The staff at this location is amazing. So friendly and kind. I came in with a reward for a free sandwich and did not realize it had expired the day before. The manager (I think her name was Christina) honored the reward anyway. They always go above and beyond to please guests at this location. The sandwiches are always amazing, but the staff is the hero here!

manager was the absolute sweetest!!! i really enjoyed my experience at this location. the employees were so kind and delivered quick service! i've also had similar instances of coming by and the location is closed despite their hours posted. i haven't given up on them and i love to see the come back! excited for my next visit. i wish all businesses offered such a kind and personalized experience. keep up the great work!!! ☀️

Good bread made fresh daily. Sandwiches are tasty and hit the spot. You can get it wrapped, regular or on 7 grain wheat. They sell leftover bread from the day before for 50 cents for 16" if you want to take some bread home. Staff is nice and helpful for suggestions. I will definitely be going back for more.

Other reviews complain about the hours, too. I just placed an order on the app, after 6 pm, and when I arrived to pick it up, the employee said the store officially closes at 6 on Saturdays, but the website has never been corrected and this has been a problem for a while. However, she was very sweet and apologetic and still made my order. If you need to order after 6 pm on Saturdays in the future, pick one of the other locations that actually are open late enough.

This location has shortened hours and closes at 7pm Mon through Sat and 6pm on Sun supposedly due to increase in minimum wage. Would be nice if they update Google Maps with hours and post it on the window. My usual go-to sandwiches are Beach Club and Club Tuna. Sandwiches are tasty and bread doesn't get soggy which is a good thing. Even with sprouts now missing from Beach Club, overall, it's still worth coming since I prefer it over other sandwich chains like JM's and definitely much better than S chain.

Always pretty slow when I've dropped by. Sandwiches are good. Better than Subway. Service has always been great. I hate the Jimmy Johns atmosphere. The "motivational" posters all over the walls from a capitalist hell.

Haven't been to Jimmy John's in a couple of years, mainly since Covid but I decided to check it out again. I ordered a regular turkey sandwich which came around $10.00. That's a long way off from what I remember from way back when they first opened. The sandwich was good, fresh, wheat bread was very good. The amount of meat was a fairly good portion. I will go back again when doing errands in the future.

Sandwich was good as always. Service was slow during the lunch hour, which kind of defeats the purpose of going to Jimmy John's for lunch. Staff was apologetic, but they should have more staff to cover the lunch rush. There was only 1 person taking orders and 1 person making sandwiches.

I just arrived at this location. Google maps says they’re open till 9pm. The doors were locked at 6:35 pm. Worker shook her head to me saying they’re closed. WTH. I read the reviews and lo and behold, others have mentioned the same thing about the hours. I don’t need an apology. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE on Google and your website! Since I’ve been filling out this review, you’ve lost multiple customers.
