food and spent over $30 u can spare more than 2 sauces regardless of what I ordered.

The French fries are soggy and just terrible, the chicken sandwich and hamburgers were warm not hot. It was clear they'd been made earlier and not even close to fresh. Plus way too expensive for fast food, McDonald's and Wendy's are cheaper with larger selections and better value menus. They also wouldn't allow me to get a large frozen coke like other locations do, they'd only give me the regular size even though I said I'd pay extra if they could put it in a large cup. It's a simple request that they refused to accommodate.
For some reason, they wouldn't allow me to pay to upgrade a small drink to a large.Then, they forgot the straw completely.So I couldn't drink my drink, and I didn't get the fork for my hershey pie.So I can't eat that

Horrible service will not assist you if you have an issue and will ignore you and take the next customer, don't bother using the app it will charge you and they will say you never ordered even if you have been charged and have proof from a banking app never thought burger was so shady
A smoke detector battery is low and beeps every minute and I told them about it 3 weeks ago and they said that the guy was coming to put in a battery and I told the Supiviser about it today and she got nasty
They charge the soda and its too expensive. They don’t have too many things to choice.

This morning my girl went to this location. Living for the weekend! purchase two sandwiches and a Frappe'. She wanted to ask the server a question. Mind you she is going through the drive through. She said excuse me with each time raising her voice. He heard her and ignored her!!! What type of server is this!!!!!!! What happened to customer service????? She was afraid he might spit in her food. I do NOT WOULD not recommenced this B.K. to anyone. Great customer service is important.
I ordered from this place earlier today. They got the order completely wrong. Out of four meals, three were clearly not what we ordered. I didn’t even bother going back because it was cold and it tasted like it was cooked 6 hours ago. Avoid. Shortly after I ordered, a man walked in and threw his whopper at the staff. I now know that man’s pain.
As I finished my diet soda I removed the lid only to find my cup filled all the way up with ice. NEVER going back.

I was trying to order with the mobile app and there is an offer where if you spend $1 you can get a free medium fries. But every time I tried to do the order with the app it was charging me $2.69 for the medium fries. So I just took them off the order and when I got to the drive-thru I told them about the problem. But they wouldn't do anything for me. Even when I show them the offer on my phone they wouldn't give me a freaking medium fries. I literally asked the manager "so you would rather have a customer pissed off then give up a medium fries that the app says I'm supposed to get any way?" And her answer was yes. That tells you all you need to know about the Peekskill Burger King UPDATE: Stupid me for going there again. Again, I ordered on the app, drove all the way there, only to be told the freeze machine hadn't been working for over a week. Yet they still offered it on the app!? So I told them to just cancel the order. They said they couldn't cancel the order and I would have to cancel it through the app. Well, guess what?? When I tried to cancel it on the app, the rep told me they can't cancel orders!! So no Burger King still has the food I paid for and stole my money. And because I used the word "damn" in my last chat with the app, now my case is marked "resolved " and I have no way to get my money back. And do you think BK has a corporate phone number for customers? Good luck with that, too. This company is transitioning into being a scam.
Absolutely the poorest customer service I’ve ever had. They took no accountability for giving me the wrong order, and were extremely rude when I returned to have them charge it. The onion rings were cold and awful. I ate one and threw it out. They probably over charged me as well, but who knows because they did not provide me with a receipt. Just horrible.
Went to this Burger King today and while attempting to order at the drive through I was informed by staff they had no beef products available today. I asked , you don’t have burgers? Told again, no. How does burger king not have burgers? Im sorry but the ordering manager shouldn't have a job there anymore, its pretty pathetic.
One of the most ghetto Burger Kings ever. They employ unprofessional teenage garbage to work here which makes sense because these are the only jobs that want them. I have found hair in the food at least 3 separate occasions and another time they gave me burnt stale bread. The last situation that happened I kindly asked if I could just replace the food I ordered I received attitude and the teen girl was laughing at me. I asked her girl tf is funny?! I never have this problem anywhere else. Unacceptable customer service! Please put some professional people at this place more times than not there is always a problem with the food at this location!
Always rude and nasty every single different experience regardless of what day or time. It would be in this specific locations best interest to re-train each and every employee on customer service annually at minimum; management needs every 6 months I’ve gotten better service at gas stations.

