This location is on Harbor Blvd. just off the 405 freeway, and very easily accessible coming from either direction from that freeway. I got a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Regular and Katarina was the girl who took my order, she was friendly and very quick in getting my drink. Before I could even get to a table the guy who was bringing out my order was upon me with it, so as you can ascertain from that they are very quick at this location. The food was very well cooked and tasted great, and it is quite clean as you can always expect @ any of their restaurants.

I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The food was fresh and tasty—my chicken sandwich was crispy and flavorful, and the waffle fries were perfectly cooked. I've never had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-A! The service is always friendly, and the food comes out piping hot. Plus, the wait time at the drive thru is never more than 10 minutes.

Chick Fil A is one of my favorite fast food go to’s! They have the best food options for any time of day. The best chicken is so flavorful and crispy, and not greasy! I love there breakfast as well as lunch/dinner options. If you haven’t tried the Cobb salad with crispy nuggets. That is a must have! I add blue cheese crumbles on it with the avocado lime dressing and it’s awesome! Sometimes even throw in a little buffalo sauce which makes it great. Fills me up and it’s an inexpensive salad! If you want something sweet try the chocolate chunk cookies. So good!!

Nice place with excellent service. Was greeted when entered! Cordial and smiley staff, order was delivered to the table and a waitress cleared the table when we finished dinner, asked if she could refill the drink and served mint. the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was excellent. It was a nice and good dining experience.

Long wait here even when not busy. Crazy long. Food came out eventually but wasn’t hot. Then they brought out yogurt without a spoon. What happened to CFA?
I’m a big fan of Chick-fil-A but unfortunately my experience here today was disappointing. I saw my order waiting on the counter for over 5 minutes. When I inquired about my order at the counter the lady politely gave it to me and said they still needed to make the Ice coffee. I asked about my food being cold from sitting there and she said it was just prepared. She bought my ice coffee to me but it was made with chocolate syrup in the bottom, not the typical ingredients. I then took it back up to the counter and she politely made me a new ice coffee. Unfortunately, by now my meal was even less warm.
Got a burnt bun. Manager busy fooling around with the staff at the drive thru window so had to wait until they were done to get napkins.
The food is good. The prices are too high. The person who took my order got my name wrong. Spelled Doug as "DUG!!!" Not sure what all the exclamation marks are for. Unprofessional.
Blah.. it kills me to rate so low because their customer service is outstanding but our last few trips through the drive thru have left us seriously disappointed. They do a decent job trying to get through the dinner rush at the drive thru but they seem to compromise their food and serving sizes in order to do so. The last 3 times we've driven through and picked up dinner at least one item we've ordered has been wrong and the fry containers are only halfway filled. I understand mistakes happen which is why we've given them the benefit of the doubt but three times in a row doesn't feel coincidental to me. Their prices are on the higher side for fast food and they're downright ridiculous when you get less than a dozen fries in a large size. This last trip we spent just under $42 for 4 meals.. one of the sandwiches was missing bacon (that we paid extra for) and both large fries were less than halfway full. Ironically the medium fries had more fries in them. As much as this is a family favorite, we'd be pretty hard pressed to return unless we happen to find ourselves in the area when they aren't crazy busy and we have time to dine in.
