Not too many Wendy's around and this one is conveniently located near the 405 freeway. Ordered their new Double Bourbon Bacon Cheese burger and it was pretty tasty. Staff is super friendly.

I've never had a bad meal from any wendy's! Today I stopped off at Wendy's and I noticed that they had a new Young employee he did forget to hand me my drink so I had to go back in from the drive-thru. Overall all the employees and staff are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. But there is sometimes that you have to teach the new employees that are young that they have to be a little more attentive to the customers needs but other than that I give it a five-star rating exclamation point

I order the 6 dollar combo nuggets they were very good. Fresh and hot good love it. The only thing is that the employees get confuse with the others in the front the employee from the register is on both areas. It needs more organized only bit other then that it was great. Oh there Cooke's are delicious.

Fast friendly service the food was off the chain have been to this Wendy's many of times and it's always good fresh food. Never a problem with the order always fresh and they forgot to give us a lemonade they didn't charge before it and shot one on the strength anyway. So that's even better right there. One of the best locations in this area. It is conveniently next to the 405 freeway and the parking is good since its connected to a very large lot of other businesses. Drive thru is usually busy. The food here is quite good and consistent from the years I have eaten here. Always get the in-house made Natural Lemonade with free refills (I have been avoiding corn syrup based fountain drinks). Customer service actually seems nice and helpful (not scripted compared to some other fast food chains). Location is well kept as well. Definitely a good fast food place to eat at.

Maria the manager was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us. A doordasher stole our Togo bag and she was quick to get our order made again because we didn't know what happened. The wait time in the drive thru was significantly longer than other fast food joints, however, the staff was very helpful in every interaction. They do follow directions when there is a slight change to the order. And the food was piping hot which was awesome. Nothing beats that honey butter chicken biscuit. Best breakfast around, the drive thru line is always empty and the food comes hot and fast. Prices are lower than other fast food chains but the food is freshly made and tasty. Lemonade is pretty good too.

Very friendly staff. I also love that they have the kiosks at the front to self order. They also have the special coke machine that has like 250+ flavors. I got a peach flavored coke. Sounds weird but it is delicious. I went at 10pm since it’s like the only fast food open in this area.

***** not to get confusing about this... But definitely 5+ star compared to HOLE MOLE on Beach Boulevard at Huntington Beach... why you ask ? Well I would say that for intense details or should I say, a small book go read that review...lol Back to the point // it was a weird situation at that other place (HOLE MOLE) because I really had to go to the bathroom before I ordered and it became a fiasco with the powerful (NOT) females in the front at the register acting extremely unprofessional... (an interesting review read🤷) I walk into Wendy's and I still had to go to the bathroom after that incident because I decided not to eat there. The manager ARMANDO🏆 came up to the register normally and I said can I use the bathroom and he said sure and I said I'll order afterwards is that okay. He said sure why not. I joked and explained to him my last incident and he couldn't believe it. He had the perfect professional reply > if you have to go to the bathroom you have to go to the bathroom < and after that I ordered and Good service and the food was good actually the service was really good..lol. Love the baconator here. Would give a 5 but whenever I go through the drive through, they seem to only think I will need 3 napkins. Other fast food places give out like a stack of 10, but here I get very few.

Conveniently open late, late hours, always a popular place for night owls looking for their usual quality fast food, fast service, and pleasant employees who seem to enjoy their jobs. They could use a couple more employees because it gets very busy 9 p.m. on...but, where else can you satisfy your late tasty food cravings when you want it "fast"?!😄

First I'll start by saying I'm not a huge Wendy's fan other then their frostys. But they do accept EBT which is amazing and very much appreciated to us boarder line poverty people. The service is always extremely precessional and courteous. Also the drive through is always quick. The menu is just kinda boring and to me all the food is just ok. Frostys will always be the main stay for Wendy's I believe.

Beef patties are great. Not as greasy as other fast food places. Reasonable prices too. Service was quick on the drive thru. Wish they had an awning over the pickup to stop the rain coming in my window on the 10 days a year it rains in SoCal.

Service is great only downside is the wait time especially in the drive thru. They have remodeled the inside and added touch screens for self ordering. Plus this location has a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine which is a plus in my book.

Like any other hamburger place, they have good deals like the 4 for 4 in which you get a junior bacon cheese burger, a drink, small French fries and 4 nuggets for $4.00 plus tax, the only problem specifically at this location are the employees, that are so distracted all the time, that you need to be sure, you're on top of them verifying if they are giving you, what you order. Noticed that all the time, they missed or changed something with the orders, maybe because don't really care about their jobs, or simply they are so young that their minds are somewhere else, so be aware of check your order!!!!

Sidenote; location at LOVE Wendy's because it's got a few different things on the menu from your usual take out place...such as the baked potato with either cheese and bacon or sour cream and chives..or the AMAZING chili cup (hell yes on the cheese and onions...don't be shy) the most exciting change out now is the STRAWBERRY FROSTY...Omg...its amazing. Never been a fan of the chocolate or vanilla but the strawberry is killer. Unfortunately for Christmas they got rid of the strawberry and only offer chocolate and if your feeling festive.... peppermint which surprisingly was also amazing!!

