Food is okay nothing to much to wow but location is a bit dirty

Staple place for Vietnamese foods for decades. This place is the cleanest among their stores. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. They have pho here as well as banh mi plus snacks and coffee. Less stuffs than others but enough to choose from. Prices wise are very reasonable and cheaper then others but qualify wise, just okey to so so. But for the price tags, can't say much. Overall, decent foods with good services and the place is clean and spacious plus plenty of parking.

3.5 Stars for the tasty egg rolls and to the young man working. Beef broth was ok n my meatball sub had a lot of carrots n hardly any meat. Aunty working at the til has the most unfriendly n dismissive attitude.

We got The banh mi dac biet and the grilled chicken and rice. The banh mi was not authentic and seems Americanized. The French baguette was stale as if it was not fresh. There was very little pate and mayo sauce, and the ham was salty. The same can be said about the chicken and rice. The chicken was a little overcooked and the nuoc mam was on the salty side.

Great price. Fast food style restaurant. I had a bowl of sea food noodle soup that was 6/10, definitely had a better bowl somewhere else it doesn’t have rich flavor but it wasn’t bad. Vietnamese coffee and egg rolls 8/10!

I unfortunately would not come back again there food just did not hit the spot for me. I didn’t finish my Pho didn’t like it all. I don’t know if it was the meat texture or broth flavor or even both but not appetizing at all. There shrimp rolls where good with the peanut sauce. There Thai Tea was just too sweat for my liking. Customer service was good. Friendly staff.

Unfriendly and rude staff members, lack of attention and dismissive attitude. Especially auntie cashiers do not seem to be happy about working here. Foods are decent and cheap. If your budget is really tight and want to grab a bite quickly and urgently, this might be a good place temporarily. But, definitely not an ideal place to visit regularly. Overall, please go elsewhere that give you better/pleasant service and better portion. Sadly, you get what you paid for.

My recent visit to this place was highly disappointing. The service was notably poor, characterized by inattentive staff who seemed inconvenienced by simple requests, making the entire ordering process unpleasant. While I expected quality for the price, the food and drink items were sadly lacking; in particular, the Thai Iced Tea was undrinkable with a strange, off-putting flavor

I ordered their Chicken Curry and it was disgusting the chicken was undercooked! I usually order their egg rolls and pad thai those were okay. So I guess I'll just stick to those and their Bahn Mi's. Aside from those I will NEVER try their other food.

2024 ,YET AN OTHER PRICE INCREASE !!every few months they bump the price.its a very unplesant surprise when food isnt all that.Always under staff VERY POORLY MANAGED.food sit outside for a while its really dirty and not plesant for the people who want to sit outdoor.you will be lucky if u can find a table somewhat clean. they take take out order restaurent order and phone order all at once . The lady is VERY SLOW . Be ready to wait and waste your time . SO UNORGANIZED . FOOD QUALITY WENT WAY DOWNHILL . Used to be good and cheap now it taste plain and so overpriced . The spring rolls tasted like plastic rubber , very skimpy on the veggies shrimp were very thin sliced ridiculous, no mint at 5$ for 2 rolls , the coffee wasnt all that barely any cream.they are cutting corners to save money . 3$ for coffee were80c now 90c per egg rolls. Has the nerve TO CHARGE 50C FOR FREE WATER.VERY GREEDY. If you like authentic vietnamese food SKIP THIS PLACE . Go to mom and pop restaurents in westminster / garden grove way cheapper way better ... if you pay cash they dont even give you a proper receipt very shady. Prices keep going up and the food is getting worst . Once upon the time it was a great place to eat now its more for "tourist " doesnt taste like home made true vietnamese food . The bread for banh mi is extremely dry and borderline stale .

Not worth it, save your money. Food was horrible, service was horrible. Waited about 15 mins to be seated, got our menu, ordered and waited another 15 -20 mins for food. They did not bring us any water during the entire meal. We just ate, paid and left and went to buy water at the gas station.