Burgers were barely warm onion rings were hard as rocks and this has happened on more than one occasion, although the girl at the drive-through was very nice and courteous the food was horrible. Worst Burger King I've ever been to, won't be going back to this BK ever again
My husband went through the drive thu, when he got home to eat the burger. There was piece of hair in my food!!!! I asked to speak with a manager, she asked me to bring the burger back, my husband almost ate the entire burger before he found the hair. He literally almost threw up!!! But we will be bringing it tomorrow, the staff should be wearing, hats and hair nets!!! I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but it’s disgusting. No one wants to eat anyone’s hair!!!!!! They need to be more strict about food handling!
Went here on 10/13/25 to grab a quick dinner. Big mistake! The food was okay and the young lady behind the counter was nice. However the ice machine was broken, the sodas were flat, and the juices were hot. The beverage area was a complete mess and the staff behind the counter was just standing around talking instead of doing any cleaning or attempting to fix the beverage machine issue. Have never had issues here before. I was the only one in the restaurant too. Definitely will not be back.

My wife went there last night to buy me a whopper. She specifically said no bacon no pickles. Like always. She brought that thing home and guess surprise. Bacon was inside. After first bite I was vomiting. And We are muslims. I shit on your inclusivity and diversity. Ofcourse she went back and told them about that. They said sorry. I dont need your sorry. This is happening 3rd time. It sounds to me like intentional. Me and my family will never come back to buy anything
Was given sour as in spoiled onion rings, when I politely asked for a fresh batch in hopes of better, the apparently new manager an east Indian female was rude and nasty with unwarranted attitude, not the usual bald Caucasian guy, or African American female with the long braids (who are both very nice. Stale bread, is a norm here and your sandwiches are usually tossed together in the sloppiest of ways. Anyway my onion rings were replaced with the ones in the photograph that were sour and tasted like soap or some sort of chemicals. If you like this place you definitely don't know good food.
Never order with uber eats from here, failed to get the order correct(put everything on the jr whopper).. I gave them a second chance , they can’t read obviously they forgot onion rings, order a HAMburger and jr whopper but got ONE double cheeseburger with everything on it? Wow lol
I did an online order 30 mins before picking it up due to every time I place a mobile order my order is NEVER READY when I get there!!!!!!!! This is really ridiculous!!!!!! The whole point of doing a mobile order is so that I can order ahead and have my food given to me when I get there!! I always have to pull ahead and wait for someone to bring my food out!! Maybe having robots run the world isn’t a bad idea because humans can’t seem to get it together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Placed an order through the app. The app had a glitch. While going through drive-through, they asked me to come inside so they can help me. They did admit that they had been having that same problem all week with orders through the app. The manager - who turned out to be completely useless - couldn’t make an executive decision to honor my purchase. She told me I had to go through the app because they have nothing to do with online orders. I contacted Burger King - the only time I ever got through to speak with an actual human - who told me the manager could’ve made that decision to give me a refund or honor my purchase. Apparently, this particular “manager“ is completely Incompetent, Needless to say I did not get my refund in the store, nor did they correct my order. I have contacted Burger King through the app, email, attempted by phone, for the past three weeks to no avail, I am still trying to get my refund from Burger King corporate. I guess I now have no other option but to report it as FRAUD since Burger King is defrauding their customers through the app. The order was not honored, I walked out of the store with nothing absolutely no way to get in touch with a human. Save yourself the time in trouble, go to McDonald’s!
This burger king restaurant looked to be very disorganized. Staff looked poorly trained in the back. As a result they messed up my order (forgot to put the bacon that was supposed to be on the sandwich) the chicken its self didn’t look crispy at all. The worse Burger King ive ever been too.
