The staff at this location is amazing. So friendly and kind. I came in with a reward for a free sandwich and did not realize it had expired the day before. The manager (I think her name was Christina) honored the reward anyway. They always go above and beyond to please guests at this location. The sandwiches are always amazing, but the staff is the hero here!

manager was the absolute sweetest!!! i really enjoyed my experience at this location. the employees were so kind and delivered quick service! i've also had similar instances of coming by and the location is closed despite their hours posted. i haven't given up on them and i love to see the come back! excited for my next visit. i wish all businesses offered such a kind and personalized experience. keep up the great work!!! ☀️

Good bread made fresh daily. Sandwiches are tasty and hit the spot. You can get it wrapped, regular or on 7 grain wheat. They sell leftover bread from the day before for 50 cents for 16" if you want to take some bread home. Staff is nice and helpful for suggestions. I will definitely be going back for more.

Other reviews complain about the hours, too. I just placed an order on the app, after 6 pm, and when I arrived to pick it up, the employee said the store officially closes at 6 on Saturdays, but the website has never been corrected and this has been a problem for a while. However, she was very sweet and apologetic and still made my order. If you need to order after 6 pm on Saturdays in the future, pick one of the other locations that actually are open late enough.

This location has shortened hours and closes at 7pm Mon through Sat and 6pm on Sun supposedly due to increase in minimum wage. Would be nice if they update Google Maps with hours and post it on the window. My usual go-to sandwiches are Beach Club and Club Tuna. Sandwiches are tasty and bread doesn't get soggy which is a good thing. Even with sprouts now missing from Beach Club, overall, it's still worth coming since I prefer it over other sandwich chains like JM's and definitely much better than S chain.

Always pretty slow when I've dropped by. Sandwiches are good. Better than Subway. Service has always been great. I hate the Jimmy Johns atmosphere. The "motivational" posters all over the walls from a capitalist hell.

Haven't been to Jimmy John's in a couple of years, mainly since Covid but I decided to check it out again. I ordered a regular turkey sandwich which came around $10.00. That's a long way off from what I remember from way back when they first opened. The sandwich was good, fresh, wheat bread was very good. The amount of meat was a fairly good portion. I will go back again when doing errands in the future.

Sandwich was good as always. Service was slow during the lunch hour, which kind of defeats the purpose of going to Jimmy John's for lunch. Staff was apologetic, but they should have more staff to cover the lunch rush. There was only 1 person taking orders and 1 person making sandwiches.

I just arrived at this location. Google maps says they’re open till 9pm. The doors were locked at 6:35 pm. Worker shook her head to me saying they’re closed. WTH. I read the reviews and lo and behold, others have mentioned the same thing about the hours. I don’t need an apology. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE on Google and your website! Since I’ve been filling out this review, you’ve lost multiple customers.

First time back since prior to covid. Downloaded app thinking I’d be frequenting JJ’s again like before being it’s only few blocks from my shop. Prices have definitely gone way up and more disappointing was the quality of the sandwich . I ordered a #10 Hunter which on the menu stated “double beef”, lol… I guess what it really meant was two slices of their micro roast beef. I don’t mind the cost going up but the quality definitely went way down .

This place is under staffed. They close at 7pm on Friday, online order only and the wait is 40 mins if you go during weekdays around lunch time

I ordered a sandwich for delivery at 12:38pm and had to call them one hour later because they didn't deliver. The response was "We don't have a driver at this time". This is the 3rd time it has happened to me. Probably the last time I order from them.

I came by well before 6 PM to pick up dinner, only to find the doors already closed. It doesn’t matter what time you choose to close, but you must update your hours on Google. Wasting customers’ time and gas due to inaccurate information is completely unacceptable. This lack of consideration ensures I won’t be returning.

It’s 5:44pm on a Sunday, google maps and the JJ’s app says they close at 9pm and the store is closed… how do you operate a business when your customers can’t rely on you being open when you say you will be? Update your store hours and stick to them. Very disappointing.

I have made multiple attempts to get a sandwich from this location and this was the first time they've actually been open when they're hours say they're open. (store hours are never correct as listed). Today the hours say closes at 9pm. Placed an order for pick up at 6:50pm. App said it was ready and when arriving at the store 7:00-7:05pm it was in fact not ready. The guy working just threw together a sandwich, handed it over, and then had to be told he didn't make the second one. He proceeded to throw together the second one. Surprise... both were made wrong AND included ingredients we asked to exclude. **Concerning for people that may have allergies or intolerances.** As soon as we left he locked up the store to close. So what exactly are your hours at this store?

hours said open to 9 and they closed at 7 with workers in the shop. edit : 6 months later and they still have their hours posted incorrectly online. Closed well before posted. thanks a lot freaky fast

I was the only customer there and they got my sandwich wrong. They have 1 job. Also the cashier was friendly but the blond lady making the sandwiches was so rude. She needs to get her attitude checked. I do not recommend. I will not be coming here again. Take your money to Jersey mikes. Way better and way friendlier

This place appears to never read the customization for sandwiches. This is the 2nd time at this place I ordered a JJBLT asking for extra mayo, onions, and oregano herbs. They forgot them all, and the sandwich was so dry I could hardly find ANY mayo in it. I'm done with this JJ loca, and maybe done with JJ altogether. If you're not gonna read the customization, why should I bother?