The only downside is sometimes the party crew works and they are too busy dancing, laughing & blasting the music to care that much about what you're ordering. I am not sure how often this crew works, I guess it's fun at this Wendy's certain nights of the week? Party crew order example: A 'plain' BURGER usually includes the hamBURGER patty - what we got was a bun, lettuce & tomato. This was a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger 'plain' :)

Breakfast. I wanted to try their current $3 breakfast promo which consists of a croissant sandwich and some seasoned potatoes. I try to avoid Wendy's because of the spotty service; still spotty but the promo is actually good. I ordered through the app for counter pickup. Sure enough, when I arrived at the counter and asked for my order, the person behind the counter walked over to the printer and just printed my order. Anyway, the seasoned potatoes were perfect. It was crispy outside and soft inside. The croissant sandwich has a real egg; no need to hack and say I want "round egg." The croissant itself was new and fresh, not week old and dry! I'm not sure why the bread is called a croissant though, it doesn't look like one. Overall, the experience was nice. The restaurant was clean!

Staff appeared stretched thin, and it showed. I had to wait 7 mins for the cashier to get me my Coke... when she could have just handed me the cup and I could use the self serve station. The food was over cooked, dry and flavorless. The tables were not cleaned, and it was busy but no one was clearing tables at all. Finally, there were a lot of raised voices, out of the food prep area, and many of the customers were taken aback by this noise.

Like Wendy's. Good prices good tasting burgers and fast service. They are good. 99 cents for a bacon cheeseburger. Buy ten of them with your friends at the drive through window.

If you're looking for a Wendy's, you've found one. Relatively easy on and off the 405 if you're heading north, just one u-turn needed. The food is good but they definitely should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the dining area. We ordered, received our food, ate, used the restroom and got a refill and never saw anyone come into the dining area to wipe down tables. Disappointing as we had to wipe down our own. Other than that, as mentioned, food is Wendy's usual quality. Enjoy!

Overstaffed with underage or inexperienced people. Had to repeat my order several times at the speaker, then again at the window. A little more focus on training, and maybe hiring some competent help instead of penny pinching for labor.

My wife stops here every Sunday after church. Every Sunday she gets me the same meal with no cheese. I am allergic to cheese/dairy. Restaurant should have the option to manually add any complimentary item with the customer’s order but they couldn’t and weren’t being nice about it either. Rushing the customer through the line. Flat soda. I usually laugh at reviews like this thinking who has the time. Today instead I'm posting instead of eating. I'd drive back to get a refund if I didn't value my time.

Went today at about 1:30 PM and this is the sand which that I received, the crew working inside were all having too much of a good time with each other, maybe that's one if the reason why there was only bacon and onion ring crumbs. Will definitely not be going back to this location.

The burgers got smaller and the prices got higher. I understand inflation. But that’s why the price went up and I pay more for it, that don’t mean make the burgers and fries smaller. Jesus. Last time I ever go to Wendy. So disappointed in this company and the direction it’s heading.

This Wendy's is the worst I've been to. Ordered a Biggie Bag. The burger was dry and overcooked, there were only 2 cold chicken nuggets when they usually serve 4. I've never had this problem at other Wendy's locations. Definitely not worth the nearly $10.

This location often forgets my straws and napkins. Had to wait 10 mins for chicken tenders and they forgot our kids meal. Told us to pull up and yelled at us for pulling up after.

I came to Wendy's around 7:15am today and unfortunately the lady that took my order was in a bad mood not helpful at all I actually felt like she was hurrying me up and since I guess I wasn't fast enough for her she left me the waiting for a while I couldn't get her name cause she had no name tag, but she's a small Hispanic lady in her 30s, it just feels awkward when you have to deal with someone like this.

Went there last night specifically for the Wednesday Adams special meal. It did not include the pictured bag or collectible spoon. They also forgot our nuggets. The food was cold and the guy behind the counter was irritated at me when I complained that they forgot my nuggets. Even though he took my order ten minutes earlier, I had to show my receipt to prove it. The tables were dirty, sticky and the drink area was not clean or sanitary. My 2 year old daughter is a HUGE Wednesday fan and came dressed as Wednesday Adams to get a special meal. This was a disappointment to say the least. I also tried the game on the app and earned 10X points, but when I went to complete my order, it was giving me an error. The guy that took my order said the app doesn’t work and that he has to take my order manually. So I missed out on my bonus points. Disappointing experience!

If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars I would. This is the second Saturday coming here for ☕️ and breakfast after 7am and the dinning room area closed. We knock on the door and the workers approx 5 just look at you like nothing. They continue working we’re waving to open the door . Someone finally comes to the door no apologies like no big deal. Very unprofessional I will also be reaching out to corporate office. This is two weekends in a row. Sign says dinning room Saturday is 7am so, open at 7am and not 7:40am and quit being lazy.
