I ordered a Philly Cheese steak, not realizing that they use white American cheese instead of provolone. I ate several bites, then, with a long face, asked what cheese they use. When they saw I was disappointed, they offered on the spot to remake it, so that I would have the one that I wanted. They did , and it was great!

I like their sandwiches but I ordered a blt today and i gotta say it was kind of bland. It was bacon crumbles not strips and that possibly could be what it was. And that was like 13.00 gone. I bought two other friends I work with at the hospital across the street from Jersey Mikes and their sandwiches seemed fine. I'm bummed yet I won't mess up the score because the sandwiches are good. Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. It was my girlfriend's first visit to a Jersey Mike's, my second. We both had questions about the sandwiches which the staff seemed genuinely happy to answer. They even offered samples of the meats we'd never heard of. The sandwiches were very tasty, though quite a bit more costly than say Subway. But so much better than Subway!

as far as sandwich places goes, this is one of the best in the area. the crew is nice and knowledable. service is fast and they keep their store fairly clean. when you get one of these in the neighborhood, subway becomes a tough sell.

Jersey Mikes makes really good sandwiches. They slice the meat fresh made to order and place the cheese directly on your bread fresh as they slice it. This store in particular is clean and well maintained. The service was good and our sandwich tasted really good. We ended splitting an original Italian Giant size which is their largest sub. They cut it into 4 pieces for easy eating and the sub cost $15.55.

Food was great. Service was okay. Could have been worse, could have been better. Little on the pricey side but with the economy now, what isn't. Would go there again.

Overall, I am satisfied with the portion of food and customer service at this place! The food portion is of great value for your bucks. The food counter is clean, and the workers always change gloves before preparing the sandwiches, which is one of the most important things to keep customers from getting food poisoning, which many other fast food restaurants do not care much. The employees appeared pleasant and courteous. I would come back here for sure. Thank you and keep up the good work.

This location is the only one I go to that they dont have the freshest bread and no spicy mustard. All the locations I go to have spicy brown mustard. Not the associates fault ,but whomever the location owner is. Idk about the bread ,its never fluffy like the other locations. I cant eat the end peices because of it. Before we went to this Jersey Mikes, I checked the reviews to see if this location was good or not. When I first walked in, the atmosphere seemed really off putting, quite unsanitary and smelled like something died. I went to order and some of the staff started laughing, I think that is very informal because people might misinterpret it for something else. There was about 4 people making my sandwich simultaneously which means not many of them knew how to do their job. They also weren’t sanitary because they didn’t remove their gloves to put on a new pair, nor wash their hands and they didn’t wear any hairnets. There were flies and mosquitoes everywhere. People if you have read the reviews on this location, well those reviews are indeed correct.

Food wasn’t as good at this location. Service was okay, but our order was wrong. The atmosphere was obnoxious… music was so loud, manager was talking to everyone aggressively. I like Jersey Mike’s, but I won’t go back to this one.

Before we went to this Jersey Mikes, I checked the reviews to see if this location was good or not. And how do I know this I watch some employee get out of their car, now ask for their sandwiches they're not worth the price you pay they do not fill the sandwiches like they used to My husband had to pay extra for tuna because they put enough for mini on a regular any ask for more tune and they said there's a charge The last time he got me a salami sandwich there it was the worst it had very little salami it was like a child's half of a half of a half of a sandwich if they use it by weight the salami used was paper thin and it's getting just as bad there I don't know if the even the owners are telling him to do this or the management is telling me to do this I know it's owned by a guy who's pretty cheap,

They made my sandwich correct but my wife's and daughter's were all kinds of messed up. Argh...

It is sad to say that this location is literally right behind my house. Every time I call in there is a 30 to 45 minute wait time to pick up an order for two sandwiches. And when I do decide to wait that long I get a sandwich that is smooshed up into what looks like a burrito. I wish I could give this location zero stars and maybe perhaps then they might learn from their reviews and do better for their very loyal customers😭

I had a coupon (buy 1 get 1 free, max $13) offered through my Verizon app for this Jersey Mike's address. Apparently this district manager has unilaterally decided that they are not going to accept these offers any longer. Rather than Jersey Mike's taking the time to remedy this with Verizon they decided to dump it onto the customer at the point of sale and refused to honor the offer. This is a great way to lose customers; they just lost me.

⚠️ Safety Hazard – Please Fix Immediately I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s today and got my finger cut by the sharp metal edge around the door’s lock opening. It’s sticking out and very sharp — I didn’t notice it when pulling the door open. This is a serious safety hazard, especially for kids who are shorter and more likely to grab that area. I was also expecting someone to help, say sorry, or at least bring an antibacterial wipe — but they only said, “This never happened here.” Not helpful at all. Please fix or cover the sharp metal ASAP. I love Jersey Mike’s, but this is something that could seriously injure someone.

Today my husband and I ordered subs, the order first arrived late and both subs made incorrectly, when I called the store I got the assistant manager Johnny ( if that is really his name as he was hesitant to give it to me) and he was rude and hung up on me-this is sad as we love ordering from this store but this has happened several times the subs arriving incorrectly made!! You need to teach customer service to you asistant manager Johnny as he does not know how to be professional-
